Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an anti-seepage zipper, in particular to an anti-seepage zipper with a continuous fastening element, and also to a daily product using the anti-seepage zipper. Background Art
[0002] The most difficult problem to overcome for waterproof zippers is water seepage through the central gap, so the focus of known waterproof zipper patents is on how to prevent fluid from seeping through the central gap. As shown in US Patent No. 8,397,353 owned by the applicant of the present invention, it discloses that a polymer elastomer is poured into a central gap of a continuous loop fastening element zipper to form a covering portion and a filling portion, so that the covering portion occupies the central gap, and after a waterproof layer is attached to the pair of supporting fabrics, the waterproof layer and the covering portion are divided in the central gap to form a split seam, so that the originally wide central gap is reduced to a smaller split seam, thereby reducing the path for fluid to seep in, so as to achieve a waterproof function.
[0003] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, it shows a cross-sectional view of a known continuous loop fastening element anti-seepage zipper, wherein the plurality of continuous loop fastening elements are a thermoplastic high molecular polymer, formed by a heating molding process, so that each individual fastening element has a fastening end c with two sides swollen due to impact, and is combined on the supporting cloth belt by sewing or weaving. The volume of the fastening end c is larger than the arrangement gap of the plurality of fastening elements, so that the plurality of fastening elements in the left and right rows are not easy to slip off after being fastened to each other. A core wire d is arranged in each row of fastening elements of the continuous loop fastening element anti-seepage zipper.
[0004] A thermoplastic elastomer is injected into a central gap through an injection process to form a covering portion a, and the thermoplastic elastomer penetrates into the gaps between the multiple fastening elements to form a filling portion b. The thermoplastic elastomer of the filling portion b mainly fills the space between the fastening ends c of the multiple fastening elements and the core wire d, so that the filling portion b is stamped into a contact surface that matches the shape of the fastening ends c of the multiple fastening elements, wherein the fastening depth of the fastening elements in the left and right columns after being fastened to each other is e, and the covering portion a is divided in the central gap to form a dividing seam w1.
[0005] The injection impact and viscosity of the thermoplastic elastomer during the injection process enable the filling portion b to not only form a contact surface shape that matches the shape of each of the opposing fastening ends c, but also have an irregular edge that is as thick as a film and is easily peeled off from the adhered multiple fastening elements.
[0006] like Figure 2 As shown, the display will Figure 1The anti-seepage zipper shown in the figure is separated and then fastened again after the separation and combination process. The film-like irregular edge of the caulking portion b becomes loose due to the separation and combination process after the covering portion a is divided. The film-like irregular edge is easily peeled off into a freely movable irregular edge, which then accumulates and blocks the mutual fastening of the fastening ends c, so that the fastening ends c of the plurality of opposing fastening elements cannot enter the original position where they are tightly fitted with the caulking portion b.
[0007] In addition, since each of the larger fastening ends c has to pass through the narrower arrangement gaps between the multiple fastening elements to enter the original fastening position, the tortuous interlocking paths and angles, as well as the multiple guiding factors caused by the obstruction of the film-like irregular edge of the caulking portion b, will make it difficult for each of the fastening elements to enter the original fastening position. This makes the fastening depth of the multiple fastening elements in the left and right rows shallower after being interlocked, and the fastening depth is from Figure 1 The engagement depth e becomes Figure 2 The buckling depth f shown in FIG. 1 is smaller than the buckling depth e; and this change is converted into a wider splitting seam w1 and a wider splitting seam w2. Figure 2 It can be clearly seen that the dividing seam w2 is significantly larger than the dividing seam w1 , thereby reducing the anti-seepage function of the covering portion a of the anti-seepage zipper, which is in urgent need of improvement. [0039] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention is further described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0040] like Figure 3a and Figure 3b As shown, it discloses two cross-sectional views of a first embodiment of a continuous fastening element anti-seepage zipper 1 of the present invention. The preparation of the anti-seepage zipper 1 is to make an existing zipper through a casting process (shown in Figure 3a ) and a glue filling process (shown in Figure 3b ) is made.
