Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of spinning auxiliaries, and in particular to an antibacterial polyester POY oil agent, a preparation method and application thereof. Background Art

[0002] Antibacterial polyester is a functional textile fiber with antibacterial effect. In the preparation process, inorganic antibacterial metals with antibacterial properties are introduced. For example, publication number CN111074372A discloses an antibacterial polyester fiber and a preparation method thereof. In the method, a silver-carrying inorganic substance is introduced into the polyester fiber. For example, publication number CN113684556A discloses a modified polyester fiber and a preparation method thereof and an antibacterial polyester-cotton fabric. In the application, nano-silver powder is introduced into the polyester fiber through a carrier, which significantly improves the antibacterial property of the polyester fiber.

[0003] The antibacterial polyester fibers in the prior art have the following problems: the introduction of inorganic antibacterial metals into the antibacterial polyester fibers will increase the friction coefficient of the antibacterial polyester fibers. During the polyester spinning process, the friction between the fibers and the metal, the fibers and the ceramics increases, and the spun fibers are prone to abnormal phenomena such as lint and broken ends. Ordinary polyester spinning oils cannot meet the performance requirements of antibacterial polyester fibers. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a spinning oil that can be applied to antibacterial polyester fibers. Summary of the invention

[0004] In order to overcome the problems existing in the above-mentioned prior art, the present application provides an antibacterial polyester POY oil agent, a preparation method and an application thereof. The POY oil agent includes an emulsifier, a lubricant and an oil film enhancer, which can reduce the surface tension of the POY oil agent emulsion, improve the permeability of the POY oil agent emulsion, reduce the volatilization of the POY oil agent, and reduce the coking and smoke generation of the heating box; the oil film enhancer includes synergistic stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, and the oil film enhancer formed by the combination of the two can significantly improve the oil film strength. When used in antibacterial polyester spinning, it can significantly reduce abnormal conditions such as hairy fibers and broken ends that occur during fiber spinning.

[0005] The specific technical scheme of the present invention is:

[0006] An antibacterial polyester POY oil agent, comprising, by weight:

[0007] 50-80 parts of smoothing agent;

[0008] Oil film enhancer 0.6-0.7 parts;

[0009] 5-10 parts of emulsifier;

[0010] 1 to 5 parts of antistatic agent;

[0011] 8-10 parts of additives;

[0012] The oil film enhancer includes stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether and / or fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate.

[0013] Preferably, the smoothing agent includes one or more of fatty acid random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, fatty alcohol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, dialkyl end-capped polyether, and fatty alcohol block polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether.

[0014] The antibacterial polyester fiber POY oil agent in the present application includes a lubricant and an oil film enhancer. The main components of the lubricant in the present application are various types of multi-structure polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether non-ionic surfactants. The surface tension of the oil emulsion is lower, the permeability is stronger, the wetting speed is faster, and the oiling is more uniform. During the spinning process, the oil agent has better thermal properties, lower volatility loss, less coking during hot box heating, lower smoke generation, less white powder, which extends the hot box cleaning cycle and significantly improves the quality rate of finished fiber products.

[0015] In addition, an oil film enhancer is added to the POY oil provided by the present application, wherein the oil film enhancer is stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate. Stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether belongs to the polyether substance. Adding it to the POY oil can improve the oil film strength of the oil and is often used as an oil film enhancer. In actual operation, the present application found that mixing fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate with stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether can produce a synergistic effect. Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate can promote the oil film enhancing effect of stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether, significantly improve the oil film strength enhancing performance of the oil film enhancer, can meet the application of antibacterial polyester fiber in the spinning process, and can significantly reduce the occurrence of abnormal phenomena such as hair and broken ends during the spinning process.

[0016] Preferably, the fatty acid random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether is selected from one or more of lauric acid random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 1200 and stearic acid random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 1500.

[0017] Preferably, the fatty alcohol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether is selected from one or more of butanol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 1000, propylene glycol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 1500, propylene glycol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 3500, glycerol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 3000, butanol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 1900, butanol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 5500, lauryl alcohol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 800 and lauryl alcohol random polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether 1500.

[0020] Preferably, the emulsifier is selected from one or more of fatty acid polyoxyethylene ethers, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers and isomeric fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers.

[0021] Preferably, the antistatic agent is selected from one or more of dodecyl sulfonate, tetradecyl sulfonate, decyl sulfate, dodecyl sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, octanol phosphate, octanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, dodecyl phosphate and isomeric tridecanol phosphate.

[0024] The antibacterial agent is an acetophenone compound;

[0025] The pH regulator is selected from one or more of diethanolamine and triethanolamine;

[0026] The stabilizer is ethylene glycol.

