DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0028] Hereinafter, referring to Figures 1-12 A technical solution of the present application will be described. Figure 1 A perspective view showing an example of an article storage container.
[0029] As Figure 1 shown, an article storage container 1 is composed of a hollow main body portion 10 in a spherical shape. The main body portion 10 has, for example, a first housing portion 11 in a semispherical shape and a second housing portion 12 capable of being joined to the first housing portion 11 to maintain a joined state. Further, the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 are configured as independent members capable of being separated from a combination line BL (refer to Figure 2 ). In this way, the main body portion 10 is capable of housing an article inside while maintaining a spherical shape, and thus protecting the article. Further, the main body portion 10 is formed in a shape capable of rolling in a state of housing an article, and thus is suitable for supplying an article from an article supply device. The article supply device is provided with: a housing portion capable of housing a plurality of article storage containers 1 housing articles in a random arrangement; a supply portion capable of selecting and supplying the article storage containers 1 from the housing portion one by one in a random manner; a lock portion locking the supply portion; an operation portion capable of performing an operation of rotating the supply portion, with the condition of payment as a price; and a passage portion allowing the article storage containers 1 to pass from the housing portion to a supply port in a state of being capable of rolling.
[0030] The main body portion 10 is configured to contain a powder of paper or the like, and, for example, as a color thereof, is white or a color of the white color system. Further, a content rate of a paper component contained in the main body portion 10 is 51% or more for each of the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12.
[0031] Figure 2 An exploded perspective view of the article storage container 1 shown in Figure 1
[0032] The first housing portion 11 is a semispherical shape with an inner hollow, and a first connecting portion 110 having a plurality of concave-convex structures described later is formed at the open end portion 101 constituting the combination line BL. Also, the second housing portion 12 is a semispherical shape with an inner hollow, and a second connecting portion 120 having a plurality of concave-convex structures described later is formed at the open end portion 101.
[0033] The first connecting portion 110 of the first housing portion 11 is provided with a first protrusion 130 having a rectangular hole 131, two second protrusions 150 having hook-shaped tip end locking portions 151, and two flat plate-shaped guide portions 107 as protrusion structures different in shape. Also, as the concave structure of the first connecting portion 110, a first concave portion 140 having a protrusion 141 corresponding to the shape of the hole 131, two second concave portions 160 having locking end portions 161 corresponding to the shape of the tip end locking portions 151, and two inner surface recessed portions 108 corresponding to the shape of the guide portions 107 are provided.
[0034] As the protrusion structure of the second connecting portion 120 of the second housing portion 12, the first protrusion 130, the two second protrusions 150, and the two guide portions 107 are also provided, and as the concave structure, the first concave portion 140, the two second concave portions 160, and the two inner surface recessed portions 108 are also provided. That is, the first connecting portion 110 and the second connecting portion 120 are the same structure. Also, the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 are both provided with four long holes 10h near the top portion T of the housing in a radial manner (see FIG. 1) from the top portion T, and the spherical bulging shape (semispherical shape) thereof is also the same size and the same pattern. Figure 1 and Figure 3 ) from the open side of the open end portion 101.
[0035] Further, the "same pattern" described herein means not only the same shape and structure, but also the same structure capable of being connected. Also, the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 are the same structure, but different reference numerals are assigned for convenience of distinction.
[0036] Figure 3 is a plan view of the open end portion 101 as viewed from the open side of the open end portion 101.
[0037] As Figure 3As shown, in the opening end 101, the first protrusion 130 and the first recess 140 are located on the first diagonal DL1 of the opening end 101, the guide portion 107 and the inner surface recess 108 are located on the second diagonal DL2, the second protrusion 150 and the second recess 160 are located on the third diagonal DL3, another second protrusion 150 and another second recess 160 are located on the fourth diagonal DL4, and another guide portion 107 and another inner surface recess 108 are located on the fifth diagonal DL5. That is, the convex and concave structures that can correspond to and fit together are provided at the farthest position of the opening end 101. With this configuration, the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 are configured to be of the same type and can be connected. Therefore, the first outer shell portion 11 can be connected, for example, to the first outer shell portion 11 of other article-containing containers 1, and the second outer shell portion 12 can also be connected to the second outer shell portion 12 of other article-containing containers 1.
