High safety lifting scaffold and method of use thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a high-safety lifting scaffold and a use method thereof, which comprises a guide rail and a hanging seat. A plurality of convex teeth are arranged on the guide rail, and a brake block is arranged on the hanging seat. The brake block cooperates with the convex teeth to stop the movement of the hanging seat relative to the guide rail. A falling-prevention frame is arranged on the hanging seat, the brake block is slidably arranged on the falling-prevention frame, a driving spring is arranged between one side of the falling-prevention frame and the brake block, and an expansion capsule is arranged between the other side of the falling-prevention frame and the brake block. A puncture unit for puncturing the expansion capsule is arranged on the hanging seat. The puncture unit comprises a thimble slidably arranged on the hanging seat and a counterweight connected with the thimble, and a puncture spring is arranged between the thimble and the hanging seat. The application provides a falling-prevention and buffering structure of the lifting scaffold. The cooperation of the convex teeth and the brake block stops the hanging seat from falling, and a secondary supporting unit is popped out below the hanging seat, so that the hanging seat is slowly lowered, then stopped from falling under the action of the supporting unit, and the safety of the lifting scaffold is greatly improved.
