Description

[0001] This application is a divisional of the Chinese invention patent with application number 2018101748075. The original invention patent application date is March 2, 2018. The name of the invention is depth information camera module with laser monitoring function, its electronic equipment and laser monitoring method. Technical Field

[0002] The present invention relates to the field of camera modules, and in particular to a depth information camera module with a laser monitoring function, an electronic device and a laser monitoring method. Background Art

[0003] With the development of optical measurement and computer vision, optical 3D measurement technology has gradually matured and has been widely used in technologies such as scene modeling, gesture interaction, and face recognition. Depth information camera modules based on structured light and depth information camera modules based on TOF (Time of Flight) are two of the most popular technical directions.

[0004] Similarly, during operation, whether it is a structured light depth information camera module or a TOF depth information camera module, it is necessary to emit a laser through a laser projection module to obtain the depth information of the measured target through the laser (deformation or flight time). As we all know, laser is the light emitted by stimulated radiation of matter, which has the characteristics of high brightness, good directionality and coherence. However, if it is not properly controlled, the laser will cause certain harm to human tissues, especially eyes and skin.

[0005] Although there are laser safety standards such as Class 1 to Class 4 in the industry, the intensity of the laser emitted by the laser projection module is affected by many factors during the actual operation of the laser projection module, such as temperature, climate and other factors. More specifically, during use, temperature has a greater impact on the laser light source and optical components of the laser projection module. Therefore, after the laser projection module has been working for a period of time, the intensity of the emitted laser is likely to exceed the safety standard, causing harm to the user. In addition, due to climate reasons, water vapor condenses on the optical components of the laser projection module, causing changes in the optical properties of the optical components, which in turn affects the final intensity of the laser emitted.

[0006] In other words, even if the laser light intensity emitted by the laser projector module meets the laser safety standards during design and field testing, during actual working use, the working performance of the laser projection module is not stable enough due to the influence of many factors, and it is very likely to cause irreversible damage to human tissues, especially the eyes and skin. [0068] The following description is used to disclose the present invention so that those skilled in the art can implement the present invention. The preferred embodiments described below are only examples, and those skilled in the art can think of other obvious variations. The basic principles of the present invention defined in the following description can be applied to other embodiments, variations, improvements, equivalents, and other technical solutions that do not deviate from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

[0069] Those skilled in the art should understand that, in the disclosure of the present invention, the orientation or position relationship indicated by the terms "longitudinal", "lateral", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inside", "outside", etc. are based on the orientation or position relationship shown in the drawings, which are only for the convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operate in a specific orientation. Therefore, the above terms should not be understood as limiting the present invention.

[0070] It is to be understood that the term "one" should be understood as "at least one" or "one or more", that is, in one embodiment, the number of an element may be one, while in another embodiment, the number of the elements may be multiple, and the term "one" should not be understood as a limitation on the quantity.

[0071] like Figure 1 As Figure 3 As shown, a depth information camera module according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In the present invention, the depth information camera module can be implemented as a structured light depth information camera module or a TOF depth information module. Those skilled in the art should know that whether it is a structured light depth information camera module (including a speckle structured light depth information camera module and a coded structured light depth information camera module) or a TOF camera module, both include a laser projection module 10 for projecting a laser 121 with a preset pattern to a target to be measured, and a depth imaging module 20, the depth imaging module 20 cooperates with the laser projection module 10 to obtain the depth information of the target to be measured based on the light information such as the flight time or deformation of the laser. It should be understood that since the depth information camera module uses laser as the medium for depth measurement, if it is not properly controlled, the laser will cause irreversible damage to human tissue, especially human eyes and skin.

[0072] As mentioned above, although there are relevant laser safety standards in the industry, in the actual working process, the working mode of the laser projection module 10 is affected by many factors, such as temperature, climate, etc. That is to say, even if the laser projection module 10 meets the laser safety standards during design and field testing. In actual use, the laser emitted by the laser projection module 10 may exceed the safety standards and cause irreversible damage to human tissue, especially the human eyes and skin. Based on this, the present invention provides a depth information camera module, which has real-time laser monitoring and control functions to ensure that the laser emitted by the laser projection module 10 is always within a safe range.

