Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of coke quenching equipment in the coking industry, and discloses a coke pot bottom gate lining plate structure of fired product refractory, which has an external frame formed by a metal hoop and a transverse metal baffle; an internal frame is arranged in the external frame; the internal frame and the external frame are filled with refractory fiber cotton; the internal frame is a three-layer structure arranged in an up-down manner; the first layer is a bottom gate bottom plate, which is arc-shaped; the transverse metal baffle is welded in the chord direction of the arc-shaped bottom gate bottom plate; the bottom gate bottom plate is provided with regularly distributed bolt holes; the second layer is a sandwich frame which is a core workpiece; and the third layer is a fired product refractory brick; the left-right direction of the fired product refractory brick is provided with a "Z"-shaped staggered table. The structure is beneficial to the replacement and repair of the fired product refractory, and the small number of brick types greatly reduces the cost. Meanwhile, the problem that the refractory is always crushed by the pot body as the outer edge of the bottom gate is solved.