[0041] The conventional zipper includes a pair of parallel supporting tapes 11, each of which has a first surface 11a, a second surface 11b opposite to the first surface 11a, an inner edge 11c and an inner side surface 11d, and a central gap 12 is formed between the two oppositely arranged inner side surfaces 11d. A plurality of continuous fastening elements 2 arranged in a row are connected at least one connecting line 3 at each inner edge 11c of the pair of supporting tapes 11.
[0042] The two rows of continuous fastening elements 2 each have a top surface 21, a bottom surface 22 and a fastening end 23. The pair of supporting fabrics 11 are knitted or woven, and if necessary, one warp direction and / or one weft direction may have elasticity, so that each supporting fabric 11 has elasticity in the warp direction and / or the weft direction.
[0043] The two rows of continuous fastening elements 2 are each formed into a continuous coil shape by heating polyamide monofilament or polyester monofilament, and a core wire 25 is passed through each inner cavity 24 between the top surface 21 and the bottom surface 22, and the at least one connecting line 3 is connected to the inner edge 11c of each supporting cloth tape 11 by sewing, so that the multiple fastening elements 2 in each row are adjacent to the second surface 11b of the corresponding supporting cloth tape 11 with the top surface 21.
[0044] In fact, in addition to the aforementioned continuous loop fastening element zipper with core wire 25, the zipper can also be selected from a continuous loop fastening element zipper without core wire, a continuous folding fastening element zipper without core wire, a continuous loop fastening element invisible zipper and a continuous loop fastening element woven zipper, but is not limited to these.
[0045] like Figure 3aAs shown, the injection process is to inject a first thermoplastic elastomer 4 into the central gap 12 to form a filling body 41 when the zipper is in the fastened state, and continue to penetrate into each of the fastening ends 23 of the plurality of fastening elements 2 and the core wires 25 and / or the at least one bonding line 3 of each of the opposite fastening elements 2 to form a caulking portion 42. Then, the filling body 41 is divided in the central gap 12, and then the zipper is separated and fastened again in a separation process to be divided into a left filling portion 411 and a right filling portion 412. The left and right filling portions 411 and 412 each have a free end surface and a first gap 43 between the plurality of free end surfaces.
[0046] Therefore, the first thermoplastic elastomer 4 is filled in the central gap 12 in a hot melt state and penetrates into each of the fastening ends 23 of the plurality of fastening elements 2 and each of the gaps 26 between the core wire 25 and / or the at least one bonding wire 3 of each of the opposite fastening elements 2, thereby producing a die-casting effect similar to casting, so that the caulking portion 42 of the first thermoplastic elastomer 4 has a contact surface that matches the shape of each of the fastening ends 23. When the filling body 41 is divided and re-fastened, due to the friction of the mutual fastening of the plurality of fastening elements 2 or the obstruction of the irregular edge of the caulking portion 42, the fastening ends 23 of each of the opposite fastening elements 2 cannot completely return to the original fastening depth that is closely matched with the caulking portion 42, so that the fastening depth of each of the fastening elements 2 after being fastened to each other becomes shallower, which in turn causes the width of the first gap 43 to become larger.
[0047] After the aforementioned separation and combination process, the fastening positions of the fastening elements 2 are randomly and fully varied, so that the first slit 43 is naturally opened to a stable width, and then the glue filling process is performed, which is to inject a second thermoplastic elastomer 5 in a hot melt state into the first slit 43 using a glue injection mold having a small glue injection port to form an impermeable body 51. Then, the impermeable body 51 is divided in the first slit 43 to be divided into a left impermeable part 511, a right impermeable part 512, and a second slit 52 between the left impermeable part 511 and the right impermeable part 512, so as to complete the preparation of the impermeable zipper 1.
[0048] In addition, in a possible variation embodiment, when the fastening positions of the fastening elements 2 produce random and sufficient variations, and the first gap 43 is naturally opened to a stable width, the zipper is separated to perform the glue repair process, and the glue repair process is to adhere the left anti-seepage part 511 of the anti-seepage body 51 to the free end surface of the left filling part 411 in an adhesive manner, and also adhere the right anti-seepage part 512 of the anti-seepage body 51 to the free end surface of the right filling part 412 in an adhesive manner, and then after the zipper is closed, a second gap 52 is formed between the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 to complete the preparation of the anti-seepage zipper 1.
