Abstract

This invention belongs to the technical field of slipper manufacturing equipment, specifically an indoor slipper sole manufacturing equipment and method. The indoor slipper sole manufacturing equipment includes a powder coating machine, which comprises a machine body, a control interface, an upper template, a lower template, a mold-closing cylinder, and a powder coating tank. The powder coating tank is filled with molten material and communicates with the outside through a replenishment pipe. A processing cavity is provided in the middle of the machine body, and the lower template is fixedly installed at the bottom of the processing cavity. The upper surface of the lower template is uniformly provided with forming cavities. This invention, by setting a cleaning plate, effectively cleans the opposing working surfaces of the upper and lower templates, improving cleaning efficiency, reducing manpower input, and enabling the equipment to be quickly put into subsequent production, further improving the production efficiency of slipper soles.
