[0025] Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Fig.12 , Fig.13 and Fig.14The structure and assembly relationship of the inner core assembly 3 are depicted. The first clamp tail 310 and the second clamp tail 410 are stacked on each other and clamped between the first arm 103 and the second arm 104 of the base; the main pin 10 passes through the first base hole and the second base hole, fixing the first and second clamp tails together and forming a main rotating pair that can rotate around the main pin.
[0026] Next reference Figure 3 , the driving mechanism 500 includes a driving rod 510, a first connecting rod 530 and a second connecting rod 550. [0027] Next reference Fig.12 , Fig.13 and Fig.14 , the first connecting rod shaft 535 penetrates the first tail hole 307, connects the first connecting rod head 531 and the first clamp tail 303 together to form a first linkage pair that can rotate around the first connecting rod shaft. The second connecting rod shaft 555 penetrates the second tail hole 407, fixes the second connecting rod head 551 and the second clamp tail 403 together to form a second linkage pair that can rotate around the second connecting rod shaft. The first drive shaft 513 penetrates the first connecting rod hole 537, fixes the first connecting rod tail 533 and the driving head 511 together to form a first drive pair that can rotate around the first driving shaft. The second drive shaft 515 penetrates the second connecting rod hole 557, fixes the second connecting rod tail 553 and the driving head 511 together to form a second drive pair that can rotate around the second driving shaft. Pulling the driving rod 510, the first and second driving pairs, the first and second linkage pairs, and the main rotation pair can rotate simultaneously. When the driving head 511 is moved, the first and second connecting rods are driven to move and rotate, driving the first and second clamp tails to rotate, thereby realizing the closing or opening of the first and second clamp bodies.
[0028] Next reference Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Fig.12 and Fig.13The base 100 also includes a hollow outer tube 150 connected thereto and extending toward the proximal end. The hollow outer tube 150 includes an outer tube head 151 and an outer tube tail 153 and an outer tube body 152 extending therebetween, and an axial through hole 154 penetrates the outer tube head and the outer tube tail along its axial direction. The outer tube tail also includes an outer tube annular groove 155 and an adapter 156. The hollow outer tube 150 may also include an insulating tube 159 mounted on its surface. The base 100 and the hollow outer tube 150 may be fixed together by multiple parts through welding, riveting or bonding, or may be cut and processed from a single metal substrate.
[0029] Then combine Figure 1 and Fig.15 The handle assembly 2 includes a first handle 92 and a second handle 93 connected to a handle shaft 91, and the first handle and the second handle can rotate around the handle shaft. The rotating wheel assembly 95 includes a rotating wheel 951, an outer sleeve 953 and an inner sleeve 955, the outer sleeve 953 is connected to the rotating wheel 951 as a whole, the inner sleeve 955 is connected to the first handle 92 as a whole, and the outer sleeve 953 and the inner sleeve 955 constitute a rotating mechanism so that the rotating wheel 951 can rotate relative to the first handle. The button assembly 97 is installed in the button installation chamber 98 of the first handle 92. The button assembly 97 includes a locking member 972, one end of the locking member 972 is connected to the elastic element 971 and the other end is connected to the button 974, the fastener 973 restricts the locking member 972 in the installation chamber 98, and the elastic element 971 drives the locking member 972 to move laterally in the installation chamber 98 to a locked position. The handheld instrument 1 includes a handle assembly 2 and an inner core assembly 3. The driving tail 519 matches the second handle 93, the elastic element 971 drives the lock 972 to move laterally in the installation bin 98 to the locking position and matches the limiting groove 48, and the adapter 156 matches the rotating wheel 951 and transmits the rotation torque from the rotating wheel to the inner core assembly. The first handle and the second handle rotate around the handle shaft, thereby pushing the driving tail 519 to move axially, and then pushing the driving head to move axially, and then driving the first and second connecting rods to move and rotate, driving the first and second pliers tails to rotate, and realizing the closing or opening of the first and second pliers heads. Pressing the button 97 compresses the elastic element 971 to make the lock 972 move laterally away from the locking position, so that the limiting groove 48 is disengaged from the lock 972, thereby separating the inner core assembly 3 and the handle assembly 2.
