Abstract
Description
A framed painting and a method for producing the same A wall painting and a method for producing the same Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a cloth painting, in particular to a cloth painting which is connected to a fabric decorative surface in a connection mode which is convenient for assembly and disassembly. Background Art
[0002] Patent No. 97229174.1 discloses a cloth painting whose artwork is attached to the frame with easily removable Velcro, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly. However, the frame lacks a design for easy assembly and disassembly, making it inconvenient to carry and transport after purchase. This cloth painting lacks a technical solution for producing its decorative surface, making it less practical. The artwork is mounted behind the frame and cannot be fixed to a wall. This is because once the painting is fixed to the wall, the artwork is also fixed, losing its "easy assembly and disassembly" feature. This makes it unsuitable for large cloth paintings that need to be fixed to the wall. The picture frame disclosed in Patent No. ZL201220335893.1 can be easily assembled and disassembled, but the screws and screw holes that make up the frame are flat, leaving them exposed. This gives the frame a destructive, imperfect appearance. The threads of the screw holes are the threads of the frame itself. If the material used to make the frame is soft or the angle at which the screws are inserted into the screw holes is incorrect, the threads of the screw holes can easily be damaged, affecting the firmness of the frame connection.
[0003] Summary of the Invention
[0004] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a framed painting and a method for producing the same, a wall painting and a method for producing the same, wherein the painting is a printed product printed on fabric using printing technology, and the painting is connected to the frame or wall using connectors that are easily detachable by hooking, clipping, snapping, inserting, or magnetic connection methods. The painting is fixed with connectors that are easily detachable by hooking, clipping, snapping, inserting, or magnetic connection methods, so that the painting can be easily removed from or installed on the frame or wall. The painting of a framed painting is mounted on a frame, which can also be easily detached. The screws and screw holes that connect the frame strips to form the frame are hidden, and the connection between the frame strips is firm and secure. The painting of a wall painting is mounted on a wall, and a frame is mounted in front of the painting, so that the painting can be easily detached and installed without being affected by the frame. The "easy detachment and installation" is compared with connection methods such as gluing, sewing, nailing, riveting, and welding.
[0005] A technical solution for a framed painting comprises: a printed material printed on fabric using printing technology, the frame being connected to the frame using easily detachable connectors using hooks, clips, snaps, inserts, or magnetic connections. The easily detachable connectors using hooks, clips, snaps, inserts, or magnetic connections are fixed to the frame, allowing for easy removal and installation. The frame includes printed material printed on fabric using digital inkjet or thermal sublimation transfer technology, and the fabric comprises polyester fiber fabric or a fabric containing polyester fiber, also known as polyester fabric. The two top angles at each end of the frame bars that comprise the frame are less than 90 degrees, and screws pass through the midline of the combined angle formed by the top angles of the two frame bars to connect each two frame bars to form the frame. The frame can come in various shapes, including three-sided, four-sided, five-sided, six-sided, seven-sided, and eight-sided combinations. The top corner of the picture frame strip, or the outer side of the picture frame, is decorated with raised and recessed structures, respectively. The raised structures conceal the screws and screw holes in the recessed structures, keeping them hidden. The raised and recessed structures can be integrated or combined. The cross-sectional shapes of the picture frame strip include L-, U-, T-, S-, and V-shaped. The painting and the frame are connected by easily removable hook, clip, snap, interlaced, or magnetic fasteners. ① Hook connections refer to connections between rings or columns, such as the hooking connection between two hooks, or the hooking connection between a ring and a hook or column. Hook fasteners include: a set of hooks or Velcro with a hook on one surface and a ring on the other; a combination of hooked hooks or Velcro with other materials containing hooks or hooks; a set of buttons with rings or hooks that can be hooked to the buttons; and a set of wire loops with a ring and a column. ② Clip or snap connections refer to connections where the size, convexity, or clamping force of the two parts are utilized to achieve connection. These include mushroom-head Velcro, Velcro, zippers, snap fasteners, snap buttons, clips, and grooved plugs. ③ The interpenetrating connection method refers to a connection method in which one of the two connected parts is inserted into the other. The connectors of the interpenetrating connection method include: one part of the connection is fixed with a column, such as a nail, and the other part has a hole that matches the diameter of the column, and the column is inserted into the hole for connection. ④ The magnetic connection method refers to a connection method using magnetic connection. The connectors of the magnetic connection method include: a group of connectors in which both connected parts are composed of magnetic bodies and a group of connectors in which one of the two connected parts is a magnetic body and the other is an iron-containing object. Connectors