Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a juicer, and more particularly, to a juicer that improves the cutting efficiency of a cutting section that pre-cuts juice material in a hopper coupled to the upper portion of a juicer cylinder, thereby being able to supply sufficiently pre-cut and crushed material to the juicer cylinder. Background Art

[0002] For health reasons, there is an increasing trend of preparing and consuming green juice or fruit juice directly at home. To this end, many devices that can easily prepare juice using vegetables or fruits at home have been disclosed.

[0003] In the past, juicers put the raw materials into the inlet, crushed them with high-speed rotating blades, and made juice by centrifugal separation. However, the high-speed crushing process of such juicers may destroy the original taste and nutritional components of the materials, and it is difficult to make green juice with vegetables with stems or leaves, and it is difficult to make juice with fruits with high viscosity such as kiwis or strawberries, and it is impossible to make soy milk with soybeans.

[0004] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the technical solution disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-0793852 is a method of squeezing and crushing materials between a mesh cylinder and a low-speed rotating screw, which has the following effects: that is, soybeans are made into soy milk by the principle of grinding and squeezing with a grindstone, and fruits with high viscosity such as tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, etc. are made into juice by grinding and squeezing on a steel plate, thereby solving the problems of the previous juicers mentioned above.

[0005] However, in this case, due to the size of the screw and the size of the input port, it is troublesome to cut the material into small pieces before inputting the material into the input port. The size of the input port is made according to the size of the screw to input the material of appropriate size. Summary of the invention

[0006] Therefore, the present invention is proposed to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide a juicer, which improves the cutting efficiency of the cutting part that pre-cuts the juice material in the hopper connected to the upper part of the juicer cylinder, so that the sufficiently pre-cut and crushed material can be supplied to the juicer cylinder.

[0007] The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above. For other problems not mentioned, those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs should be able to clearly understand through the following description.

[0008] The object is achieved by the juicer of the present invention, which includes a cutting part, which pre-cuts the juice material by rotating in a hopper above the screw, wherein the cutting part includes: a rotating body, which is rotatably supported on the bottom plate of the hopper; a chopping blade, which is arranged on one side of the rotating body and extends to the upper side in a spiral shape; a cutting blade, which is arranged on the other side of the rotating body and extends in a horizontal direction on the bottom plate of the hopper and pushes the juice material through the front surface in the rotation direction; and a transfer protrusion, which extends downward at the lower part of the chopping blade and is capable of transferring material in the area between the chopping blade and the bottom plate of the hopper.

[0009] Here, the transfer protrusion preferably has a shape in which a cross section becomes smaller toward a lower end portion.

[0010] Furthermore, it is preferable that an inclined blade portion inclined in a direction opposite to the rotation direction is formed on a front surface of the transfer protrusion in the rotation direction.

[0011] Furthermore, the splitting blade and the transfer protrusion are preferably formed integrally.

[0012] Furthermore, the transfer protrusion is preferably arranged at the center of the lower portion of the splitting blade in the longitudinal direction.

[0013] Furthermore, it is preferred that the splitting edge and the cutting edge extend in opposite directions from the rotation center, and the cutting edge has a shape that is curved in a direction opposite to a direction in which the splitting edge is formed to extend in a spiral shape.

[0014] Furthermore, the cutting part is preferably formed into a double structure in which a core body made of a rigid material is inserted into an interior of a rotating body.

[0015] Furthermore, it is preferable that the core body is formed with at least one of a protrusion protruding from the surface of the core body, a groove recessed from the surface of the core body, or a through hole penetrating the core body.

[0016] In addition, it is preferred to further include: a juicer, which is combined with the lower part of the hopper and accommodates the screw for squeezing the juice material inside, and at least one discharge hole is formed on the lower end surface of the hopper to allow the juice material crushed in the hopper to move to the interior of the juicer located below.

[0017] Furthermore, the transfer protrusion is preferably configured to cooperate with the discharge hole to cut and crush the material.