[0049] See also Figure 3c , which discloses a cross-sectional view of the second embodiment of the continuous fastening element anti-seepage zipper of the present invention. The second embodiment is to separate the zipper after the injection process, and then the first surface 11a of the left supporting cloth tape 11 and the first surface 11a of the right supporting cloth tape 11 are adjacent to each other and tightly combined to form a combined free end surface composed of the left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412. Next, the glue filling process is carried out, and the glue filling process is to apply the second thermoplastic elastomer 5 in a molten state and adhere it to at least a part of the combined free end surface to form an anti-seepage body 51, and then divide the anti-seepage body 51, and re-fasten the zipper, so that the zipper is as shown in FIG. Figure 3b As shown, there is a left anti-seepage portion 511 , a right anti-seepage portion 512 and a second slit 52 to complete the preparation of the anti-seepage zipper 1 .
[0050] In another equivalent embodiment, the second thermoplastic elastomer 5 can also be prepared into a long strip of impermeable body 51 in advance, and then adhered to at least a part of the free end surface of the assembly by heating, melting or adhesive bonding to form an impermeable body 51, and then the impermeable body 51 is divided, and the zipper is refastened to make the zipper as shown in FIG. Figure 3b As shown, there is a left anti-seepage portion 511 , a right anti-seepage portion 512 and a second slit 52 to complete the preparation of the anti-seepage zipper 1 .
[0051] from Figure 3bIt can be clearly observed that when the anti-seepage zipper 1 is in the fastened state, the anti-seepage body 51 at least fills a part of the first gap 43, and the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 abut against each other to make the second gap 52 in a closed state, so as to obtain a better anti-seepage effect on fluids, such as liquids, in the central gap 12. If the anti-seepage zipper 1 is treated with water repellent, the water repellent is at least impregnated on at least one side of the pair of supporting cloth tapes, so as to further make the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 of the anti-seepage zipper 1 have a water-repellent function. In addition, if the pair of supporting cloth tapes 1 are made of impermeable material, the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 have a water-proof function, so as to further make the central gap 12 and the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 of the anti-seepage zipper 1 have a water-proof function.
[0052] In this embodiment, the second thermoplastic elastomer 5 and the first thermoplastic elastomer 4 can be the same or different thermoplastic elastomers, and the thermoplastic elastomer is selected from polyester elastomer, polyamide elastomer, polyurethane elastomer, polyolefin elastomer or equivalents, but not limited thereto.
[0053] like Figure 4 , which discloses a cross-sectional view of a third embodiment of the continuous fastening element anti-seepage zipper of the present invention. The difference between the third embodiment and the first embodiment is that the anti-seepage body 51 further overflows the first slit 43. The left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 of the second thermoplastic elastomer 5 are respectively adhered to at least a portion of each free end surface of the corresponding left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412, and the second slit 52 is formed, and the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 respectively cover at least a top surface of the corresponding left filling part 411 and a portion of the top surface 416 of the right filling part, so as to complete the preparation of the anti-seepage zipper 1.
[0054] Therefore, when the anti-seepage zipper 1 is in the fastened state, the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 abut against each other to make the second gap 52 in a closed state, so as to obtain a better anti-seepage effect on fluids, such as liquids, in the central gap 12. If the anti-seepage zipper 1 is subjected to water-repellent processing, the water-repellent agent is at least impregnated into each of the second surfaces 11b of the pair of supporting cloth tapes and the plurality of the fastening elements 22, so as to further make the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 of the anti-seepage zipper 1 have a water-repellent function. In addition, if the pair of supporting cloth tapes 1 are made of a water-impermeable material, the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 have a water-impermeable function, so as to further make the central gap 12 and the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 of the anti-seepage zipper 1 have a water-impermeable function.
[0055] like Figure 5a, which discloses a cross-sectional view of a fourth embodiment of the continuous fastening element anti-seepage zipper of the present invention. The difference between the fourth embodiment and the first embodiment is that the anti-seepage zipper 1 is further provided with a waterproof layer 53 on each of the first surfaces 11a of the pair of supporting fabric tapes 11. The waterproof layer 53 can be selected from an elastomer coating or an elastic film.