that are easy to assemble and disassemble and are connected by hooking, clamping, carding, interpenetrating, or magnetic methods are fixed on the picture and the frame strip or the frame. The connectors include Velcro, Velcro, snap fasteners, snap fasteners, buttons, zippers, clips, groove plug rod connectors.A structure of a connecting part for a framed picture that is convenient for assembly and disassembly is: (1) Velcro or hook and loop fasteners, wherein the two components of the Velcro or hook and loop fasteners are fixed to the picture and the picture frame or the picture frame strip, respectively. For example, the hook-shaped portion of the Velcro or hook and loop fasteners is fixed to the picture frame or the picture frame strip, and the fixing methods include fixing with staples or adhesives, and fixing the ring-shaped portion to the periphery of the picture, and the fixing methods include fixing with sewing or gluing. When the picture needs to be installed on the picture frame, the two components are closed, and when the picture needs to be removed from the picture frame, the two components are torn apart. (2) Snaps or snap buttons: fix the two parts of a set of snaps or snap buttons to the picture and the picture frame or the picture frame strip respectively. The fixing methods include fixing with adhesive, sewing, and nailing. For example, one part of the snaps or snap buttons is fixed to the periphery of the picture by sewing, and the other part of the snaps or snap buttons is fixed to the picture frame or the picture frame strip with a staple. When the picture needs to be installed on the picture frame, the two parts are snapped together, and when the picture needs to be removed from the picture frame, the two parts are opened. (3) Buttons: sew buttons on the fabric belt, fix the fabric belt with buttons to the picture frame or the picture frame strip. The fixing methods include fixing with nails or adhesives. Make a ring structure around the periphery of the picture. The ring structure includes a hole-shaped structure. When the picture is installed on the picture frame, the ring structure is put on the button of the picture frame. When the picture is removed from the picture frame, the ring structure is separated from the button of the picture frame. (4) Zipper: fix the two components of the zipper to the picture and the frame or frame strip respectively. The fixing methods include fixing with adhesive, fixing with sewing, and fixing with nails. For example, fix one component of the zipper to the picture frame or frame strip with a tack or adhesive, and fix the other component to the periphery of the picture with a tack or adhesive. When the picture needs to be installed on the picture frame, use the zipper slider to connect the two components of the zipper together. When the picture needs to be removed from the picture frame, use the zipper slider to separate the two components of the zipper. (5) Magnetic connector: fix the magnetic plastic strip or magnet to the picture frame or frame strip with a tack or adhesive, and sew an iron metal sheet around the periphery of the picture to connect with the magnetic plastic strip or magnet on the picture frame. When the picture needs to be installed on the picture frame, the iron metal sheet on the picture is attracted to the magnetic plastic strip or magnet on the picture frame. When the picture needs to be removed from the picture frame, the two are separated. (6) Inserting connectors: Drill a hole at a certain distance on the picture frame or the picture frame strip, and fix a column corresponding to the hole on the periphery of the picture. The column and the picture are connected by inserting, sewing, rope and bolt connection, etc. When the picture needs to be installed on the picture frame, the column on the picture is inserted into the hole on the picture frame. When the picture needs to be removed from the picture frame, the column on the picture is pulled out from the hole in the picture frame.(7) Clip connector. The clip connector installed on the picture frame consists of two parts. There is a certain clamping force between the two parts. The clamping force is generated by a spring or a magnetic body. The structure of the clip connector that generates clamping force by a magnetic body is to fix a magnetic body on one part of the clip connector. The two parts of the clip connector generate a clamping force by relying on the magnetic force. The picture is clamped by the clip connector. The picture is connected to the picture frame by relying on the clamping force of the clip connector on the picture frame. The picture can be removed by overcoming the clamping force of the clip connector. (8) Groove plug rod connector. A groove is made on the back of the picture frame or the picture frame strip. A rod that matches the size of the groove is used to press the periphery of the picture into the groove of the picture frame so that the picture is stuck in the groove of the picture frame to achieve the purpose of connecting the picture and the picture frame. When the picture needs to be removed from the picture frame, the rod in the groove is pulled out and the picture is removed from the picture frame. If the threads of the screw holes in the picture frame bars are not easily damaged, two adjacent picture frame bars are connected using a screw and the threads of the screw holes in the picture frame bars. If the threads of the screw holes in the picture frame bars are easily damaged, two adjacent picture frame bars are connected using a screw and a nut. In this way, even if the threads of the screw holes are damaged, the connection between the picture frame bars remains secure. The relationship between the nut and the picture frame is either implantable or externally attached. The nut refers to various nuts, including tubular nuts, internal and external thread nuts, spike nuts, and trapezoidal nuts.