[0073] Accordingly, if Figure 2As shown, the depth information camera module also includes a laser monitoring system 40, wherein the laser monitoring system 40 is integrated in the laser projection module 10 for real-time monitoring and control of the working state and working mode of the laser projection module 10. More specifically, the laser monitoring system 40 includes a detection module 41 and a control module 42, wherein the detection module 41 is used to detect the laser light intensity information of the laser projection module 10, and the control module 42 is communicatively connected to the detection module 41 to control the working mode of the laser projection module 10 according to the laser light intensity information detected by the detection module 41, so that the laser intensity emitted by the laser projection module 10 is always within a safe range.

[0074] It should be understood that, in the present invention, the laser monitoring system 40 acts on the laser projection module 10. Therefore, in order to facilitate the description of the technical features of the laser monitoring system 40, before introducing the laser monitoring system 40 in detail, a brief introduction to the structure of the laser projection module 10 is first given. Figure 3 As shown, the laser projection module 10 includes a housing 11, a laser light source 12 and an optical modulation unit 13. The laser light source 12 and the optical modulation unit 13 are installed in the housing 11. The housing 11 includes a laser output end 110, and the laser output end 110 corresponds to the optical modulation unit 13 and the laser light source 12, so that a laser projection path 120 is defined by the laser output end 110, the optical modulation unit 13 and the laser light source 12. When the laser projection module 10 is in working state, the laser light source 12 generates a laser 121 by laser, and the laser 121 reaches the outside through the laser output end 110 after being modulated by the optical modulation unit 13.

[0075] It is worth mentioning that in the present invention, the laser light source 12 can be implemented as a laser edge emitter or a vertical cavity surface laser emitter (VCSEL) or a laser light source 12 array formed by one or more of the laser light sources 12. For this, corresponding selection and adjustment can be made according to actual needs, and this aspect is not limited by the present invention. In addition, those skilled in the art should know that corresponding to different types of depth information camera modules, the specific modulation function of the corresponding optical modulation unit 13 for the laser and its optical structure composition will make corresponding changes. For example, when the depth information camera module is implemented as a TOF depth information camera module, the basic function of the optical modulation unit 13 is to diffuse the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12 to increase the number of lasers. Of course, in some other TOF depth information camera modules, the optical modulation unit 13 also has the function of collimating the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12. When the depth information camera module is implemented as a structured light depth information camera module, the basic function of the optical modulation unit is to collimate and diffract the laser generated by the laser light source 13 to generate a structured light with a prefabricated pattern, such as point structured light, line structured light, and surface structured light. In order to more clearly and concisely describe the technical features of the depth information camera module with laser monitoring function provided by the present invention, in the subsequent description, the depth information camera module is selected as a structured light depth information camera module as an example. Of course, those skilled in the art should easily understand that the technical solution provided by the present invention is also applicable to TOF depth information camera modules.

[0076] Accordingly, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the optical modulation unit 13 includes a first optical element 131 and a second optical element 132, wherein the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132 are arranged at intervals along the laser projection path 120, so as to perform different functional modulation processes on the laser 121 by means of the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the first optical element 131 can be implemented as a collimator, and the second optical element 132 can be implemented as an optical diffraction element (DOE), so as to collimate the laser 121 by means of the first optical element 131 and provide diffraction optical information by means of the second optical element 132. Of course, in another embodiment of the present invention, the first optical element 131 can be implemented as an optical mask to provide the function of amplifying the laser 121, and the second optical element 132 can be implemented as an optical diffraction element (DOE), so as to generate diffraction optical information by means of the second optical element 132. It should be understood that, in the present invention, the composition of the optical modulation unit 13 and the optical modulation function provided by it are not limited to the present invention, and can be adjusted accordingly according to actual specific needs.

[0077] It is worth mentioning that in the present invention, the materials of the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132 can be selected according to actual needs. For example, in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the second optical element 132 and the first optical element 131 are made of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) material. Those skilled in the art should know that PET material has at least the following advantages: First, it has good mechanical properties, impact resistance and folding resistance. Second, it is resistant to oil, fat, olefinic acid, alkali, and most solvents. Third, it has good high and low temperature resistance, can be used for a long time within the temperature range of 120°C, and can withstand high temperatures of 150°C and low temperatures of -70°C for short-term use, and high and low temperatures have little effect on its mechanical properties. Fourth, the gas and water vapor permeability is low, and it has good gas, water, oil and odor barrier properties. Fifth, it has high transparency, can block ultraviolet rays, and has good gloss. It should be noted that when the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132 are made of PET material, the influence of temperature on the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132 is relatively small, thereby improving the stability of the optical performance of the optical modulation unit 13. Of course, those skilled in the art should understand that in the present invention, the materials selected for the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132 are not limited by the present invention, and can be adjusted accordingly according to actual needs.