[0018] According to the present invention, a juicer is provided, which supplies juice materials to a juice cylinder after cutting and stirring the juice materials in a hopper, so that a user does not need to cut the juice materials in advance, thereby improving the convenience of use.

[0019] In addition, a juicer is provided in which a tiger tooth-shaped transfer protrusion is arranged at the lower part of the splitting blade extending upward in a spiral shape, so that the material can be further transferred and crushed in the area between the splitting blade and the hopper bottom plate, thereby further improving the cutting performance of the cutting part. [0045] Before describing the present invention, it should be noted that in multiple embodiments, the same figure marks are used for structural elements with the same structure, and a representative description is given in the first embodiment, and structures different from the first embodiment are described in other embodiments.

[0046] Hereinafter, a juice extractor according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0047] In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 and Figure 2 is a perspective view of a cutting portion of a juicer constituting an embodiment of the present invention, Figures 3 to 5 yes Figure 1 The side view of the cutting part shown in FIG. Figure 6 yes Figure 1 The cross-sectional view of the cutting portion shown in FIG. Figure 7 yes Figure 1 A bottom view of the cut portion shown in FIG.

[0048] As shown in the above figure, the juice extractor of the present invention includes a cutting part 100 for pre-cutting the juice material by rotating in a hopper on the upper part of the screw. The cutting part 100 may be configured to include a rotating body 110 , a chopping blade 120 , a cutting blade 130 and a transfer protrusion 140 .

[0049] The rotating body 110 is arranged on the upper side of the center of the bottom plate of the hopper, and an angular groove 111 for receiving the rotation driving force may be formed at the rotation center of the bottom surface, and a screw groove 112 connected to the screw 240 is formed above the angular groove 111.

[0050] The chopping blade 120 and the cutting blade 130 may extend from the rotating body 110 to both sides, respectively, and the transfer protrusion 140 may extend downward from the lower portion of the chopping blade 120 .

[0051] The chopping blade 120 is formed on one side of the rotating body 110 and extends upward in a spiral shape toward the rotation direction of the cutting part 100. The upper end of the chopping blade 120 is preferably formed into a hook shape with a smaller cross section and a sharper hook shape as it approaches the end. In addition, the chopping blade 120 is not formed into a plate shape, but is formed to have a predetermined wall thickness, and the cross section becomes smaller as it approaches the upper side and extends upward while being curved in a spiral shape, so as to be formed into a shape like a bull's horn.

[0052] The hook-shaped chopping blade 120 facing upward is mainly responsible for splitting and crushing the juice material put into the upper part. In addition, since the chopping blade 120 is not formed in a plate shape but is formed in a shape with a predetermined wall thickness, it is possible to prevent stem vegetables such as water celery from being entangled in the chopping blade 120. In addition, the shape extending in a horn-like spiral plays a role in guiding the cut juice material to move downward. At this time, an inclined curved surface 121 is formed on the radial inner side surface of the chopping blade 120. The more the inclined curved surface 121 approaches the lower part, the more it faces the radial outer side. Therefore, the juice material crushed by the chopping blade 120 can move smoothly downward along the curved surface while the chopping blade 120 rotates.

[0053] The higher the upper end height of the splitting blade 120 is, the higher the crushing effect is, so it is preferably formed to be at least higher than the height of the upper end surface of the cutting blade 130. In addition, the radial length of the splitting blade 120 is preferably formed to be as long as possible in the radial direction within a range that does not interfere with the inner side surface of the hopper.

