[0125] All patients came from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Orthopedics from January 2022 to December 2022 outpatient or inpatient, a total of 80 cases, 40 cases in the observation group and the control group, two groups of patients during treatment were not lost. Among them, the observation group (17 females and 15 males) was the youngest 18 years old, the oldest 60 years old, and the average was 49.78±10.22 years old; the control group (16 females and 16 males) was the youngest 19 years old, the oldest 58 years old, and the average was 49.12±9.88 years old. Statistical analysis and comparison showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups in age (see Table 1).

[0148] Case 1

[0149] On March 27, 2022, Liang, a male born in 1978, had redness, swelling and pain in his left big toe for 3 days. He was previously healthy, and 3 days ago he had no obvious inducement of redness, swelling and pain in his left big toe. At first, the degree was lighter, and in the past 2 days, the symptoms gradually worsened. Physical examination showed that the left big toe joint was red and swollen, with bright red color, obvious tenderness, and walking was claudication (as shown in Figure 1 ). The uric acid was 768 umol / L. He was irritable, had normal appetite, average sleep, yellowish urine, and dry stool. His tongue was red, with yellow fur, and his pulse was rapid and frequent. Diagnosis: gout.

[0150] Treatment: The drug composition prepared in Example 1 was used. When using, 50 ml of Step A liquid and 30 g of Step B powder were mixed and stirred to form a paste, which was wrapped with single-layer gauze and applied to the affected area, then fixed with bandage and adhesive tape. She had a history of hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes, and took oral medication regularly. Yesterday, she had no obvious inducement of redness, swelling and pain in her left foot, and she was afraid to move. The pain gradually worsened, and she couldn't sleep at night. Physical examination showed that the left foot was swollen, the skin was red, the skin temperature was high, the dorsum of the foot was red and swollen, and the left foot was limited in active and passive flexion and extension due to pain. The toe end had normal blood supply and sensation (as shown in Figure 3 ). Diagnosis: left foot erysipelas.
