Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of oil and gas drilling equipment, and particularly relates to a drilling machine top drive trolley structure and a maintenance method thereof, the drilling machine top drive trolley structure comprising two slide plates, the two slide plates are respectively attached to an inner concave surface arranged on the top drive, the edge of the inner concave surface is provided with a wing plate, the two slide plates are respectively detachably connected to the wing plate, and are combined to form a slide track matched with a guide rail; a plurality of wear plates are detachably connected to the slide plates, at least one of the slide plates is provided with an edge pressing plate in the inner concave surface, and the edge pressing plate is detachably connected to the inner concave surface. The relative position relationship between the top drive and the guide rail is not changed, the slide plates are disassembled, and are directly taken out along the gap between the top drive and the guide rail, the maintenance method facilitates the replacement of the wear plates on the slide plates without lowering the top drive, reduces the replacement risk, reduces the replacement workload, and shortens the replacement time.
