Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a torque limiter, comprising: a first ring designed to be driven to rotate around a rotation axis; a second ring axially arranged at a distance from the first ring; and a friction disk slidably clamped between the second ring and the first ring. Background Art
[0002] In motor vehicles, the transmission of torque exceeding the desired level to the gearbox results in degradation of various transmission elements, including the gears. In order to eliminate the above problems, torque limiting mechanisms are used.
[0003] In some known solutions, the entire system is stopped to prevent high torque from damaging the mechanism. Another method in the prior art is to perform sliding by friction elements (e.g., by friction plates) when the torque reaches a predetermined level to prevent the transmitted torque from exceeding the above value.
[0004] Nowadays, the torque limiter is used in hybrid vehicles in particular; it has a pressure plate disposed between two covers. A pressure spring disposed on one side of the pressure plate ensures that a friction plate disposed on the other side is compressed between the pressure plate and the cover. Due to the mentioned structure, when the friction plate rotates on the central axis of the torque limiter, both covers rotate. In addition, in the case where the torque mutually transmitted by the covers from the friction plates exceeds a prescribed value, the covers can move relative to the friction plates.
[0005] Document US2020173521 discloses a damper comprising: a first rotating element and a second rotating element rotatable around a rotation center; an elastic element that elastically expands and contracts in response to the relative rotation of the first rotating element and the second rotating element; and a limiter arranged in the first rotating element. Summary of the invention
[0006] The present invention relates to a torque limiter for a vehicle, for bringing new advantages to the relevant technical field.
[0007] It is an object of the present invention to provide a torque limiter having a reduced number of components.
[0008] In order to achieve all the above-mentioned purposes and the purposes that will be derived from the detailed description below, the present invention is a torque limiter comprising: a first ring, which is designed to be driven in rotation around an axis of rotation; a second ring, which is axially arranged at a certain distance from the first ring; a friction disc, which is slidably clamped axially between the second ring and the first ring. Therefore; a pressure plate, which extends between the first ring and the friction disc in a manner that is at a first angle to the first ring and the friction disc and presses the friction disc against the second ring, and the pressure plate includes at least one friction area that rests on the friction disc. Therefore, the pressure plate eliminates the need to use a pressure member and a separate plate. The limitation of the components that constitute the torque limiter makes it possible to significantly reduce the manufacturing and assembly costs of the torque limiter and reduce the risk of errors during its manufacturing.
[0009] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the pressure plate is provided in the form of a disc spring and is designed to perform the functions of both a flat pressure plate and a disc spring. Thus, the number of components required for optimal performance of the torque limiter is limited, which helps to reduce manufacturing costs.
[0010] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the first angle is an acute angle. The acute angle is between 5° (degrees) and 30°. The acute angle is between 7° and 20°. Thus, the pressure plate presses the friction plate toward the first ring or the second ring, and the axial space requirement of the torque limiter is reduced.
[0011] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one friction area of the friction disk rests directly on the friction disk. Therefore, the axial space requirement of the torque limiter is reduced without reducing its efficiency.
[0012] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the pressure plate comprises a support portion which extends away from the friction disc in the continuation of the friction zone. Thus, the resistance of the pressure plate is increased.
[0013] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one friction lining is arranged on the face of the friction disk facing the pressure plate. The at least one friction area rests on the at least one friction lining. Preferably, the at least one friction area rests directly on the at least one friction lining. Thus, the torque limiter performance is improved.
[0014] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one further friction lining is arranged on the opposite side of the friction disk facing the second ring.
[0015] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one friction lining consists of a single element. The single element is circular. Thus, the at least one friction lining is easy and inexpensive to arrange.
[0016] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one friction lining consists of a plurality of elements. These elements are identical. These elements are evenly distributed over the surface of the face of the friction disc facing the pressure plate, for example. Thus, the efficiency of the plurality of elements is the same as that of a single element, and the manufacturing costs are reduced.
[0017] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one friction area of the pressure plate is smooth. Smooth means that the at least one friction area is flawless, i.e. the at least one friction area should not have embossing or stamping or forming or any deformation. This smooth surface maximizes the specific pressure on the friction lining in the new state of the torque limiter and / or during the stationary phase of the torque limiter.
