Description

Cold-removing device and its use method Technical Field

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of health care equipment, and in particular to a device for removing cold and a method for using the same. Background Art

[0002] Many common ailments we see in daily life, such as frozen shoulder and chronic cold legs, often present with symptoms like joint pain and limited mobility. These symptoms are caused by the intrusion and retention of cold energy in the body. In the cold winter months, or when temperatures plummet, insufficient protection against the cold can lead to increased vulnerability to cold. Exposure to rain or water, or excessive sweating in the wind, are also common causes of exposure. Cold, as a disease, can be categorized as external or internal. External cold refers to the external invasion of cold, which can lead to typhoid fever or internal cold. When cold damages the skin surface, suppressing the defensive Yang, this is called "typhoid fever." When cold invades the interior, damaging the Yang Qi of the internal organs, this is called "internal cold." Internal cold is a pathological reaction caused by insufficient Yang Qi, resulting in a loss of warmth. While external and internal cold are distinct, they are interconnected and mutually influential. A person with yang deficiency and internal cold is susceptible to external cold. When external cold invades the body and persists, it can often damage the body's Yang Qi, leading to internal cold.

[0003] Cold air has the following characteristics:

[0004] ① Cold is a Yin evil that easily damages Yang Qi: Cold is the dominant Qi of winter and inherently belongs to Yin, making it a Yin evil. As a Yin evil, cold is most likely to damage Yang Qi. When Yang Qi is damaged, it loses its normal warming and Qi-transforming function, manifesting as symptoms of decreased function. Therefore, when cold evil is present in the exterior, damage to the exterior Yang results in aversion to cold; when Wei Yang is unable to disseminate, the patient experiences an absence of sweating; and when Yang Qi is stagnant and transforms into heat, the patient experiences fever. Therefore, aversion to cold, fever, and an absence of sweat are characteristic features of cold evil present in the exterior.

[0005] When cold pathogens invade the interior, damaging the yang of the spleen and stomach, their transport and transformation functions become dysfunctional, resulting in symptoms such as cold pain in the abdomen, vomiting, and diarrhea. If the spleen and kidney yang are deficient, their warming function is inadequate, leading to symptoms such as chills, cold limbs, back pain, edema, ascites, diarrhea, and long, clear urination. Therefore, the Suwen Zhizhen Yao Da Lun states: "All diseases involving clear, cool fluids are attributed to cold."

[0006] ② Coldness causes stagnation and pain: stagnation means blockage and obstruction. The circulation of Qi and blood in the human body depends on the warmth of Yang and He Qi, so when Qi and blood in the human body encounter cold, they stagnate and become blocked, and blockage causes pain. "Suwen·Bi Lun" says: "Pain is caused by excess cold, and pain occurs because of cold", so cold causes pain. Regarding the reason why pain is caused by cold, "Suwen·Jutong Lun" says: "Cold Qi enters the meridians and delays the flow, making it unable to flow. If it stays outside the meridians, the blood will be insufficient. If it stays inside the meridians, the Qi will not flow, so pain will occur suddenly." It also says: "If cold Qi stays outside the meridians, the pulse will become cold, and if it is cold, the pulse will curl up, and if it curls up, it will become tight and urgent. If it is tight and urgent, it will pull the small collaterals outward, so pain will occur suddenly."

[0007] Therefore, pain is one of the characteristics of cold pathogens. If the cold pathogen attacks the surface, there will be pain in the head and body; if it attacks the meridians, there will be pain in the joints, and even difficulty bending and stretching, numbness and insensitivity; if it attacks the internal organs, there will be pain in the abdomen.

[0008] ③ Cold astringency: Astringency means contraction and traction. Cold astringency is another manifestation of stagnation of cold pathogenicity. "Suwen: Jutonglun" states, "Cold causes Qi to contract." Qi contraction refers to the contraction and stagnation of Qi. Clinical manifestations include: Cold invading the blood vessels can cause meridian contraction, stagnation of Qi and blood flow, pain, and a tight pulse. Cold invading the skin and pores can cause contraction of the pores and obstruction of Wei Yang. Contraction of the pores causes aversion to cold and lack of sweating, while stagnation of Wei Yang causes fever. Cold invading the meridians and joints can cause meridian contraction, difficulty flexing and extending the limbs, or numbness due to cold.

[0009] There are many ways to remove cold in Traditional Chinese Medicine, mainly including doing health exercises, exercise therapy such as Tai Chi, taking warming and cold-dispelling medicines as internal treatment, and external treatment methods such as foot soaking, heat lamps, moxibustion, massage, and scraping.

[0010] 1) Exercise Therapy: Exercise can mobilize the body's yang energy. Sufficient yang energy promotes the circulation of qi and blood, thereby accelerating the flow of qi and blood throughout the body's tissues and organs. Unimpeded qi and blood circulation enhances the body's warmth, thereby achieving the effect of warming yang and dispersing cold. Common exercises include Yi Jin Jing (Yi Jin Jing) and Tai Chi, suitable for people of all ages.

[0011] Advantages of exercise therapy: simple and convenient, can be practiced at any time, can be completed by one person without the help of equipment.

[0012] The disadvantages are: it takes time to show results, requires long-term persistence, and has little effect in the short term. Improper exercise can also harm the body.

[0013] 2) Internal Treatment: Cold can be categorized as internal or external. Internal cold is caused by insufficient Yang Qi, resulting from physical weakness and chronic illness. External cold is caused by external exposure to cold and dampness, such as wind, rain, or cold weather, or by excessive consumption of cold foods, which damages Yang Qi. This leads to symptoms of coldness entering the body, such as cold hands and feet, and a chilly body. Traditional Chinese Medicine often states that Yang can overcome Yin, meaning that abundant Yang Qi can warm the body and dispel cold. In clinical practice, Yang-warming and cold-dispelling herbs are often used to dispel cold, such as Fuzi Lizhong Pills, Guipi Pills, and Jinkui Shenqi Pills.

[0014] Internal treatment mainly involves taking Chinese medicine internally. Its advantage is that it can regulate the whole body from the inside out, and can be effective for both internal and external colds.

[0015] The disadvantages are:

[0016] ①Chinese medicine prescriptions vary from person to person, and the same prescription may not be suitable for everyone.

[0017] ② Medication needs to be guided by professionals, which may sometimes have limitations.

[0018] ③The efficacy period of traditional Chinese medicine is generally long, and it is difficult to see results in the short term.

[0019] 3) External treatments: External treatments use heat conduction and radiation to rapidly raise body temperature, thereby dispelling cold. For example, foot soaks can directly transmit the warmth of the hot water to the body; heat lamps and moxibustion can radiate heat through the air, dispelling cold from the outside in. Massage and scraping techniques can increase surface temperature through frictional heat generation. These external treatments utilize the principle of heat dissipating cold, achieving the goal of warming the yang. Cupping, through negative pressure, draws cold out of the body. Furthermore, specialized techniques can also achieve the goal of expelling cold, such as acupuncture's "burning mountain fire," "opening and closing to replenish and drain," and moxibustion's "sparrow pecking moxibustion."

[0020] External treatments in Traditional Chinese Medicine include instrument therapy and manual therapy.

[0021] Advantages of instrument-based physiotherapy: It's easy to use. Treatments like foot baths and heat lamps deliver heat to the body without being invasive, highly safe, and with minimal side effects. Most procedures are automated, while manual intervention is generally simple, allowing the average user to quickly master the technique.

[0022] The disadvantage of device-based therapy is that current devices deliver heat into the body to dispel the cold, but they don't channel the cold outward. While some of the cold is driven outward by the heat, much of it becomes entangled with the heat, trapped within the body and hindering its further dissipation. In terms of long-term effectiveness, frequent use of these products can trap the cold deep within the body, making it more difficult to dispel.

[0023] Advantages of manual therapy: It can be used for tonification and purgation through manipulation, and focus on therapy can be carried out according to individual needs, with quick results and more significant therapeutic effects.

[0024] The disadvantages of manual physiotherapy are that it requires a certain level of medical expertise and is not widely available. Furthermore, it requires regular visits to a hospital or clinic for treatment, which is inconvenient and cannot be done at home.

[0025] In fact, among manual physical therapy methods, there's a moxibustion technique that simulates a sparrow's pecking, which inherently has the ability to draw cold out of the body. This moxibustion technique differs from conventional moxibustion methods in that it involves holding the moxa stick and applying it in a manner similar to a sparrow's pecking, moving it up and down, then moving it closer and farther away. This technique, like a sparrow pecking repeatedly, earns it the name "sparrow pecking moxibustion." This up-and-down movement draws cold out of the body in waves, a technique known as "drainage." Its efficacy is significantly superior to conventional moxibustion methods. However, sparrow pecking moxibustion requires a high level of skill from the practitioner, especially as it requires repeated repetitions, making it more dependent on the practitioner's subjective perception. Therefore, sparrow pecking moxibustion is not an objective method, lacking objective operating standards and making it difficult to promote. Currently, no other objective, easy-to-use method exists to expel cold from the body. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an objective, easy-to-use device and method for its use that can expel cold from the body. Technical issues

[0026] The purpose of this application is to provide a device for removing cold and a method for using the same, so as to provide an objective and easy-to-operate device and a method for using the same that can expel cold from the human body. Technical Solutions

[0027] The present application discloses a device for dispelling cold air, which includes: a mobile component, an energy source fixing structure and a control module; the energy source fixing structure is arranged on the mobile component and is used to fix the energy source; and the control module is used to drive the mobile component to drive the energy source fixing structure to move a first preset distance away from the user to be dispelled cold air.

[0028] Optionally, after waiting for a first preset time, the control module drives the moving component to drive the energy source fixed structure to move a first preset distance away from the user to be cleared of cold.

[0029] In this solution, after waiting for a first preset time, a more stable connection can be established between the energy source and the cold air of the user to be expelled. In traditional Chinese medicine, the moxa stick's pecking moxibustion also establishes a connection between the cold air and the energy source before expelling the cold air, which is essentially the same as in this solution. Due to the current lack of understanding of moxa sticks, the conventional view is to first bring the moxa stick close to the human body part and then quickly pull it out, similar to pulling a plug, to guide the cold air out, removing it a small amount at a time, thus requiring multiple back-and-forth movements of the moxa stick. With existing moxa stick pecking moxibustion techniques, there is no intention to pause as the energy source approaches the user to be expelled. The moxa stick primarily relies on establishing a connection as it approaches the user to be expelled. Furthermore, the moxa stick's approach is relatively rapid and does not pause, resulting in an unstable connection. Therefore, if the moxa stick is pulled out slowly, the cold air released is quite limited. Therefore, due to the unstable connection established by moxa sticks, the moxa stick needs to be pulled out quickly during the removal process to release a certain amount of cold air.

[0030] The difference between this solution and sparrow pecking moxibustion is that the inventor discovered in practice that after an energy source such as moxa sticks is aimed at a user to remove cold air at close range, a more stable connection between the energy source and the cold air can be established by waiting for a first preset time. In this way, no matter how fast or slow the moving component moves, the connection between the cold air and the energy source is relatively difficult to disconnect.

[0031] Optionally, the first preset time is 10-60s, and the first preset distance is 50-200cm.

[0032] In this scheme, if the first preset time is too short, the connection will be unstable. If it is too long, an equilibrium state will easily be established, where the cooling effect will weaken, and the connection will be easily interrupted when the energy source moves. A first preset time of 10-60 seconds has been found to be suitable for most energy sources.

[0033] As long as the energy source maintains a continuous connection with the body's cold, the longer the distance traveled, the better the extraction effect. However, as the distance increases, the connection between the energy source and the body's cold weakens. Once this connection is broken, even if the movement continues, the cold will no longer be extracted. It has been proven that when the first preset time is 10-60 seconds, a first preset distance of 50-200 cm is suitable.

[0034] Optionally, the cold-removing device also includes a guide member, which is arranged on the mobile component and between the energy source and the user to be cold-removed. Both ends of the guide member are open and the interior is hollow to form a channel. The energy source is arranged at the end of the channel away from the user to be cold-removed; the mobile component drives the energy source fixed structure and the guide member to move in a direction away from the user to be cold-removed.

[0035] In this solution, since the cold air from the human body is not concentrated, after establishing a connection between the energy source and the cold air of the user to be de-chilled, the effectiveness of guiding the cold air will significantly weaken as the energy source moves. The inventors analyze that this is because the connection between the cold air and the energy source weakens during movement, resulting in a weakened cold air guiding effect and reduced efficiency during the energy source's movement. The inventors analyze that this phenomenon occurs because as the energy source moves away from the user to be de-chilled, the path between the cold air from the human body and the energy source increases, and the cold air gradually disperses during the process of being guided out, weakening the tendency of the cold air to be guided toward the energy source. In addition, the longer the path, the greater the impact of external environmental interference on the path's stability, which can also weaken the connection between the cold air and the energy source. Based on this, the solution provides a flow guide comprising a channel with two openings, one end facing the energy source and the other facing the human body. The human body's cold air can enter the flow guide through one opening and exit through the other opening under the attraction of the energy source. This channel prevents the cold air from escaping while also reducing external interference, guiding the cold air naturally toward the energy source. This improves the stability of the connection between the cold air and the energy source, preventing interruptions in the cold air flow and stabilizing the therapeutic effect. This ensures that the energy source maintains contact with the cold air throughout the process.

