Abstract

The application discloses a sealing method for thermal spraying coating, which comprises the following steps: placing a coating part to be sealed in a closed container, adding a sealing agent into the closed container and making the sealing agent fill the whole closed container, controlling the closed container to be in a negative pressure state so that the sealing agent flows into the pores inside the coating, connecting the closed container with the atmosphere, restoring the pressure in the closed container to normal pressure, pressurizing the inside of the closed container from the top of the closed container and maintaining, discharging the sealing agent in the closed container, cleaning the coating part, taking out the coating part and drying, and then performing a remelting operation on the sealing agent in the coating part so that the alloy powder in the sealing agent is solidified after being remelted and fills the pores of the coating part. The sealing agent is prepared by using alloy powder, and the viscosity of the sealing agent is 0.05-0.1 Pa S at 25 DEG C.