[0078] As mentioned above, the laser monitoring system 40 is integrated in the laser projection module 10 for real-time monitoring of the working state of the laser projection module 10 and controlling the working mode of the laser projection module 10. More specifically, in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the detection module 41 is disposed adjacent to the laser projection path 120 of the laser projection module 10 to detect the laser light intensity information of the laser projection module 10. Accordingly, the control module 42 is communicatively connected to the detection module 41 and preloaded with a corresponding control program, so that the control module 42 can control the working mode of the laser light source 12 of the laser projection module 10 according to the preset control program and the laser light intensity detection result provided by the detection module 41. For example, in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the control program preloaded into the control module 42 is: when the laser light intensity information measured by the detection module 41 exceeds a preset range, the control module 42 reduces the power of the laser light source 12 or switches the power supply circuit of the laser light source 12; when the laser light intensity information measured by the detection module 41 is lower than the preset range, the control module 42 increases the power of the laser light source 12. Of course, those skilled in the art should know that in other embodiments of the present invention, the control level preloaded into the control module 42 can be implemented as other control modes, for example, adding a timed shutdown function, etc., and corresponding adjustments can be made according to actual needs, which is not limited by the present invention.

[0079] It is worth mentioning that in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the control module 42 can be integrated into a circuit board 30 of the depth information camera module. In this way, the integration of the entire product is improved, which is conducive to modular design. Of course, in another embodiment of the present invention, the control module 42 can be integrated into a mobile electronic device terminal, so that when the structured light depth information camera is assembled in the mobile electronic device, the control module 42 integrated in the mobile electronic device can cooperate with the detection module 41 installed in the laser projection module 10 to realize the monitoring function of the depth information camera module.

[0080] In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the detection module 41 is disposed adjacent to the laser projection path 120 of the laser projection module 10 for real-time monitoring of the working status of the laser projection module 10. When arranging the installation position of the detection module 41, on the one hand, it should be ensured that the detection module 41 can collect the corresponding laser for detection purposes, and on the other hand, it should be avoided as much as possible that the detection module 41 hinders the projection of the laser 121. Those skilled in the art should know that when light propagates in different media, corresponding refraction and reflection will occur. Therefore, in the present invention, the detection module 41 should be disposed as adjacent as possible to the periphery of the laser projection path 120 of the laser projection module 10. Through such an arrangement, only the laser located at the edge of the laser projection path 120 is collected for detection purposes without affecting the function of the laser 121. For example, if Figure 3 As shown, in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the detection module 41 is disposed adjacent to the second optical element 132. At this position, the laser at the edge of the laser projection path 120 can reach the detection module 41 for detection without affecting the normal propagation of the laser 121.

[0081] It should be noted that if the arrangement of the detection module 41 is selected based only on the projection characteristics of the laser 121 itself, the installation positions of the detection module 41 will be extremely limited, and the calibration effect will be relatively unstable. Figure 4 As shown, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the laser monitoring system 40 also includes a detection light path 124 forming module 43, which is used to form a detection light path 124 between the laser projection module 10 and the detection module 41, and provide a detection laser 123 for the detection module 41.

[0082] like Figure 4 As shown, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the detection light path 124 forming module 43 includes at least one scattering particle 431, wherein the scattering particle 431 is arranged at the periphery of the laser projection path 120 of the laser projection module 10, so that when the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the at least one scattering particle 431, it is scattered and then radiated to the detection module 41. That is to say, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the laser monitoring system 40, through the scattering effect of the scattering particle 431, changes the propagation path and direction of the detection laser 123, so that the detection laser 123 can be collected by the detection module 41. It should be understood that due to the scattering effect of the scattering particle 431, the arrangement position of the detection module 41 can be relatively freer.

