Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of specimen processing equipment, in particular to a frozen section embedding mold which comprises a mold body and a sample support body. The surface of the mold body is provided with an embedding groove body, the top surface of the embedding groove body is provided with an opening, the embedding groove body comprises a bottom wall and a side wall, the center of the bottom wall is provided with a cross-shaped first positioning groove, and the middle point of the edge of the side wall is provided with a second positioning groove which is sunken outwards; the sample support body is used for covering an opening of an embedding groove body. The method has the beneficial effects that the to-be-cut surface of the obtained embedding block is cross-shaped, and in the slicing process, the cutting surface of the slicing knife can be adjusted to be parallel to the embedding block according to the cross-shaped cutting condition, so that the phenomena of non-uniform thickness and slice curling are avoided.
