Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a rod housing. Background Art
[0002] As a rod-type housing having an engagement detection member, a rod-engagement housing described in Japanese Patent Gazette No. 2005-294038 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 1) is known in the past. The rod-engagement housing described in Patent Document 1 comprises: a male housing having a coupling rod; a female housing engaging with the male housing; and an engagement detection member mounted on the male housing. In a state before the male housing and the female housing are engaged, the engagement detection member is temporarily engaged with the male housing at a position closer to the front side than the regular locking position. When the coupling rod is rotated to perform the engagement operation of the male housing and the female housing, the temporary engagement lock release protrusion of the coupling rod is changed to a state of pressing down the temporary engagement portion of the engagement detection member. Thus, the engagement detection member is pressed into the regular locking position, and the completion of the engagement of the male housing and the female housing can be detected. [0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2005-294038 Summary of the invention Problems to be solved by the invention
[0004] In the above structure, before the male housing and the female housing are engaged, the engagement detection member is exposed to the outside in a state where the engagement detection member is temporarily locked with the male housing. Therefore, the engagement detection member may be damaged due to external force, etc. In addition, the engagement detection member may be forced to be pressed into a regular locking position or detached from the male housing.
[0005] In addition, before the male housing and the female housing are engaged, the space expands between the holding portion of the coupling rod and the housing of the male housing. Therefore, when the coupling operation of the male housing and the female housing is performed, the two legs of the coupling rod may be deformed into and enter the space. Solutions to Solve Problems

[0009] [Description of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure] First, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described by way of examples. [1] The rod-type housing disclosed in the present invention comprises: a housing; a rod rotatably mounted on the housing between an initial position and a completion position; and a detection member mounted on the housing so as to be movably mounted between a standby position and a detection position, wherein when the rod is located at the completion position, the detection member can move from the standby position to the detection position, the rod comprises a pair of plate-like portions, an operating portion connecting the pair of plate-like portions in a first direction, and a protrusion protruding from the operating portion, the detection member comprises a main body portion and a recessed portion recessed from the main body portion, wherein when the rod is located at the initial position and the detection member is located at the standby position, the detection member is arranged on the inner side of the pair of plate-like portions in the first direction, and the protrusion is arranged in the recessed portion.
[0010] According to such a structure, since the detection member is arranged inside the rod when the rod is located at the initial position and the detection member is located at the standby position, it is possible to suppress damage to the detection member caused by external force, movement of the detection member to the detection position, and detachment of the detection member from the housing. In addition, since the protruding portion of the rod is arranged in the recessed portion of the detection member, the rod is easily positioned in the first direction by the detection member. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the rod from being deviated in the first direction, and it is possible to suppress deformation or damage to the rod.
[0011] [2] In the above [1], preferably, before the lever rotates by a predetermined angle from the initial position toward the completion position, the detection member is arranged inside the pair of plate-like portions in the first direction, and the protrusion is arranged in the recess.
[0012] According to such a structure, the detection member and the rod can be protected during the period when the rod rotates at a predetermined angle from the initial position. In addition, the rotation operation of the rod can be guided by making the protrusion and the recess slide.
[0013] [3] In the above [1] or [2], preferably, the detection member has an extension portion protruding from the main body toward both sides of the first direction, and the extension portion contacts the plate-like portion, thereby limiting the movement of the plate-like portion in the first direction toward the direction approaching the shell.
[0014] According to such a structure, deformation of the rod in the first direction can be further suppressed. In addition, the rotation operation of the rod can be guided.
[0015] [4] In any one of the above [1] to [3], preferably, the shell has a lock arm that can be bent and deformed and extends from the outer surface of the shell, and the protrusion has a sliding portion that slides with the lock arm during the process of the rod rotating from the initial position toward the completion position to bend the lock arm, and the lock arm slides with the sliding portion, so that the lock arm is locked with the detection member, thereby limiting the movement of the detection member from the standby position to the detection position.
[0016] According to such a structure, the sliding portion restricts the movement of the detection member to the detection position during the rotation operation of the rod, so the detection member can suppress erroneous detection of the completion of the mating. In addition, since the protruding portion has the sliding portion, it is not necessary to provide the sliding portion at a position different from the protruding portion in the rod. Therefore, it is easy to miniaturize the rod and the rod-type housing.
[0017] [5] In any one of the above [1] to [4], preferably, the protrusion includes a locking portion that is locked with the housing when the lever is located at the completion position.