[0018] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one friction area of the pressure plate comprises a deformation with a radius below 3 mm (millimeters). The deformation can be performed by embossing, stamping or forming. The deformation is superficial, less than 3 mm. This superficiality maximizes the specific pressure on the friction lining in the new state of the torque limiter and / or during the stationary phase of the torque limiter.
[0019] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the pressure plate extends radially between an inner edge and an outer edge, the friction area being located on the inner edge. The inner edge is radially closer to the axis of rotation than the outer edge. Therefore, the pressure plate is easy to manufacture.
[0020] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the pressure plate comprises three radial parts, an inner part extending radially from the inner edge, an outer part extending radially from the outer edge, and a middle part radially between the inner and outer parts, the friction area being located on the middle part. The inner edge is radially closer to the axis of rotation than the upper edge. As a result, the plate is easy to install.
[0021] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one friction lining resting on at least one friction area is flat before assembly of the torque limiter and comprises at least one groove after assembly of the torque limiter. Thus, during actuation of the torque limiter, a groove will be created on the friction lining by the pressure applied by the pressure plate. This groove will eliminate radial misalignment of the damping part relative to the torque limiter cover (i.e., the first ring and the second ring). Such radial misalignment leads to wear / failure of damper part components (e.g., springs, spring seats, bushings, ...). This also reduces the manufacturing steps of the torque limiter.
[0022] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one friction lining comprises at least one groove. The groove is preformed before assembly of the torque limiter. Direct contact between the pressure plate and the at least one groove allows to reduce radial misalignment of the damping part relative to the torque limiter cover (i.e. the first ring and the second ring) during actuation of the torque limiter. Such radial misalignment leads to wear / failure of damper part components (e.g. springs, spring seats, bushings ...). The at least one groove is easy and cheap to manufacture. The preformed groove optimizes the pressure plate positioning.
[0023] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one groove is preformed with respect to at least one friction area of the pressure plate. Said at least one groove is in direct contact with said at least one friction area of the pressure plate. Thus, this contact reduces the risk of radial misalignment between the damping part relative to the torque limiter cover.
[0024] In another preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one friction lining comprises a plurality of grooves. Each groove extends parallel to one another. Thus, at least one friction lining can be designed as a different pressure plate. This reduces manufacturing costs and minimizes the risk of assembly errors.
[0025] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the at least one groove is linear. Thus, the at least one groove is easy and cheap to manufacture if the groove is preformed, or due to correct positioning and optimal pressure of the pressure plate when the groove is not preformed.
[0026] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, at least one groove is uninterrupted. Thus, the at least one groove is easy and cheap to manufacture if the groove is preformed, or due to correct positioning and optimal pressure of the pressure plate when the groove is not preformed.
[0027] In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the at least one groove is divided into several sections.
[0028] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the depth of the at least one groove is between 0.02 and 0.15 mm (millimeters), and preferably between 0.04 and 0.1 mm (millimeters). Thus, this selection ratio optimizes the radial alignment protection between the damping part and the torque limiter cover, the filtering performance of the torque limiter and the life of the at least one friction lining. The depth value can be the value of the groove radius.
[0029] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the pressure plate is connected to one of the first ring and the second ring in a manner preventing a rotational degree of freedom therebetween. Thus, the torque limiter has a long-term stable structure and a long service life.
[0030] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the first ring has at least one first stop and the pressure plate has at least one second stop supported by the at least one first stop. Thus, the anti-rotation system is simple, effective, cheap and easy to set up.
[0031] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the at least one second stop is formed as a protrusion on the pressure plate and is at least partially inserted into at least one first stop provided as a recess on the first ring. Thus, the anti-rotation system is simple, effective, cheap and easy to set up.
[0032] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the at least one first stop forms an extension provided on the first ring and is at least partially located in the at least one second stop provided as a recess on the pressure plate. Thus, the anti-rotation system is simple, effective, cheap and easy to set up.
[0033] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the at least one second stop is formed as a protrusion on the pressure plate and is at least partially inserted into at least one first stop provided as a gap on the first ring. Thus, the anti-rotation system is simple, effective, cheap and easy to set up.