[0056] The fourth embodiment uses a continuous loop fastening element zipper with a core wire 25, and the plurality of fastening elements 2 are connected to the second surfaces 11b of the pair of supporting fabric tapes 11 using stitching as the connecting line 3. The fourth embodiment adds a waterproof layer 53 to cover the first surfaces 11a of the pair of supporting fabric tapes 11 and the top surface of the filling body 41, and then the waterproof layer 53 and the filling body 41 are divided to form a left filling portion 411, a right filling portion 412 and a first gap 43.
[0057] The fourth embodiment is to adhere the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 of the second thermoplastic elastomer 5 to at least a portion of the free end surfaces of the corresponding left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412, and form the second gap 52 between the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 to complete the preparation of the anti-seepage zipper 1.
[0058] like Figure 5b As shown, it discloses a cross-sectional view of the fifth embodiment of the continuous fastening element anti-seepage zipper of the present invention. The fifth embodiment is to separate the zipper after the injection process, and then the waterproof layer 53 of the left supporting cloth tape 11 and the waterproof layer 53 of the right supporting cloth tape 11 are adjacent to each other and tightly combined to form a combined free end surface composed of the left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412.
[0059] In another equivalent embodiment, the second thermoplastic elastomer 5 can also be prepared into a long strip of impermeable body 51 in advance, and then adhered to at least a part of the free end surface of the assembly by heating, melting or adhesive bonding to form an impermeable body 51, and then the impermeable body 51 is divided, and the zipper is refastened to make the zipper as shown in FIG. Figure 3b As shown, there is a left anti-seepage portion 511 , a right anti-seepage portion 512 and a second slit 52 to complete the preparation of the anti-seepage zipper 1 .
[0060] Therefore, when the anti-seepage zipper 1 is in the fastened state, the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 abut against each other to close the second gap 52, so as to obtain a better anti-seepage effect on fluids, such as liquids, in the central gap 12.
[0061] like Figure 6 , which discloses a cross-sectional view of the sixth embodiment of the continuous fastening element anti-seepage zipper of the present invention. The difference between the sixth embodiment and the fifth embodiment is that the sixth embodiment uses a coreless continuous loop fastening element woven zipper, and the plurality of fastening elements 2 use warp and weft yarns as the bonding lines 3 and are bonded to each of the second surfaces 11b of the pair of supporting fabric tapes 11. The sixth embodiment adds a waterproof layer 53 to cover each of the first surfaces 11a of the pair of supporting fabric tapes 11 and the top surface of the filling body 41, and then divides the waterproof layer 53 and the filling body 41 to form a left filling portion 411, a right filling portion 412 and a first gap 43.
[0062] The sixth embodiment is that the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 of the second thermoplastic elastomer 5 are respectively adhered to at least a portion of the free end surfaces of the corresponding left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412, and the second gap 52 is formed between the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512, and the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 are further extended to cover at least a portion of the waterproof layer 53 of the corresponding first surface 11a of the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11, so as to complete the preparation of the anti-seepage zipper 1.
[0063] Therefore, when the anti-seepage zipper 1 is in the fastened state, the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512 abut against each other to close the second gap 52, so as to obtain a better anti-seepage effect on fluids, such as liquids, in the central gap 12.
[0064] like Figure 7 , which discloses a cross-sectional view of the seventh embodiment of the continuous fastening element anti-seepage zipper of the present invention. The difference between the seventh embodiment and the sixth embodiment is that the anti-seepage zipper 1 uses a continuous loop fastening element invisible zipper with a core wire 25, and the plurality of fastening elements 2 are connected to an outer edge 11e of each of the first surfaces 11a of the pair of supporting fabric tapes 11 in a reversed shape by at least one connecting line 3. The fifth embodiment is to add a waterproof layer 53 to cover each of the first surfaces 11a of the pair of supporting fabric tapes 11 and the top surface of the filling body 41, and then divide the waterproof layer 53 and the filling body 41 to form a left filling part 411, a right filling part 412 and a first gap 43.
[0065] The second thermoplastic elastomer 5 covers at least a portion of the first surface 11a corresponding to the pair of supporting tapes 11, and further penetrates into the first slit 43 to be combined with at least a portion of the free end surface of the left filling portion 411 and the right filling portion 412. Next, the anti-seepage body 51 is divided into a left anti-seepage portion 511, a right anti-seepage portion 512, and a second slit 52 located between the left and right anti-seepage portions 511, 512. Since the first slit 43 is already very narrow, the position of the second slit 52 may not be consistent with the center line of the first slit 43, or the left and right anti-seepage portions 511, 512 in the first slit 43 may have different widths, but this will not affect the anti-seepage function of the anti-seepage zipper 1.