[0038] Here, the second protrusion 150 and the second recess 160 are provided in two pairs on the third diagonal DL3 and the fourth diagonal DL4, and the two diagonals are arranged adjacent to each other at a small angle, thereby forming a first pair E1 (lower side in the figure) and a second pair E2 (upper side in the figure) adjacent in the circumferential direction of the opening end 101. In this way, the interlocking parts are arranged close together, and the operability during separation is taken into account when assembling the main body 10. In addition, the arrangement of the two pairs of E1 and E2 is arranged at a 90-degree angle with respect to the arrangement of the first protrusion 130 and the first recess 140 (first diagonal DL1). That is, the connecting parts of the concave and convex structure are distributed approximately evenly in the circumferential direction of the opening end 101, which is a position suitable for maintaining the connection state.
[0039] Figure 4 This is an explanatory diagram showing the assembly method of the item-containing container 1. Figure 4 (a) is a three-dimensional diagram showing the possible assembly directions. Figure 4 (b) is a three-dimensional diagram showing the orientation of the parts that cannot be assembled.
[0040] When assembling the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12, as follows Figure 4 As shown in (a), for example, the first protrusion 130 of the first housing portion 11 and the first recess 140 of the second housing portion 12 are positioned opposite each other. By engaging the two opening ends 101 in such a direction, the opening ends 101 are connected to each other in an engaging manner. At this time, as described later, the first protrusion 130 and the first recess 140 are as follows: Figure 5 The second convex portion 150 and the second concave portion 160 are fitted as shown. Figure 6 The parts fit together as shown, and the guide portion 107 and the inner recess portion 108 are as shown. Figure 7 As shown, they fit together. On the other hand, for example, as... Figure 4 As shown in (b), in relation toFigure 4 The concave-convex configuration differs in the direction of the position indicated by (a), and the first protrusion 130 and the first recess 140 cannot be engaged and connected.
[0041] Figure 5 is a partial cross-sectional view along the XI-XI line in a state in which the main body portion 10 is assembled in the Figure 4
[0042] With respect to the connection configuration of the first protrusion 130 and the first recess 140, as shown in Figure 5 the hole 131 is connected to the protrusion 141 protruding from the outer surface 10us side of the main body portion 10 in a manner of being engaged from the outside. In the first protrusion 130, if the protrusion tip surface 132 is, for example, an inclined surface or a curved surface shape in the thickness direction thereof when the assembly operation is performed, the first protrusion 130 is easily deformed to the outside of the main body portion 10 when abutting against the protrusion 141. On the other hand, in the first recess 140, the protrusion 141 is provided with an inclined surface 142 that retreats toward the rear of the opening end portion 101 (lower side in the drawing) as it goes from the opening end portion 101 side toward the protrusion tip side. By being thus configured, when the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 are assembled, the protrusion tip surface 132 is pushed in along the inclined surface 142 while abutting against the inclined surface 142, and thus the hole 131 is engaged on the protrusion 141 in a manner in which the first protrusion 130 is deformed to the outside of the main body portion 10.
[0043] Further, the locking surface 133 of the hole 131 and the locking surface 143 of the protrusion 141 are configured to be substantially parallel. Thereby, in a state in which the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 are assembled (as shown in Figure 5 , the connection of the first protrusion 130 and the first recess 140 is maintained by the engagement of the locking surface 143 and the locking surface 133.
[0044] In addition, the release of the engagement of the protrusion 141 and the hole 131 is not an operation of directly deforming the first protrusion 130, but is performed by, for example, deforming a portion away from the first protrusion 130 as described later.
[0045] Figure 6 is a partial cross-sectional view along the XII-XII line in a state in which the main body portion 10 is assembled in the Figure 4
[0046] With respect to the connection configuration of the second protrusion 150 and the second recess 160, as shown in Figure 6 the second recess 160 has a flat bottom surface 164 in which the outer surface 10us is recessed toward the inner surface 10is, and a locking end 161 is provided on the opening end portion 101 in a manner of being opposite with a prescribed interval with respect to the bottom surface 164. Further, the second recess 160 is opened in a direction orthogonal to the opening end portion 101, and when viewed from the opening side of the opening end portion 101 (refer toFigure 3 ), is an opening structure of a long hole shape. On the other hand, the second protrusion 150 protrudes from the opening end portion 101 toward the opening direction, and a tip end locking portion 151 thereof is a hook shape bent toward the outer surface 10us side (left side in the drawing), and is configured to be hooked to a locking end 161 of the second recess 160. With respect to the tip end locking portion 151 of the second protrusion 150, a tip end surface 152 (a surface on the upper side in the drawing) of the opening direction of the opening end portion 101 is configured as an inclined surface, a curved surface (an inclined surface in the drawing).
