Abstract

The application discloses a superimposed module valve island, which comprises a busbar, a plurality of electromagnetic valves, an air inlet cutoff module or / and a middle check valve module, the air inlet cutoff module is used for cutting off the total air inlet channel and the air inlet port P of the corresponding electromagnetic valve, the middle check valve module comprises a first superimposed block and a first function block, the first superimposed block is provided with channels corresponding to the air inlet port P, the air outlet port A, the air outlet port B, the exhaust port R and the exhaust port S one by one, the channel corresponding to the air outlet port A is sealed and isolated into an upper channel A and a lower channel A, the channel corresponding to the air outlet port B is sealed and isolated into an upper channel B and a lower channel B, the first superimposed block and the first function block are provided with a first flow channel for communicating the upper channel A and the lower channel A and a second flow channel for communicating the upper channel B and the lower channel B, and a one-way valve assembly is arranged in the first flow channel and the second flow channel respectively, so that the purpose of individually overhauling the specified electromagnetic valve without affecting the work of other electromagnetic valves is realized.