[0036] Optionally, the energy source fixing structure is arranged corresponding to one end opening of the channel, and in the direction from one end opening to the other end opening of the channel, after the energy source is fixed to the energy source fixing structure, there is a gap between the energy source and the channel.

[0037] In this solution, the deflector's function is to guide cold air drawn from the human body toward the energy source. This requires a gap between the user and the energy source. Specifically, the energy source needs to be located outside the deflector, with a gap between it and the deflector; this improves the effectiveness of cold air guidance. After multiple trials, participating volunteers generally reported that the solution with the energy source inside the deflector was significantly less effective in guiding cold air than the solution with the energy source outside.

[0038] Optionally, the guide piece is a single-horn guide piece; the channel of the single-horn guide piece is trumpet-shaped, and the single-horn guide piece includes a large-mouth end and a small-mouth end, and the diameter of the large-mouth end of the single-horn guide piece is larger than the diameter of the small-mouth end of the single-horn guide piece; the small-mouth end of the single-horn guide piece is close to the energy source fixing structure, and the large-mouth end of the single-horn guide piece is close to the user whose cold air is to be removed.

[0039] In this solution, since the cold air coming out of the human body is not concentrated, if you want to gather as much cold air as possible, the diameter of the channel close to the user to be de-colded should be large; if you want to enhance the guiding effect, the diameter of the channel needs to be small. In order to balance the above contradictions, the guide member adopts a single trumpet body guide member, that is, the guide member is designed into a trumpet-shaped structure, the large end of the single trumpet body guide member faces the user to be de-colded, and the small end faces the energy source; the large end can be made larger to fully gather the cold air emitted by the human body; the small end can be made smaller, so that the cold air tends to be concentrated. The concentrated cold air can establish a more stable connection with the energy source. During the movement of the energy source, the guiding ability also decreases relatively slowly, thereby enhancing the guiding effect of the cold air.

[0040] Optionally, the single-horn flow guide member is a frustum-shaped single-horn flow guide member, and a section line of an inner wall of the frustum-shaped single-horn flow guide member along the center axis of the frustum-shaped single-horn flow guide member is a straight line.

[0041] In this solution, the interior of the frustum-top single horn is a frustum-top. After the cold air enters the guide member, there is little obstruction in the movement from the large-mouth end to the small-mouth end, and the cold air flows more smoothly inside the guide member.

[0042] Optionally, the single-horn flow guide is a curved single-horn flow guide, and a section line of an inner wall of the curved single-horn flow guide along the central axis of the curved single-horn flow guide is an arc, and the arc is concave toward the central axis.

[0043] In this solution, during the use of a single horn with a frustum surface, the inventors discovered that the connection between the cold air and the energy source was not stable enough. After analysis and demonstration, it was found that the cold air guiding process had two obvious mutations when a single horn with a frustum surface was used. First, the process of the cold air entering the channel from the human body changed from a disordered dispersion process to a linear convergence process. This was the first mutation, and part of the cold air would remain in a disordered state and would not be able to pass through the guide piece. Secondly, after the cold air came out of the small mouth and entered the open environment, the cold air suddenly changed from a linear convergence process to a disordered dispersion process. This was the second mutation, and only part of the cold air would converge towards the energy source again under the attraction of the energy source, while the other parts would remain in a disordered state, interfering with the connection path between the energy source and the cold air. Therefore, the discontinuity of the cold air extraction process resulted in a less close connection between the cold air and the energy source.

[0044] To smooth the flow of cold air, the inventors devised a new channel shape, changing it from a frustum to a concave arc. After the cold air enters the large opening of the guide from the human body, it gradually gathers under the guidance of the arc, without any sudden changes. Simultaneously, the arc allows the cold air to naturally transition from the small opening to the external environment, without abruptly dispersing. This allows the cold air to exit the small opening more smoothly, establishing a more stable connection with the energy source.

[0045] Optionally, the single-horn flow guide member is a single-horn flow guide member with a fixed curvature, and the section line of the inner wall of the single-horn flow guide member with a fixed curve along the central axis of the single-horn flow guide member with a fixed curve is an arc, and the curvature of the arc is equal from the middle of the arc to both ends.

[0046] In this solution, the curvature of each position of the inner wall is the same, the design is simple, and the overall structure is relatively stable.

[0047] Optionally, the single-horn flow guide piece is a single-horn flow guide piece with a gradually changing curvature, and the section line of the inner wall of the single-horn flow guide piece with a gradually changing curvature along the central axis of the single-horn flow guide piece with a gradually changing curvature is a concave arc, and the curvature of the arc increases from the large-mouth end to the small-mouth end of the single-horn flow guide piece with a gradually changing curvature.

[0048] In this solution, since the curvature of the arc increases from the large-mouth end to the small-mouth end of the single-horn-shaped air guide with a gradual curvature, after the cold air enters the single-horn-shaped air guide with a gradual curvature from the large-mouth end, it will be accelerated and discharged toward the small-mouth end of the single-horn-shaped air guide with a gradual curvature, thereby improving the cold air guiding efficiency. The cold air guiding effect is better than that of a single-horn-shaped air guide with a fixed curvature.

[0049] Optionally, the arc tends to be perpendicular to the central axis toward the large mouth end; the arc tends to be close to the central axis toward the small mouth end, but does not intersect with the central axis, that is, the diameter of the small mouth end of the single-flared body flow guide with gradual curvature tends to zero.

[0050] In this solution, the large mouth end of the single-flared guide member with a gradual curvature tends to be perpendicular to the central axis, which can gather the cold air to the maximum extent and reduce the leakage of cold air from the large mouth end; at the same time, the small mouth end tends to the central axis, allowing the cold air to be concentrated in the direction of the central axis. The cold air is not easy to disperse after going out of the small mouth end, which can ensure the stability of the connection between the cold air and the energy source.

[0051] Optionally, the arc tends to be perpendicular to the central axis toward the large mouth end; the arc tends to be parallel to the central axis toward the small mouth end.

[0052] In this solution, the large opening of the single-flared, tapered-curvature deflector tends to be perpendicular to the central axis, and its diameter approaches infinity as it extends. This maximizes the concentration of cold air while minimizing its escape from the large opening. For specific products, the diameters of the large and small openings are fixed, and the arc curves toward the small opening, parallel to the central axis. This ensures that cold air, as it passes through the small opening, still tends to converge toward the central axis, enhancing its effectiveness in guiding the cold air.

[0053] Optionally, the tangent line of the arc corresponding to the large-mouth end is perpendicular to the central axis; the tangent line of the arc corresponding to the small-mouth end is parallel to the central axis.

[0054] In this design, the plane tangent to the wide-mouthed end of the single-flared deflector with a gradient curvature is perpendicular to the central axis, concentrating cold air over a wide area while minimizing its escape from the wide-mouthed end. Guided by the narrow-mouthed end, the cold air is drawn out in a direction parallel to the central axis, preventing it from dispersing randomly in all directions and maintaining a more stable connection with the energy source. This design of a single-flared deflector with a gradient curvature offers superior cold air guidance, while also reducing design and manufacturing costs, making it suitable for large-scale deployment.

[0055] Optionally, the single-horn air guide member is a single-horn air guide member with a gradually changing curvature, and the inner wall of the single-horn air guide member with a gradually decreasing curvature has a cross-sectional line on the central axis of the single-horn air guide member with a gradually decreasing curvature as a concave arc, and the arc includes a first arc segment and a second arc segment; the head end of the first arc segment corresponds to the large mouth end, and the tail end is any point in the middle of the arc (excluding the two end points of the arc); the head end of the second arc segment is connected to the tail end of the first arc segment, and the tail end corresponds to the small mouth end, and the first arc segment increases in curvature from the head end to the tail end.

[0056] In this solution, the curvature of the first arc segment increases from the head end to the tail end, which can slow down the cold air and enter the single-horn body guide member with a gradual curvature, thereby improving the guiding effect of the cold air; the curvature of the second arc segment from the head end to the tail end can continue the changing law of the first arc segment, further enhancing the guiding effect of the cold air, or the curvature can decrease, so that the tail of the single-horn body guide member with a gradual curvature tends to be flat, which is convenient for fixation.

[0057] Optionally, in combination with the above scheme, the tangent of the arc corresponding to the large mouth end (the beginning end of the first arc segment) is perpendicular or tends to be perpendicular to the central axis, and the tangent corresponding to the small mouth end (the end end of the second arc segment) tends to be close to the central axis, or the tangent corresponding to the small mouth end is parallel to the central axis.

[0058] Optionally, the guide piece is a double-trumpet guide piece; the channel of the double-trumpet guide piece is double-trumpet-shaped, and the double-trumpet guide piece includes a first horn and a second horn, the first horn includes a large mouth end and a small mouth end, the diameter of the large mouth end is larger than the diameter of the small mouth end, and the second horn includes a large mouth end and a small mouth end; the diameter of the large mouth end of the first horn is larger than the diameter of the small mouth end of the first horn, and the diameter of the large mouth end of the second horn is larger than the diameter of the small mouth end of the second horn; the small mouth end of the first horn is connected to the small mouth end of the second horn to form the double-trumpet-shaped channel; the large mouth end of the first horn is close to the energy source fixing structure, and the large mouth end of the second horn is close to the user to whom the cold is to be removed.

[0059] In this solution, the cold air flows from the large end of the single-horn guide to the small end, a process of convergence and compression. However, after exiting the small end and suddenly entering an open environment, the cold air will disperse in all directions, and then converge again in the direction of the moxa stick under the attraction of the moxa stick. There is a slight gap in the middle, resulting in a loose connection. Based on this, the guide member of this solution adopts a double-horn guide member. The channel of the double-horn guide member is double-horn-shaped, with the two large ends facing the human body and the energy source respectively. The human body's cold air converges in the channel of the first horn, is guided by the channel of the second horn, and diffuses toward the energy source. This diffusion process will further amplify the guiding effect of the cold air, attracting more cold air through the first horn. That is, after passing through the first horn, the cold air will be guided out faster, which in turn drives more cold air to enter the second horn faster, greatly improving the efficiency of cold air extraction. During the verification process, the inventors also found that after adopting the double-horn-shaped channel structure, users of the cold-relieving device generally reported that it can draw out deeper cold air. The inventors analyzed that the cold air inside the human body is interconnected. When the tendency to draw out the cold air becomes sufficiently pronounced, the deep-seated cold air is naturally drawn toward the surface, ultimately out of the body and into the deflector. Therefore, the addition of the second speaker significantly improves the deflector's efficiency in guiding the cold air, drawing out the cold air from deeper within the body.

[0060] Optionally, the small mouth end of the first horn is directly connected to the small mouth end of the second horn; and the connection between the small mouth end of the first horn and the small mouth end of the second horn has a smooth transition.

[0061] In this solution, the small-mouth ends of the first horn and the second horn are directly connected, and the guide member is more compact in structure; the connection between the two small-mouth ends has a smooth transition, and there is no sudden change in the process of cold air entering the second horn from the first horn, and the cold air guiding process is smoother and not easily interrupted.

[0062] Optionally, the double-horn flow guide includes a throat; the throat is hollow inside and open at both ends; the two ends of the throat are smoothly connected to the small mouth end of the first horn and the small mouth end of the second horn respectively.

[0063] In this solution, the throat can be a cylindrical shape with a uniform internal diameter, and the cross section is a straight line parallel to the central axis, so that the cold air can transition from the first speaker to the second speaker along the direction parallel to the central axis, and the cold air guiding effect is better. And the cylindrical throat makes it convenient for the clamp to fix the double-speaker body flow guide from the middle. Since the interior of the first speaker and the second speaker is a concave arc surface, the length of the throat is shortened as much as possible, so that the process of guiding the cold air from the first speaker, the throat to the second speaker will be smoother, which is conducive to improving the guiding effect of the cold air. Of course, the throat can also adopt a concave arc surface, that is, the cross section of the throat is a concave arc; the curvature change law of the arc surface is different from that of the first speaker and the second speaker, so that the process of guiding the cold air in the flow guide will be smoother, further improving the guiding effect of the cold air.

[0064] Optionally, the first speaker and the second speaker are consistent in size and shape; the first speaker and the second speaker are axially symmetrical.

[0065] In this solution, a symmetrical double-speaker structure is adopted, and the ability of the second speaker and the first speaker to gather cold air is matched. The process of drawing out the cold air during movement is consistent, and the connection between the cold air and the energy source is more stable and not easily interrupted. If there is inconsistency, two situations will occur: when the guiding ability of the second speaker channel exceeds that of the first speaker channel, the guiding ability of the first speaker channel cannot keep up. During the movement, the cold air cannot be effectively introduced into the first speaker channel, and the connection between the cold air and the energy source is easily severed. Another situation is that the guiding ability of the second speaker channel is lower than that of the first speaker channel. The cold air is easily retained in the center of the double-speaker body guide, and the cold air cannot pass through the guide smoothly, and the guiding effect will be greatly reduced. During the movement, the connection between the cold air and the energy source is also easily severed.