[0083] Those skilled in the art should know that scattering is a common optical phenomenon. When light passes through a medium, part of the light will scatter in all directions. In optical definitions, as long as there are particles smaller than the wavelength of the light wave in the medium, the scattering phenomenon can occur. That is to say, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the scattering particle 431 is smaller than the wavelength of the laser 121, so that when the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the at least one scattering particle 431, the laser 121 is scattered in all directions, and part of the laser 121 reaches the detection module 41 to form the detection laser 123 for detection purposes, such as Figure 5 shown.

[0084] In a specific embodiment of the present invention, Figure 4 As shown, the at least one scattering particle 431 is located at the periphery of the laser projection path 120 and is installed on the side of the second optical element 132 (in the preferred embodiment, an optical diffraction element) facing the laser output end 110 of the laser projection module 10. Therefore, when the laser light 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the scattering particle 431 located at the second optical element 132, scattering occurs, and in this way, the detection laser light 123 is formed to reach the detection module 41.

[0085] It should be understood that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second optical element 132 is implemented as an optical diffraction element. When the laser 121 passes through the second optical element 132, the energy of the laser 121 is dispersed by the second optical element 132 and reaches the outside through the laser output end 110 of the housing 11. In other words, the light intensity of the detection laser 123 measured by the detection module 41 directly corresponds to the output light intensity of the laser, so that the laser monitoring system 40 can more directly control the output light intensity of the laser projection module 10 to ensure that it meets the safety requirements.

[0086] like Figure 6 The figure shows a variant implementation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein in the variant implementation, the at least one scattering particle 431 is located at the periphery of the laser projection path 120 and between the second optical element 132 and the laser output end 110, so that when the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the scattering particle 431, it is scattered, and in this way, the detection laser 123 is formed to the detection module 41.

[0087] It should be understood that, at this time, the light intensity of the detection laser 123 measured by the detection module 41 directly corresponds to the output light intensity of the laser, so that the laser monitoring system 40 can more directly measure the laser output light intensity of the laser projection module 10, so that the output light intensity of the laser projection module 10 can be relatively directly controlled to ensure that it meets the safety requirements. In the specific implementation process, the scattering particles 431 can be installed between the second optical element 132 and the laser output end 110 by a supporting carrier 432. For example, the supporting carrier 432 can be implemented as a glass carrier connected to the housing 11. Of course, those skilled in the art should know that the scattering particles 431 can also be installed between the second optical element 132 and the laser output end 110 by other means, which is not limited to the present invention.

[0088] like Figure 7 Shown is another variant implementation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein in this variant implementation, the at least one scattering particle 431 is located at the periphery of the laser projection path 120 and is installed on the side of the second optical element 132 facing the first optical element 131, so that when the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the scattering particle 431, it is scattered, and in this way, the detection laser 123 is formed to the detection module 41.

[0089] It should be understood that the light intensity of the detection laser 123 measured by the detection module 41 cannot directly correspond to the emission light intensity of the laser 121. Therefore, in the actual implementation process, relevant personnel should obtain the relative relationship between the intensity of this part of the laser and the emission laser light intensity in advance, so that although the light intensity information of the detection laser 123 measured by the detection module 41 cannot directly reflect the emission light intensity of the laser 121, it can also ensure that the control mode of the laser light source 12 is accurately controlled to ensure that the emission light intensity of the laser 121 meets the safety requirements.

[0090] like Figure 8 The figure shows another variant implementation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein in the variant implementation, the at least one scattering particle 431 is located at the periphery of the laser projection path 120 and is installed between the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132, so that when the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the scattering particle 431, it is scattered, and in this way, the detection laser 123 is formed to the detection module 41.

[0091] It should be understood that at this time, the light intensity of the detection laser 123 measured by the detection module 41 also cannot directly correspond to the emission light intensity of the laser 121.

[0092] In addition, in a specific implementation process, the scattering particles 431 can be installed between the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132 via a support carrier 432. For example, the support carrier 432 can be implemented as a glass carrier connected to the housing 11. Of course, those skilled in the art should know that the scattering particles 431 can also be located between the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132 in other ways, which is not limited to the present invention.

[0093] like Fig. 9 Shown is another variant implementation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein in this variant implementation, the at least one scattering particle 431 is located at the periphery of the laser projection path 120, and is installed on the side of the first optical element 131 facing the second optical element 132, so that when the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the scattering particle 431, it is scattered, and in this way, the detection laser 123 is formed to the detection module 41.