[0018] According to such a structure, since the protruding portion is provided with the locking portion, it is not necessary to provide the locking portion at a position different from the protruding portion in the rod. Therefore, it is easy to miniaturize the rod and the rod-type housing.
[0019] [Details of the embodiments of the present disclosure] The following describes the embodiments of the present disclosure. The present disclosure is not limited to these examples, but is shown in the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims. In each of the drawings, for the sake of convenience, a portion of the structure is sometimes enlarged or simplified. In addition, the dimensional ratios of each part are sometimes different in each of the drawings. The "orthogonal" in this specification includes not only the case of being strictly orthogonal, but also the case of being approximately orthogonal within the scope of the role and effect of the present embodiment.
[0020] In addition, "opposed" in this specification refers to the position where the surfaces or components are located directly opposite to each other, including not only the case where they are completely located directly opposite to each other, but also the case where they are partially located directly opposite to each other. In addition, "opposed" in this specification includes both the case where a component independent of the two parts is interposed between the two parts, and the case where nothing is interposed between the two parts.

[0022] (Rod type housing 10) like Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , the rod-type housing 10 includes a housing 30, a rod 40, and a detection member 50. The rod 40 can Figure 4 The initial position shown is Fig.12 and Fig.15 The housing 30 is rotatably mounted between the completed positions shown. Fig.13 and Fig.16 As shown, the lever housing 10 is fitted with the counterpart housing 20. The counterpart housing 20 includes a cover 21 that can accommodate the housing 30 and counterpart terminals (not shown) held in the cover 21. The cover 21 includes cam pins (not shown) protruding from the left and right inner surfaces of the cover 21.
[0023] When the lever type housing 10 and the mating housing 20 are started to be fitted, the lever type housing 10 and the mating housing 20 are fitted shallowly with the lever 40 arranged in the initial position. Then, the cam pin enters the cam groove 41B provided in the lever 40, and the cam pin engages with the inner wall of the cam groove 41B. The lever 40 is rotated to the completion position with the cam pin engaged with the inner wall of the cam groove 41B, so that the fitting of the lever type housing 10 and the mating housing 20 is completed. Then, when the lever 40 is rotated from the completion position to the initial position, the lever type housing 10 is separated from the mating housing 20.
[0024] (Housing 30) The housing 30 is made of insulating synthetic resin. Figure 1 As shown in the figure, the housing 30 is in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The housing 30 includes a terminal receiving portion 31 for receiving a terminal (not shown). The terminal receiving portion 31 is formed by penetrating the housing 30 in the front-to-back direction. The terminal is made of a conductive metal and is connected to a terminal on the other side. An electric wire (not shown) is connected to the terminal and led out to the rear of the housing 30. Fig.11 As shown, a wire cover 32 for covering the wires is mounted on the rear end of the housing 30 .
[0025] like Figure 1 As shown, a lock arm 33 is formed on the upper surface of the housing 30. The lock arm 33 extends rearward from the front side portion of the upper surface of the housing 30. The lock arm 33 can be elastically deformed in the upward and downward directions. The lock arm 33 has a fitting lock portion 33A protruding upward from the upper surface of the lock arm 33. The fitting lock portion 33A is locked with the rod 40. The upper surface of the fitting lock portion 33A is in the shape of a curved surface convex upward.
[0026] The housing 30 includes a rotation shaft 34 that protrudes outward in the left-right direction from each side surface of the housing 30. The rotation shaft 34 is substantially cylindrical. The rod 40 is assembled to the housing 30 by inserting the rotation shaft 34 into a shaft hole 41A provided in the rod 40.
[0027] like Fig.11 As shown, the housing 30 has a storage space SP that can store the detection member 50. The storage space SP includes a first storage space SP1 and a pair of second storage spaces SP2. The second storage space SP2 is connected to the first storage space SP1 and is arranged on both sides of the first storage space SP1. The first storage space SP1 is arranged on the lower side of the lock arm 33 (refer to Fig.14 ).
[0028] like Figure 6As shown, the housing 30 has a first stopper 35, and the first stopper 35 is arranged at a position close to the front end of the second storage space SP2. The first stopper 35 extends in the left-right direction and is connected to the inner wall constituting the second storage space SP2. The housing 30 has an opening 36 behind the first stopper 35. The opening 36 is connected to the second storage space SP2. In addition, the opening 36 opens in the up-down direction and is connected to the external space (refer to Figure 5 ).
