The network interface card can realize the forwarding of the first message based on the static routing flow table, that is, the flow table convergence of the message flow sent by the user access type network element to the user terminal is realized, the number of flow tables that need to be configured by the virtual switch realized by the intelligent network card in the server where the interface board virtual machine of the user access type network element is deployed can be greatly reduced, the flow table processing capability of the virtual switch of the user access type network element deployed based on the NFV is effectively improved, and cost reduction and efficiency increase are realized.