[0030] Fig.18The figure depicts a common laparoscopic surgery scene. A puncture tube 12 with a diameter of 12 mm and two puncture tubes 11 with a diameter of 5 mm are set in the patient's abdomen. The endoscope 13 enters the patient's body through the puncture tube 12, and the grasping forceps 14 and 15 enter the patient's body through the puncture tube 11 respectively. The endoscope 13, grasping forceps 14 and grasping forceps 15 form a triangle. When the grasping forceps 14 and grasping forceps 15 cooperate with each other to grasp the tissue near the lesion, the endoscope observes the movement of the grasping forceps head in real time from the side. This grasping and pulling action causes the separated target tissue to move in the direction of an increasingly larger and clearer exposed area under the laparoscope (combined with Fig.18 Those skilled in the art should be able to understand that the most complicated and time-consuming work in laparoscopic surgery is the separation and exposure of the lesion and its surrounding tissues. The visual field exposure of the surgical area is crucial to the safety of endoscopic surgery.
[0031] Fig.19 A typical laparoscopic single-port surgery scenario is depicted. An incision is made on the patient's abdomen, and a single-port multi-channel access device 21 is inserted into the single incision. The single-port multi-channel access device 20 usually includes two channels 21 and 22 with a diameter of 10 mm, and two channels 23 and 24 with a diameter of 5 mm. The 5 mm and 10 mm channels are arranged at intervals. Two 5 mm instruments enter the patient's body through channels 23 and 24 respectively, a 10 mm endoscope enters the patient's body through channel 21, and another 10 mm channel is used to enter and exit hemostatic gauze or other auxiliary operations. The endoscope of laparoscopic single-port surgery is basically parallel to the instrument, and the triangular area of ordinary laparoscopic surgery cannot be constructed. It is difficult to observe the movement of the grasping forceps head in real time from the side, but it is observed in real time from the perspective of projection from the proximal end to the distal end along the axis of the instrument. If grasping forceps 14 and 15 are used to enter the patient's body through channels 23 and 24 to perform lesion separation and exposure operations, the tissue is grasped and pulled axially. This grasping and pulling action causes the separated target tissue to move in a direction in which the exposure area becomes smaller and smaller under the laparoscope, that is, the pulled separated tissue covers the observation field of view, seriously affecting the exposure of the intraoperative field of view.
[0032] The main mechanism of the disclosed prior art grasping forceps (such as grasping forceps 15) is to apply a pulling force along its axis to drive the two forceps to clamp (grasp) the tissue. The highest efficiency is achieved by pulling the tissue from the distal end to the proximal end along the axis. In one concept of the present invention, a push forceps is designed to push the tissue from the proximal end to the distal end at a certain angle to the axis of the instrument (refer to Fig.19 The device pushes the tissue upward from the proximal end to the distal end, while the other device pushes the tissue downward from the proximal end to the distal end, thereby achieving tissue exposure in the target lesion area. In this operation mode, the tissue is pushed in the direction where the exposure area becomes larger and clearer.
[0033] Now continue to refer to Figure 4-11 In a design scheme based on the push-pull concept, the angle A11 between the first clamp tail axis 302 and the first clamp body axis 306 is 15°≤A11≤75°. Similarly, the angle A21 between the second clamp tail axis 402 and the second clamp body axis 406 is 15°≤A21≤75°. This angle range is conducive to the field of vision during the push-pull separation operation.
[0034] In another design of short-nosed push-pull forceps: the shape and size of the first deflected forceps blade 300 are designed to be the diameter D11 of the minimum circumscribed cylindrical surface 301 of the first forceps tail; the forceps blade 300 has a first forceps blade minimum circumscribed cylindrical surface with a diameter D12 parallel to the cylindrical surface 301. In one design, 1.5×D11≤D12≤2.5×D11 is taken. In a specific design, 3.0≤D11≤5.5, 7.5≤D12≤12.5 (unit: mm) is taken. This size design is conducive to the visual field during the push-pull separation operation and is conducive to passing through a specific channel.
[0035] Similarly, the shape and size of the second deflected pliers blade 400 are designed to be the diameter D21 of the minimum circumscribed cylindrical surface 401 of the second pliers tail; the pliers blade 400 has a second pliers blade minimum circumscribed cylindrical surface with a diameter D22 parallel to the cylindrical surface 401. In one design scheme, 1.5×D21≤D22≤2.5×D21 is taken. In a specific design scheme, 3.0≤D21≤5.5, 7.5≤D22≤12.5 (unit: mm).