[0034] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the at least one first stop is a connector formed by connecting the first ring and the second ring to each other, and the connector is inserted into the at least one second stop provided on the pressure plate. Thus, the anti-rotation system is simple, effective, cheap and easy to set up.
[0035] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the at least one second stop is formed on the pressure plate as a set of two tabs, the tabs being positioned on either side of the at least one first stop provided by the first ring. Thus, the anti-rotation system is simple, effective, cheap and easy to set up.
[0036] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the at least one first stop forms a pin extending axially from the first ring, wherein the at least one second stop forms a notch cooperating with the pin in a form-fitting manner. The anti-rotation system is thus simple, effective, cheap and easy to set up.
[0037] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the notch covers between 40% and 60% of the outer surface of the pin, and preferably covers between 45% and 55% of the outer surface of the pin. Thus, the anti-rotation system is simple, effective, cheap and easy to set up.
[0038] In another preferred embodiment of the subject invention, the torque limiter further comprises a cover formed by a first ring and a second ring, the first ring and the second ring being obtained by bending a single plate. Therefore, the number of components is limited.
[0039] Another subject of the invention is a component for a motor vehicle drive train, in particular a dual-mass flywheel, a hydrodynamic torque converter, a flywheel fixed to the crankshaft or a friction disk of a wet or dry clutch, comprising a torque limiter according to the invention. [0052] In this detailed description, the torque limiter (10) is explained with reference to examples in order to make the subject matter easier to understand without creating any limiting effect.
[0053] like Figure 1 As shown, the torque limiter (10) may include a first ring (20) and a second ring (30), wherein the first ring (20) is designed to be driven to rotate about a rotation axis (a), and the second ring (30) is axially arranged at a certain distance from the first ring (20). The torque limiter (10) may also include a friction disk (50) slidably sandwiched between the second ring (30) and the first ring (20). The first ring (20) may have a base that can extend circumferentially. A pressure plate (40) may be provided to ensure that the friction disk (50) is slidably sandwiched in the middle. The pressure plate (40) may be connected to one of the first ring (20) and the second ring (30) in a manner that prevents the pressure plate (40) from rotating. The pressure plate (40) may extend between the first ring (20) and the friction disk (50) in a manner having a first angle (α). The pressure plate (40) may press the friction disk (50) toward the second ring (30). The pressure plate (40) may include at least one friction area (41) resting on the friction disk (50). In other words, the pressure plate (40) is provided in the form of a disc spring. A friction area (41) may be present between the pressure plate (40) and the friction disc (50). In other words, the pressure plate (40) and the friction disc (50) are in contact with each other.
[0054] The pressure plate (40) may extend radially between an inner edge (44) and an outer edge (45). The inner edge (44) may be radially closer to the rotation axis (a) than the outer edge (45). The friction region (41) may be located on the inner edge (44). Alternatively, the friction region (41) may be located on the outer edge (45). Alternatively, the friction region (41) may be located between the inner edge (44) and the outer edge (45). More specifically, the pressure plate (40) may include three radial portions. The pressure plate (40) may include an inner portion (46). The inner portion (46) may extend radially from the inner edge (44). The pressure plate (40) may include an outer portion (47). The outer portion (47) may extend radially from the outer edge (45). The pressure plate (40) may include a middle portion (48). The middle portion (48) may be located radially between the inner portion (46) and the outer portion (47). The friction area (41) may be located on the middle portion (48).
[0055] The pressure plate (40) may be a single piece. The pressure plate (40) may be divided into two parts. The friction area (41) may be formed at the intersection between the two parts of the pressure plate (40).
[0056] The friction area (41) may represent a portion of the surface of the pressure plate (40) facing the friction disc (50). For example, the friction area (41) may represent less than 10% of the surface, preferably 5% of the surface.
[0057] In a possible alternative of the present invention, a friction lining (51) may be provided in the contact portion of the friction disc (50). The friction lining (51) is in direct contact with the friction disc (50). Alternatively, there is an element between the friction lining (51) and the friction disc (50). According to the structure, the friction disc (50) is sandwiched between one of the first ring (20) or the second ring (30) and the pressure plate (40). The friction lining (51) may be a single continuous element. Alternatively, the friction lining (51) may be discontinuous. The friction lining (51) may include a plurality of regularly distributed elements, for example four (e.g. Fig.12 In other words, these elements can be called segments.
