Modified pet release film and preparation method

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of films, and particularly relates to a modified PET release film and a preparation method thereof, which comprises a PET base layer, at least one side of the PET base layer is provided with a PET release layer, and a tensile layer is further arranged between the PET release layer and the PET base layer. The modified PET release film and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that the tensile layer is arranged between the PET base layer and the PET release layer, the PET base layer is reinforced by the tensile layer, the tensile layer can buffer the PET base layer when the PET base layer is bent, damage of the PET base layer caused by excessive bending is avoided, and the PET base layer and the PET release layer are facilitated to be used; the tensile layer is prepared by the bubble removal mechanism, the ultrasonic oscillator in the bubble removal mechanism is used to perform ultrasonic oscillation on the composite emulsion by using the generated ultrasonic wave, the bubbles in the composite emulsion are discharged outward, and the amount of the bubbles in the composite emulsion is reduced.
