A method for preparing Chlorella vulgaris exosomes, and products and applications thereof

Abstract

The present invention relates to a preparation method, product and application of Chlorella vulgaris exosomes. The preparation method includes: (1) performing cell wall breaking treatment on the cell fluid of Chlorella vulgaris, and taking the supernatant after centrifugation to obtain a crude extract of exosomes; (2) resuspending the crude extract of exosomes with an aqueous solution of Tween 80, and obtaining purified exosomes after centrifugation; (3) adding the purified exosomes into a solution of polyglycerol esters and phosphate nanoparticles, and obtaining the Chlorella vulgaris exosomes after homogenization. The preparation method of the Chlorella vulgaris exosomes provided by the present invention has simple and easy-to-operate steps. By adding an aqueous solution of Tween 80, the purity of the prepared Chlorella vulgaris exosomes can be higher; through a combination of methods such as gradient centrifugation and ultra-high-speed centrifugation, the prepared exosomes can have high purity and fewer impurities; and through the mixing of polyglycerol esters and phosphate nanoparticles solution with exosomes, the exosomes can form a wrapped structure, thereby making their stability better.
