Mobile phone loudspeaker protective net production system

Abstract

The invention relates to a mobile phone loudspeaker protective net production system which comprises a workbench, and a feeding mechanism and a die punching mechanism are installed on the workbench. The feeding mechanism comprises a material frame and a mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm is used for conveying a protective net material plate on the material frame to the die punching mechanism. The die punching mechanism comprises a die punching frame, a punch is arranged below the die punching frame and used for punching a protective net on the protective net material plate, and one end of the punch is connected with a die punching air cylinder. A pressing plate is arranged above the stamping die frame and used for abutting against a protective net material plate borne on the stamping die frame. The pressing plate is further provided with a protective net die hole aligned with the protective net material plate. The feeding mechanism and the die punching mechanism are integrated, so that production of the mobile phone loudspeaker protection net is integrated, the loudspeaker protection net obtained through die punching and a mobile phone shell are high in precision, the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the die punching mechanism is suitable for large-scale production.