[0054] The cutting blade 130 is formed extending in the horizontal direction on the bottom plate of the hopper. The cutting blade 130 is preferably formed to have a predetermined thickness in the vertical direction. As shown in the figure, a blade is formed on the upper end where the inclined surfaces of the front surface and the rear surface of the cutting blade 130 in the rotation direction meet. Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , the end of the cutting blade 130 may be formed so that its height gradually decreases as it approaches the radial direction. The cutting blade 130 plays a role in secondary crushing of the juice material that is crushed by the chopping blade 120 and moves downward by the blade formed at the upper end. At the same time, as the cutting blade 130 is formed to have a prescribed thickness, Fig.13As shown, the juice material on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 can be pushed toward the discharge hole 213, so that the juice material is smoothly discharged through the discharge hole 213. This is because if the thickness of the cutting blade 130 is thin, it may not be able to push the juice material on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 and may run idle.

[0055] The cutting blade 130 preferably extends in a direction 180 degrees opposite to the direction in which the splitting blade 120 extends at the rotation center of the cutting part 100, but is not necessarily limited thereto.

[0056] Therefore, in the present invention, the splitting blade 120 and the cutting blade 130 exist in opposite directions from the rotation center, and the blade tips of the splitting blade 120 and the cutting blade 130 are bent toward each other, so that the overall shape of the cutting portion 100 is similar to a crescent shape.

[0057] In addition, the splitting blade 120 and the cutting blade 130 are not located on the same plane, and the splitting blade 120 has a shape that is curved in a spiral shape and extends upward, so the overall shape of the cutting portion 100 is similar to a crescent shape, but has a shape that is twisted in space.

[0058] Similar to the splitting blade 120 , the cutting blade 130 is also preferably formed as long as possible in the radial direction within a range that does not interfere with the inner surface of the hopper.

[0059] The transfer protrusion 140 preferably extends downward from the center of the length direction of the lower part of the splitting blade 120, and is formed into a tiger tooth shape with a smaller and sharper cross-section toward the lower end. The transfer protrusion 140 has an inclined blade portion 141 inclined downward in the direction opposite to the rotation direction on the front surface in the rotation direction.

[0060] Since the splitting blade 120 is formed to extend upward in a spiral shape, a space for the material to pass through is formed in the area between the splitting blade 120 and the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210. The transfer protrusion 140 formed in a tiger tooth shape is arranged at the central lower part of the splitting blade 120, so that Fig.14 As shown, the main function of the transfer protrusion 140 is to transfer the material flowing into the splitting blade 120 and the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210. In addition, since the lower end of the transfer protrusion 140 is formed in a sharp tiger tooth shape, and an inclined blade portion 141 is formed on the front surface in the rotation direction and is inclined downward in the direction opposite to the rotation direction, it can also perform the function of crushing the material between the splitting blade 120 and the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210. For this reason, the splitting blade 120 is preferably set to have a wall thickness with respect to the rotation direction to a degree that can cut and crush the material.

[0061] The lower the position of the lower end of the transfer protrusion 140 is, the higher the crushing and transfer effects are. Therefore, it is preferred that the transfer protrusion 140 is arranged as close to the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 as possible within a range that does not interfere with the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210.

[0062] In the accompanying drawings, Figure 8 This is a diagram for illustrating the dual structure of the cutting portion of one embodiment of the present invention, and comparing the core formed inside the cutting portion with the final form of the cutting portion. Fig. 9 Yes means Figure 8 A cross-sectional view of the dual structural form.

[0063] The cutting unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be formed into a double structure in which a core 150 made of a rigid material is inserted into a rotating body 110 .

[0064] like Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, in the cutting part 100 , the core 150 formed of a material having a relatively higher strength than the rotating body 110 forms the internal structure of the rotating body 110 .

[0065] The cutting part 100 is required to be made of environmentally friendly materials that are harmless to the human body, have high strength, are easy to process, and are lightweight. In particular, the angle slot 111 and the screw slot 112 of the rotating body 110 that receives the driving force will be subjected to a strong load, so if sufficient strength is not ensured, they may be easily deformed or damaged.

[0066] Therefore, in the present invention, by inserting the core 150 made of a relatively strong material into the rotating body 110 of the cutting unit 100 , it is possible to satisfy the manufacturing conditions required for the cutting unit 100 while ensuring the strength.

