Abstract

The application is provided with a rotating shaft, a rotating disc, a second bearing, a connecting shaft, a stirring rod, a gear, a gear ring, an arc plate, a guide groove, a moving block, a piston plate, a piston rod, a one-way air outlet valve and an air pipe, the rotating disc controls the arc plate and the piston plate to reciprocatingly move forward and backward through the guide groove and the moving block, the piston plate moves backward to extrude the gas in the piston frame into the interior of the immersion treatment box through the air pipe and the one-way air outlet valve, the increased air pressure and more sufficient stirring, and the stirring process exists the stirring from top to bottom to the liquid surface position, so that the dissolving process is more sufficient, efficient, and the overall preparation and processing efficiency is ensured.
