Abstract

The application discloses a light and simple crop power roller compaction seedbed fertilization seeder, which comprises a rotary cultivator, the rotary cultivator comprises a frame body, a rotary cutter shaft is arranged on the lower part of the frame body, a gearbox connected with a tractor power output shaft is arranged on the upper part of the frame body, a plurality of seven-shaped rotary cultivators are arranged on the rotary cutter shaft, a soil blocking assembly is arranged at the rear end of the frame body, the soil blocking assembly comprises a soil blocking grid plate and an adjusting plate, a power roller assembly, a fertilizer applicator and a seed metering device are sequentially arranged behind the soil blocking grid plate, the broken soil is thrown to the rear of the frame body through the grid and over the power roller assembly, and the large soil is blocked by the soil blocking grid plate and is subjected to secondary rotary cultivation; the power roller assembly compacts the broken soil and forms a groove, the fertilizer applicator and the seed metering device respectively send waste and seeds into the groove; a soil scraping plate and a rolling plate are connected behind the seed metering device. The seeder has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, improved rotary cultivation quality and improved seedling emergence rate.