[0027] The stabilizer used in the present application is ethylene glycol. In the polyester POY-DTY stretch spinning process, it is necessary to pass through the high temperature stretching deformation of 190-210°C in the first hot box, so the oil agent needs to have good thermal stability, and the oil agent monomer cannot volatilize or decompose in large quantities in the hot box to ensure that the fiber still has a high oil content after passing through the hot box, and the oil agent still has sufficient protection for the fiber, otherwise the fiber is prone to produce a large amount of white powder when passing through the yarn guide, and is easily damaged when passing through the friction plate of the false twister, causing hair and broken ends; on the other hand, it is necessary to control and reduce the fuming and coking of the oil agent when the fiber passes through the hot box as much as possible, so a certain amount of thermal stabilizer needs to be added; the preferred stabilizer of the present invention is ethylene glycol, with a boiling point of 195-198°C, which is moderate with the stretching deformation temperature range of the first hot box, and can prevent the oil agent on the fiber surface from being too hot when passing through the hot box, thereby preventing the oil agent from splashing and dripping.

[0028] A method for preparing an antibacterial polyester POY oil agent, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

[0029] (1) mixing a lubricant, an oil film enhancer, an emulsifier, an antistatic agent and an additive uniformly to prepare a crude oil agent;

[0030] (2) The crude oil in step (1) is filtered to prepare an antibacterial polyester POY oil.

[0031] An antibacterial polyester POY oil agent or a preparation method of an antibacterial polyester POY oil agent and its application in polyester spinning.

[0032] Compared with the prior art, this application has the following technical effects:

[0033] (1) The main components of the lubricant of the present application are various types of multi-structure polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether non-ionic surfactants. The surface tension of the oil emulsion is lower, the permeability is stronger, the wetting speed is faster, and the oiling is more uniform. During the spinning process, the amount of coking, smoke and white powder is less, the hot box cleaning cycle is extended, and the rate of high-quality finished fiber products is significantly improved.

[0034] (2) The oil film enhancers of the present application are stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate. Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate can promote the oil film enhancing effect of stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether, significantly improve the oil film strength performance of the oil film enhancer, meet the application of antibacterial polyester fiber in the spinning process, and significantly reduce the occurrence of abnormal phenomena such as hairy fibers and broken ends during the spinning process. [0117] Test example

[0118] The basic properties of the antibacterial polyester POY oil prepared in Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 2 were tested. The test results are shown in Table 1. Table 1 Basic properties of antibacterial polyester POY oil

[0119]

[0120] As shown in Table 1, the data in the table above show that the antibacterial polyester POY oil prepared by the present invention has good properties. The oils of Examples 1-6 and Comparative Examples 1-2 are colorless and transparent, and the 10% aqueous solution emulsion is stable. The pH is between 6-7 and the surface tension is low, indicating that the penetration ability is strong and the oil can be applied quickly and evenly during the spinning process. Compared with Comparative Examples 1-2 and common POY oils, the antibacterial polyester POY special oil of the present invention shows higher oil film strength, and the coking residue is not significantly increased.

[0121] The antibacterial polyester POY oil prepared in Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 2 was applied to polyester spinning. Semi-matte silver antibacterial chips were selected for trial spinning. The spinning specification was 135dtex / 72f and the spinning speed was 3200m / min. The physical properties of the spun polyester fibers were tested. The test results are shown in Table 2. The spun antibacterial polyester fibers were subjected to a texturing process. The texturing speed was 700m / min and the draft ratio was 1.7. The test results of the physical properties of the fibers after texturing are shown in Table 3.

[0122] Table 2 Physical properties of the trial-spun polyester fibers

[0123]

[0124] As shown in Table 2, compared with Comparative Examples 1-2, the spinning oil of Example 1 has excellent spinnability. During the POY winding process, there is basically no abnormal condition such as hairy yarn and broken ends. The spinning condition is stable, the winding forming is good, the oiling is uniform, the friction coefficient between the fiber and the metal, the fiber and the ceramic is low, the friction force during the spinning process is small, and the wear of friction components such as the oil nozzle is low. However, the spinning oils of Comparative Examples 1 and 2 have hairy yarn and broken ends during the POY winding process. From the above results, it can be seen that stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate have a synergistic effect. Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate can promote the oil film strengthening effect of stearic acid polyoxypropylene ether, significantly improve the oil film strength performance of the oil film enhancer, and can significantly reduce the occurrence of abnormal phenomena such as hairy yarn and broken ends during the spinning process.

[0125] Table 3 Physical properties of polyester fibers after stretching

[0126]

[0127]

[0128] As shown in Table 3, compared with Comparative Examples 1-2, Examples 1-6 have less smoke generation and lower coking rate during the DTY post-spinning process of fiber processing, meeting the requirements of high-speed winding speed and twisting process; in addition, since the oil film strength of the experimental oil agent is higher, the protection ability of the fiber is stronger, the spinning process is stable, the friction force is small, there is basically no white powder generated, and the replacement frequency of the friction component is reduced.

[0129] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and does not limit the present invention in any way. Any simple modification, change and equivalent transformation made to the above embodiment based on the technical essence of the present invention still falls within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
