A punch device for a steering sleeve of an automobile

Abstract

The application relates to a punching device for automobile steering sleeves, and belongs to the technical field of automobile part machining, which comprises an upper mounting plate, a lower mounting plate, a supporting column, a punching assembly and a placing assembly. The upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate are connected through the supporting column. The punching assembly is installed on the upper mounting plate. The placing assembly is installed on the lower mounting plate. The placing assembly is used for placing automobile steering sleeves to be punched. The punching assembly comprises a punching die assembly, an upper module and a punching blade. The punching die assembly is installed on the upper mounting plate. The upper module and the punching blade are both installed on the punching die assembly. The punching blade is provided with a plurality of punching positions corresponding to the punching positions on the automobile steering sleeves to be punched. The punching die assembly is used for driving the upper module and the punching blade to move towards the placing assembly. The punching blade on the punching die assembly is used for punching the automobile steering sleeves to be punched on the placing assembly. The application has the effect of improving the production efficiency of automobile steering sleeves.
