A compound produced by a fungus of the genus Aspergillus, its preparation method and application

Abstract

This invention discloses a compound produced by Aspergillus fungi, its preparation method, and its applications, belonging to the field of biomedical technology. The invention utilizes solid-state fermentation of Aspergillus sp. derived from grasshopper Oxya chinensis Thunb., followed by anhydrous ethanol extraction and ethyl acetate extraction to obtain a total extract. Nine emestrin-type diketopiperazine alkaloids were then purified by normal-phase silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, and high-performance liquid chromatography. The structures and configurations of these compounds were determined using spectroscopic analysis, quantum chemical calculations, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. These compounds significantly activate caspase 3 protein and promote tumor cell apoptosis, demonstrating potential as anti-tumor drugs.