[0036] In another design of the long nose push and pull forceps: the shape and size of the first deflected forceps blade 300 are designed so that the forceps blade 300 has a first forceps blade minimum circumscribed cylindrical surface with a diameter of D12 parallel to the cylindrical surface 301. In one design, 2.5×D11≤D12≤4×D11 is taken. In a specific design, 12≤D12≤20 (unit: mm). This size design is conducive to the visual field during the push and pull separation operation and is conducive to passing through a specific channel.
[0037] Similarly, the shape and size of the second deflection forceps blade 400 are designed such that the forceps blade 400 has a second forceps blade minimum circumscribed cylindrical surface with a diameter of D22 parallel to the cylindrical surface 401. In one design scheme, 2.5×D21≤D22≤4×D21 is taken. In a specific design scheme, 12≤D22≤20 (unit: mm) is taken.
[0038] Those skilled in the art should be able to understand that when performing separation and exposure under laparoscope, the surgeon usually holds an instrument in each hand, and the two instruments cooperate with each other to complete the separation and exposure. The aforementioned short-nosed pusher is suitable for use as the main separation instrument, and the long-nosed pusher is used as its cooperative separation instrument.
[0039] like Fig.16 , the length from the tongs tip 339 to the rotating wheel 951 along the axis of the inner core component 3 of the instrument 1 is L1, and the angle ANG1 between the tongs tip and the rotating wheel is measured (the angle between the connecting line where the tongs tip 339, the rotating wheel 951 and the axis of the outer tube meet and the axis of the inner core component 3). Fig.17 When the instrument 1 is opened to the maximum limit angle, the minimum circumscribed circle diameter of the first deflected forceps blade 300 and the second deflected forceps blade 400 of the head measured along the axis of the inner core component 3 is D0.
[0040] In a preferred design of short-snout push-pull forceps, 0.04≤D0 / L1≤0.07, ANG1≤3°. In a preferred design of long-snout push-pull forceps, 0.07≤D0 / L1≤0.10, ANG1≤4°. Studies have shown that this design is conducive to the visual exposure during the push-pull separation operation, is conducive to passing through a specific channel, and is conducive to the overall control feeling and tactile feedback of the doctor when using it, which is still consistent or similar to that of traditional grasping forceps.
[0041] Continue to refer Figure 4-11 In a preferred embodiment, the first elbow 320 includes a first transverse arc wall 321 extending outward from the first outer side surface 312 and a first longitudinal arc wall 322 extending axially along the first tail of the first clamp, and the arc wall 321 and the arc wall 322 define a first guardrail 323 that is approximately crown-shaped. The first elbow 320 also includes a smooth first convex elbow portion 325 that connects the first guardrail 323 and smoothly extends to intersect with the first clamp body, and a first inclined wall 327 extending outward transversely from the first inner side surface 311, and the first inclined wall 327 extends and intersects with the first clamp body 330 to form an integral body.
[0042] The second elbow 420 includes a second transverse arc wall 421 extending outward from the second outer side surface 412 and a second longitudinal arc wall 422 extending axially along the second tail of the second clamp, wherein the arc wall 421 and the arc wall 422 define a second guardrail 423 that is approximately crown-shaped. The second elbow 420 also includes a smooth second concave elbow 425 that connects the second guardrail 423 and smoothly extends to intersect with the second clamp body, and a second convex arc tail 427 that extends outward transversely from the second inner side surface 411, wherein the convex arc tail 427 extends and intersects with the second clamp body 430 to form an integral body. The first guardrail, the second guardrail, the first convex elbow, the second concave elbow and the second convex arc tail are arranged to increase the rigidity of the clamp blade during the pushing and pulling operation of the instrument, and to prevent the matching area between the tail of the clamp and the base from being in a blind spot of the field of vision in the pushing and pulling mode, thereby causing the patient's good tissue to be pinched, scratched or other unpredictable accidental damage.
[0043] Those skilled in the art should understand that when the aforementioned push-pull forceps are used in conjunction with the single-hole multi-channel access device 20 for laparoscopic single-hole surgery, the inner core of the push-pull forceps first passes through the 5 mm channel 23 or channel 24 from the distal end to the proximal end, and then the handle is installed. If the instrument is to be switched during surgery, the device 20 must first be removed from the patient, the handle must be disassembled, and then the inner core must be pulled out. This results in a too complicated use process and low surgical efficiency. So far, there is no single-hole multi-channel access device that matches the aforementioned push-pull instrument.
