A retrofit method of a fluorescent lighting device, comprising the steps of: removing a lampshade and a fluorescent tube from a base of the lighting device; disconnecting a ballast from a power cord of the lighting device; rotatably connecting one end of a support frame to one end of the base and fixing two ends of a safety rope to the other end of the support frame and the other end of the base, respectively; placing a lamp body into the support frame and connecting a power module of the lamp body to the power cord; pushing the support frame so that the lamp body completely covers the base; and rotating a rotation fixing knob arranged on the support frame to fix the support frame and the base to each other by the rotation fixing knob.