[0006] A method for making a framed picture comprises the following steps: first, making a picture frame strip with a raised structure and a recessed structure, determining the number of sides of the picture frame, such as a three-sided or four-sided picture frame, then determining the angle of the top corner of the picture frame strip according to the shape of the picture frame, sawing out the top corner with an electric saw, butting and positioning the top corners of two picture frame strips with a clamp, and using a three-stepped drill bit or three drill bits of a single diameter that match the diameters of the screw thread valley, the screw thread peak, and the screw cap to drill a screw hole passing through the center line of the combined angle in the recessed structure on one side of the combined angle formed by the two top corners of the two picture frame strips, and inserting the screw into the screw hole and tightening it to assemble the picture frame strips into a picture frame. Another method is to use a two-stage stepped drill bit that matches the diameter of both the screw thread crest and the nut, or two drill bits of a single diameter, to drill a screw hole through the centerline of the combined angle formed by the two top corners of the two picture frame strips in a recessed structure on one side of the combined angle formed by the two top corners. Drill a hole concentric with the screw hole and matching the diameter of the valley of the external thread of the nut to be implanted or the outer diameter of the nut on the other side of the combined angle between the combined angle and the centerline of the combined angle. The nut is implanted in the screw hole, the screws are tightened, and the picture frame strips are assembled into a picture frame. Connectors such as Velcro or Magic Tape are bonded to the picture frame strips or the picture frame with adhesive or fixed with staples or other nails. A printed product is printed on fabric using digital inkjet printing technology or thermal sublimation transfer technology as a picture, and connectors such as Velcro or Magic Tape are sewn around the perimeter of the picture. The connecting parts of the picture and the connecting parts of the picture frame are connected to form the present invention.
[0007] Since the picture is a printed product printed on the fabric using printing technology, the picture and the picture frame are connected by connecting parts that are easy to assemble and disassemble by hooking, clipping, carding, inserting, and magnetic connection. Compared with the existing technology which only has the single beneficial effect of "the picture can be easily replaced", the framed painting has the two beneficial effects of easy replacement of the picture and the advantages inherent in the fabric printed picture itself. First, the cost and price of the fabric printed picture are lower than that of manually drawn pictures, and it can be reproduced quickly and in large quantities. Second, the fabric printed picture is more foldable and stretchable than the non-fabric printed picture, and is convenient for folding and storage and unfolding to flatten and remove wrinkles and re-hang. Since the present invention combines the technology of "conveniently detachable picture" of patent No. 97229174.1 with the technology of "conveniently detachable picture frame" of patent No. ZL201220335893.1, the present invention has the characteristics that the picture can be conveniently removed from or installed on the picture frame, and the picture frame itself can also be conveniently detached and assembled. Compared with the prior art which only "conveniently detachable picture", it is more convenient to carry and transport after purchase. Since the picture frame strip or the picture frame has a raised structure and a recessed structure, the screw holes and screws for assembling the picture frame are designed in the recessed structure, and the raised structure is used to cover the screw holes in the recessed structure. The screw holes and screws are hidden compared to the exposed screw holes and screws on the picture frame in the prior art, and the aesthetics of the picture frame will not be affected by the presence of the screw holes and screws. Since a connection method of using nuts and screws to connect the picture frame strips to form the picture frame is added, compared with the prior art technology that only relies on the threads of the picture frame strips or the screw holes of the picture frame, the connection of the picture frame strips of the present invention is more secure. Even if the material of the picture frame strips is soft or the threads of the screw holes of the picture frame strips are damaged, and the connection between the picture frame strips is affected, the connection between the picture frame strips that form the picture frame is still secure.