[0066] Optionally, the dual-speaker flow guide is a curved dual-speaker flow guide, and the cross-sectional lines of the inner walls of the first speaker and the second speaker along the central axis of the dual-speaker flow guide are arcs, and the arcs are concave toward the central axis.

[0067] In this solution, the inner walls of the first and second speakers adopt concave arc surfaces. After the cold air enters the large mouth end of the first speaker from the human body, it gradually gathers under the guidance of the arc surface, without any sudden change in the middle. At the same time, under the guidance of the arc surface, the cold air naturally transitions from the small mouth end of the first speaker to the second speaker, and gradually diffuses toward the energy source under the guidance of the arc surface of the second speaker. In this way, the entire cold air guidance process tends to be smooth, and the cold air can establish a more stable connection with the energy source.

[0068] Optionally, the double-horn body flow guide is a double-horn body flow guide with a gradual curvature, and the cross-sectional lines of the inner walls of the first horn and the second horn along the central axis of the double-horn body flow guide are arcs, and the curvature of the arcs of the first horn and the second horn increases from the large-mouth end to the small-mouth end.

[0069] In this solution, the greater the curvature of the inner wall of the gradually varying curvature dual-flare flow guide, the stronger its ability to guide cold air. After the cold air enters the gradually varying curvature dual-flare flow guide from the large opening of the first flare, it is guided by the inner wall of the first flare and gradually accelerates, quickly passing through the small opening of the first flare and entering the second flare, preventing the cold air from accumulating in the center of the gradually varying curvature dual-flare flow guide. After the cold air enters the small opening of the second flare, it is further accelerated by the inner wall of the second flare, allowing it to pass through the small opening of the first flare and enter the second flare more quickly. The increased speed of the cold air passing through the small opening of the first flare, in turn, attracts more cold air into the first flare, enhancing the gradually varying curvature dual-flare flow guide's ability to guide cold air. After entering the second flare, the cold air, guided by the inner wall of the second flare, gradually slows its acceleration from the small opening of the second flare toward the large opening, preventing a break in the connection between the cold air and the energy source and enhancing the stability of the connection between the cold air and the energy source. Therefore, the use of a double-flared guide piece with a gradually changing curvature can further enhance the cold air guiding ability of the curved double-flared guide piece on the basis of stabilizing the energy source and the stability of the cold air connection. The cold air guiding effect is better than the curved double-flared guide piece with a fixed arc curvature.

[0070] Optionally, the tangent of the arc of the first horn corresponding to the endpoint of the large mouth end of the first horn tends to be perpendicular to the central axis; the arc approaches the central axis toward the small mouth end of the first horn; similarly, the tangent of the arc of the second horn corresponding to the endpoint of the large mouth end of the second horn tends to be perpendicular to the central axis; the arc approaches the central axis toward the small mouth end of the second horn.

[0071] In this solution, if the opening of the large mouth is too narrow, the cold air beyond the large mouth will not be easily gathered into the channel, and the effect of gathering the cold air will be reduced; but if it is too large, exceeding the plane perpendicular to the central axis, that is, a flange is generated backward, the cold air will leak out, and the ability to gather the cold air will also be reduced, so the tangent of the large mouth should tend to be perpendicular to the central axis. On the other hand, the diameter of the connecting position of the first horn and the second horn tends to but is not equal to zero, that is, under the existing technological level, when the large mouth is made larger, the small mouth ends of the first horn and the second horn should be made smaller accordingly, that is, the more cold air is gathered at the large mouth end of the first horn, the more concentrated the cold air will be when it passes through the small mouth end of the first horn. The more concentrated the cold air is, the more it will disperse after entering the small mouth end of the second horn, and the greater the kinetic energy of the secondary guidance generated under the guidance of the inner wall of the second horn, the stronger the guiding ability of the cold air, and the better it can guide the cold air gathered by the first horn to the energy source.

[0072] Optionally, a tangent line of the arc corresponding to the endpoint of the large mouth end of the first horn tends to be perpendicular to the central axis; and the arc tends to be parallel to the central axis in the direction toward the small mouth end of the first horn.

[0073] As described in the aforementioned solution, the present invention aims to achieve an infinite diameter at the wide ends of the double-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature, while minimizing the diameter at the narrowest point in the middle. Furthermore, the present invention aims to minimize the wall thickness of the double-flared flow guide and minimize the difference in wall thickness between different locations within the double-flared flow guide. Under current manufacturing processes, it's relatively easy to enlarge the wide ends, but this increases the volume and weight of the product. While maintaining the thinnest wall thickness, the narrowest diameter of the double-flared flow guide must be sufficiently large to ensure structural stability. Otherwise, the weight of the product could cause the double-flared flow guide to break. Therefore, when there is a preset diameter at the small mouth end, the arcs of the first horn and the second horn tend to be parallel to the central axis toward the small mouth end, so that the narrowest part in the middle of the double horn body with a gradual curvature maintains a trend of infinitely approaching the preset diameter. In this way, when the cold air passes through the narrowest part in the middle of the double horn body guide member with a gradual curvature, it will also tend to gather towards the central axis position, thereby improving the ability to guide the cold air.

[0074] Optionally, a tangent line of the arc corresponding to the endpoint of the large mouth end of the first horn is perpendicular to the central axis; a tangent line of the arc corresponding to the endpoint of the small mouth end of the first horn is parallel to the central axis.

[0075] In this solution, the above two double-horn-shaped flow guides with gradual curvature can be fitted with curves that meet the requirements during the design phase. However, due to the limitations of existing processing levels and processing costs, the cost of making the above two double-horn-shaped flow guides with gradual curvature is very high and cannot be promoted on a large scale. In order to reduce processing costs, the two large ends of the double-horn-shaped flow guide with gradual curvature can be perpendicular to the central axis to gather most of the cold air; the small end can be parallel to the central axis to allow the cold air to smoothly transition through the narrowest part in the middle of the double-horn-shaped flow guide with gradual curvature. Through verification, the cold air guiding effect of the double-horn-shaped flow guide with gradual curvature is still better than that of the curved double-horn-shaped flow guide with a fixed arc curvature, and the cold air guiding effect is still relatively ideal.

[0076] Optionally, the tangent line of the arc corresponding to the endpoint of the large mouth end of the first horn tends to be perpendicular to the central axis; the tangent line of the arc corresponding to the endpoint of the small mouth end of the first horn tends to be parallel to the central axis.

[0077] Optionally, the ends of the arc S corresponding to the large opening of the first and second horns of the double-horn air guide with a gradual curvature are perpendicular to the central axis; the arc includes a first arc segment and a second arc segment; the first arc segment has a leading end corresponding to the large opening of the double-horn air guide with a gradual curvature, and a trailing end at any point in the middle of the arc S other than the large opening and the small opening; the second arc segment has a leading end connected to the trailing end of the first arc segment, and the trailing end corresponds to the small opening of the double-horn air guide with a gradual curvature; the curvature of the first arc segment increases from its leading end to its trailing end, and the second arc segment approaches the central axis from its leading end to its trailing end.

[0078] In this solution, the arc is divided into a first and second segment. The curvature of the first segment increases from its beginning to its end, ensuring that the cold air is accelerated into the deflector after entering the second horn. After passing through the first horn, it is guided back through the second horn, allowing the cold air to establish a stable connection with the energy source. This ensures both the efficiency of the cold air guidance and the stability of the cold air extraction process. Furthermore, the curvature of the second segment can be adjusted according to the specific product, facilitating industrialized and low-cost production.

[0079] Optionally, in combination with the above scheme, the tangent of the arc corresponding to the large mouth end (the beginning end of the first arc segment) is perpendicular or tends to be perpendicular to the central axis, and the tangent corresponding to the small mouth end (the end end of the second arc segment) tends to be close to the central axis, or the tangent corresponding to the small mouth end is parallel to the central axis.

[0080] Optionally, the double-horn flow guide is a conical double-horn flow guide, and a section line of an inner wall of the first horn along the central axis of the double-horn flow guide is a straight line.

[0081] In this solution, the flow resistance of cold air in the guide member is small, and the guiding effect is better than that of a single-speaker guide member.

[0082] Optionally, the inner wall of the double-horn body flow guide is provided with a plurality of guide warps, and the plurality of guide warps extend from the large mouth end of the first horn to the large mouth end of the second horn body; on the same vertical plane of the central axis of the double-horn body flow guide, the spacing between two adjacent guide warps is equal.

[0083] In this solution, the guiding meridians further enhance the energy source's ability to guide the cold air within the human body. Once the cold air is drawn out of the body, it is guided and directed by the guiding meridians, allowing it to pass through the deflector more efficiently and effectively, improving the efficiency of cold air expulsion. The equal spacing between the guiding meridians ensures that the dual-flared deflector has an even guiding effect in all directions, making the cold air guiding process smoother.

[0084] Optionally, the inner wall of the double-horn flow guide is further provided with a plurality of guide wefts, which surround the central axis of the double-horn flow guide and are arranged at intervals along the direction of the central axis.

[0085] Optionally, the distance between adjacent guide wefts gradually increases along the extension direction from the center to both ends of the double-horn body flow guide.

[0086] In this scheme, the smaller the spacing between adjacent guide wefts, the stronger the ability to attract cold air; conversely, the weaker it is. In order to make the cold air guiding process transition smoothly, the attraction of the guide member to the cold air should increase from both ends to the center. In this way, after the cold air comes out of the human body, it enters the guide member in a gradually accelerated manner, and then is guided to the energy source in a gradually decelerated manner, making the process of guiding the cold air more stable.

[0087] In this solution, concentric guide threads are added to the inner wall of the trumpet-shaped double-bell body guide, with the diameter decreasing from the large end to the small end of the bell body. This step-by-step closed-loop structure strengthens the attraction of cold air from the large end to the small end, making the discharge trend of cold air more obvious and further ensuring the stability of the connection between the cold air and the energy source.

[0088] Optionally, the inner wall of the double-horn flow guide is provided with a plurality of guide warps, and the plurality of guide warps extend along the large mouth end of the first horn to the large mouth end of the second horn body; on the same vertical plane of the central axis of the double-horn flow guide, the spacing between two adjacent guide warps is equal; the inner wall of the double-horn flow guide is also provided with a plurality of guide wefts, and the plurality of guide wefts surround the central axis of the double-horn flow guide and are spaced apart along the direction of the central axis; the guide wefts and the guide warps are staggered.

[0089] It has been proven that the combination of guide warp threads and guide weft threads can improve the stability of the double-horn body guide piece in guiding cold air, while allowing the cold air to pass through the double-horn body guide piece more smoothly.

[0090] Optionally, the outer wall of the guide member is recessed in a direction close to the central axis of the double-horn body guide member, and the wall thickness of the guide member gradually increases from both ends of the double-horn body guide member toward the center.

[0091] In this solution, the shape of the outer wall of the guide piece is roughly the same as the shape of the inner wall of the double-horn guide piece. The guide piece is large at both ends and thin in the middle, which is structurally unstable. The closer to the edge, the easier it is to deform. If the wall thickness is increased as a whole, the production cost of the guide piece will increase; if the edge is made thicker and the middle is made thinner, it will become heavy at both ends and light in the middle, which may easily lead to fracture in the middle of the guide piece. Therefore, by gradually increasing the wall thickness of the guide piece from the edge to the middle, the degree of deformation of the edge part can be effectively reduced, and the structural strength of the middle part of the guide piece can be improved to prevent fracture; at the same time, compared with the method of increasing the wall thickness as a whole, the cost is lower. When the guide piece is in the shape of a single horn, the wall thickness of the guide piece gradually increases from the large mouth end to the small mouth end.

[0092] Optionally, the outer wall of the flow guide is recessed in a direction close to the central axis, and the wall thickness of the flow guide is the same at any position of the double-horn flow guide.

[0093] In this solution, the wall thickness of the guide member is uniform. When viewed along any cross-section passing through the central axis, the arc of the outer wall of the guide member is completely consistent with the arc of the inner wall of the double-horn body guide member; the consistency between the inside and the outside can enhance the ability to guide cold air.

[0094] Optionally, the guide member is made of a transparent material. In this solution, the inventors discovered that non-transparent materials have a stronger attraction to cold air, causing significant retention of cold air as it passes through the guide member, affecting the smooth passage of subsequent cold air. Over time, the guide member's ability to conduct cold air decreases. Using a transparent material, however, reduces cold air retention.

[0095] Optionally, after the control module drives the moving component to drive the energy source fixed structure to move a first preset distance away from the user to be relieved of cold, and then stays for a second preset time, it controls the moving component to drive the energy source fixed structure back to its initial position.

[0096] In this solution, after the energy source and guide element have finished moving, the cold air can continue to be drawn out by its previous inertia, remaining for a period of time, further enhancing the therapeutic effect. However, this retention period should not be too long, otherwise the cold air and the energy source will reach a state of equilibrium, and the cold air will not be drawn out clearly. This solution also has an automatic reset function. After a second preset retention time, the energy source automatically returns to its initial position, making operation more convenient.

[0097] Optionally, the energy source includes one or more of moxa products, essential oils or light sources.

[0098] In this approach, substances containing yang energy, such as moxa sticks, moxa wool, essential oils, or infrared light sources, can all serve as energy sources for the treatment of cold. Burning moxa sticks and moxa wool can diffuse yang energy more widely, helping to quickly establish a connection with the body's cold. Essential oils, extracted from plants and animals, contain more refined yang energy, effectively dispelling cold. Infrared light sources can directly illuminate a specific location, using light as a carrier. This ensures a more stable connection between cold and the light source during movement, and offers enhanced resistance to interference.