[0094] It should be understood that at this time, the light intensity of the detection laser 123 measured by the detection module 41 also cannot directly correspond to the emission light intensity of the laser 121.

[0095] like Fig.10 Shown is another variant implementation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein in this variant implementation, the at least one scattering particle 431 is located at the periphery of the laser projection path 120 and is installed on the side of the first optical element 131 facing the laser light source 12, so that when the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the scattering particle 431, it is scattered. In this way, the detection laser 123 is formed to the detection module 41.

[0096] It should be understood that at this time, the light intensity of the detection laser 123 measured by the detection module 41 also cannot directly correspond to the emission light intensity of the laser 121.

[0097] like Fig.11 Shown is another variant implementation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein in this variant implementation, the at least one scattering particle 431 is located at the periphery of the laser projection path 120 and is installed between the laser light source 12 and the first optical element 131, so that when the laser 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the scattering particle 431, it is scattered, and in this way, the detection laser 123 is formed to the detection module 41.

[0098] It should be understood that at this time, the light intensity of the detection laser 123 measured by the detection module 41 also cannot directly correspond to the emission light intensity of the laser 121.

[0099] In addition, in a specific implementation process, the scattering particles 431 can be installed between the first optical element 131 and the laser light source 12 via a support carrier 432. For example, the support carrier 432 can be implemented as a glass carrier connected to the housing 11. Of course, those skilled in the art should know that the scattering particles 431 can also be located between the first optical element 131 and the laser light source 12 in other ways, which is not limited to the present invention.

[0100] Those skilled in the art should easily think of Fig.18As shown, in another embodiment of the present invention, the detection module 41 and the scattering particles 431 can be simultaneously arranged at different positions of the laser projection module 10 to detect the light intensity information of different parts of the laser. Accordingly, the control mode of the control module 42 can be further optimized by using the light intensity information of different parts of the laser 121 measured by the detection module 41, and the stability of the control performance of the control module 42 can be improved. It should be understood that the light intensity information of each part of the laser measured by the detection module 41 at different positions is similar to providing a double insurance mechanism or a multi-insurance mechanism, so that even if any of the detection modules 41 is damaged, the laser monitoring system 40 can still operate normally. At the same time, the light intensity information of each part of the laser measured by the detection module 41 at different positions can also be used as basic data to analyze the performance parameters of the first optical element 131 and / or the second optical element 132, as well as the changes in the performance parameters of the first optical element 131 and / or the second optical element 132 over time, providing an important reference basis for the overall optimization of the laser projection module 10.

[0101] like Fig.13 FIG. 4 is an equivalent embodiment according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein in the equivalent embodiment, the scattering particles 431A are disposed at the periphery of the laser projection path 120 of the laser projection module 10, so that when the laser light 121 generated by the laser light source 12 reaches the scattering particles 431A, the scattering particles 431A absorb the laser light 121 and circumferentially scatter the laser light of a specific wavelength band, thereby forming the detection laser light 123 to the detection module 41. That is, in the equivalent implementation of the present invention, the way in which the scattering particles 431A generate the detection laser light 123 changes.

[0102] More specifically, in the equivalent embodiment of the present invention, the scattering particles 431A are made of a material capable of absorbing laser light of a specific wavelength band, such as a fluorescent material made of a rare earth inorganic substance, so that when the laser light 121 generated by the laser light source 12 radiates to the scattering particles 431A, the scattering particles 431A absorb the energy contained in the laser light 121, and then generate a laser light of a specific wavelength band by themselves, and radiate it to the surroundings, such as Fig.14 It should be understood that the detection module 41 is disposed adjacent to the scattering particle 431A, so that the laser light scattered from the scattering particle 431A is partially radiated to the detection module 41 for detection by the detection module 41 .

[0103] Figuratively speaking, in the equivalent implementation of the present invention, the scattering particle 431A is an active light source, which generates laser light with a specific wavelength to form the detection laser light 123 to the detection module 41. In the aforementioned embodiment, the scattering particle 431A is a passive light source, which only acts as a scattering medium to scatter the laser light 121 generated by the laser light source 12 to form the detection laser light 123 to the detection module 41.