[0029] like Figure 6 As shown, the housing 30 includes a temporary locking protrusion 37, and the temporary locking protrusion 37 is arranged in the rear half of the second storage space SP2. The temporary locking protrusion 37 protrudes downward from a partition wall that defines the second storage space SP2 from above.
[0030] (Rod 40) The rod 40 is made of insulating synthetic resin. Figure 5 As shown, the rod 40 is generally U-shaped. Figure 2 As shown, the lever 40 includes a pair of plate-like portions 41, an operating portion 42 connecting the ends of the pair of plate-like portions 41, and a protruding portion 43 protruding from the operating portion 42. The two plate-like portions 41 are arranged opposite to each other. The plate-like portion 41 is provided with an axial hole 41A penetrating the plate-like portion 41 and a cam groove 41B recessed from the outer surface of the plate-like portion 41 in the thickness direction (left-right direction) of the plate-like portion 41. The cam groove 41B has an entry port 41B1 at the outer edge of the plate-like portion 41, and extends in a generally arc shape so as to approach the axial hole 41A from the entry port 41B1. The entry port 41B1 is an opening for accommodating the cam pin in the cam groove 41B.
[0031] (Protrusion 43) The protrusion 43 protrudes from the operating portion 42 inward in the radial direction of rotation. Here, the so-called radial direction of rotation refers to the extension direction of an axis that is orthogonal to the extension direction (left-right direction) of the rotation shaft 34 and passes through the rotation center, and the direction close to the rotation shaft 34 is set to the inner direction, and the direction away from the rotation shaft 34 is set to the outer direction. The protrusion 43 has a roughly block-shaped base 43A and a pressing portion 44 and a locking portion 45 that protrude from the base 43A inward in the radial direction of rotation. The pressing portion 44 is arranged at the left and right center position of the front half of the base 43A. The locking portion 45 is arranged at the left and right ends of the rear half of the base 43A. The base 43A, the pressing portion 44 and the locking portion 45 are an example of a sliding portion.
[0032] (Detection member 50, recessed portion 52) The detection member 50 is made of insulating synthetic resin. Figure 3As shown, the detection member 50 includes a main body 51 and a recess 52 recessed from the main body 51. The main body 51 is in a substantially door shape with both ends in the width direction (left-right direction) extending forward. The recess 52 is arranged in the left-right center of the main body 51. The recess 52 includes a first recess 53 and a second recess 54 further recessed from the bottom surface of the first recess 53. The second recess 54 is arranged in the left-right center of the recess 52. Figure 1 and Fig. 9 As shown, the protrusion 43 of the rod 40 can enter the recess 52 (described in detail later). Figure 8 As shown in FIG. 4 , the pressing portion 44 of the rod 40 can enter the second recess 54. Fig.19 As shown, the locking portion 45 of the lever 40 can enter the first recess 53 .
[0033] like Figure 3 As shown, the detection member 50 includes an arm portion 55 extending forward from the right end and the left end of the main body 51, respectively. The arm portion 55 can be bent and deformed in the upward and downward directions with the rear end connected to the main body 51 as the base end. A locking protrusion 55A is formed at a position close to the front end of the arm portion 55. The locking protrusion 55A protrudes upward from the arm portion 55. An inclined portion 55B is formed on the upper part of the front side portion of the locking protrusion 55A. The inclined portion 55B is arranged in a manner that it is inclined as it descends toward the front (refer to Fig.13 ).like Figure 6 As shown, the locking protrusion 55A can be locked with the first locking portion 3 .
[0034] (Extending portion 56) like Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , a protruding portion 56 protruding from both sides of the main body 51 is formed at the rear end of the main body 51 of the detection member 50. The protruding portion 56 extends in the left-right direction away from the side of the main body 51 and extends backward. For example, the detection member 50 can be operated by pinching the protruding portion 56 with the thumb and index finger (see FIG. 1 ). Fig.11 ). The detection member 50 can be in the standby position (refer to Figure 6 ) and detection position (refer to Fig.16 In the present embodiment, the detection position is arranged forward of the standby position, and the detection member 50 can move in the front-rear direction.
[0035] like Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , the detection member 50 includes a temporary stopper 57 protruding from the upper surface of the main body 51. The temporary stopper 57 is provided on the right and left sides of the upper surface of the main body 51. Figure 6 As shown, the temporary stopper 57 is configured to be able to be locked with the temporary stopper protrusion 37 when the detection member 50 is located at the standby position. By locking the temporary stopper 57 and the temporary stopper protrusion 37, the detection member 50 can be suppressed from moving backward from the standby position.