[0099] Optionally, the moxa product is a moxa stick; the cold-removing device also includes a moxa stick fixing seat, which is arranged on the movable component, and the moxa stick is fixed on the moxa stick fixing seat, with the burning surface of the moxa stick facing the large mouth end of the first speaker; the movable component controls the moxa stick fixing seat to move away from the user to whom the cold is to be removed, and the moxa stick fixing seat is detachably connected to the movable component.

[0100] In this solution, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory posits that mugwort is a purely yang plant, counteracting the coldness of the human body. Through the interplay of yin and yang, it can draw coldness out of the body. Therefore, mugwort products made from mugwort are ideal energy sources. By placing a dual-flared guide between the product and the human body, this solution not only strengthens the connection between the cold air and the product, improving its efficiency, but also draws out deeper layers of cold air, enhancing its effectiveness in dispelling it.

[0101] If moxa products are made from moxa wool, the burning area is difficult to control. If the burning area is too large and the firepower is too strong, it will suppress the cold air and prevent the cold air from establishing a connection with the moxa product; if the burning area is too small, it will not attract the cold air enough. Pressing the moxa wool into moxa sticks and shaping them can limit the diameter of the moxa sticks, which also limits the burning area of the moxa sticks. The burning firepower is relatively controllable, and the connection between the moxa sticks and the cold air is more stable. Moreover, the burning surface of the moxa stick faces the large mouth of the first horn, which has a larger contact area with the cold air, allowing the moxa product to establish a connection with the cold air more quickly; during the movement, the connection between the cold air and the moxa product is more stable and not easily interrupted.

[0102] After the moxa stick moves to its final position, it generally hasn't completely burned, and its effect of inducing cooling air remains. If it were left on the mobile assembly, the device would be unavailable for the next user. The detachable connection allows the stick to be removed, allowing the user and the stick to continue treatment elsewhere, leaving the device free for the next user, improving device efficiency. Furthermore, the detachable moxa stick holder facilitates cleaning of the moxa ash.

[0103] Optionally, the moxa stick fixing seat includes a tray and a support platform, the tray is detachably connected to the movable assembly, and the support platform is arranged on the tray; a fixing groove is provided on the support platform, the opening of the fixing groove faces the moxa stick, and the width of the fixing groove is greater than the width of the fixing groove, and the moxa stick is arranged in the fixing groove.

[0104] In this solution, regardless of whether the moxa stick fixing seat is disassembled or not, the moxa stick and the support platform are above the tray, preventing the ash produced by the burning moxa stick from falling on the ground or equipment; moreover, since the moxa stick is supported and fixed by the fixing groove in the support platform, even if the moxa stick collapses during the burning process, it will gather at the bottom of the fixing groove and will not disperse, so that when the tray is moved, it can reduce the burning moxa from falling and injuring the user, making it safer to use; the fixing groove is larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, so that after the moxa stick collapses during burning, the burning part will be squeezed to the middle, preventing the moxa stick from tilting, so that the burning surface is always facing the trumpet mouth.

[0105] Optionally, the fixing groove is a V-shaped groove. In this embodiment, once the moxa stick is placed in the V-shaped groove, as long as the position and size are designed correctly, the burning surface will naturally align with the center of the guide member, eliminating the need for manual alignment and facilitating operation. Furthermore, even if the moxa stick collapses during combustion, it will converge at the bottom of the V-shaped groove and will not disperse. This reduces the risk of burning moxa falling and injuring the user when the tray is moved, resulting in greater safety.

[0106] Optionally, the cold-removing air device also includes a guide bracket, which is arranged on the movable component, and the movable component controls the guide bracket to move away from the user to be cold-removed; the top of the guide bracket is provided with a slot with an upward opening, the slot is arc-shaped, and the edge of the slot is chamfered, and the central area of the guide member is fixed in the slot.

[0107] In this solution, since the guide piece is a symmetrical double-horn structure, the center area of the double horns is fixed at the slot of the guide bracket, and the slot of the guide bracket is arc-shaped and the edge is chamfered. Under the guidance of the chamfered inclined surface of the slot, even if the guide piece is deformed, it can ensure that there is a contact surface between the guide piece and the slot; so that the guide piece can be stably stuck on the slot.

[0108] Optionally, the control module further includes a controller, and the controller includes:

[0109] The starting module is used to start the power supply of the cold-dispelling device and put it into standby mode;

[0110] The first stop module is used to stop for 10-30 seconds and issue a move instruction after receiving a start instruction from an operator or a remote to start the cold-removing device to perform a therapeutic action;

[0111] The mobile module is used to control the mobile component to move 70cm-120cm at a constant speed of 3-5mm / s after receiving the movement command; and send a stop command after reaching the predetermined position;

[0112] The second stop module is used to delay 10-20 seconds after receiving the stop command and issue a reset command;

[0113] The reset module is used to control the moving component to return to the initial position after receiving the reset instruction.

[0114] In this solution, it has been verified that after receiving the start signal, a 10-30 second pause is performed, allowing the moxa product and the cold air to establish a relatively stable connection while the cold air is still being drawn out. At this point, the moxa product and the guide member are then controlled to move in the direction of the cold air being drawn out, preventing the connection from being interrupted and enhancing the cold air drawing out trend. It has been verified that within the range where the moving module controls the moving component to move at a constant speed of 3-5 mm / s, the connection between the cold air and the moxa product is not easily interrupted during movement, allowing the cold air to be continuously drawn out. It has been verified that at a constant speed of 3-5 mm / s, the moving component can continuously draw out the cold air by moving 70-120 cm; and the drawing out trend is maintained even after the moxa stick has finished moving. It has been verified that within the range where the second stop module controls the moving component to pause for 10-20 seconds, the connection between the cold air and the moxa product tends to stabilize, allowing the cold air and the moxa product to establish a natural, stable connection. The addition of a reset module eliminates the need to adjust the cold air dispelling device and allows the next round of use to begin directly, resulting in higher efficiency.

[0115] Optionally, the control module further includes a voice module which, upon receiving a reset instruction, issues a voice reminder to remind the user to end the physical therapy.

[0116] In this solution, users and operators may not be able to see in time when the moxa products and guide pieces reach the end position. By adding a voice module, timely reminders are provided to facilitate users and operators to know the specific stages of the treatment.

[0117] Optionally, the cold-dispelling device is provided with a button, which is connected to the control module and controls the start, operation, reset and end of the mobile component with one button. In this solution, one-button start is convenient for operation.

[0118] Optionally, the diameters of the large mouth ends of the first horn and the large mouth ends of the second horn are 150mm-270mm, the diameters of the small mouth ends of the first horn and the small mouth ends of the second horn are both 15mm-28mm, and the distance between the large mouth ends of the first horn and the large mouth ends of the second horn is 80mm-150mm.

[0119] In this solution, the moxa product needs to be burned when used, and the Yang Qi dissipates quickly with the heat. The large mouth end of the first speaker needs to be larger to hold it, otherwise the cold air will not easily establish contact with the moxa product after coming out of the double-horn body guide piece. It has been verified that the maximum cross-sectional diameter of the large mouth end of the first speaker is in the range of 150mm-270mm, which can basically cover the range of Yang Qi diffusion when the moxa product is burned. Secondly, the ratio between the large mouth end and the small mouth end of the first speaker should be within an appropriate difference range. If the ratio is too large, that is, the minimum cross-sectional diameter of the small mouth end is too small, the cold air will easily be retained in the middle of the double-horn body guide piece, hindering the cold air from establishing contact with the moxa product. If the ratio is too small, the minimum cross-sectional diameter of the small mouth end is too large, which is not conducive to drawing out the deep-seated cold air in the human body. It has been verified that the minimum cross-sectional diameter of the small mouth end is in the range of 15mm-28mm, the cold air guiding process is smooth, and it is conducive to drawing out the deep-seated cold air in the human body. Furthermore, the distance between the two ends of the deflector should be appropriate. If the distance is too short, there's insufficient space for guiding the cold air, resulting in poor cold air guidance. If the distance is too long, cold air can easily become trapped inside the deflector, hindering its continued removal. Experience has shown that a distance between 80mm and 150mm provides better guidance and reduces residual cold air.

[0120] Optionally, the distance between the moxa product and the first speaker is 10-30 cm. In this embodiment, if the moxa product is too close to the guide, more heat will be transferred to the small opening, suppressing the cold air and hindering its expulsion. If the distance is too far, the cold air will not easily connect with the moxa product. It has been proven that a distance of 10-15 cm from the guide works best.

[0121] Optionally, the diameter of the moxa stick is 2cm-4cm. In this solution, the diameter of the moxa stick determines the burning area of the moxa stick. The burning area is based on whether it can establish a connection with the human body's cold air. It is not the case that the bigger the better. If it is too large, the firepower will be too strong, and there will be a noticeable sense of oppression, which will reduce the attraction to the cold air and will not be conducive to drawing out the cold air. The diameter of the moxa stick cannot be too small either. If it is too small, it will not be easy to establish a connection with the cold air. Generally speaking, the function of the moxa stick is to draw out the cold air, rather than relying on the energy of the moxa stick itself to dispel the cold air. Under the premise of ensuring that it can establish a connection with the cold air, the smaller the moxa stick, the better. It has been proven that moxa sticks with a diameter of 2-4cm are more suitable; specifically, moxa sticks with a diameter of 3cm can be used.

[0122] Optionally, the moxa sticks can be burned for 10-40 minutes. In this scenario, if a treatment session is too short, the user will not feel any effect; if it is too long, the user will not be able to stay in the session; and for some users with weaker constitutions, prolonged exposure to cold air may be unbearable. A moxa stick burning time of 10-40 minutes has been found to be suitable.

[0123] Optionally, the cold-removing device also includes an moxa stick fixing seat, which is arranged on the movable component. The movable component controls the moxa stick fixing seat to move away from the user to be cold-removed. The moxa stick is fixed on the moxa stick fixing seat, and the moxa stick fixing seat is detachably connected to the movable component.

[0124] Optionally, the deflector bracket includes a support column and a fixing seat, the fixing seat being mounted on the support column, the fixing seat having the notch disposed on one end thereof facing away from the support column, the inner wall of the notch being aligned with the outer wall of the deflector; the notch extending through the fixing seat along the central axis of the deflector, and forming chamfered surfaces at the intersection of the notch and the fixing seat on both sides. The small end region of the deflector corresponding to the channel is fixed in the notch.

[0125] In this solution, under the guidance of the four outward-inclined chamfered surfaces on both sides of the slot, even if the guide piece is deformed, four contact points can be ensured between the guide piece and the slot, allowing the guide piece to be stably stuck on the slot.

[0126] Optionally, the energy source includes essential oils. In this scenario, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes that essential oils share many similarities with aromatic Chinese herbs. Aromatic Chinese herbs can dredge meridians and channels, opening the orifices and penetrating the bones. The volatile aroma of these herbs directly affects the nose, mouth, skin, and acupuncture points. This aroma, distributed throughout the body through the circulation of qi and blood, regulates the body's yin and yang balance, invigorates vital energy, and resists external pathogens. The Shennong Herbal Classic states: "Fragrance represents the righteousness of qi, and abundant vital energy dispels evil and wards off filth." Most aromatic herbs are pungent in flavor. The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine states that "pungent, sweet, and mild flavors are yang, while sour, bitter, and salty flavors are yin." The Suwen (Suwen) Treatise on the Storing of Qi and the Principles of Time states that "pungent flavors disperse, sour flavors astringe, sweet flavors soothe, bitter flavors strengthen, and salty flavors soften." Pungent herbs have both activating and dispersing properties, promoting qi and blood circulation, dispersing external pathogens, dispersing internal cold, and dispersing internal stagnation. Once an essential oil enters the body, it attracts and connects with cold qi. Its pungent and fragrant properties dissipate the cold, driving it out of the body. Likewise, when the essential oil is away from the human body, the connection with the cold air continues, steadily and continuously expelling the cold air from the body.

[0127] Because essential oils involve no open flames or smoke, and they don't come into direct contact with the human body—only the scent of the essential oil is inhaled—they generally have no side effects, unless you're allergic to essential oils. Therefore, essential oils can replace moxa sticks as an energy source to draw out the body's chill. Compared to moxa sticks, essential oils enter the body through natural diffusion, creating a more uniform and natural connection with the chill, establishing a more stable connection. This allows the essential oil to draw out more chill as it moves.

[0128] Optionally, the diameters of the large mouth ends of the first horn and the large mouth ends of the second horn are 120mm-180mm, the diameters of the small mouth ends of the first horn and the small mouth ends of the second horn are both 11mm-18mm, and the distance between the large mouth ends of the first horn and the large mouth ends of the second horn is 75mm-114mm.

