Comprehensive evaluation method and system for ultra-high voltage transmission line

Abstract

The invention discloses a comprehensive evaluation method and system for an ultra-high voltage transmission line, and the method comprises the steps: selecting indexes according to the operation and maintenance technology and specifications of the ultra-high voltage transmission line, and constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of the ultra-high voltage transmission line; determining subjective weights of the indexes by adopting a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process; determining objective weights of the indexes by adopting an entropy weight method; fusing the subjective and objective weights by adopting an optimal combination weighting method based on the game theory and a weighted geometric averaging method, and coupling the two obtained combination weights to obtain a comprehensive weight; obtaining index data of the to-be-evaluated line, and calculating a comprehensive evaluation index value according to the index data and the comprehensive weight; and according to a numerical value interval corresponding to the comprehensive evaluation index value, determining a reliability grade of the to-be-evaluated line so as to plan the ultra-high voltage transmission line according to the reliability grade. According to the method, a complete evaluation index system is constructed, and effective, objective and accurate reliability evaluation can be carried out on the ultra-high voltage transmission line.