[0036] In order to assemble the detection member 50 to the housing 30, first, the arm portion 55 of the detection member 50 and the side portion of the main body 51 are inserted into the second storage space SP2. The arm portion 55 is arranged in the second storage space SP2, and the front end of the temporary stop portion 57 and the rear end of the temporary stop protrusion 37 are slidably connected. When the detection member 50 is further pressed forward, the temporary stop protrusion 37 crosses the temporary stop portion 57. Thus, the detection member 50 is arranged in the standby position. When the detection member 50 is located in the standby position, the detection member 50 can be restricted from moving forward by being stopped by the stop protrusion 55A and the first stop portion 35. In addition, the detection member 50 can be restrained from moving backward by being stopped by the rear end face of the temporary stop portion 57 and the front end face of the temporary stop protrusion 37.
[0037] After the detection member 50 is mounted on the housing 30, the lever 40 is assembled to the rotation shaft 34 of the housing 30. The lever 40 is assembled to the housing 30 from above while deforming the pair of plate-like portions 41 so as to be separated from each other.
[0038] like Figure 4 and Figures 6 to 8 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the rod 40 is located at the initial position and the detection member 50 is located at the standby position, a portion of the detection member 50 (specifically, the rear end portion) is disposed between the plate-shaped portions 41. Figures 6 to 8 As shown, the operating portion 42 is disposed behind the detection member 50. In this way, the detection member 50 is protected from the outside by the rod 40. Therefore, it is possible to suppress damage to the detection member 50 caused by external force, movement of the detection member 50 to the detection position, and falling off of the detection member 50 from the housing 30.
[0039] like Figure 1 and Fig. 9 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the lever 40 is located at the initial position and the detection member 50 is located at the standby position, the protrusion 43 is arranged in the recess 52. Specifically, the base 43A (see FIG. 1 ) is arranged in the first recess 53. Figure 7 ), a pressing portion 44 is arranged in the second recess 54 (refer to Figure 8 ).like Fig. 9 As shown, the inner surface of the recess 52 and the outer surface of the protrusion 43 are opposite and close to each other in the left-right direction. Therefore, the rod 40 is easily positioned in the left-right direction by the detection member 50. The rod 40 can be prevented from being deviated in the left-right direction, and deformation or damage of the rod 40 can be prevented.
[0040] like Fig.10As shown, when the lever 40 is at the initial position and the detection member 50 is at the standby position, the extension portion 56 approaches the plate-like portion 41 and is arranged opposite to the plate-like portion 41 in the left-right direction. Thus, when the plate-like portion 41 is about to deform in the direction approaching the housing 30 in the left-right direction, the plate-like portion 41 abuts against the extension portion 56, and the deformation of the plate-like portion 41 can be restricted.
[0041] In the present embodiment, before the lever 40 rotates a predetermined angle from the initial position toward the completed position, a portion of the detection member 50 is disposed between the pair of plate-like portions 41, and the protrusion 43 is disposed in the recess 52. Here, the size of the predetermined angle is not particularly limited as long as it is the rotation angle at which the lever 40 is disposed between the initial position and the completed position.
[0042] Fig.17 The state where the rod 40 is rotated from the initial position to a smaller angle than the specified angle of about 13° is shown. Fig.17 The position of the rod 40 is defined as the first position. Figures 17 to 19 As shown, when the rod 40 is located at the first position, a portion (specifically, the rear half) of the detection member 50 including the extension portion 56 is disposed between the plate-like portions 41. Fig.21 As shown in FIG. 5 , the extension portion 56 is close to the plate-shaped portion 41 and is arranged opposite to the plate-shaped portion 41 in the left-right direction. Fig. 20 As shown in FIG. 4 , the protrusion 43 is disposed in the recess 52. In detail, as shown in FIG. Fig.18 As shown, the base 43A is disposed in the second recess 54. Fig.19 As shown, the locking portion 45 is arranged in the first recess 53.
[0043] Thus, in the present embodiment, when the lever 40 is located at the initial position and when the lever 40 is rotated from the initial position to the position at a predetermined angle, a portion of the detection member 50 is disposed between the pair of plate-like portions 41. Therefore, during the rotation operation of the lever 40, damage or movement of the detection member 50 can be suppressed.