[0129] In this solution, the essential oils establish contact with the cold air through natural evaporation, releasing it slowly. The guide piece doesn't need to be large, and it can still cover the range of the essential oil's evaporation. Therefore, the guide piece corresponding to the essential oil will be slightly smaller than the guide piece corresponding to the moxa product, causing the small mouth end to also be smaller. The smaller the small mouth end, the better the effect of guiding the cold air, the stronger the tendency to draw out the cold air, and the deeper layers of the cold air will be drawn out, resulting in a more thorough and effective treatment. It has been verified that the guide piece size within the above size range can cover a variety of naturally evaporating essential oils.

[0130] Optionally, the distance between the essential oil and the first speaker is 10-50 cm. In this solution, the closer the essential oil is to the dual speakers, the easier it is for cold air to enter them. However, if the distance is too close, the speakers may be blocked, reducing the diversion effect. It has been proven that a distance of 10-50 cm between the essential oil and the large opening of the first speaker is most effective in diverting cold air.

[0131] Optionally, the device further comprises an essential oil bottle, which is mounted on the mobile assembly and controls the essential oil bottle to move away from the user to be de-cold-treated, and the essential oil is contained in the essential oil bottle. This solution is easy to implement and does not require frequent addition of essential oil.

[0132] Optionally, the essential oil bottle includes a bottle body, a bottle cap, and a push rod motor, wherein the bottle body and the bottle cap are correspondingly connected, and the push rod motor is connected to the bottle cap to control the opening or closing of the bottle cap. In this solution, the bottle cap is controlled by the push rod motor, and the essential oil is not volatilized to the outside when not in use, thereby reducing the amount of essential oil used and lowering costs.

[0133] Optionally, the essential oil bottle also includes a first diffuser, one end of which is inserted into the bottle body to contact the essential oil, and the other end of which extends outside the bottle body. In this embodiment, the essential oil in the bottle evaporates naturally, the amount of evaporation is small, and the diffusion range is also limited. The addition of the first diffuser can increase the volatility of the essential oil and expand its evaporation range, making it easier for cold air to establish a connection with the essential oil.

[0134] Optionally, the first fragrance diffuser comprises a volatilizing stick. In this solution, the volatilizing stick is widely used in the field of aromatherapy, has good volatilization effect and is relatively low in cost.

[0135] Optionally, the cold-removing device further comprises a sealing cover, which covers the essential oil bottle and the flow guide, and the sealing cover is provided with through holes in directions corresponding to the large mouth end of the first bell mouth and the large mouth end of the second bell mouth.

[0136] In this solution, if the essential oil bottle is directly opened and exposed to the air, dust, microorganisms, etc. in the air can easily enter the essential oil bottle and cause the essential oil to deteriorate. Therefore, a sealing cover is added at the bottle mouth to reduce the entry of debris and extend the service life of the essential oil; and the through hole on the sealing cover will not affect the normal use of the guide piece and the essential oil.

[0137] Optionally, the sealing cover is a ball head with a hollow hole, and the sealing cover wraps the portion of the volatilizing stick exposed outside the bottle cap.

[0138] In this solution, the essential oil bottle is wrapped with a ball head, and the size and number of the diffusion holes on the outer wall of the ball head can be used to control the amount of essential oil diffused into the external environment.

[0139] Optionally, the cold-removing device further includes an oil storage tank, a drip nozzle and a second fragrance diffusion component, the oil storage tank and the second fragrance diffusion component are respectively connected to the movable component, the movable component controls the oil storage tank and the second fragrance diffusion component to move in a direction away from the user to be cold-removed, the oil storage tank is arranged on a side of the second fragrance diffusion component away from the movable component, the drip nozzle is arranged between the oil storage tank and the second fragrance diffusion component, and is connected to the oil storage tank; essential oil is stored in the oil storage tank, the drip nozzle is connected to the oil storage tank, and the essential oil in the oil storage tank is dripped onto the second fragrance diffusion component.

[0140] In this solution, the second fragrance diffuser directly exposes the essential oil completely to the air, thereby increasing the volatility of the essential oil and establishing a connection with the cold air more quickly.

[0141] Optionally, the height of the essential oil volatilization surface is lower than the height of the central axis of the guide member.

[0142] Optionally, the mouth of the essential oil bottle is lower than the small mouth end of the first horn or the small mouth end of the second horn. In this embodiment, the essential oil evaporates and rises upward. The essential oil is contained in the essential oil bottle, and the mouth of the essential oil bottle is lower than the throat of the guide member or the small mouth ends of the first and second horns. This allows the evaporated essential oil to fully cover the middle area of the guide member, allowing it to fully contact the cold air and enhance the essential oil's attraction to the cold air.

[0143] Optionally, the top of the second fragrance diffusing member is lower than the height of the central axis of the flow guide member.

[0144] Optionally, the top of the first fragrance diffusing member is lower than the height of the central axis of the flow guide member.

[0145] The present application also discloses a method for using a device for removing cold air, comprising the steps of:

[0146] The distance between the energy source of the cold-removing device and the user to be cold-removed is a preset alignment distance;

[0147] The control module drives the moving component to drive the energy source to move a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be relieved of cold.

[0148] In this solution, the control module controls the movement of the energy source, replacing manual labor. During movement, the device precisely follows the programmed process, operating stably and reliably. During movement, the connection between the cold air and the energy source is not easily disconnected, allowing the cold air to be continuously drawn out from the user, effectively eliminating the cold. This product eliminates the need for manual operation, meaning it doesn't rely on professionals, and can be used by ordinary users.

[0149] Optionally, the preset alignment distance is 8-50cm, and the first preset distance is 50-200cm. In this solution, when establishing a connection between the energy source and the cold air, the energy source needs to be placed at a suitable preset alignment distance; if the distance is too far, the energy source and the cold air cannot establish a connection; if the distance is too close, the human body's cold air will produce an obvious rejection reaction, reducing the energy source's attraction to the cold air. Different energy sources have corresponding preset alignment distances. It has been verified that the preset alignment distance is within the range of 8-50cm, which is suitable for most energy sources.

[0150] As long as the energy source maintains a constant connection with the body's cold energy, the longer the distance traveled (i.e., the first preset distance), the better the effect of drawing out the cold energy. However, as the distance traveled increases, the connection between the energy source and the body's cold energy weakens. Once this connection is severed, the cold energy can no longer be drawn out, and the effect is actually reduced.

[0151] Optionally, the step of the control module driving the moving component to drive the energy source to move a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be relieved of cold includes:

[0152] After waiting for a first preset time, the control module drives the moving component to drive the energy source to move a first preset distance away from the user to be relieved of cold;

[0153] The first preset time is 10-60s.

[0154] Optionally, the step of the control module driving the moving component to drive the energy source to move a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be relieved of cold includes:

[0155] The moving component drives the energy source to move a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be cold-removed, and then stays for a second preset time;

[0156] Controlling the moving assembly to drive the energy source fixed structure back to the initial position;

[0157] The second preset time is between 10s and 60s.

[0158] Optionally, the control module drives the moving component to drive the energy source to move a first preset distance away from the user to be relieved of cold, and the moving speed of the energy source is less than 10 mm / s.

[0159] In this embodiment, although it is mentioned above that the connection between the cold air and the energy source is relatively unbroken regardless of the speed of the moving assembly, the cold air is continuously released during the movement of the moving assembly to the first predetermined distance. However, the inventors have discovered that within this range, the connection between the cold air and the human body is not easily interrupted during movement, and the cold air can be continuously released.

[0160] Optionally, a flow guide is further provided between the energy source and the user of the cold-removing air. The flow guide is provided on the mobile component and is provided between the energy source and the user of the cold-removing air. Both ends of the flow guide are open and the interior is hollow to form a channel. The energy source is provided at an end of the channel away from the user of the cold-removing air.

[0161] The step of setting the distance between the energy source of the cold-removing device and the user to be cold-removed to a preset alignment distance includes:

[0162] Align the large end of the guide member with the user to be cooled, with the distance between the guide member and the user to be cooled being the first alignment distance, and the distance between the guide member and the energy source being the second alignment distance;

[0163] The step of the control module driving the moving component to drive the energy source to move a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be cold-removed includes:

[0164] After waiting for a first preset time, the control module drives the moving component to drive the energy source and the guide member to move a first preset distance away from the user to be cleared of cold air.

[0165] The first alignment distance is 5-30 cm, and the second alignment distance is 5-30 cm. In this solution, after adding the guide member, the distance between the user to be cold-removed and the energy source can be larger, and a stable connection between the cold and the energy source can also be established.

[0166] Optionally, the step of the moving component driving the energy source to move a preset distance in a direction away from the user to be cleared of cold air includes:

[0167] The moving component drives the energy source and the guide member to move simultaneously a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be cooled.

[0168] In this solution, the cold air, exiting the guide, always follows the same path toward the energy source during its movement, making the connection between the cold air and the energy source more stable. Otherwise, as the distance traveled increases, the distance between the user to be de-colded and the guide, as well as the distance between the user to be de-colded and the energy source, would both fluctuate. These combined changes would increase uncertainty and destabilize the connection between the cold air and the energy source.

[0169] Optionally, after the step of the moving component driving the energy source and the flow guide to move simultaneously a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be cleared of cold air, the method further comprises:

[0170] Stay for a second preset time.

[0171] Optionally, during the process of the energy source and the guide member moving 50 cm to 150 cm, the movement speeds of the energy source and the guide member are consistent and uniform, ranging from 2 mm / s to 5 mm / s.

[0172] In this solution, the speed remains constant during movement, which helps stabilize the connection between the energy source and the cold air. It has been verified that after using the guide, the movement speed is controlled between 2mm / s and 5mm / s, and the connection between the energy source and the cold air is not easily interrupted.

[0173] Optionally, the energy source is an moxa product, and after the step of staying for a second preset time, the moxa product is removed from the moving component.

[0174] In this approach, the moxa product is removed after the second preset time. At this point, the connection between the cold air and the moxa product has stabilized. Removing the moxa product allows the cold air to directly contact the product, allowing the cold air to be more naturally drawn out of the body, further draining the cold air and consolidating the therapeutic results. Of course, it is also possible to keep the moxa product in place and remove the guide member.

[0175] Optionally, the energy source is essential oil, which is disposed in an essential oil bottle with a cap, and before the control module drives the moving assembly to move the energy source a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be dispelled cold, the cap of the essential oil bottle is opened;

[0176] After the step of staying for the second preset time, the bottle cap of the essential oil bottle is closed.

[0177] In this solution, the essential oil bottle is sealed before use to prevent the essential oil from spilling and being lost.

[0178] The present application also discloses a flow guide member, which is used for a device for removing cold air, and has openings at both ends and a hollow interior to form a channel. The flow guide member is the above-mentioned double-horn flow guide member.

[0179] In this solution, the deflector is used to dispel cold from the human body. It can be used in conjunction with the aforementioned energy source to direct the cold air emitted from the human body to the energy source. Alternatively, a volatile liquid can be applied to the user of the deflector to draw the cold air out of the body. Then, one of the large openings of the dual-horn deflector is aimed at the user of the deflector to guide the cold air away, increasing the diffusion space for the cold air and enhancing the effect of drawing it out.

[0180] Optionally, the mobile assembly is further provided with a guide fixing structure for fixing the guide. In this solution, the mobile device can also be adapted to various forms of guides to form different cold-dispelling devices.

[0181] Optionally, the energy source fixing structure is further provided with a flow guide fixing structure for fixing the flow guide, that is, the energy source and the flow guide are fixed by the same fixing structure, which is more compact in space. Beneficial effects

[0182] This application uses a control module to control the movement of the mobile component to drive the movement of the energy source, replacing manual operation. During the movement process, it can operate precisely according to the set program, and the operation process is stable and reliable. During the process of moving away, it is not easy to cause the connection between the cold air and the energy source to be disconnected. It can continuously draw out the cold air of the user to be cold-removed, thereby achieving the effect of removing the cold. This product no longer requires manual operation, that is, it does not need to rely on professionals, and ordinary users can use it themselves. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0224] The present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and optional embodiments.

[0225] Example 1

[0226] FIG1 is a schematic diagram of a device for dispelling cold air according to the first embodiment of the present application. Referring to FIG1 , the present application discloses a device for dispelling cold air. The device for dispelling cold air 100 includes: a mobile component 110, an energy source fixing structure 131, and a control module 150; the energy source fixing structure 131 is provided on the mobile component 110 for fixing the energy source 130; the energy source (such as moxa stick) is provided on the energy source fixing structure 131; the control module 150 is used to drive the mobile component 110 to drive the energy source fixing structure 131 and the energy source thereon to move a first preset distance away from the user to be dispelled cold air. The device for dispelling cold air of the present application may be manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or imported without an energy source, and may be added when in use.

[0227] The moving component 110 can move on a certain plane or track, and can be achieved by wheels, pull ropes, tracks, sliders, etc. Under the control of the control module, it can drive the energy source to move.

[0228] The control module 150 may include a built-in timer and a motor (not shown in the figure), which may start timing after the device is turned on, and after a first preset time has elapsed, the motor drives the moving component to move. The timer may be a mechanical timer or an electronic timer.

[0229] In this solution, the control module controls the movement of the energy source, replacing manual labor.