[0058] In a first embodiment of the invention, the friction disc (50) is connected to the vibration damping part (12). In a second embodiment, the first ring (20) and the second ring (30) are connected to the vibration damping part (12), and the friction disc (50) extends between the first ring (20) and the second ring (30).
[0059] As in the first embodiment ( Figure 1-4 ), the first ring (20) and the second ring (30) may be integrally provided on the cover (11). In other words, the cover (11), the first ring (20) and the second ring (30) are obtained by bending a plate. To achieve this, the first ring (20) and the second ring (30) may be formed on the inner wall of a circular plate. One of the first ring (20) and the second ring (30) may be bent to be substantially parallel to the other. Thus, the first ring (20) and the second ring (30) may form the cover (11). Thus, a distance is obtained between the first ring (20) and the second ring (30), and the friction disc (50) and the pressure plate (40) may be positioned at this distance.
[0060] In this first embodiment, the friction disk (50) is connected to the vibration damping part (12). The friction disk (50) may extend between the first ring (20) and the second ring (30). The friction disk (50) may rest on a surface of one of the first ring (20) and the second ring (30). Figure 1In the exemplary embodiment given in , the friction disc (50) rests on the second ring (30). The pressure plate (40) may rest on the first ring (20) on one side and on the friction disc (50) on the other side. The pressure plate (40) may be provided in the form of a disc spring. The inner wall of the pressure plate (40) may have a support member (42) extending away from the friction disc (50). The portion of the pressure plate (40) resting on the friction disc (50) may be defined as a friction area (41). In the portion where the pressure plate (40) and the first ring (20) contact, there are a first stopper (21) and a second stopper (43). The first stopper (21) and the second stopper (43) may form an anti-rotation system, thereby preventing rotation between the pressure plate (40) and the first ring and the second ring. As a result, the structure of the torque limiter is stable for a long time and has a long service life. The first ring (20) may include a first stopper (21). The pressure plate (40) may include a second stopper (43).
[0061] In a first embodiment of the anti-rotation system, the first stop (21) may include an extension. The extension may extend radially between a first end rigidly connected to the base and a free second end. The first ring (20) may include a plurality of extensions arranged on the base. The plurality of extensions may be evenly distributed circumferentially. The first stop (21) may also include or may be arranged as a recess on the first ring (20). More specifically, the recess may be formed on an extension of the first ring (20). Each extension of the first ring (20) may include a groove. The second stop (43) may be arranged as a protrusion on the pressure plate (40). The protrusion may extend radially between a first end rigidly connected to an outer edge (45) of the pressure plate (40) and a free second end. The pressure plate (40) may include a plurality of protrusions arranged on the outer edge (45). The plurality of protrusions may be evenly distributed circumferentially. The pressure plate (40) may include a protrusion for each groove. Thus, the second stop (43) may be at least partially embedded in the recess of the first stop (21). Thus, the pressure plate (40) is prevented from rotating relative to the first ring (20). The pressure plate (40) may be stamped.
[0062] The first stop (21) and the second stop (43) can form an anti-rotation system.
[0063] from Fig.11As can be seen in the figure, in a possible fifth embodiment of the anti-rotation system, the same components as the first embodiment are used, except that the second stop (43) can form a set of two tabs on the pressure plate (40). Each tab can extend between a first end rigidly connected to the outer edge (45) of the pressure plate (40) and a free second end. The two tabs can be identical. The two tabs can be curved. The distance between the two tabs can be less than twice the width of one of the tabs. The pressure plate (40) can include multiple pairs of tabs. The multiple pairs of tabs can be evenly distributed circumferentially. The two tabs can be positioned on either side of the first stop (21), and the first stop (21) can be provided by the first ring (20). More precisely, the first stop (21) can include an extension, and the two tabs can be positioned on either side of the extension of the first ring (20). The pressure plate (40) can be stamped.