[0067] At this time, the core 150 may be formed of PEI (Polyetherimide) material, and the cutting portion 100 may be formed of POM (Polyoxymethylene or Polyacetal) material or ABS (Acrylonitrilebutadiene styrene) material.

[0068] The core body 150 and the cutting part 100 having two materials different from each other may be manufactured by insert injection molding and strongly combined.

[0069] The core body 150 may have a size that can be accommodated inside the rotating body 110, and may have a protrusion 151 protruding from the surface of the core body 150, a groove 152 recessed from the surface of the core body 150, or a through hole 153 penetrating the core body 150, thereby increasing the bonding force between the core body 150 and the cutting part 100.

[0070] In addition, the core 150 made of a strong material is provided with an angled groove 111 and a screw groove 112 on which a strong load acts, so as to be connected with a power transmission part 230 and a screw 240 described later, thereby further strengthening the rigidity of the connection part.

[0071] In the accompanying drawings, Fig.10 and Fig.11 This is an exploded perspective view for explaining the connection between the cutting part and the hopper of the juice extractor according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig.12 It is a cross-sectional view showing a combined state of a cutting portion and a hopper of the juice extractor of the present invention.

[0072] The rotating body 110 of the cutting unit 100 of the present embodiment may be rotatably supported on a connecting hole 212 formed at the center of a bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 .

[0073] The juicer can be constructed to include: a driving body that provides driving force; a container-shaped juicer barrel 300 assembled on the upper side of the driving body; a screw 310 arranged in the juicer barrel 300 and used to receive the driving force from the driving body to rotate while crushing and squeezing the material contained in the juicer barrel 300; and a hopper 210 assembled on the upper side of the juicer barrel 300 and used to supply material to the juicer barrel 300.

[0074] The hopper 210 may be cylindrical in shape, and a space for receiving the juicing material is formed through an open upper portion. A connecting hole 212 is formed through the center of the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210, and at least one through discharge hole 213 is formed between the center and the edge of the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210. The juicing material put into the hopper 210 can be cut and crushed by the cutting part 100 rotating in the hopper 210, and supplied to the juicing cylinder 300 arranged below the hopper 210 through the discharge hole 213.

[0075] Since the cutting unit 100 does not rotate inside the hopper 210 with its upper and lower ends respectively supported on the hopper 210, but cuts the juice material with only its lower end supported on the hopper 210, an open space that is not disturbed is formed on the upper side of the cutting unit 100 in the hopper 210. Therefore, an open space that opens the entire upper side of the cutting unit 100 is formed, so that larger juice material such as a whole fruit can be put into the hopper 210 for cutting.

[0076] For example, the cutting part 100 is arranged on the upper side of the sleeve part 220 in the connecting hole 212 of the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210, and is fixed on the power transmission part 230 arranged on the lower side of the sleeve part 220, so that it can be supported on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 in a rotatable state.

[0077] The sleeve portion 220 is formed in a conical shape with a smaller radius as the radial inner and outer sides approach the upper part, and the lower end is formed in a protruding circular flange shape to form a step 221. A conical inclined surface and a clamping platform are formed on the inner side of the connecting hole 212 to correspond to the shape of the outer side of the sleeve portion 220. At this time, the sleeve portion 220 can also be formed integrally on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 by insert injection molding.

[0078] The connecting hole 212 and the sleeve portion 220 are connected in a conical shape with a radius that decreases toward the upper portion. Therefore, when the screw 310 rises due to the load during the juicing process, the coupling force between the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 and the sleeve portion 220 can be firmly maintained even when subjected to an upward force, thereby preventing deformation caused by the floating of the screw 310.

