The surface grinding and processing device for titanium alloy forgings of the present invention realizes quantitative control of the grinding liquid by arranging a quantitative mechanism with a measuring cylinder, so that the surface of the titanium alloy bar can be lubricated and cooled to the maximum effect during grinding, thereby improving the processing accuracy, and the grinding liquid can be precipitated and centrifuged after use through the action of the centrifugal cylinder, so that the grinding liquid can be recycled and reused.