[0064] from Fig.15 and Fig.16 As can be seen in the figure, in a possible sixth embodiment of the anti-rotation system, the same components as in the first embodiment are used, except that the first stop (21) can also include a pin (22). The pin (22) can extend axially from the extension of the first ring (20). The pin (22) can extend axially from a first end integral with the extension and a free second end. More specifically, each extension can include a pin. The pin (22) can be circular. The pin (22) can be in one piece with the extension. The pin (22) can be realized by stamping. The pin (22) can be an external material addition. For example, the pin (22) can be a rivet. The second stop (43) can include a notch (49). The notch (49) can be realized on the outer edge (45) of the pressure plate (40). More specifically, the second stop (43) can include a plurality of notches (49). Each of the plurality of notches (49) can cooperate with one of the pins (22) in a form-fitting manner. The pressing plate (40) may be rolled or welded.
[0065] The pin (22) may have an outer periphery. The notch (49) may cover between 40% and 60% of the outer periphery of the pin (22). Preferably, the notch (49) may cover between 45% and 55% of the outer periphery of the pin (22).
[0066] from Figure 1 As can be seen in FIG. 1 , the friction disc (50) may directly contact the pressure plate (40) and the second ring (30). In an alternative, a friction lining (51) may be present at the portion where the friction disc (50) contacts the pressure plate (40) and the second ring (30).
[0067] from Figure 2 It can be seen that the friction lining ( 51 ) can be arranged only on the side of the friction disk ( 50 ) facing the second ring ( 30 ).
[0068] from Figure 3 It can be seen in FIG. 5 that the friction lining ( 51 ) can be arranged only on the side of the friction disk ( 50 ) facing the pressure plate ( 40 ).
[0069] from Figure 4 As can be seen in FIG. 1 , the friction lining ( 51 ) can be arranged on a side of the friction disk ( 50 ) facing both the second ring ( 30 ) and the friction disk ( 50 ).
[0070] from Figure 5-10 As can be seen in the figure, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the first ring (20) and the second ring (30) can each be provided in the form of a plate, and the vibration-damping portion (12) is fixed therebetween. The inner wall of the friction disc (50) can extend between the first ring (20) and the second ring (30). The friction disc (50) can be placed on one surface of the first ring (20) and the second ring (30). Figure 5 In the exemplary embodiment given in , the friction disc (50) rests on the second ring (30). The pressure plate (40) can abut the first ring (20) on one side and the friction disc (50) on the other side. The pressure plate (40) can be provided in the form of a disc spring. The outer wall of the pressure plate (40) can have a support member (42) extending away from the friction disc (50). The portion of the pressure plate (40) resting on the friction disc (50) can be defined as a friction area (41). In the portion where the pressure plate (40) and the first ring (20) are in contact, there are a first stopper (21) and a second stopper (43). In Figure 5 In one possible embodiment shown, the first stopper (21) is provided in the form of an extension provided on the first ring (20). The first stopper (21) and the second stopper (43) can form an anti-rotation system.
[0071] In the second embodiment of the anti-rotation system ( Figures 5 to 8 ), the first stop (21) may include a tab. The tab may extend axially between a first end rigidly connected to a base of the first ring (20) and a free second end. The tab may be obtained by bending a portion of the first ring (20). The first ring (20) may include a plurality of tabs arranged on the base. The plurality of tabs may be evenly distributed circumferentially. The second stop (43) may be provided as a recess on the pressure plate (40). The recess may be implemented on an inner edge (44) of the pressure plate (40). The pressure plate (40) may include a plurality of recesses. The plurality of recesses may be evenly distributed circumferentially. The pressure plate (40) may include a recess for each tab. Therefore, the first stop (21) may be at least partially located in the second stop (43), and the second stop (43) may be provided as a recess on the pressure plate (40). Therefore, the pressure plate (40) is prevented from rotating relative to the first ring (20).
[0072] like Fig. 9 As shown, in a possible third embodiment of the anti-rotation system, the first stop (21) can be in the form of a gap provided on the first ring (20). The second stop (43) can include a protrusion. The protrusion can extend between a first end rigidly connected to the inner edge (44) of the pressure plate (40) and a free second end. The protrusion can be obtained by bending a portion of the inner edge (44) of the pressure plate (40). The pressure plate (40) can include a plurality of protrusions provided on the inner edge (44). The plurality of protrusions can be evenly distributed circumferentially. The second stop (43) can be at least partially inserted into the first stop (21). Thus, the pressure plate (40) is prevented from rotating relative to the first ring (20).
