Abstract

This invention provides a small sidewall formwork suitable for synchronous lining in TBM construction and its usage method, belonging to the field of sidewall formwork. It consists of an L-shaped sidewall formwork, an L-shaped vertical plate, an angle adjustment mechanism, an adjustable sidewall formwork, sidewall formwork A, sidewall formwork B, and a support mechanism. In this solution, the special shape of the L-shaped sidewall formwork allows for the provision of installation space for cables, water supply pipes, and return water pipes. By adjusting the tilt angle of the adjustable sidewall formwork, the installation space for cables, water supply pipes, and return water pipes can be increased. Adjustments can be made according to the required space to ensure sufficient space for installation. The adjustable sidewall formwork rotates via a connecting rod, and its tilt angle can be adjusted after rotation. This solves the problem of collision and interference between the sidewall formwork and pipelines during synchronous lining trolley movement, which is unavoidable in existing technologies.