[0044] In addition, when the lever 40 is located at the initial position and when the lever 40 is rotated from the initial position to the position at a predetermined angle, the protrusion 43 is arranged in the recess 52. Therefore, during the rotation operation of the lever 40, the damage or movement of the detection member 50 can be suppressed, and the lever 40 can be positioned in the left-right direction. By positioning the lever 40 in the left-right direction, the posture of the lever 40 can be stabilized, and the rotation of the lever 40 can be guided.
[0045] Furthermore, when the lever 40 is at the initial position and when the lever 40 is at least at the first position from the initial position, the extension portion 56 is arranged to abut against the plate-shaped portion 41. Thus, the posture of the lever 40 during the rotation operation can be further stabilized, and deformation of the lever 40 can be suppressed.
[0046] When the rod 40 reaches the completed position, Fig.12 As shown, the rear half of the detection member 50 is arranged outside the pair of plate-shaped portions 41 and exposed to the outside. Fig.13 As shown, the release protrusion 21A provided on the cover portion 21 contacts the locking protrusion 55A via the opening portion 36 of the housing 30. As a result, the arm portion 55 is bent and deformed downward, and the locking of the locking protrusion 55A and the first locking portion 35 is released. Here, when the detection member 50 is pressed forward, the first locking portion 35 and the inclined portion 55B of the locking protrusion 55A slide, and the locking protrusion 55A sinks below the first locking portion 35. With the first locking portion 35 crossing the locking protrusion 55A, the arm portion 55 naturally recovers, and the detection member 50 reaches the detection position (refer to Fig.16 ).
[0047] When the detection member 50 is located at the detection position, the locking protrusion 55A is disposed in the window portion 21B provided in the cover portion 21. The rear end surface of the locking protrusion 55A is locked with the front end surface of the first locking portion 35, thereby restricting the movement of the detection member 50 from the detection position to the standby position. As described above, when the detection member 50 moves to the detection position, the completion of the mating between the mating side housing 20 and the rod type housing 10 can be detected.
[0048] In this embodiment, while the lever 40 is rotating from the initial position toward the completion position, the base 43A, the pressing portion 44, and the locking portion 45 slide with the lock arm 33, causing the lock arm 33 to bend downward (see Fig.18 and Fig.19 ). The lock arm 33 is bent and deformed, and enters the first storage space SP1. As a result, the rear end of the lock arm 33 and the main body 51 are opposed to each other in the front-to-back direction. In this way, when the lock arm 33 is bent and deformed, the rear end of the lock arm 33 and the main body 51 are locked, thereby restricting the detection member 50 from moving forward toward the detection position. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the erroneous detection of the completion of the mating between the other side housing 20 and the rod-type housing 10.
[0049] In this embodiment, when the lever 40 is rotated from the initial position to the completed position, the pressing portion 44 first slides against the rear end of the lock arm 33, causing the lock arm 33 to bend. Then, when the lever 40 is further rotated, the base 43A or the lock portion 45 begins to slide against the upper surface of the fitting lock portion 33A while the pressing portion 44 is causing the lock arm 33 to bend (see FIG. 2 ). Fig.18 and Fig.19). When the rod 40 is further rotated, the base 43A or the locking portion 45 slides with the upper surface of the engaging locking portion 33A, and the sliding contact between the pressing portion 44 and the locking arm 33 is released while the locking arm 33 is bent. When the rod 40 is further rotated and reaches the completion position, Fig.14 As shown, the sliding contact between the locking portion 45 and the upper surface of the fitting locking portion 33A is released, and the lock arm 33 returns to the natural state.
[0050] When the rod 40 reaches the completion position, the locking portion 45 and the fitting locking portion 33A are configured to be locked in the front-to-back direction. By locking the locking portion 45 and the fitting locking portion 33A, the rod 40 can be prevented from rotating in the direction from the completion position to the initial position. In addition, the rear end of the locking arm 33 and the main body 51 are not aligned in the front-to-back direction by returning the locking arm 33 to the natural state. Therefore, the detection member 50 can be moved forward and the main body 51 can be stored in the first storage space SP1. That is, the detection member 50 can be moved to the detection position. As a result, the proper fitting of the other side housing 20 and the rod-type housing 10 can be detected.
