Abstract

The application provides a high-gram-weight fold-resistant transfer card and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: coating a first emulsion on one surface of a carrier base film, and drying to form an auxiliary transfer layer, wherein the first emulsion is formed by an acrylate copolymer, a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer and water; forming a laser film layer comprising a UV film pressure information layer on the surface of the auxiliary transfer layer, wherein the UV film pressure information layer comprises an epoxy resin, a polyester acrylate, a polyurethane acrylate and a photoinitiator; bonding a tissue paper layer to the laser film layer by using a second emulsion, wherein the second emulsion is a styrene-butadiene-acrylic acid polymer emulsion, and the gram weight of the tissue paper layer is 80-120 g / m 2 ; bonding a card paper layer to the tissue paper layer by using a third emulsion, wherein the third emulsion is formed by mixing an acrylic acid butyl acrylate-acrylic acid copolymer emulsion and a styrene-acrylic acid copolymer emulsion, and the gram weight of the card paper layer is 200-500 g / m 2 The transfer card provided by the application has the advantage that the crease is not easy to burst, so as to solve the problem of crease burst after printing.
