Four-way air-cooled water chiller and control method thereof

Abstract

The application provides a four-governed air-cooled cold and hot water unit and a control method thereof. The unit is provided with a refrigerant input pipeline, an exhaust port of a compressor is connected with the refrigerant input pipeline, a first three-way valve and a four-way valve are arranged on the refrigerant input pipeline, the refrigerant can be delivered to the heat supplier through the first refrigerant branch and the second refrigerant branch by adjusting the communication state of the first three-way valve and the four-way valve; a first refrigerant circuit is arranged, the first refrigerant circuit is connected to an input end of the refrigerator, a first electronic expansion valve and a second three-way valve are arranged on the first refrigerant circuit, the communication state of the second three-way valve and the working state of the first electronic expansion valve are adjusted, different passages can be formed, the refrigerant can be delivered to the refrigerator, linkage of the cold supply side and the heat supply side is realized, the complexity of the unit structure is reduced, the capacity output of the cold supply side and the heat supply side can be independently adjusted, and the flexibility of the unit adjustment is improved.