[0230] Furthermore, the inventors have discovered that although people are currently aware of sparrow pecking moxibustion, their understanding of its principles is actually insufficient. The inherent view is that the moxa is first brought close to the human body part, and then quickly pulled out in a similar way to pulling out a plug, leading the cold air to escape, pulling out a small amount at a time, and thus requiring multiple times of releasing the cold air. With the sparrow pecking moxibustion technique, there is no conscious pause when the energy source approaches the user to be relieved of the cold. The connection is mainly established by the moxa stick as it approaches the user to be relieved of the cold. Furthermore, the sparrow pecking moxibustion is also relatively rapid when approaching, and there is no conscious pause, resulting in an unstable connection. Therefore, if the speed is slow during the removal process, it is easy to break. On the contrary, only by pulling out quickly can a certain amount of cold air be released before the connection is broken. As a result, the cold air brought out each time the plug is pulled out is quite limited, and it must be repeated many times to achieve a certain effect. Moreover, as the superficial coldness at the moxibustion site is pulled out, it is difficult for the moxa stick to establish connection with the deeper coldness. As the number of back and forth movements increases, the coldness brought out each time gradually becomes less. After a certain number of times of pulling out the moxa stick, even if you continue to pull out the moxa stick, it will have no effect.

[0231] By waiting for a preset time, the moxa stick or other energy source can establish a more stable connection with the cold air during the waiting process. During the movement process, the connection between the cold air and the energy source is relatively easy to break. In this way, the cold air can be continuously drawn out of the body through a single movement process, and the efficiency of drawing out the cold air is significantly better than the existing sparrow pecking moxibustion.

[0232] In this embodiment, the energy source can be a substance rich in yang energy. In addition to moxa sticks, essential oils or infrared light sources can also be used.

[0233] This embodiment also discloses a method for using the above-mentioned cold-removing device.

[0234] FIG2 is a schematic diagram of the steps of the method for using the cold-dispelling device of the first embodiment of the present application. Corresponding to the cold-dispelling device of this embodiment, the present application further discloses a method for using the cold-dispelling device, including the following steps:

[0235] S100: The distance between the energy source of the cold-removing device and the user to be cold-removed is set to a preset alignment distance;

[0236] S201: After waiting for a first preset time, the control module drives the moving component to drive the energy source to move a first preset distance away from the user to be cleared of cold.

[0237] Afterwards, step S202 can be added as needed: the moving component drives the energy source to move a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be cold-expelled, and then stays for a second preset time.

[0238] S203: Control the moving component to drive the energy source fixed structure back to the initial position.

[0239] The inventors have discovered that to establish a stable connection between the energy source and the cold, the distance between the energy source and the user (i.e., the preset alignment distance) must be within an appropriate range. If the preset alignment distance is too short, the body's cold energy and yang energy will tend to repel each other, making it difficult to establish a stable connection. If the preset alignment distance is too long, the connection between the energy source and the user's cold energy will be weak. It has been verified that the preset alignment distance is between 8-50 cm and is most suitable.

[0240] As mentioned above, the first preset time also affects the stable connection between the energy source and the cold air. It has been verified that the first preset time is more suitable between 10-60 seconds.

[0241] For the first preset distance, when the energy source and the human body's coldness are in constant contact, the longer the moving distance, the better the elicitation effect. However, as the moving distance increases, the connection between the energy source and the human body's coldness will decay. Once the connection is interrupted, the coldness will no longer be elicited, and the effect will be poor. It has been verified that under the conditions of a preset alignment distance of 8-50cm and a first preset time of 10-60s, when the energy source is driven to move stably by a mobile component, the connection established between the energy source and the coldness of the user to be dispelled can be maintained at a distance of 50cm or even 200cm, which is far beyond the distance that the sparrow pecking moxibustion is kept away from each time. Therefore, it is more appropriate for the first preset distance to be between 50-200cm.

[0242] After the energy source has finished moving, the cold air can continue to be drawn out by the previous inertia and continue to stay for a period of time (i.e., the second preset time), which can further enhance the therapeutic effect. However, the stay time cannot be too long, otherwise the cold air and the energy source will enter a state of equilibrium and the trend of drawing out the cold air will not be obvious. It has been verified that the second preset time is more suitable between 10s and 60s.

[0243] The energy source can maintain uniform movement during the process of moving a first preset distance in the direction away from the user to be cleared of cold, and the moving speed of the energy source is less than 10 mm / s. The speed remains unchanged during the movement, which is conducive to stabilizing the connection between the energy source and the cold. Verified by different energy sources, the moving speed is less than 10 mm / s, and the connection between the energy source and the cold is not easily interrupted. It can be understood that at the beginning of the start-up of the mobile component, it is necessary to accelerate from the initial speed 0 to the preset uniform speed. When stopping, the speed is also reduced to 0 at an acceleration and then stopped.

[0244] In the process of the moving component driving the energy source to move the first preset distance away from the user to be relieved of cold, the moving speed may be varied in other ways, so as to provide more precise treatment plans based on different groups of people, different treatment areas, and different degrees of cold accumulation symptoms. For example:

[0245] 1) You can alternate between continuous acceleration and continuous deceleration, and finally stop.

[0246] 2) You can alternate between segmented acceleration and segmented deceleration, and then stop at the end.

[0247] 3) It can accelerate in stages; after reaching the predetermined speed, it can continue to decelerate and finally stop.

[0248] 4) After continuously accelerating to a predetermined speed, the vehicle can decelerate in stages and finally stop.

[0249] 5) You can first accelerate in stages, then decelerate in stages, and finally stop.

[0250] It is understood that all ranges in this application include endpoint values around the ranges, which will not be described in detail below.

[0251] As a specific example of this embodiment, the control module starts to control the moving component to move the energy source after staying for 30 seconds. The moving speed can be 5mm / s and the moving distance is 100cm. After reaching the designated position, it stays for 30 seconds and controls the moving component to drive the energy source fixed structure back to the initial position.

[0252] Example 2: This embodiment adds a flow guide member based on the above-mentioned Example 1.

[0253] Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of various cold-dispelling air devices of the second embodiment of the present application. As the second embodiment of the present application, the present application discloses a cold-dispelling air device. The cold-dispelling air device 100 includes: a moving component 110, an energy source 130, a guide member 200 and a control module 150; the energy source 130 is arranged on the moving component 110; the guide member 200 is arranged on the moving component 110, and is arranged between the energy source 130 and the user to be cold-dispelled. The guide member 200 is open at both ends and hollow inside, and its inner wall is surrounded to form a channel 201. The energy source 130 is arranged at one end of the channel 201; there is a gap a between the energy source 130 and the guide member 200 in the direction of the central axis 202; the control module 150 is used to drive the moving component 110 to drive the energy source 130 and the guide member 200 to move in a direction away from the user to be cold-dispelled.

[0254] Specifically, the flow guide 200 is a tubular structure. It is a hollow cylinder with a cylindrical channel disposed along its length. One end of the channel is directed toward the user to be de-cold-treated, while the other end is directed toward the energy source. The de-cold-treatment device is used in the same manner as described in Example 1.

[0255] The cold air from the human body can enter the guide through an opening at one end, and under the attraction of the energy source, the cold air can exit through an opening at the other end. On the one hand, this channel can prevent the cold air from escaping, and on the other hand, it can reduce interference from the external environment and guide the cold air to move naturally in the direction of the energy source. This can improve the stability of the connection between the cold air and the energy source, and the process of drawing out the cold air is not easily interrupted during the movement, thereby stabilizing the therapeutic effect. It ensures that the energy source always maintains contact with the cold air during the movement. As long as the connection between the energy source and the cold air is continuous, the cold air can be continuously drawn out, improving the effect of eliminating the cold air.

[0256] It has been verified that the cold-removing air device provided with a tubular-structured guide member has a better effect of drawing out cold air than the cold-removing air device without a guide member.

[0257] The following describes the conception process of the technical solution of this embodiment.

[0258] The inventors have found that, because the cold air coming out of the human body is not concentrated, after establishing a connection between the energy source and the cold air of the user to be de-colded, the effect of guiding the cold air will be significantly attenuated during the movement of the energy source. According to the inventors' analysis, the connection between the cold air and the energy source will be attenuated during the movement, which will cause the effect of guiding the cold air to weaken and the efficiency to decrease during the movement of the energy source. The inventors analyzed that the reason for this phenomenon is that as the energy source moves away from the user to be de-colded, the path between the cold air from the human body to the energy source will increase, and the cold air will gradually disperse during the process of being drawn out, and the tendency of the cold air to be drawn out in the direction of the energy source will weaken; in addition, the longer the path, the greater the interference of the external environment on the stability of the path, which will also cause the connection between the cold air and the energy source to weaken.

[0259] In order to address the phenomenon that the connection between the cold air and the energy source will weaken during the movement, the inventor first uses external force to enhance the connection between the cold air and the energy source, so that the connection between the energy source and the cold air is strong enough.

[0260] Based on the above concept, the inventor first thought of using a fan, with the air inlet of the fan aimed at the user to be de-cold, and the air outlet aimed at the energy source, so as to draw out the cold air in the body by suction.

[0261] It has been proven that the airflow generated by fans will disrupt the pathway between the cold air and the energy source, destroy the natural connection between the cold air and the energy source, and instead lead to a weakening of the connection between the cold air and the energy source.

[0262] Based on the above analysis, the inventors thought of using a structure similar to a catheter or pipe as a guide to guide the cold air. They found that through the use of a catheter or pipe, the connection between the cold air and the energy source can be significantly enhanced, thereby enhancing the effect of drawing out the cold air. Thus, the technical solution of this embodiment was obtained.

[0263] Example 3: This example discloses a device for removing cold air using a curved single-horn air guide.

[0264] As shown in FIG4 , the curved single-horn flow guide comprises a large-mouth end 211 and a small-mouth end 212 ; the diameter of the large-mouth end 211 is larger than the diameter of the small-mouth end 212 ; the small-mouth end 212 is close to the energy source 130 ; and the large-mouth end 211 is close to the user whose cold air is to be removed.

[0265] The section line of the inner wall of the curved single-flared air guide along the central axis is an arc s, and the arc s is concave toward the central axis; the arc is a 1 / 4 circular arc.

[0266] The inner wall of the curved single-flared deflector forms a concave, flared channel structure, with the cross-sectional diameter gradually decreasing from the large end to the small end. The large flared end can be enlarged to fully collect the cold air emitted by the human body; the small end can be reduced, and the cold air is guided through the inner wall formed between the large and small ends. This improves the collection effect of the cold air while ensuring its effective guidance. The guiding ability also decreases relatively slowly during the movement of the energy source. The arc design is simple and easy to implement.

[0267] Secondly, after the cold air enters the large mouth of the guide piece from the human body, it gradually gathers under the guidance of the arc surface, without any sudden change in the middle; at the same time, under the guidance of the arc surface, the cold air naturally transitions from the small mouth to the external environment and will not suddenly disperse. In this way, the cold air coming out of the small mouth is relatively smooth and can establish a more stable connection with the energy source.

[0268] This embodiment also discloses a method for using a device for removing cold air using a curved single-speaker air guide. As shown in FIG5 , the method for using the device for removing cold air includes the following steps:

[0269] S111: Align the large end of the curved single-speaker body guide with the user whose cold air is to be removed, and aim the small end at the energy source.

[0270] S211: After waiting for a first preset time, control the energy source and the curved single-speaker body guide member to move a first preset distance away from the user to be cleared of cold air.

[0271] S212: After moving the first preset distance, stay for a second preset time.

[0272] Afterwards, step S213 may be added as needed: controlling the energy source and the curved single-horn flow guide to return to the initial positions.

[0273] Among them, the distance between the curved single-speaker body deflector and the user to be dispelled cold air is the first alignment distance, and the distance between the curved single-speaker body deflector and the energy source is the second alignment distance. The sum of the first alignment distance and the second alignment distance is between 8-50 cm. The first preset time is between 10-30 seconds, the first preset distance is 50-150 cm, and the second preset time is 10-20 seconds. During the process of the energy source and the curved single-speaker body deflector moving 50 cm-150 cm, the movement speed of the energy source and the deflector is consistent and uniform, specifically between 2 mm / s-5 mm / s.

[0274] The following describes the conception process of the technical solution of this embodiment.

[0275] Based on Example 2, the inventors discovered during the application process that, since the cold air coming out of the human body is not concentrated, the guide piece is set as a hollow cylinder. If it is necessary to gather as much cold air as possible, the diameter of the hollow cylinder should be large. However, after the diameter of the cylinder increases, the cold air in the cylinder becomes more dispersed and disordered, and it is also more difficult to establish a stable connection with the energy source, which will reduce the guiding effect of the cold air. From the perspective of enhancing the guiding effect of the cold air, the diameter of the hollow cylinder needs to be made smaller. The hollow cylinder cannot solve the contradiction between gathering more cold air and stabilizing the stability of the connection between the cold air and the energy source.

[0276] Based on the above phenomenon, the inventor proposed a circular cone-shaped single-horn flow guide.

[0277] Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of a frustum-top single-horn flow guide member of the third embodiment of the present application. The frustum-top single-horn flow guide member is a hollow structure with a large opening at one end and a small opening at the other end. The channel formed on its inner wall is horn-shaped. The frustum-top single-horn flow guide member 210 includes a large-mouth end 211 and a small-mouth end 212. The diameter of the large-mouth end 211 is larger than the diameter of the small-mouth end 212; the small-mouth end 212 is close to the energy source, and the large-mouth end 211 is close to the user to whom the cold is to be removed.