[0073] from Fig.10 As can be seen, in a possible fourth embodiment of the anti-rotation system, the connecting element can connect the first ring (20) and the second ring (30) to each other. The connecting element can also have the function of the first stop (21). The second stop (43) can be arranged as a recess on the pressure plate (40). The recess can be implemented on the inner edge (44) of the pressure plate (40). The pressure plate (40) can include a plurality of recesses. The plurality of recesses can be evenly distributed circumferentially. The pressure plate (40) can include a recess for each connecting element. The connecting element can be inserted into the second stop (43) arranged on the pressure plate (40). In all the aforementioned possible embodiments, the first ring (20) and the pressure plate (40) are connected together for rotational movement.
[0074] In addition, if Figure 5 As shown, the friction disc (50) can be in direct contact with the pressure plate (40) and the second ring (30). Figure 6 In a possible alternative embodiment shown in , a friction lining ( 51 ) is provided on the side of the friction disk ( 50 ) facing the second ring ( 30 ). Figure 7 In the illustrated possible alternative, a friction lining (51) is arranged on the surface of the friction disk (50) facing the pressure plate (40). Figure 8 In the possible alternative shown, the friction lining ( 51 ) can be arranged on both sides of the pressure plate ( 40 ).
[0075] Thus, the pressure plate (40) provided in the form of a disc spring, included in all possible embodiments of the torque limiter (10) that is the subject of the present invention, performs simultaneously the functions of the flat pressure plate and the disc spring component used in the prior art.
[0076] For each embodiment comprising at least one friction lining (51), at least one friction area (41) of the pressure plate (40) may be smooth. Smooth means free from defects, i.e. at least one friction area (41) should not have embossing or stamping or forming or any intentional deformation.
[0077] Alternatively, at least one friction area (41) of the pressure plate (40) may include a deformation with a radius below 3 mm (millimeters). The deformation may be performed by embossing, stamping or forming. The deformation may be superficial and kept to a minimum, for example less than 3 mm.
[0078] Before assembling the torque limiter (10), at least one friction lining (51) can rest stably on at least one friction area (41). After assembling the torque limiter (10), at least one friction lining (51) can include at least one groove (60). The pressure of the pressure plate (40) on the friction lining (51) after a stationary phase of the torque limiter (10) produces at least one groove (60) in the friction lining (51). The at least one groove (60) can reduce the risk of radial misalignment between the damping part (12) and the torque limiter cover (11).
[0079] Alternatively, the friction lining (51) may include at least one groove (60) before assembling the torque limiter (10). The at least one groove (60) may be linear. The at least one groove (60) may be uninterrupted (i.e., a continuous groove). Alternatively, the at least one groove (60) may be discontinuous. The at least one groove (60) may include a plurality of regularly distributed groove portions on the same linear line. In other words, these portions may be referred to as segments of the at least one groove. The depth of the at least one groove (60) may be between 0.02 and 0.15 mm (millimeters), and preferably between 0.04 and 0.1 mm (millimeters). The at least one groove (60) may be in direct contact with the pressure plate (40). In particular, the at least one groove (60) may be in direct contact with the friction area (41) of the pressure plate (40). The friction lining (51) may include a unique groove (60). Alternatively, the at least one groove (60) may include a plurality of grooves. Each groove of the plurality of grooves may extend parallel to the other grooves. The friction lining ( 51 ) can therefore be designed to different pressure plates ( 40 ).
[0080] The groove (60) may include a base and two side walls. The side walls may be curved. Alternatively, the side walls may be straight. The friction area (41) may be in contact with the base. The friction area (41) may be in contact with at least one of the two side walls. Alternatively, the friction area (41) may be at a distance from the two side walls.
[0081] The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the appended claims and cannot be limited to the illustrative disclosure given above under the detailed description. This is because it is obvious that a person skilled in the relevant art can generate similar embodiments based on the foregoing disclosure without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