[0104] It is worth mentioning that in the equivalent embodiment of the present invention, the laser light generated by the scattering particles 431A may have a wavelength different from the laser light 121 absorbed by the scattering particles 431A, that is, the scattering particles 431A have the performance of converting the laser light wavelength. Based on this performance, the laser projection module 10 may be further optimized so that the scattering particles 431A not only have the function of forming the detection light path 124, but also play the role of purifying the laser light 121.

[0105] More specifically, those skilled in the art should know that the laser light generated by the laser light source 12 contains some stray light, which has a different wavelength from the laser light 121 of the working band. When the laser light 121 (mixed with stray light) passes through the optical modulation unit 13, laser light of different wavelengths will be refracted to different degrees. Intuitively speaking, there are differences in the light path projection paths formed by the laser light 121 of different bands in the optical modulation unit 13. Based on this technical feature, it should be easy to think that in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the scattering particles 431A can be arranged on the laser projection path 120 formed by the stray light 122 of the laser light 121, so that the scattering particles 431A can absorb part of the stray light, and then circumferentially scatter a laser light of a specific band to form the detection laser light 123 to the detection module 41. Preferably, after absorbing the stray light 122, the scattering particles 431A scatter the laser light in the set band of the laser light 121, so that the scattering particles 431A can also play the role of purifying the laser light 121.

[0106] It should be noted that there is a difference between the laser light intensity information contained in the stray light 122 and the outgoing light intensity of the laser 121. Therefore, in the actual implementation process, relevant personnel should obtain in advance the relative relationship between the intensity of this part of the stray light and the outgoing laser light intensity. Therefore, although the stray light intensity information measured by the detection module 41 cannot directly reflect the outgoing light intensity of the laser 121, it can also ensure accurate control of the control mode of the laser light source 12 to ensure that the outgoing light intensity of the laser 121 meets safety requirements.

[0107] Similarly, in a specific implementation of the equivalent embodiment of the present invention, the scattering particle 431A can be installed at any position of the stray light 122 in the projection path of the laser projection module 10. For example, the at least one scattering particle 431A can be installed on the side of the second optical element 132 facing the laser output end 110 of the laser projection module 10; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A can be arranged between the second optical element 132 and the laser output end 110; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A can be installed on the second optical element 132 is toward the side of the laser emitting end 110; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A is located between the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A is installed on the side of the first optical element 131 facing the second optical element 132; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A is installed on the side of the first optical element 131 facing the laser light source 12; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A is located between the laser light source 12 and the first optical element 131. This is not limited to the present invention.

[0108] Of course, it is also easy for those skilled in the art to understand that in another specific implementation of the equivalent embodiment of the present invention, the scattering particle 431A can be installed at any position of the laser 121 (preset wavelength band) in the projection path of the laser projection module 10. For example, the at least one scattering particle 431A can be installed on the side of the second optical element 132 facing the laser output end 110 of the laser projection module 10; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A can be arranged between the second optical element 132 and the laser output end 110; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A can be installed on the side of the second optical element 132 facing the laser output end 110 of the laser projection module 10. The at least one scattering particle 431A is installed on the side of the second optical element 132 facing the laser emitting end 110; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A is located between the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A is installed on the side of the first optical element 131 facing the second optical element 132; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A is installed on the side of the first optical element 131 facing the laser light source 12; or, the at least one scattering particle 431A is located between the laser light source 12 and the first optical element 131. This is not limited to the present invention. It should be understood that when the scattering particle 431A is located in the path projected by the laser 121 (preset wavelength band), the laser light intensity information measured by the detection module 41 can reflect the light intensity information of the laser 121, thereby facilitating the design of the control mode.

[0109] Likewise, it should be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that, in other specific embodiments of this equivalent embodiment of the present invention, Fig.15 and 16 As shown, the detection module 41 and the scattering particles 431A with laser absorption performance can be simultaneously arranged at different positions of the laser projection module 10 to detect the light intensity information of different parts of the laser. Accordingly, when the detection module 41 and the scattering particles 431A with laser absorption performance can be simultaneously arranged at different positions of the stray light 122 in the projection path of the laser projection module 10, the performance of the scattering particles 431A in absorbing stray light is doubled, that is, the performance of the laser monitoring system 40 in purifying the projected laser of the laser projection module 10 is effectively enhanced.