The connectors include Velcro, Velcro, snap fasteners, snap fasteners, buttons, zippers, clips, groove plug rod connectors. A structure for connecting a wall painting to facilitate assembly and disassembly is as follows: (1) Velcro or hook and loop fasteners, wherein the two components of the Velcro or hook and loop fasteners are fixed to the painting and the intermediate body or the wall on which the painting is installed, respectively. For example, the hook-shaped portion of the Velcro or hook and loop fasteners is fixed to the intermediate body or the wall, and the fixing methods include fixing with staples or adhesives, and the ring-shaped portion is fixed to the periphery of the painting, and the fixing methods include fixing with sewing or gluing. When the painting needs to be installed on the wall, the two components are closed, and when the painting needs to be removed from the wall, the two components are torn apart.(2) Snaps or snap buttons: fix the two parts of a set of snaps or snap buttons to the picture and the intermediate body or wall respectively. The fixing methods include fixing with adhesive, sewing, and nailing. For example, fix one part of the snaps or snap buttons to the periphery of the picture by sewing, and fix the other part of the snaps or snap buttons to the intermediate body or wall with a staple. When the picture needs to be installed on the wall, snap the two parts together. When the picture needs to be removed from the wall, lift the two parts apart. (3) Buttons: sew buttons on the fabric belt and fix the fabric belt with buttons to the intermediate body or wall. The fixing methods include fixing with nails or adhesives. Make a ring structure around the periphery of the picture. The ring structure includes a hole-shaped structure. When the picture is installed on the intermediate body or wall, put the ring structure on the button on the intermediate body or wall. When the picture is removed from the wall, detach the ring structure from the button on the intermediate body or wall. (4) Zipper: fix the two components of the zipper to the picture and the intermediate body or wall respectively. The fixing methods include fixing with adhesive, fixing with sewing, and fixing with nails. For example, fix one component of the zipper to the intermediate body or wall with a tack or adhesive, and fix the other component to the periphery of the picture with sewing. When the picture needs to be installed on the wall, use the zipper slider to connect the two components of the zipper together. When the picture needs to be removed from the wall, use the zipper slider to separate the two components of the zipper. (5) Magnetic connector: fix the magnetic plastic strip or magnet to the intermediate body or wall with a tack or adhesive, and sew an iron metal sheet around the periphery of the picture to connect with the magnetic plastic strip or magnet on the intermediate body or wall. When the picture needs to be installed on the wall, the iron metal sheet on the picture is attracted to the magnetic plastic strip or magnet on the intermediate body or wall. When the picture needs to be removed from the wall, the two are separated. (6) Insertion connector: drill a hole at intervals on the intermediate body, and fix a column corresponding to the hole around the periphery of the picture. The column and the picture are connected by insertion, sewing, rope and bolt connection, etc. When the picture needs to be installed on the wall, the column on the picture is inserted into the hole on the intermediate body. When the picture needs to be removed from the wall, the column on the picture is pulled out from the hole in the intermediate body. (7) Clip connector: The clip connector installed on the intermediate body consists of two parts. There is a certain clamping force between the two parts. The clamping force is generated by a spring or a magnetic body. The structure of the clip connector that generates clamping force by a magnetic body is to fix a magnetic body on one part of the clip connector. The two parts of the clip connector generate clamping force by relying on magnetic force. The clip connector clamps the picture. The picture is connected to the intermediate body on the wall by relying on the clamping force of the clip connector on the intermediate body. The picture can be removed by overcoming the clamping force of the clip connector.(8) Groove plug rod connector: a groove is made on the front of the intermediate body, and a rod that matches the size of the groove is used to press the periphery of the picture into the groove of the intermediate body so that the picture is stuck in the groove of the intermediate body to achieve the purpose of connecting the picture with the intermediate body on the wall and then installing the picture on the wall. When the picture needs to be removed from the wall, the rod in the groove is pulled out and the picture is removed from the intermediate body on the wall. The connection method for installing the picture on the wall includes direct connection method and indirect connection method. The direct connection method is that the connector for installing the picture is directly installed on the wall, and the indirect connection method is that the connector for installing the picture is installed on the wall through the intermediate body, and the intermediate body includes a wooden strip or a plastic strip, a wooden frame or a plastic frame. A picture frame is installed around the