[0278] Specifically, the section line of the inner wall of the single-horn body guide member 210 along the central axis of the guide member is a straight line, that is, the channel is frustum-shaped and the inner wall is a frustum-surface. The single-horn body guide member 210 can be a frustum-surface single-horn body guide member.

[0279] The large opening of the single-flared cone-shaped deflector can be enlarged to fully collect cold air, while the small opening can be reduced. The trumpet-shaped channel structure formed by the inner wall between the large and small openings enhances the cold air's guiding effect. This overcomes the problem of the inability to standardize the inner diameter of a hollow cylinder, and the cold air guiding effect is superior to the cylindrical deflector of the second embodiment described above.

[0280] Furthermore, during the application process, it was discovered that the circular table single trumpet body guide also had problems. When the cold air came out from the small opening of the trumpet body, the connection between it and the energy source was not smooth enough.

[0281] The inventors analyzed that the reason for the above phenomenon is that the frustum structure is used, and there are two obvious mutations in the cold air guiding process: the cold air enters the channel from the human body, and the process of disordered dispersion changes to a linear convergence process; and after the cold air comes out of the small mouth and enters the open environment, the cold air suddenly changes from a linear convergence process to a disordered dispersion process, and then converges towards the energy source again under the attraction of the energy source. The discontinuity of the cold air leading-out process leads to an insufficiently close connection between the cold air and the energy source.

[0282] Based on the above concept, the inventor came up with a technical solution of adding a sleeve to the small-mouth end of the circular table-shaped single-flared guide member.

[0283] As shown in Figure 7, a cylindrical sleeve 220 is added to the small opening 212 of the single-flared conical horn-shaped flow guide 210, with the tail of the sleeve 220 aligned with the moxa stick. This way, after the cold air exits the small opening of the horn, it is buffered within the cylinder 220, which has a constant inner diameter, and gradually moves toward the energy source. This way, the cold air exiting the sleeve is essentially directed toward the moxa stick, eliminating the need for re-direction after exiting. The addition of the sleeve has been shown to facilitate a smoother connection between the energy source and the cold air, resulting in a more effective cold air extraction than using only the horn. The connection between the energy source and the cold air is also closer during the movement process.

[0284] To allow cold air to flow more smoothly through the sleeve, the end of the sleeve connecting to the small opening of the horn should not be sealed. Instead, gaps should be left around the sleeve to allow for outside airflow. Specifically, a gap is left at the interface between the lower end of the horn and the sleeve, allowing outside airflow to flow into the sleeve through the gap. This allows the outside airflow to flow more smoothly through the sleeve without being trapped inside.

[0285] The inventors discovered that the flow of cold air from the large opening of the conical single-flared horn to the small opening is a process of convergence and compression. Adding sleeve 220 allows the cold air to gradually move in a horizontal direction. This allows the cold air to flow towards the energy source when it exits the small opening, avoiding the sudden linear convergence followed by a sudden dispersion. This allows the cold air to establish a more stable connection with the energy source.

[0286] The addition of a sleeve increases the overall volume of the deflector, hindering product miniaturization. More importantly, there's a significant transition from the frustum-top single horn to the cylindrical surface of the sleeve, and the flow of cold air through the deflector remains fluid. Based on this, the inventors proposed a curved single-horn deflector. This uses a concave arc surface to achieve a smooth transition of cold air within the deflector, resulting in a more effective guiding effect. This eliminates the need for an additional sleeve and reduces the deflector's size.

[0287] Embodiment 4: This embodiment discloses a device for removing cold air using a double-horn flow guide 230 with a gradually changing curvature.

[0288] As shown in Figure 8, the difference from the above embodiment is that the shape of the channel 201 of the double-horn body flow guide 230 with gradual curvature is a double-horn shape, which includes a first horn 231 and a second horn 232. The first horn 231 and the second horn 232 are consistent in size and shape; the first horn 231 and the second horn axis 232 are symmetrical.

[0289] The first speaker 231 includes a large end 211 and a large end 211. The second speaker 232 also includes a large end 211 and a small end 231. The diameter of the large end of the first speaker is larger than the diameter of the small end of the first speaker, and the diameter of the large end of the second speaker is larger than the diameter of the small end of the second speaker. The small end of the first speaker and the small end of the second speaker are connected to form a double-horn-shaped channel. The large end of the first speaker is close to the energy source 130, while the large end of the second speaker is close to the user to be dispelled cold air. A gap a is left between the large end of the first speaker and the energy source 130.

[0290] The small mouth end of the first horn is directly connected to the small mouth end of the second horn, and the connection has a smooth transition without sudden changes and without forming sharp corners.

[0291] The cross-sectional line of the inner wall of the first speaker 231 and the second speaker 232 along the central axis 202 of the double-speaker body guide member is an arc s, and the arc s is concave toward the central axis 202, and the curvature of the arc increases from the large-mouth end of the first speaker 231 and the first speaker 231 and the second speaker 232 toward the corresponding small-mouth end; the arc extends toward the large-mouth end, and the curvature tends to zero; the tangent of the arc corresponding to the endpoint of the large-mouth end of the first speaker tends to be perpendicular to the central axis; the arc approaches the central axis toward the small-mouth end of the first speaker, but does not intersect, that is, the diameter of the narrowest part in the middle of the double-speaker body guide member 230 with gradual curvature tends to be infinitesimal.

[0292] As shown in Figure 9, the angle α3 between the tangent line of the inner wall of the channel of the gradually-varying-curvature dual-horn flow guide 230 along the central axis 202 is infinitely close to 0 degrees. The angle α4 between the tangent line of the inner wall of the channel of the curved line S at the end point of the large opening and the perpendicular line of the central axis is infinitely close to 0 degrees. The cross-sectional line of the inner wall of the second horn is the same as that of the first horn and will not be repeated here.

[0293] Chill-removing devices that use a curved single-horn guide can guide the coldness of the human body's shallow layers, but are less effective at guiding the coldness deeper into the body. This solution uses a dual-horn-shaped channel, with two large openings facing the human body and the energy source, respectively. The coldness of the human body converges into the channel of the first horn 231, is guided through the channel of the second horn 232, and diffuses toward the energy source. This diffusion process further amplifies the guiding effect of the coldness, attracting more coldness through the first horn 231. That is, after passing through the first horn, the coldness is accelerated and guided out, which in turn drives more coldness into the first horn 231 at an accelerated rate, significantly improving the efficiency of coldness extraction. During the verification process, the inventors also found that after adopting the dual-horn-shaped channel structure, users of the chill-removing device generally reported that it could draw out coldness from deeper layers. The inventors analyzed that the coldness inside the human body is interconnected. When the attraction is strong enough, it can drive the coldness from deep layers to move to the surface, and ultimately be drawn out of the body and into the channel of the first horn 231. Therefore, after adding the channel of the second speaker 232, the guiding effect of the guide member on guiding the cold air is significantly improved, which is sufficient to draw out the cold air from deeper levels of the human body.

[0294] Secondly, the first speaker and the second speaker are arranged symmetrically about the axis. With the symmetrical double-speaker structure, the second speaker 232 and the first speaker 231 are matched in their ability to gather cold air. The process of drawing out cold air during movement is consistent, and the connection between cold air and the energy source is more stable and not easily interrupted. If there is inconsistency, two situations will occur: when the guiding capacity of the channel of the second speaker 232 exceeds that of the channel of the first speaker 231, the guiding capacity of the channel of the first speaker 231 cannot keep up. During movement, the cold air cannot be effectively introduced into the channel of the first speaker 231, and the connection between the cold air and the energy source is easily severed. Another situation is that the guiding capacity of the channel of the second speaker 232 is lower than that of the channel of the first speaker 231. The cold air is easily retained at the small end of the curved single-speaker body guide member. The cold air cannot pass through the guide member smoothly, and the guiding effect will be large but discounted; during movement, the connection between the cold air and the energy source is also easily severed.

[0295] Furthermore, the cross-sectional lines of the first and second horns along their central axes are concave arcs with a gradually varying curvature. After the cold air enters the gradually varying curvature dual-horn body guide from the large opening of the first horn, it is accelerated and directed into the first horn. It then passes through the small opening of the first horn at an accelerated rate, preventing the cold air from clogging up at the small opening of the first horn. Conversely, after the cold air enters the second horn, as the curvature gradually increases from the small opening to the large opening of the second horn, it accelerates further after passing through the small opening of the first horn, thereby driving more cold air into the first horn, thereby enhancing the cold air guiding capability of the gradually varying curvature dual-horn body guide. After entering the second horn, the cold air, guided by the inner wall of the second horn, gradually slows its acceleration from the small opening of the second horn body toward the large opening, preventing a break in the connection between the cold air and the energy source and enhancing the stability of the connection between the cold air and the energy source.

[0296] Finally, if the angle of the opening at the large end of the curvature gradient double-horn body guide is too narrow, that is, the angle between the cross-section line of the curvature gradient double-horn body guide along the central axis and the tangent line of the large end and the central axis is too small, the cold air will not easily gather inside the first horn, and the effect of gathering the cold air will be reduced; but if the angle is too large, exceeding 90 degrees, the large end of the curvature gradient double-horn body guide will produce a flange backward, and the cold air will leak out, and the ability to gather the cold air will also be reduced. Therefore, the curvature of the cross-section line of the curvature gradient double-horn body guide at the large end tends to zero, and the tangent line at the endpoint tends to be perpendicular to the central axis infinitely, which can better guide the air. On the other hand, the arc of the cross section of the first horn approaches the central axis towards the small end of the first horn, but does not intersect. Similarly, the arc of the cross section of the second horn approaches the central axis towards the small end of the second horn, but does not intersect. That is, the diameter of the small end of the first horn and the second horn tends to be infinitely small. On the premise that the extension direction of the two large-mouth ends of the double-horn body guide piece with gradual curvature tends to infinity, if the diameter of the small-mouth ends of the first horn and the second horn (that is, the narrowest part of the channel of the double-horn body guide piece with gradual curvature) can tend to infinity, the guide path of the cold air in the guide piece will be smoother, the cold air can be guided more smoothly and more concentratedly, and the effect of drawing out the cold air will be better.

[0297] Furthermore, the use of a dual-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature eliminates the need for the energy source to be directly aligned with the first horn's wide-mouthed end. Even if the energy source is positioned a certain distance from the first horn's wide-mouthed end's coverage area (i.e., the projection of the first horn's wide-mouthed end along its central axis), the cold air can still establish contact with the energy source. Therefore, the dual-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature can better stabilize the connection between the energy source and the cold air, ensuring therapeutic efficacy.

[0298] It is understood that the tendency of the tangent lines at the large openings of the first and second horns to be perpendicular to the central axis, and the tendency of the diameters at the small openings of the first and second horns to be infinitesimally small, are the goals consistently pursued by the dual-horn flow guide with a gradual curvature, and the product can be continuously improved with the development of existing technologies. Therefore, as long as the curvature of the arcs of the first and second horns follows the principle of increasing from the large openings to the corresponding small openings of the first and second horns, they shall fall within the scope of protection of this application.

[0299] Referring to Figure 10, the diameters of the large ends of the double-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature tend to be infinitely large, and the diameter of the narrowest part in the middle is infinitely small. This is the direction pursued by the concept of the present invention. In practical applications, the double-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature has clear dimensions. Here, three size ranges of the double-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature are given: large, medium and small.

[0300] The large-sized double-horn flow guide with gradual curvature has a diameter R1 of 200mm-400mm at the large mouth end of the first horn and the large mouth end of the second horn, and a corresponding diameter R2 of 20mm-40mm at the small mouth end. The distance L1 between the large mouth end of the first horn and the large mouth end of the second horn is 100mm-220mm.

[0301] The medium-sized double-horn flow guide with a gradual curvature has a diameter R1 of 100mm-200mm at the large mouth end of the first horn and the large mouth end of the second horn, and a corresponding diameter R2 of 10mm-20mm at the small mouth end. The distance L1 between the large mouth end of the first horn and the large mouth end of the second horn is 50mm-110mm.

[0302] A small-sized double-horn flow guide with a gradual curvature, the diameter R1 of the large mouth end of the first horn and the large mouth end of the second horn is 10mm-100mm, the corresponding diameter R2 of the small mouth end is 1mm-10mm, and the distance L1 between the large mouth end of the first horn and the large mouth end of the second horn is 5mm-50mm.

[0303] It has been verified that with the existing technological level, large-sized double-flared air guide parts with a gradual curvature have a stronger ability to gather cold air; while small-sized double-flared air guide parts with a gradual curvature have a stronger ability to guide cold air. Double-flared air guide parts with a gradual curvature of different sizes can be selected according to different application scenarios.

[0304] As shown in FIG11 , a plurality of guiding warps 213 or guiding wefts 214 are further provided on the inner wall of the double-horn flow guide with gradually varying curvature.

[0305] The inner wall of the double-horn flow guide with gradual curvature is provided with a plurality of guide meridians 213, and the plurality of guide meridians 213 extend from the large mouth end 211 of the first horn 231 to the large mouth end 211 of the second horn 232; on the same vertical plane of the central axis of the double-horn flow guide with gradual curvature, the spacing between two adjacent guide meridians 213 is equal.