[0047] The second protrusion 150 and the second recess 160 are configured as described above, so that, when the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 are combined, for example, the tip end surface 152 is deformed in a manner of being bent toward the bottom surface 164 side while abutting against the locking end 161, and finally, the tip end locking portion 151 is engaged with the locking end 161 in a hooked manner (a state shown in the drawing). Figure 6 Further, a gap W between the locking end 161 and the bottom surface 164 is set to a size that the tip end locking portion 151 can move when it is detached from the locking end 161.
[0048] In addition, as described later, the disengagement of the engagement of the tip end locking portion 151 and the locking end 161 can be performed in conjunction with the disengagement operation of the engagement of the first protrusion 130 and the first recess 140.
[0049] Figure 7 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view along the XIII-XIII line in a state where the main body portion 10 is assembled in Figure 4
[0050] The combination of the guide portion 107 and the inner surface recessed portion 108 is provided at a position of the main body portion 10 where the connecting portion of the first protrusion 130 and the first recess 140 is interposed on the combination line BL (refer to Figure 3 and Figure 5 ). Further, the inner surface recessed portion 108 is formed as a flat recess of a substantially rectangular shape that is open on the inner surface 10is side, on the one end side (upper side in the drawing) of the opening end portion 101. Also, the guide portion 107 is configured such that the guide side surface 107a thereof is in surface contact with the recessed surface 108a of the inner surface recessed portion 108.
[0051] The guide portion 107 and the inner surface recessed portion 108 are the only concave-convex fitting structure provided on the inner surface 10is side of the main body portion 10 in the opening end portion 101. Also, the guide portion 107 and the inner surface recessed portion 108 have a guiding function when the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 are combined. Also, the details thereof will be described later, and the guide portion 107 and the inner surface recessed portion 108 also have a guiding function at the time of the separation operation when the two housing portions 11, 12 are separated.
[0052] Next, an example of the separation operation of the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 will be described.
[0053] Figure 8 is an enlarged perspective view for showing an example of the operation when the main body portion 10 is separated.
[0054] Figure 9 is a side view for explaining the separation operation of the main body portion 10 when the operation shown in Figure 8
[0055] When the combination of the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 is released (disassembled), for example, the hole 131 of the first protruding portion 130 is deformed so as to move from the protrusion 141 to the outside of the main body portion 10, but the operation at this time is not an operation of directly deforming the first protruding portion 130 by pinching it or the like. For example, as shown in Figure 8
[0056] This pressing point P1 also exists on the back side opposite to the drawing. That is, the operation is performed in a manner of holding by the thumb, the index finger, the middle finger, or the like, and thus the pressing point P1 is located on both sides of the pair of guide portions 107. In this way, by pressing the pressing point P1, the portion of the pressing point P1 is deformed so as to be recessed toward the inside of the main body portion 10. By this deformation, the portion of the second housing portion 12 in contact with the guide portion 107 is also pressed toward the inside, but since the portion in contact with the guide portion 107 is supported by the guide portion 107, it is not deformed as much as the pressing point P1, and the side opposite to the guide portion 107 from the pressing point P1 becomes a portion where a force to move in a direction away from the first housing portion 11 (arrow C direction) is generated.
[0057] The case where the first protruding portion 130 moves toward the outside will be described in more detail.
[0058] As described above, when the main body portion 10 is deformed toward the inside by pressing the pressing point P1, as shown in Figure 8 Figure 9 As shown, on the surface where the inner surface 10is (recessed surface 108a) of the second outer shell portion 12 contacts the guide portion 107 (guide side surface 107a), a strong contact point P2 is formed where the portion of the guide portion 107 near the pressing point P1 is forcefully pressed. It is presumed that this strong contact point P2 plays a significant role in transforming the inner deformation caused by the pressing into an outer deformation. That is, with this strong contact point P2 as a fulcrum, the first protrusion 130 and the deformation around it move together with the top portion 130t in a direction away from the first outer shell portion 11 (arrow C direction).