[0079] A hole is formed in the inner side of the sleeve part 220 in a state of being open up and down, and the power transmission part 230 is inserted into the hole. When the screw 310 rotates in a state where the upper rotating shaft 311 of the screw 310 is inserted into the power transmission part 230, the power transmission part 230 inserted into the inner side of the sleeve part 220 rotates inside the sleeve part 220, so the sleeve part 220 is preferably formed of a material that is not easily deformed by the friction force generated when the power transmission part 230 rotates.

[0080] The power transmission part 230 may include: a coupling part 231, the outer side of which is formed in a conical shape to correspond to the inner side of the sleeve part 220; and an upper protrusion 232, which protrudes above the upper surface of the sleeve part 220 on the upper end of the coupling part 231 and is formed with a screw hole 233 for inserting the screw 240. An angular shaft hole 234 is formed on the bottom surface of the coupling part 231, and the upper rotating shaft 311 of the screw 310 composed of an angular shaft is inserted into the angular shaft hole 234.

[0081] When the power transmission part 230 is inserted into the sleeve part 220 from the bottom surface of the hopper 210, the upper protrusion 232 formed on the upper part of the coupling part 231 passes through the hole of the sleeve part 220 and protrudes above the upper surface of the sleeve part 220 to be located inside the hopper 210. At this time, the upper protrusion 232 is formed in a square angle, and an angle groove 111 is formed on the bottom surface of the rotating body 110 in a shape corresponding thereto, so that the cutting part 100 can be coupled to the upper protrusion 232. The shape of the upper protrusion 232 and the shape of the groove 111 on the bottom surface of the rotating body 110 corresponding thereto are not limited thereto, and can be deformed into various shapes such as a cross shape and a spline shape.

[0082] When the upper protrusion 232 and the groove 111 on the bottom surface of the rotating body 110 are combined, the screw 240 is inserted through the axial hole 234 of the combining part 231 to combine the screw 240 in the screw hole 233 that passes through the upper protrusion 232 and the screw groove 112 formed at the rotation center of the bottom surface of the cutting part 100, so that the rotating body 110 of the cutting part 100 can be firmly combined to the upper protrusion 232.

[0083] A step is formed at the upper end of the shaft hole 234 formed on the inner side of the coupling portion 231 to limit the insertion depth of the upper rotating shaft 311 of the screw rod 310 , and the head of the screw 240 is located above the step based on the step.

[0084] For the cutting part 100 rotatably supported on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 as described above, during the process of the hopper 210 being coupled to the upper part of the juicer 300, the upper rotating shaft 311 of the screw 310 arranged inside the juicer 300 is coupled to the shaft hole 234 of the power transmission part 230, so that the cutting part 100 receives the driving force from the screw 310 and rotates together with the screw 310.

[0085] In the accompanying drawings, Fig.13 is a top cross-sectional view showing the juice extractor of the present invention in use; Fig.14 and Fig.15 It is a cross-sectional view showing the juice extractor of the present invention in use.

[0086] Reference Figures 13 to 15 , the pre-crushing and cutting process of the material performed by the cutting part 100 of the juice extractor of the present invention is observed as follows.

[0087] The cutting portion 100 is rotatably coupled to the bottom plate 211 inside the hopper 210, receives a rotational force from the screw 310 located inside the juicer barrel 300 and rotates inside the hopper 210, cuts and crushes the juicing material put into the hopper 210, and then discharges the juicing material to the inside of the juicer barrel 300 located below the hopper 210 through the discharge hole 213 formed on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210.

[0088] In the present invention, since the cutting unit 100 does not rotate inside the hopper 210 with its upper and lower ends respectively supported on the hopper 210, but cuts the juice material with only its lower end supported on the hopper 210, an open space that is not disturbed is formed on the upper side of the cutting unit 100 in the hopper 210. Thus, an open space that opens the entire upper side of the cutting unit 100 is formed, so that larger juice material such as a whole fruit can be put into the hopper 210 for cutting.