[0110] At the same time, by using the light intensity information of the laser 121 of different parts measured by the detection module 41, the control mode of the control module 42 can be further optimized to improve the stability of the control performance of the control module 42. Intuitively speaking, the light intensity information of each part of the laser measured by the detection modules 41 at different positions is similar to providing a double insurance mechanism or a multi-insurance mechanism, so that even if any of the detection modules 41 is damaged, the laser monitoring system 40 can still operate normally. Fig.18 As shown, at the same time, the laser light intensity information of each part measured by the detection module 41 at different positions can also be used as basic data to analyze the performance parameters of the first optical element 131 and / or the second optical element 132, as well as the changes in the performance parameters of the first optical element 131 and / or the second optical element 132 over time, providing an important reference basis for the overall optimization of the laser projection module 10.

[0111] It is worth mentioning that Fig.19As shown, in other specific implementations of this equivalent embodiment of the present invention, the laser light source 12 can adjust the laser projection performance so that the laser light source 12 can generate a detection laser 123 alone, which corresponds to the scattering particle 431 alone, so that when the laser light source 12 projects the detection laser 123 to the scattering particle 431, the scattering particle 431 absorbs the energy contained in the detection laser 123, and then generates a laser with a specific wavelength band by itself, and radiates it to the surroundings. It should be understood that the detection module 41 is arranged adjacent to the scattering particle 431, so that the laser light scattered from the scattering particle 431 is partially radiated to the detection module 41 for detection by the detection module 41. It should be noted that in order to avoid the detection laser 123 affecting the imaging of the depth information camera module, the laser light scattered by the scattering particle 431 after absorbing the detection laser 123 is within the set wavelength band of the laser 121. Of course, those skilled in the art should be able to easily conceive that, in another implementation of the equivalent embodiment of the present invention, the wavelength band of the detection laser 123 may originally be in the set wavelength band of the laser 121, and the wavelength band of the laser scattered by the scattering particles 431 after absorbing the detection laser 123 does not change.

[0112] Furthermore, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the detection module 41 can be integrally mounted on the housing 11 of the laser projection module 10, and is connected to a circuit board 30 of the depth information camera module via an LDS circuit expansion layer 111. Fig.13 As shown, in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the housing 11 pre-forms at least one mounting hole 112 for respectively mounting the detection module 41. In particular, the formation position of the at least one mounting hole 112 is designed relative to the position of the detection optical path 124 forming the module 43, that is, the mounting hole 112 also serves to position the detection module 41. It should be understood that since the detection module 41 is integrally mounted on the housing 11 of the laser projection module 10, the laser projection module 10 and the laser monitoring system 40 have a relatively more compact modular structure.

[0113] In particular, if Fig.13 As shown, the LDS circuit expansion layer 111 is pre-buried in the housing 11 and extends between the detection module 41 and the circuit board 30 to electrically connect the detection module 41 to the circuit board 30, so that the detection module 41 can be powered by the circuit board 30 and / or controlled by the circuit board 30. It should be understood that the circuit board 30 expansion layer is processed by laser direct structuring technology and is embedded in the housing 11, so that the laser projection module 10 and the laser monitoring system 40 have a more compact modular structure.

[0114] It is worth mentioning that in another embodiment of the present invention, the detection module 41 can be installed in the laser projection module 10 without the aid of the housing 11 of the laser projection module 10, and can be connected to the circuit board 30 of the depth information camera module by means of traditional electrical connections, such as wires or pins. That is to say, in another embodiment of the present invention, the detection module 41 can be installed in the laser projection module 10 separately. Of course, those skilled in the art should also know that the detection module 41 can also be installed in a preset position in the laser projection module 10 by other means, and can be connected to the circuit board 30 by any other electrical connection method, which is not limited to the present invention.

