The application discloses a low-compression-deformation polyether ester thermoplastic elastomer composition and a preparation method and application thereof. The polyether ester thermoplastic elastomer composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 52.5-98.2 parts of polyether ester thermoplastic elastomer, 0.5-10 parts of ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid ionomer, 0.5-30 parts of flow regulator, 0.2-1 part of triazine ring compound, 0.2-1 part of nucleating agent and 0.5-5 parts of processing aid. The polyether ester thermoplastic elastomer composition prepared by the application can be directly extruded and formed, and a long-fiber net structure body is prepared; the net structure body has excellent compression and rapid rebound performance.
