An automatic clamping and automatic discarding mechanism for ampoule injections

Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic clamping and automatic discarding mechanism for ampoule injections, including a turntable panel. A turntable module is connected to the bottom of the turntable panel, and a clamping module is mounted circumferentially on the turntable panel. A top-opening seat is mounted on the upper side of the turntable module, corresponding to the position of the clamping module. A feeding reference plate is provided below the top-opening seat and is mounted on the turntable module via a mounting plate. Placement holes are provided on the turntable panel, corresponding to the position of the clamping module. This mechanism clamps the ampoules, avoiding the problem of ampoules slipping due to prolonged manual operation. The station clamping, achieved through the cooperation of the top-opening seat and the clamping module, realizes a power-free design, resulting in a smaller equipment size and lower costs for the same number of workstations.