[0044] In 2007, the medical community completed the first transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Since then, the technical solutions for single-incision laparoscopic surgery have derived multiple development directions. Published in the Journal of Minimal Access Surgery, the document is named Single-incision laparoscopic surgery - current status and controversies, hereinafter referred to as document 1. Document 1 details the improvement process of the clinical application of the single-incision multi-channel access device. Briefly, initially three conventional puncture cannulas were inserted into a single incision to form a single-hole multi-channel access device (referred to as the Mickey Mouse scheme), which caused serious air leakage during surgery. This was later improved to insert an incision sleeve into a single incision, connect a soft gel platform to the outside of the incision sleeve, and puncture the soft gel platform with multiple conventional puncture cannulas to form a single-hole multi-channel access device (referred to as the R-Port scheme). This scheme had a larger access platform and was also prone to air leakage during surgery. The soft gel platform was later improved to connect a simplified conventional puncture cannula to the soft gel tank body to form a single-hole multi-channel access device (referred to as the Triport scheme), which effectively solved the problem of air leakage during surgery. The Triport scheme is currently one of the most widely used single-hole multi-channel access devices in clinical practice. The US invention application US20090036745A1, the Chinese invention application 201710862325.4, 201810860145.7, 201910581071.8, 202010783249.X, 202011018690.5, 202210118378.6, 202011530420.2, 202310111515.8, 2410415133.9 and other documents disclose a variety of technical solutions based on the Triport invention concept. Studies have shown that these solutions have been widely used in clinical practice and have achieved good results. However, the Triport concept is limited by the fixed pattern of the evolution history of the single-hole access device. No matter how the single-hole access platform changes, its channel follows the technical fixed pattern of the conventional cannula. Its technical solution mainly optimizes the size and adapts the appearance of the traditional puncture device to form a single-hole multi-channel access device. The access device based on this concept cannot or is extremely difficult to use the aforementioned push-pull forceps instrument due to structural and size limitations.
[0045] Fig. 20 A fully flexible single-hole multi-channel access device 30 is depicted, comprising a flexible housing 31, and flexible sleeves 32, 33, 34, and 35 extending proximally from the flexible housing. The flexible sleeves 32, 33, 34, and 35 can form a seal for instruments with a diameter of 3 to 12 mm inserted therein, and can be deformed at any angle to facilitate the passage of the skewed clamp head of the aforementioned push-pull forceps. Fig.19 The deformation principle of the flexible sleeve should be understood, and the technical solution of the fully flexible single-hole multi-channel access device 30 will not be described in detail here.
[0046] Fig.21 , Fig.23 and Fig.24 Another first deflection forceps blade 300a is depicted. The first deflection forceps blade 300a includes a first forceps tail 340 defined by a first inner side surface 341 and a first outer side surface 342 that are parallel to each other. One end of a first forceps elbow 350 is integrally connected to the first forceps tail 340, and the other end thereof extends obliquely toward the outside of the first inner side surface 341 to a first forceps tip 369, defining a first forceps body 360. The first forceps tip 369 includes a first V-shaped forceps mouth 368.
[0047] The first clamp tail 340 further includes a first base column 341 extending laterally outward from the first outer side surface 342, a first shaped settling platform 344 recessed downward from the first inner side surface 341, and a first tail column 345 extending laterally outward from the settling platform 344. The first clamp tail 340 further includes a first avoidance groove 347 penetrating therethrough. The first clamp tail 340 has a first clamp tail minimum circumscribed cylindrical surface 348 (not shown in the figure) and a first clamp tail axis 349.
[0048] The first elbow 340 includes a first transverse arc wall 351 extending outward from the first outer side surface 342 and a first longitudinal arc wall 352 extending along the axial direction of the first tail of the clamp, and the arc wall 351 and the arc wall 352 define a first guardrail 353 that is approximately crown-shaped. The first elbow 340 also includes a smooth first convex elbow portion 355 that connects the first guardrail 353 and smoothly extends to intersect with the first clamp body, and a first inclined wall 357 extending outward transversely from the first inner side surface 341, and the first inclined wall 357 extends and intersects with the first clamp body 360 to form an integral body.