[0066] In addition, if the waterproof zipper 1 is subjected to water-repellent processing, the water-repellent agent is impregnated at least in the second surfaces 11 b of the pair of supporting tapes and the plurality of fastening elements 22 to further make the pair of supporting tapes 11 of the waterproof zipper 1 have a water-repellent function.
[0067] like Figure 8 As shown, it discloses a cross-sectional view of the eighth embodiment of the continuous fastening element anti-seepage pull of the present invention. The difference between the eighth embodiment and the aforementioned embodiments is that a double-layer membrane 6 of the eighth embodiment includes a second thermoplastic elastomer 5 and a waterproof layer 53 bonded by hot melt bonding. The second thermoplastic elastomer 5 of the double-layer membrane 6 is used to be connected and has an appropriate thickness, so that it can be bonded and covered on the left filling part 411, the right filling part 412 and the first gap 43 of the corresponding first surface 11a of the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 by hot melt bonding, and the second thermoplastic elastomer 5 can further penetrate into the first gap 43 to become an anti-seepage body 51, and the anti-seepage body 51 is combined with at least a part of the free end surface of the left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412.
[0068] Finally, the anti-seepage body 51 is subjected to a segmentation process so that the anti-seepage body 51 and the waterproof layer 53 together form a left anti-seepage part 511, a right anti-seepage part 512 and a second gap 52 located between the left and right anti-seepage parts 511, 512. The thickness of the anti-seepage body 51 and the filling body 41 in the central gap 12 does not need to be specifically limited. Since the first gap 43 is already very narrow, the position of the second gap 52 may not be consistent with the center line of the first gap 43, or the left and right anti-seepage parts 511, 512 in the first gap may have different widths, but this will not affect the anti-seepage function of the anti-seepage zipper 1.
[0069] In addition, if the waterproof zipper 1 is subjected to water-repellent processing, the water-repellent agent is impregnated at least in the second surfaces 11 b of the pair of supporting tapes and the plurality of fastening elements 22 to further make the pair of supporting tapes 11 of the waterproof zipper 1 have a water-repellent function.
[0070] like Fig. 9 As shown, it discloses a cross-sectional view of the ninth embodiment of the continuous fastening element anti-seepage zipper of the present invention. The ninth embodiment uses a continuous loop fastening element zipper provided with a core wire 25, and the outer thickness of multiple fastening elements 2 is relatively thin to avoid the chance of multiple bonding lines 3 being worn. The second thermoplastic elastomer 5 of the anti-seepage body 51 is at least arranged in the central gap 12, and is combined with the top surface of the left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412, and further penetrates into the first gap 43 to combine at least a part of each free end surface of the left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412. Next, the anti-seepage body 51 is subjected to a segmentation process so that the anti-seepage body 51 has a left anti-seepage part 511, a right anti-seepage part 512 and a second gap 52 located between the left and right anti-seepage parts 511 and 512.
[0071] The technical feature of the ninth embodiment that is different from the previous embodiment is that the second thermoplastic elastomer 5 is injected into the central gap 12 to cover the top surface of the left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412, and penetrate into the first gap 43, so as to adhere to at least a part of each free end surface of the left filling part 411 and the right filling part 412 to form an impermeable body 51; wherein the individual thickness of the impermeable body 51 and the filling body 41 in the central gap 12 does not need to be specifically limited. Subsequently, the impermeable body 51 is divided into a left impermeable part 511, a right impermeable part 512 and a second gap 52 located between the left and right impermeable parts 511 and 512 through a splitting process. Since the first gap 43 is already very narrow, the position of the second gap 52 may not be consistent with the center line of the first gap 43, but it will not affect the impermeable function of the impermeable zipper 1.
[0072] In addition, if the waterproof zipper 1 is subjected to water-repellent processing, the water-repellent agent is impregnated at least in the second surfaces 11 b of the pair of supporting tapes and the plurality of fastening elements 22 to further make the pair of supporting tapes 11 of the waterproof zipper 1 have a water-repellent function.