[0089] Here, the chopping blade 120 formed on one side of the rotating body 110 extends upward in a hook shape, and is mainly responsible for splitting and crushing the juice material put into the upper part. In addition, the shape extending in a horn-like spiral is mainly responsible for guiding the cut juice material to move downward. At this time, an inclined curved surface 121 is formed on the radial inner side surface of the chopping blade 120, and the inclined curved surface 121 is more radially outward as it approaches the lower part, so that the juice material crushed by the chopping blade 120 can move smoothly downward along the curved surface while the chopping blade 120 rotates.

[0090] The cutting blade 130 formed on the other side of the rotating body 110 (i.e., the side opposite to the chopping blade 120) plays a role of secondary crushing of the juice material that is crushed by the chopping blade 120 and moved to the bottom, and at the same time, plays a role of moving the juice material on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 toward the discharge hole 213 so that it can be smoothly discharged through the discharge hole 213, and cooperates with the discharge hole 213 to cut the material.

[0091] That is, the juicing material introduced through the upper opening of the hopper 210 is split and crushed by the splitting blade 120, and then the cutting blade 130 moves the material preliminarily crushed by the splitting blade 120 to the discharge hole 213, and then cuts it for a second time through the interaction with the discharge hole 213 and discharges it through the discharge hole 213.

[0092] However, since the splitting blade 120 is bent upward on one side of the rotating body 110 , a space is formed between the splitting blade 120 and the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 , and therefore, the material is not cut or crushed in the space below the splitting blade 120 .

[0093] In addition, the splitting blade 120 does not transfer the material cut by the cutting blade 130 and placed on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210, but directly passes through the material, so the material passing through the splitting blade 120 needs to wait until the next rotation cycle of the cutting blade 130 to be transferred to the discharge hole 213.

[0094] In this embodiment, since the transfer protrusion 140 disposed at the lower part of the splitting blade 120 can transfer the material disposed in the area between the splitting blade 120 and the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210, the transfer cycle of the juice extraction material can be shortened. That is, in addition to using the cutting blade 130 to transfer the material on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 to the discharge hole 213, the transfer protrusion 140 at the lower part of the splitting blade 120 located on the side opposite to the cutting blade 130 is further used to transfer the material. Therefore, compared with only using the cutting blade 130 to transfer the material, the transfer cycle of the material can be shortened, so that the pre-cut and crushed material can be discharged more quickly through the discharge hole 213.

[0095] In addition, since the inclined blade portion 141 inclined downward in the direction opposite to the rotation direction is formed on the rotation direction front surface of the transfer protrusion 140 arranged at the lower part of the splitting blade 120, the material transferred to the discharge hole 213 through the transfer protrusion 140 can be cut by interacting with the discharge hole 213, so the pre-cutting efficiency of the material can be further improved. For this reason, the inclined blade portion 141 formed on the rotation direction front surface of the transfer protrusion 140 is preferably configured to be able to cut and crush the material by cooperating with the discharge hole 213 formed on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210.

[0096] As described above, the cutting section 100 of the present embodiment uses the chopping blade 120 to cut and crush the material supplied to the inside of the hopper 210, and uses the cutting blade 130 to transfer the material located on the bottom plate 211 of the hopper 210 to the discharge hole 213, and further cuts and crushes it under the interaction with the discharge hole 213, and then uses the transfer protrusion 140 located at the lower part of the chopping blade 120 on the opposite side of the rotation center of the cutting blade 130 to transfer the material to the discharge hole 213, thereby shortening the discharge cycle of the juice extraction material, and the inclined blade portion 141 of the transfer protrusion 140 cuts and crushes the juice extraction material at the lower part of the chopping blade 120, thereby further improving the cutting and crushing efficiency of the cutting section 100.

[0097] The scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and can be implemented by various forms of embodiments within the scope of the attached claims. Within the scope of the spirit of the present invention claimed in the claims, various scopes that can be modified by technicians in the technical field to which the present invention belongs also fall within the scope recorded in the claims of the present invention.
