Method for improving vulcanization rate of bio-coagulated natural rubber, preparation process and application of product of bio-coagulated natural rubber

Abstract

The invention provides a method for improving the vulcanization rate of biocoagulated natural rubber, a preparation process and application of a product of the biocoagulated natural rubber. The preparation method at least comprises the following steps: (1) adding ammonia water into fresh latex with dry glue content of more than or equal to 30%, so that the ammonia water accounts for 0.05-0.1% of the mass of the fresh latex, then adding a stabilizer for mixing, and then adding phospholipase for stirring to prepare a fresh latex mixture; (2) standing and centrifuging the fresh latex mixture, adjusting the pH value to 6-7.5, adding chlorine dioxide to dilute the fresh latex mixture, and adding a biological coagulator to prepare a wet gel block; (3) soaking the wet gel block in an acid solution, fishing out the wet gel block, pressing crepe, and soaking in alkaline water to obtain a wet gel sheet; and (4) tearing the wet film into fine particles. The vulcanization rate of the natural rubber can be controlled, and the high-performance natural rubber which is moderate in vulcanization rate and has excellent properties such as high strength, high elongation and wear resistance is prepared.