[0073] like Fig.10 , which discloses a cross-sectional view of the tenth embodiment of the continuous fastening element anti-seepage slide fastener of the present invention. The difference between the tenth embodiment and the ninth embodiment is that the tenth embodiment adds a waterproof layer 53 to cover the first surface 11a and the anti-seepage body 51 corresponding to the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11, and then the waterproof layer 53 and the anti-seepage body 51 are separated, so that the waterproof layer 53 and the anti-seepage body 51 together form a left anti-seepage part 511, a right anti-seepage part 512 and a second gap 52 located between the left anti-seepage part 511 and the right anti-seepage part 512.
[0074] The waterproof layer 53 can be selected from film lamination or thermoplastic elastomer coating. The thickness of the anti-seepage body 51 and the filler body 41 in the central gap 12 does not need to be specifically limited. Since the first gap 43 is already very narrow, the position of the second gap 52 may not be consistent with the center line of the first gap 43, but it will not affect the anti-seepage function of the anti-seepage zipper 1. If the second surfaces 11b of the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 and the plurality of the fastening elements 2 are subjected to water-repellent processing, the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 of the anti-seepage zipper 1 can further have a water-repellent function.
[0075] Furthermore, the waterproof layer 53 can also be provided after the anti-seepage body 51 is divided, and then the waterproof layer 53 is divided separately to improve the anti-seepage effect of the anti-seepage zipper 1.
[0076] Among them, the material of the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 can be selected from polyester fibers, polyamide fibers or polyolefin fibers, etc., so that it is similar to the material or polarity of the anti-seepage body 51. For example, polyester elastomer is used in the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 containing polyester fibers, polyamide elastomer and polyurethane elastomer are used in the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 containing polyamide fibers, and polyolefin elastomer is used in the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11 containing polyethylene or polypropylene fibers, thereby improving the bonding strength between the waterproof layer 53 and the pair of supporting cloth tapes 11.
[0077] If necessary, at least one of the plurality of first surfaces 11a and the plurality of second surfaces 11b of the pair of supporting fabrics 11 may be pre-impregnated with an adhesive, such as water-based polyurethane or solvent-based adhesive, to improve the adhesion of the waterproof layer 53. In addition, the pair of supporting fabrics 11 may also be pre-coated or impregnated with an adhesive, such as a reactive hot melt adhesive, such as moisture-hardening polyurethane, on each of the first surfaces 11a of the pair of supporting fabrics 11 to improve the adhesion of the waterproof layer 53. The waterproof layer 53 may be selected from a film laminate or a thermoplastic elastomer coating as required.
[0078] Furthermore, the structure of the pair of supporting fabric strips 11 can be selected to have elasticity in a warp direction or a weft direction, so as to enhance the softness and plane bending property of the pair of supporting fabric strips 11 .
[0079] In addition, at least the second surfaces 11 b of the pair of supporting tapes 11 and the plurality of fastening elements may be selectively treated with a water-repellent agent to prevent liquid or other fluids from penetrating through the first slit 43 and the second slit 52 , thereby further improving the anti-seepage effect of the anti-seepage zipper 1 .
[0080] Therefore, through the implementation of the present invention, its beneficial effects are as follows:
[0081] 1. The problem that the split seam of the known continuous fastening element anti-seepage zipper cannot be reduced is overcome, thereby greatly improving the anti-seepage function.
[0082] 2. By repeatedly setting the filling body, the first gap, the anti-seepage body and the second gap, the central gap is filled to various degrees with a thermoplastic elastomer to achieve a variety of anti-seepage functions.
[0083] 3. The thermoplastic elastomer is easy to process and shape, so that the filling body and the anti-seepage body can be applied quickly and in a variety of ways, which can greatly improve the process quality and reduce the production cost.
[0084] 4. The anti-seepage zipper can be applied to clothing, such as clothes or pants, carrying devices, such as bags or backpacks, camping equipment, such as tents, sleeping bags, etc., so that multiple products have anti-seepage function.
[0085] The specific embodiments described above further illustrate the objectives, technical solutions and beneficial effects of the present invention in detail. It should be understood that the above description is only a specific embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of protection of the present invention.