picture, and the picture frame is installed on the wall or on the intermediate body connecting the picture and the wall with a mounting member. The picture frame is installed around the picture so that the picture will not be restricted by the fixation of the picture frame to the wall. The picture can be installed on the wall without being affected by the picture frame installed on the wall, and can be easily disassembled. The connections of the mounting parts used to install the picture frame are easy-to-disassemble connections, including screw mounting parts, magnetic mounting parts, spring mounting parts, latch mounting parts, and hook mounting parts. (1) Screw mounting parts: The mounting part screws are passed through the recessed structure of the picture frame and the intermediate body to install the picture frame on the wall through the intermediate body. When the picture of the wall painting needs to be replaced, the screws are unscrewed, the picture frame is removed, the picture is replaced, and the picture frame is installed again and the mounting part screws are tightened. (2) Magnetic mounting parts: A set of magnetically connected mounting parts are used to connect the picture frame and the intermediate body or wall. The magnetic mounting parts are composed of magnetic material and iron-containing metal material. One part of the magnetic mounting part is fixed to the picture frame, and the other part is fixed to the intermediate body or wall. When the picture of the wall painting needs to be replaced, the picture frame is removed and the picture frame is installed again after the picture is replaced. (3) A spring-loaded mounting part: The two connecting parts of the spring-loaded mounting part are concave and convex structures. The convex structure is controlled by a spring to be retractable. When the picture frame is mounted on the intermediate body, the convex structure on the intermediate body is compressed and retracted. After the pressure is released, the spring stress causes the convex structure on the intermediate body to extend into the concave structure of the picture frame, thereby clamping the picture frame to the intermediate body on the wall and installing the picture frame on the wall. (4) A latch mounting part: After the picture frame is mounted on the intermediate body, a column or nail is used as a latch, which is inserted into the side of the picture frame to connect the picture frame and the intermediate body together. When the wall painting needs to be replaced, the latch is removed and the picture frame is removed. After the replacement of the picture, the picture frame is placed on the intermediate body and the latch is inserted into the picture frame and the intermediate body to connect the two. (5) Hook-hanging mounting parts: fix a hook-shaped body, a ring-shaped body, or a column-shaped body on the wall where the wall painting is to be installed, fix the hook-shaped body, the ring-shaped body, or the column-shaped body on the outside of the picture frame, connect the hook-shaped body with the ring-shaped body or the column-shaped body, and install the picture frame on the wall. When the picture of the wall painting needs to be changed, separate the hook-shaped body from the ring-shaped body or the column-shaped body, remove the picture frame, and then change the picture. After changing the picture, install the picture frame on the wall using the hook-hanging mounting parts.
[0009] A method for making a wall painting comprises: using a printed material printed on fabric using digital inkjet printing technology or thermal sublimation transfer technology as a picture, gluing or sewing fasteners or Velcro around the periphery of the picture, gluing or nailing fasteners or Velcro on a wall where the picture is to be installed or on an intermediate body installed on the wall, connecting the fasteners on the picture with the intermediate body or the connecting body on the wall, installing the picture, and installing a picture frame on the wall around the picture or on the intermediate body installed on the wall using a mounting piece.
[0010] Because the image is a printed product printed on fabric using printing technology, and the image is connected to the wall using easily removable hook, clip, snap, insert, or magnetic connectors, this wall painting combines the advantages of both convenient image replacement and the inherent advantages of fabric-printed images, compared to existing technologies that only have the single benefit of "easy image replacement." First, fabric-printed images are less expensive than hand-painted images and can be reproduced quickly and in large quantities. Second, fabric-printed images are more foldable and stretchable than non-fabric printed images, making them easier to fold and store, and to unfold, flatten, and rehang after wrinkle removal. Because the image of the present invention is directly or indirectly connected to the wall behind the frame, unlike existing technologies that install the image on the back of the frame and cannot be easily removed or replaced once the frame is mounted on the wall, the image of the present invention can be both installed on the wall and easily removed and replaced, making it suitable for larger images and frames. Because the frame is directly or indirectly connected to the wall, the wall can be used to correct any distortion of the frame, resulting in a smooth, undistorted, and aesthetically pleasing image when mounted on the wall.
