Abstract

The application relates to a preparation method of a non-magnetic stainless steel wire rope, which comprises the following steps: S1 temperature control drawing: 304 stainless steel busbar is drawn at a controlled temperature to obtain a stainless steel wire; S2 stranding: the stainless steel wire is stranded into a stainless steel strand; S3 rope combining: after the stainless steel strand is rolled by a bristle type pre-deformation tool, the stainless steel strand is formed into a spiral stainless steel strand; S4 mechanical stress relief treatment: the stainless steel strand is repeatedly bent and straightened by the pressing rollers of two groups of deforming devices, so that the residual stress of the strand rope is redistributed; S5 low-temperature stress relief treatment: the stainless steel rope after the mechanical stress relief treatment in S4 is subjected to low-temperature stress relief treatment at 300-450 DEG C; S6 cleaning: ultrasonic alkali cleaning; S7 hot water washing: hot water rinsing; S8 drying: the non-magnetic stainless steel wire rope is obtained after drying. The preparation method of the non-magnetic stainless steel wire rope is simple in operation, the prepared stainless steel wire rope is non-magnetic, and is suitable for the medical industry and the precision machinery field.