[0059] Furthermore, by pressing the two pressing points P1 on the back of the watch with fingers, a force acts on the assembly line BL in a direction 90 degrees different radially from the pressing point P1, causing the main body 10 to deform outward. At this time, in the illustration of pressing point P1, the connecting portion where the second protrusion 150 and the second recess 160 fit together is located on the left side; therefore, the deformation force caused by the pressing is difficult to transmit to the left side of the illustration. As a result, as... Figure 9 As shown, the action is performed by first disconnecting the connection on one side (the right side of the diagram).
[0060] Furthermore, in the deformation when pressing the push point P1, for the guide part 107, for example, as Figure 9 As shown, initially, with the first protrusion 130 disengaged from the protrusion 141, the second protrusion 150 is maintained in a fitted state, as illustrated, thereby creating a state where the opening ends 101 are inclined towards each other, as described above. In this state, the guide side 107a of the guide portion 107 is pressed by the recessed surface 108a on the pressed side, resulting in an elastic deformation of the tip side towards the inside of the housing. As a result, a contact state is created where the guide side 107a is inclined inward relative to the recessed surface 108a, thereby guiding the opening ends 101 of the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 to slide towards each other in the separation direction (arrow D direction). This facilitates the separation of the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12.
[0061] Thus, as the separation distance between the opening ends 101 of the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 increases, the engagement between the top locking portion 151 of the second protrusion 150 and the locking end 161 of the second recess 160 is released. That is, the engagement between the guide portion 107 and the inner surface recess 108 is released, thereby increasing the inner deformation caused by the pushing of the second outer shell portion 12. As a result, the top locking portion 151 moves toward the bottom surface 164 side, which can disengage from the locking end 161 (see reference). Figure 6 And release the card.
[0062] As explained above, the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 are firmly clamped in the combined state by the respective concave-convex configurations, but as explained above, by deforming the outer surface 10us of the main body portion 10, it is configured to be able to be separated from each other.
[0063] Figure 10 is an exploded perspective view of the main body portion of a modification of the present technical solution.
[0064] Figure 11 is an exploded perspective view of the main body portion of a modification of the present technical solution. Figure 10 is a side view of the assembled state of the main body portion of the modification shown in Figure 11 (a) of FIG. 10 is a side view of the state of connecting the housing portions of different sizes, Figure 11 (b) of FIG. 10 is a side view showing the state of connecting the flat housing portions to each other in the housing portions shown in Figure 10 FIG. 11.
[0065] In the modification shown in Figure 10 , the first housing portion 11 is of the same configuration as the structure shown in Figure 2 , and is of the same shape. However, in the second housing portion 12, the configuration of the open end portion 101 is of the same configuration as the first housing portion 11, and the open end portions 101 can be combined with each other, but the semispherical shape of the second housing portion 12 is configured to be a flat semisphere. Thus, in the case of connecting the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 shown in Figure 10 , as shown in Figure 11 (a), a one-sided flat semispherical shaped main body portion 10 with a small bulge on one side can be obtained in side view. Further, in the case of connecting the second housing portions 12 shown in Figure 10 to each other, as shown in Figure 11 (b), a main body portion 10 of an elliptical shape in side view can be obtained.
[0066] Figure 12 is a perspective view showing an example when the main body portion uses a light-transmissive material.
[0067] Figure 12 The article storage container 1 shown in FIG. 12 is configured such that the first housing portion 11 is the same as above, for example, contains 51% or more of a paper component in a white color. On the other hand, the second housing portion 12 is in a transparent color or a translucent color having light transmissivity, and the article G stored inside can be visually observed from the outside. Thus, the long hole 10h is not formed in the second housing portion 12.
