A PCB plate production grinding device

Abstract

This invention belongs to the technical field of PCB board production equipment, specifically relating to a grinding device for PCB board production, including a double-sided grinding device and an edge grinding device. The double-sided grinding device includes a first conveying mechanism, a grinding mechanism, and a second conveying mechanism. Both the first and second conveying mechanisms include two conveyor chains and a drive unit, with a feeding belt connecting the two conveyor chains. Multiple sets of clamping members are provided on the feeding belt, passing through and slidably connected to it. A metal block is connected to the lower end of each clamping member. An elastic element is sleeved on each clamping member. A first magnetic plate is provided inside the feeding belt of the first conveying mechanism, and a second magnetic plate is provided inside the feeding belt of the second conveying mechanism. In this solution, after the double-sided grinding device grinds the upper and lower surfaces of the copper-clad laminate, it immediately sends the copper-clad laminate to the edge grinding device, eliminating the need for separate transport of the copper-clad laminate, thus improving production efficiency.