[0049] The first pliers body 360 includes a proximal inclined section 370, a distal inclined section 390 and an intermediate curved section 380. The proximal side edge 371 of the proximal inclined section 370 and the axis 349 form a first proximal oblique angle A13, and the proximal side edge 391 of the distal inclined section 390 and the axis 349 form a first distal oblique angle A14. In a preferred design scheme, 15°≤A14<A13≤75° is taken. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the side edge 371 and the side edge 391 may include one or more arc curves, or be wavy lines with uneven shapes. In this case, the oblique line segment is used to fit most of the length of the inclined section 370 (or 390) as a reference for measuring the oblique angle A13 (or the oblique angle A14). As long as the overall trend of the extension of the pliers body meets the aforementioned oblique angle range, the local curves or uneven shapes do not deviate from the concept of the present invention. This design of the proximal side of the forceps body is conducive to the visual field during the push-pull separation of the laparoscopic single-port technique with its unique field of view.
[0050] Fig. 22 , Fig.25 and Fig.26 Another second deflection pliers blade 400a is depicted. The second deflection pliers blade 400a includes a second pliers tail 440 defined by a second inner side surface 441 and a second outer side surface 442 that are parallel to each other. One end of a second pliers elbow 450 is integrally connected to the second pliers tail 440, and the other end thereof extends obliquely toward the outside of the second inner side surface 441 to a second pliers tip 469, defining a second pliers body 460. The second pliers tip 469 includes a second V-shaped pliers mouth 468.
[0051] The second clamp tail 440 further includes a second base column 441 extending laterally outward from the second outer side surface 442, a second shaped settling platform 444 recessed downward from the second inner side surface 441, and a second tail column 445 extending laterally outward from the settling platform 444. The second clamp tail 440 further includes a second avoidance groove 447 penetrating therethrough. The second clamp tail 440 has a second clamp tail minimum circumscribed cylindrical surface 448 (not shown in the figure) and a second clamp tail axis 449.
[0052] The second clamp body 460 includes a proximal inclined section 470, a distal inclined section 490 and an intermediate curved section 480. The proximal side edge 471 of the proximal inclined section 470 and the axis 449 form a second proximal oblique angle A23, and the proximal side edge 491 of the distal inclined section 390 and the axis 449 form a second distal oblique angle A24. In a preferred design scheme, 15°≤A24<A23≤75° is taken. The side edge 471 and the side edge 491 may include one or more arc-shaped curves, or be an uneven wavy line. In this case, the oblique line segment is used to fit most of the length of the inclined section 470 (or 490) as a reference for measuring the oblique angle A23 (or the oblique angle A24).
[0053] The second elbow 450 includes a second transverse arc wall 451 extending outward from the second outer side surface 442 and a second longitudinal arc wall 452 extending axially along the second tail of the second clamp, wherein the arc wall 451 and the arc wall 452 define a second guardrail 453 that is approximately crown-shaped. The second elbow 450 also includes a smooth second concave elbow 455 that connects the second guardrail 453 and smoothly extends to intersect with the second clamp body, and a second convex arc tail 457 extending transversely outward from the second inner side surface 441, wherein the convex arc tail 457 extends and intersects with the second clamp body 460 to form an integral body.

A first arm 103a and a second arm 104a extend from the base shoulder to the distal end and are located on both sides of the reference plane 102, and the first and second arms define a U-shaped groove 105. The base shaft hole 106 axially penetrates the base shoulder 109 and is connected to the U-shaped groove 105. The first transverse hole 107 and the first side hole 107a transversely penetrate the first arm 103a, and the second transverse hole 108 and the second side hole 108a transversely penetrate the second arm 104a. The base 100a also includes a hollow outer tube 150 connected thereto and extending toward the proximal end. The hollow outer tube 150 includes an outer tube head 151 and an outer tube tail 153 and an outer tube body 152 extending therebetween, and an axial through hole 154 axially penetrates the outer tube head and the outer tube tail. The outer tube tail further comprises an outer tube annular groove 155 and an adapter 156. The hollow outer tube 150 may further comprise an insulating tube 159 mounted on its surface. Fig. 27 The reference surface 102 and the outer tube 150 are not shown in the figure, and can be combined with Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Fig.12 and Fig.13 understand.