[0068] In the present technical solution, the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 that constitute the main body portion 10 are configured in the same pattern in which the first coupling portion 110 and the second coupling portion 120 have the same configuration and the same shape, and thus the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 can be manufactured indistinguishably. Further, in the case of forming the main body portion 10, the two housing portions 11 and 12 can be assembled indistinguishably, and the operability is excellent. That is, in the past, since one of the housing portions that can be combined and the other housing portion are configured in different patterns, the assembly needs to be performed on the basis of consciously selecting the housing portions, but in the present technical solution, since the assembly can be performed regardless of which housing portion is combined, even infants and children can easily perform the assembly. Further, since the main body portion 10 is configured in a spherical shape, the supply from the article supply device can be easily performed by rolling.
[0069] In the present technical solution, since the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 can be assembled detachably from each other, in the case where a plurality of main body portions 10 are simultaneously detached and assembled again, the assembly can be performed by selecting two housing portions, and thus the operability is excellent. Further, the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 are not coupled, and a hinge portion, a fastener, or the like is not provided, and thus the complexity of a cavity of a molding die is avoided, and the moldability is excellent.
[0070] Further, in the present technical solution, the first coupling portion 110 and the second coupling portion 120 each have two different coupling configurations that have the second protrusion 150 different from the first protrusion 130 and the second recess 160 different from the first recess 140, and thus the specification of the coupling direction can be sought, and the coupling force can be strengthened. Further, by being the plurality of kinds of recess-protrusion fitting configurations, the coupling can be made more reliable.
[0071] In the present technical solution, the first coupling portion 110 and the second coupling portion 120 are provided with a plurality of adjacent pairs of the second recess 160 and the second protrusion 150 (a first pair E1 and a second pair E2), and thus a region in which the configurations of the recess-protrusion fitting are close to each other can be made, and the fitting operation and the detachment operation that can be easily combined can be performed.
[0072] Further, in the present technical solution, the first pair E1 and the second pair E2 are formed with a plurality of coupling configurations concentratedly compared to other portions, and thus the coupling force can be strengthened. As a result, for example, in the detachment operation in which the main body portion 10 is pushed and detached, a difference in the easiness of the deformation and the detachment on the combination line BL can be generated, and the detachment operation can be effectively performed by staggering the detachment order of the coupling portions.
[0073] In the present technical solution, the guide portion 107 is provided at the opening end portion 101 so as to protrude from the inner surface 10is, and thus positioning when joining the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 can be easily performed.
[0074] Further, the guide portion 107 is configured to contact the inner surface 10is (inner surface recessed portion 108) at a position on the left-right direction opposite to the first protrusion 130 with respect to a position of the first protrusion 130 on the outer surface 10us side on the combination line BL, and thus when the portion opposite to the first protrusion 130 with respect to the guide portion 107 (pushing point P1) is pushed in the vicinity of the combination line BL, a force to move the first protrusion 130 in a direction to be separated from the first recessed portion 140 with the guide portion 107 as a fulcrum (strong contact point P2) can be generated, and the two housing portions 11 and 12 can be opened in the separation direction. As a result, when the main body portion 10 is separated, an operation to directly separate the concave-convex joint portion by a fingertip is not required, and the main body portion 10 can be easily separated by only pushing the outer surface.
[0075] In the present technical solution, the structure is formed so that only the outer surface 10us of the housing portion needs to be pressed during the separation operation of the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12, and thus a special release member for separation is not required, and the structure can be simplified.
[0076] In the present technical solution, a plurality of long holes 10h are formed in a radial manner from the top portion T of the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12, and thus even if the long hole 10h is small, the entire situation of the accommodated article can be grasped and visually recognized effectively.
[0077] In the present technical solution, the main body portion 10 is configured to contain a powder of paper of 51% or more, and thus can be classified as paper, and the disposal and the like can be easily performed. Further, the housing portion has a white color due to the paper component, and thus can be easily colored in other colors, and a capsule container with a bright color can be enjoyed.
[0078] In the present technical solution, either one of the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12 is configured as a housing member of a paper-based material containing a powder of paper, and the other is configured of a material having a light transmittance to visually observe the inside, and in this case, an article accommodation container 1 having a colored portion and a light transmittance portion can be enjoyed. Further, a long hole 10h having a peep hole function does not need to be formed on the housing member side of the paper-based material.
[0079] The above describes one aspect of the present application, but the present application can be modified within the scope of the technical idea. For example, the fitting structure of the first protrusion 130 and the first recess 140, and the second protrusion 150 and the second recess 160 is not limited to the illustrated structure, and can be modified as appropriate.