[0051] (Effects of the Implementation Methods) (1) The rod-type housing 10 of the embodiment comprises: a housing 30; a rod 40 rotatably mounted on the housing 30 between an initial position and a completion position; and a detection member 50 movably mounted on the housing 30 between a standby position and a detection position. When the rod 40 is located at the completion position, the detection member 50 can move from the standby position to the detection position. The rod 40 comprises a pair of plate-like portions 41, an operating portion 42 connecting the pair of plate-like portions 41 in a first direction (left-right direction), and a protrusion 43 protruding from the operating portion 42. The detection member 50 comprises a main body 51 and a recess 52 recessed from the main body 51. When the rod 40 is located at the initial position and the detection member 50 is located at the standby position, the detection member 50 is arranged on the inner side of the pair of plate-like portions 41 in the first direction, and the protrusion 43 is arranged in the recess 52.
[0052] According to such a structure, since the detection member 50 is arranged inside the rod 40 when the rod 40 is located at the initial position and the detection member 50 is located at the standby position, it is possible to suppress damage to the detection member 50 caused by external force, movement of the detection member 50 to the detection position, and detachment of the detection member 50 from the housing 30. In addition, since the protrusion 43 of the rod 40 is arranged in the recess 52 of the detection member 50, the rod 40 is easily positioned in the first direction by the detection member 50. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the rod 40 from being deviated in the first direction, and it is possible to suppress deformation or damage of the rod 40.
[0053] (2) In the embodiment, before the lever 40 rotates a predetermined angle from the initial position toward the completion position, the detection member 50 is disposed inside the pair of plate-like portions 41 in the first direction, and the protrusion 43 is disposed in the recess 52 .
[0054] According to such a structure, the detection member 50 and the rod 40 can be protected while the rod 40 is rotated by a predetermined angle from the initial position. In addition, the rotation operation of the rod 40 can be guided by making the protrusion 43 and the recess 52 slide.
[0055] (3) In the embodiment, the detection member 50 includes the extensions 56 that protrude from the main body 51 to both sides in the first direction. The extensions 56 contact the plate-like portion 41 to restrict the plate-like portion 41 from moving toward the housing 30 in the first direction.
[0056] According to such a structure, the deformation of the lever 40 in the first direction can be further suppressed. In addition, the rotation operation of the lever 40 can be guided.
[0057] (4) In an embodiment, the shell 30 includes a lock arm 33 that can be bent and deformed and extends from the outer surface (upper surface) of the shell 30, and the protrusion 43 includes a sliding portion (base 43A, pressing portion 44, and locking portion 45) that slides with the lock arm 33 during the process of rotating the rod 40 from the initial position toward the completion position to bend the lock arm 33. The lock arm 33 slides with the sliding portion, so that the lock arm 33 is locked with the detection component 50, which can limit the movement of the detection component 50 from the standby position to the detection position.
[0058] According to such a structure, the sliding portion restricts the movement of the detection member 50 to the detection position during the rotation operation of the lever 40, so that the detection member 50 can suppress erroneous detection of the mating completion. In addition, since the protrusion 43 has the sliding portion, it is not necessary to provide the sliding portion at a position different from the protrusion 43 in the lever 40. Therefore, the lever 40 and the lever-type housing 10 can be easily miniaturized.
[0059] (5) In the embodiment, the protrusion 43 includes the lock portion 45 that is locked with the housing 30 when the lever 40 is located at the completion position.
[0060] According to such a configuration, since the protruding portion 43 includes the locking portion 45, it is not necessary to provide the locking portion at a position different from the protruding portion 43 in the lever 40. Therefore, the lever 40 and the lever-type housing 10 can be easily miniaturized.
[0061] (Other embodiments) The above-mentioned embodiment can be implemented as the following modifications. The above-mentioned embodiment and the following modifications can be implemented in combination with each other within the scope of no technical contradiction.
[0062] In the above embodiment, the protrusion 43 includes the pressing portion 44 and the locking portion 45 , but the protrusion only needs to protrude from the operation portion, and the shape of the protrusion may be different from the above.
[0063] In the above embodiment, the recess 52 includes the first recess 53 and the second recess 54 , but the recess only needs to be recessed from the main body and into which the protrusion can enter, and the shape of the recess may be different from the above.
[0064] In the above embodiment, the detection member 50 includes the extending portion 56 , but the detection member may not include the extending portion.
[0065] In the above embodiment, the lever type housing 10 includes the wire cover 32 , but the lever type housing may not include the wire cover. Description of Reference Numerals