[0055] Fig.28The structure and composition of the driving mechanism 500a are described. The driving mechanism 500a includes a driving head 511a, a driving tail 519 and a driving rod 517 extending therebetween. The driving head 511a includes a driving block 523a defined by a first driving surface 521a and a second driving surface 522a. The driving block 523a includes a distal first driving head 524a, a second driving head 525a and a position avoidance notch 526a recessed from the distal end to the proximal end therebetween. The driving head 511a also includes a first driving inclined groove 527a recessed from the first driving surface 521a into the driving block 523a, and a second driving inclined groove 528a recessed from the second driving surface 522a into the driving block 523a. The inclined groove 527a and the inclined groove 528a are arranged in an X-shaped cross. The inclined groove 527a and the inclined groove 528a may include one or more arc-shaped curves, but from the overall perspective, they are arranged in an approximately X-shaped inclined cross. Fig.28 The driving rod 517 and the driving tail 519 are not shown in the figure, and can be combined with Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Fig.12 and Fig.13 understand.
[0056] Fig.29 and Fig.30 The structure and composition of the inner core assembly 3a are depicted. The inner core assembly 3a includes a base 100a, a first deflection pliers blade 300a, a second deflection pliers blade 400a and a driving mechanism 500a. The figure only shows the inner core head structure, and the structure and composition of its slender rod are basically the same as those of the inner core assembly 3, which can be combined with Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Fig.12 and Fig.13 understand.
[0057] The first clamp tail 340 and the second clamp tail 440 are stacked on each other and clamped between the first arm 103a and the second arm 104a of the base; the first base column 341 and the first side hole 107a form a first rotation pair; the second base column 441 and the second side hole 108a form a second rotation pair. The driving block 523a is clamped between the first settling platform 344 of the first clamp tail and the second settling platform 444 of the second clamp tail; wherein the first tail column 345 and the first driving inclined groove 527a form a first driving pair, and the second tail column 445 and the second driving inclined groove 528a form a second driving pair. When the driving head 511a is moved, the driving block 523a moves to make the first and second driving pairs rotate and slide at the same time, thereby driving the first clamp tail to rotate around the first rotation pair (while the second clamp tail rotates around the second rotation pair), thereby realizing the closing or opening of the first and second clamp bodies.
[0058] In an optional solution, the inner core component 3a further includes a main pin 10. The main pin 10 passes through the first transverse hole 107, the first avoidance groove 347, the second avoidance groove 447 and the second transverse hole 108, connecting the first arm 103a and the second arm 104a together to enhance their deformation rigidity. When the first and second clamp tails rotate, the main pin slides in the first and second avoidance grooves.
[0059] The inner core assembly 3a and the handle assembly 2 are matched to form a push-pull forceps 1a. Compared with the instrument 1, the push-pull forceps 1a are more conducive to the visual field during the push-pull separation operation under the same size design, which is conducive to a smoother passage.
[0060] Those skilled in the art should be able to imagine that the first deflected pliers blade 300a and the second deflected pliers blade 400a can also be designed with the same or similar size relationship as the first deflected pliers blade 300 and the second deflected pliers blade 400. Multiple features of the pliers blade 300a and the pliers blade 300, the pliers blade 400a and the pliers blade 400 can be interchanged. For example, the first base column 341 replaces the first base hole 313 of the pliers blade 300, the second base column 441 replaces the second base hole 413 of the pliers blade 400, and the base 100a replaces the base 100, thereby forming a new inner core assembly; for example, the first tail column 345 replaces the first tail hole 314, the second tail column 445 replaces the second tail hole 414, the first pliers tail 310 and the second pliers tail 410 are adaptively modified, and the drive mechanism 500a replaces the drive mechanism 500, thereby forming a new inner core assembly. The first tail post 345 and the first driving slant slot 527a constitute a first driving pair, and the second tail post 445 and the second driving slant slot 528a constitute a second driving pair, wherein the posts and slant slots are interchangeable, that is, the tail of the clamp includes the slant slot and the driving mechanism includes the driving post or shaft. More replacements and adaptive modifications are also conceivable. Figure 31~Figure 36 Several changes in the appearance of the pliers 300b, 300c, 300d, and 300e are depicted. Based on the concept of the present invention, more changes in the appearance are also conceivable.
[0061] Those skilled in the art should be able to understand that, although there are differences in the structure and composition of the inner core assembly 3 and the inner core assembly 3a, their functions are basically equivalent and have equivalentity: In general, an inner core assembly includes a first oblique pliers blade, a second oblique pliers blade, a base and a driving mechanism.