[0115] Furthermore, in order to prevent the external environment from affecting the detection accuracy of the detection module 41, Fig.17 As shown, in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the laser monitoring system 40 further includes a light-blocking layer 44, which is arranged at the laser emitting end 110 of the housing 11 to prevent external stray light from reaching the detection module 41 and affecting the detection result. More specifically, in a specific implementation scheme, the light-blocking layer 44 can be made of a light-absorbing material, which has the function of absorbing stray light of a specific wavelength band and allows lasers of other wavelength bands to pass through, so that when external stray light reaches the light-blocking layer 44, the light-blocking layer 44 can absorb the stray light 122 to prevent it from reaching the detection module 41 through the laser emitting end 110 and affecting the detection accuracy. Alternatively, in another specific embodiment, the light-blocking layer 44 may be made of a reflective material, which has the function of reflecting stray light in a specific band and allowing lasers in other bands to pass through, so that when external stray light reaches the light-blocking layer 44, the light-blocking layer 44 can reflect the stray light 122 to prevent it from reaching the detection module 41 through the laser output end 110 and affecting the detection accuracy.

[0116] Reference Fig. 20 A depth information camera module according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, wherein the second preferred embodiment is a variant embodiment of the first preferred embodiment, and its structural features are generally consistent with the depth information camera module of the first preferred embodiment, except that the detection optical path 124 of the laser monitoring system 40 forms a module 43.

[0117] As shown in FIG. 20, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the detection optical path 124 forming module 43 includes at least one light guide 432, wherein the at least one light guide 432 extends between the laser projection module 10 and the detection module 41, and in this way, the detection laser 123 is formed to the laser module. In particular, each of the light guides 432 includes a light collecting end 4321, a light emitting end 4322, and a light guide passage 4322 extending between the light collecting end 4321 and the light emitting end 4323, wherein the light collecting end 4321 extends into the laser projection path 120 of the laser projection module 10, so that part of the laser enters the light guide passage 4322 through the light collecting end 4321. Accordingly, the laser 121 entering the light collecting path radiates along the conducting passage, passes through the light emitting end 4323 and reaches the detection module 41, and in this way, the detection laser 123 is formed to the detection module 41.

[0118] It is worth mentioning that in the specific implementation of the second preferred embodiment, the light guide 432 can be implemented as an optical fiber or a metal pipe, so as to limit the traveling direction of the detection laser 123 by the optical fiber or the metal pipe, thereby transmitting the detection laser 123 to the detection module 41. Of course, those skilled in the art should know that the light guide 432 can also be implemented as any other propagation medium with a light guiding function, which is not limited by the present invention.

[0119] Similarly, in the specific implementation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the position of the guide channel can be freely arranged according to the position of the detection module 41. For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the light-collecting end 4321 of the light-guiding channel 432 is located between the first optical element 131 and the second optical element 132, and the light-emitting end 4323 corresponds to the detection module 41. The detection laser 123 reaches the detection module 41 through the conductive path. Fig. 22 shown.

[0120] In another embodiment of the present invention, the light-collecting end 4321 of the light guide channel 432 can be arranged between the second optical element 132 and the laser output end 110, and the light output end 4323 corresponds to the detection module 41, and the detection laser 123 reaches the detection module 41 through the conductive path, as shown in FIG20.

[0121] In another embodiment of the present invention, the light collecting end 4321 of the light guide 432 may be disposed between the first optical element 131 and the laser light source 12, and the light emitting end 4323 corresponds to the detection module 41. The detection laser 123 reaches the detection module 41 through the conductive path. Fig.21shown.

[0122] like Fig.23 What is shown is a variant implementation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein in this variant embodiment, the laser light source 12 projection performance is adjusted so that the laser light source 12 can generate a detection laser 123 alone, which corresponds to the light-collecting port of the light guide 432 alone. When the laser light source 12 is excited, it projects the detection laser 123 to the light guide 432, so as to reach the detection module 41 through the light guide passage 4322 of the light guide 432 for detection. That is, in this variant embodiment of the present invention, the laser light source 12 includes a detection laser projection area 125 for projecting the detection laser 123 to the light guide 432. It should be noted that the detection laser 123 entering the light guide 432 is a one-way channel, that is, the detection laser 123 will not be re-radiated to the outside of the laser projection module 10, thereby effectively avoiding the detection laser 123 from affecting the imaging of the depth information camera module.

[0123] like Fig.24 As shown, the present invention also provides a laser 121 monitoring method for monitoring a laser projection module 10 of a depth information camera module, which includes the steps of:

[0124] S1 detects the light intensity information of a laser 121 projected by the laser projection module 10 through a detection module 41; and

[0125] S2 controls the working mode of a laser light source 12 of the laser projection module 10 through a control module 42 .
