Abstract

This invention provides a red yeast rice fermentation product for eliminating nodules. A group of important compositions for eliminating nodules were screened and obtained, including dihydroquercetin, Tian Shan snow lotus culture, chicken gizzard lining, dandelion, prunella vulgaris, platycodon grandiflorus, and black buckwheat.