[0306] In this solution, the guiding meridian 213 is used to further improve the guiding effect of the energy source on the cold air in the human body, so that after the cold air is drawn out of the human body, it is directed and guided by the guiding meridian 213 and can pass through the guide member better and faster, thereby improving the discharge efficiency of the cold air.

[0307] In which, along the extension direction from the center to the two ends of the double-horn flow guide member with gradually changing curvature, the distance between adjacent guiding meridians 213 gradually increases.

[0308] In another embodiment, the inner wall of the double-flared flow guide with gradually varying curvature is further provided with a plurality of guide wefts 214 , which surround the central axis of the channel and are spaced apart along the central axis of the channel.

[0309] In this solution, concentric guide lines 214 are added to the inner wall of the double-flared flow guide with a gradually decreasing diameter from the large end to the small end of the flare. This gradually shrinking closed-loop structure enhances the attraction of cold air from the large end to the small end, making the cold air discharge more pronounced and further ensuring the stability of the connection between the cold air and the energy source.

[0310] In the extension direction from the center to the two ends of the double-horn flow guide member with gradually changing curvature, the distance between adjacent guide weft lines 214 gradually increases.

[0311] In this scheme, the smaller the spacing between adjacent guide wefts, the stronger the ability to attract cold air; conversely, the weaker it is.

[0312] It is understood that the aforementioned guide wefts 214 and guide warps 213 can be used individually or in combination, and can be used individually or in combination on a dual-horn flow guide. The guide warps 213 and guide wefts 214 are formed by forming grooves on the inner wall.

[0313] In one embodiment of a combined use, the inner wall of the gradually curving dual-horn flow guide is provided with a plurality of guiding warps 213 and a plurality of guiding wefts 214. The plurality of guiding warps 213 extend from the wide-mouth end of the first horn to the wide-mouth end of the second horn. On the same vertical plane perpendicular to the central axis of the gradually curving dual-horn flow guide, the spacing between two adjacent guiding warps 213 is equal. The guiding wefts 214 surround the central axis of the gradually curving dual-horn flow guide and are spaced apart along the central axis of the gradually curving dual-horn flow guide. The guiding wefts 214 are staggered with the guiding warps 213.

[0314] As shown in Figure 12, the outer wall of the double-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature is concave in the direction close to the central axis, and the wall thickness of the double-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature increases from both ends to the center. In this solution, the shape of the outer wall of the double-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature is roughly the same as the shape of the inner wall. The flow guide is large at both ends and thin in the middle, which is structurally unstable. The closer to the edge, the easier it is to deform. If the wall thickness is increased as a whole, the production cost of the flow guide will increase; if the edges are made thicker and the middle is made thinner, it will become heavy at both ends and light in the middle, which can easily lead to fracture in the middle of the flow guide. Therefore, by gradually thickening the wall thickness of the double-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature from the edge to the middle, the degree of deformation of the edge part can be effectively reduced, and the structural strength of the middle part of the double-flared flow guide with a gradual curvature can be improved to prevent fracture; at the same time, compared with the method of increasing the wall thickness as a whole, the cost is lower and the diversion effect is better.

[0315] As shown in Figure 13, a double-flared flow guide with a gradually varying curvature can also be formed using a shell with a uniform thickness. Specifically, the outer wall of the double-flared flow guide is recessed toward the central axis, and the wall thickness of the double-flared flow guide is consistent at all locations. The uniform wall thickness of the double-flared flow guide, consistent inside and outside, can enhance its ability to guide cold air.

[0316] It is understood that, provided the curvature-gradient dual-flared flow guide meets strength requirements, the smaller the wall thickness difference, the better; the thinner the overall thickness, the better. The same rule for wall thickness variation for the curvature-gradient dual-flared flow guide applies to the aforementioned single-flared flow guide 210, i.e., the wall thickness of the single-flared flow guide 210 gradually increases from the large end to the small end.

[0317] Regarding the material of the deflector, the inventors discovered that non-transparent materials have a stronger attraction to cold air. When using deflectors made of non-transparent materials, cold air is significantly retained when passing through the deflector, affecting the smooth passage of subsequent cold air. Over time, the deflection capacity decreases. However, using transparent materials reduces cold air retention and allows for long-term use.

[0318] In view of the above concept, the guide member in this embodiment can be formed of a transparent material.

[0319] The transparent material can be transparent plastic, and small quantities can be produced using 3D printing. However, 3D printing suffers from poor structural stability and can significantly deform over time. Larger dual-flared flow guides experience greater deformation, resulting in higher costs and uneconomical mass production. Therefore, the flow guides in this solution can be produced using molds. Large-scale production uses fixed molds, which provide stability, improve product quality, and reduce costs.

[0320] It can be understood that the guide member fixing structure is provided on the moving assembly, and the guide member fixing structure is used to fix the guide member, wherein the fixing method can be a snap-fit fixing, a buckle fixing, a thread fixing, etc.

[0321] It should be noted that the first and second horns of the dual-horn flow guide with a gradual curvature can be directly connected, or a hollow pipe structure can be used to connect the first and second horns. Specifically, as shown in Figure 14, the dual-horn flow guide with a gradual curvature includes a throat 240; the throat 240 is hollow inside and open at both ends, forming a cylindrical shape. The two ends of the throat 240 are respectively connected to the small end of the first horn 231 and the small end of the second horn 232; the small ends of the first and second horns smoothly transition into the throat 240.

[0322] The throat 240 can be cylindrical, with a straight cross-section parallel to the central axis. This allows the cold air to flow from the first speaker to the second speaker along the same axis, improving the cold air guidance effect. The cylindrical throat also facilitates the central clamping of the dual-speaker flow guide. Because the interiors of the first and second speakers are concave arcs, the throat length can be minimized. This allows for smoother cold air guidance from the first speaker, through the throat, and then to the second speaker, enhancing the cold air guidance effect.

[0323] Of course, the throat neck can also adopt an inward-concave arc surface, and the curvature change rule of the arc surface is different from that of the first speaker and the second speaker. In this way, the cold air guidance process in the guide member will be smoother, further improving the cold air guiding effect.

[0324] This embodiment also discloses a method for using a device for removing cold air using a double-horn flow guide with a gradually changing curvature. As shown in FIG15 , the method for using the device for removing cold air includes the following steps:

[0325] S111: Aim the large mouth of the first speaker at the user whose cold is to be removed, and aim the large mouth of the second speaker at the energy source.

[0326] S211: After waiting for a first preset time, control the energy source and the curvature gradient double-horn body guide member to move a first preset distance away from the user to be cleared of cold air.

[0327] S212: After moving the first preset distance, stay for a second preset time.

[0328] S213: Control the energy source and the curvature gradient double horn body flow guide to return to the initial position.

[0329] Among them, the distance between the curvature gradient double-horn body guide and the user to be dispelled cold air is the first alignment distance, and the distance between the curvature gradient double-horn body guide and the energy source is the second alignment distance. The first alignment distance is between 5-30cm, and the second alignment distance is between 5-30cm. The first preset time is between 10-30s, the first preset distance is 50-150cm, and the second preset time is 10-20s. In the process of the energy source and the curved single-horn body guide moving 50cm-150cm, the movement speed of the energy source and the guide is consistent and uniform, specifically between 2mm / s-5mm / s.

[0330] Referring to Figure 16, in another embodiment, the arc S of the cross-section of the first horn 231 and the second horn 232 of the double-horn body guide member 230 with gradual curvature along the central axis, and the tangent lines of the endpoints of the large-mouth ends 211 of the first and second horns corresponding to the first and second horns tend to be perpendicular to the central axis; the arc S tends to be parallel to the central axis 202 toward the small-mouth ends 211 of the corresponding first and second horns; the curvature approaches zero; the diameter of the small-mouth end tends to a preset diameter R, which is not equal to zero, and the recommended range of R is 1-40 mm.

[0331] The aforementioned embodiment of the double-flared horn flow guide with a gradual curvature has the large ends extending toward infinity, while the diameter of the narrowest point in the middle is infinitely small. This is the goal of the present invention. Furthermore, the wall thickness of the double-flared horn flow guide with a gradual curvature is minimized, and the difference in wall thickness between different locations of the double-flared horn flow guide is minimized. Another goal of the present invention is to minimize the difference in wall thickness between different locations of the double-flared horn flow guide. In current technology, it is relatively easy to enlarge the large end. However, this increases the volume and weight of the product. While maintaining the thinnest wall thickness, the diameter of the narrowest point in the middle of the double-flared horn flow guide with a gradual curvature must be sufficiently large to ensure structural stability. Otherwise, the part will break in the middle under the influence of the product's gravity. Therefore, given a predetermined diameter at the small end, the arcs of the first and second horns tend toward the small end, parallel to the central axis. This ensures that the narrowest point in the middle of the double-flared horn with a gradual curvature maintains a trend of infinitely approaching the predetermined diameter, while the distance from the central axis decreases. In this way, when the cold air passes through the narrowest part in the middle of the double-flared guide member with gradual curvature, it will also tend to gather towards the central axis position, thereby improving the ability to guide the cold air.

[0332] Referring to FIG17 , the curvature change trend of the double-horn flow guide with gradual curvature does not necessarily have to satisfy the rule of increasing from the large-mouth end of the first horn and the second horn to the corresponding small-mouth end. In another embodiment, the ends of the arc S corresponding to the large-mouth end 211 of the first horn 231 and the second horn 232 of the double-horn flow guide with gradual curvature 230 tend to be perpendicular to the central axis; the arc includes a first arc segment S1 and a second arc segment S2; the first arc segment S1 has a head end corresponding to the large-mouth end of the double-horn flow guide with gradual curvature 230, and the tail end can be any point in the middle area of the arc S; the head end of the second arc segment S2 is connected to the first arc segment S1. The tail end of S1; the tail end corresponds to the small mouth end 212 of the double-horn flow guide 230 with a gradual curvature; the curvature of the first arc segment S1 increases from its head end to the tail end; the curvature of the second arc segment S2 can increase from the head end to the tail end, or it can increase, or it can be a mixture of increasing and increasing, but the tail end must approach the central axis of the double-horn flow guide 230 with a gradual curvature, that is, the diameter R of the narrowest part in the middle of the arc S of the double-horn flow guide with a gradual curvature tends to 0.

[0333] The arc S of the aforementioned embodiment's gradually changing curvature dual-horn flow guide increases in curvature from the large end to the small end. Based on existing materials and processes, the resulting gradually changing curvature dual-horn flow guide would have a very thin middle portion, resulting in low structural strength and prone to breakage. To this end, the arc S can be divided into two segments: a first arc segment S1 and a second arc segment S2. The first arc segment S1 has a gradually increasing curvature from its leading end to its trailing end, ensuring that the cold air is accelerated into the flow guide after entering the second horn. After passing through the first horn, it is reversely guided by the second horn, allowing the cold air to establish a stable connection with the energy source. This ensures both the efficiency of the cold air guidance and the stability of the cold air extraction process. On this basis, the curvature of the second arc segment S2 can be adjusted according to the specific product. For example, when the first arc segment S1 is relatively steep, the area of the second arc segment S2 can be increased gradually, and the arc surface area in the middle area of the double-horn body air guide with a gradual curvature is smooth, thereby enhancing the structural strength; when the first arc segment S1 is relatively flat, the curvature change of the second arc segment S2 can be consistent with that of the first arc segment S1, and the structural strength of the product can also be guaranteed. At this time, it is the same as the double-horn body air guide with a gradual curvature in the aforementioned embodiment.

[0334] Referring to Figure 18 , in another embodiment, the tangent line of the arc S corresponding to the large end of the first horn 231 and the second horn 232 of the gradually varying curvature dual-horn flow guide 230 is perpendicular to the central axis; the tangent line of the arc s corresponding to the small end is parallel to the central axis; the diameter of the small end can be flexibly set as needed, such as from 1 mm to 40 mm. The small end of the first horn and the second horn smoothly transitions to the small end; the angle between the tangent line and the central axis at any point on the arc gradually decreases from 90° to 0° from the large end to the small end; and the channel diameter at the small end is smaller than the channel diameter at any other point on the gradually varying curvature dual-horn flow guide.

[0335] The large mouth end of the double-horn flow guide with gradual curvature mentioned above tends to be perpendicular to the central axis, and the diameter tends to be infinite; the diameter of the narrowest part in the middle tends to be 0. This kind of flow guide can be fitted with a curve that meets the requirements during the design stage, but it is limited by the existing processing level and processing cost. The cost of making the above double-horn flow guide with gradual curvature is very high and it cannot be promoted on a large scale. In order to reduce the processing cost, this alternative implementation method clearly defines the boundary between the large mouth end and the small mouth end of the double-horn flow guide with gradual curvature. From the perspective of the effect of guiding the cold air, the large mouth end can basically hold the cold air emitted from the human body, and less cold air leaks out; while the small mouth end is parallel to the central axis, which can allow the cold air to be guided in a nearly horizontal direction, avoiding the accumulation of cold air at the small mouth end and reducing the divergence of cold air. The cold air can be guided to the energy source in a relatively concentrated manner, and the guiding effect of cold air is better, which is a more ideal alternative. Through verification, it is found that the cold air guiding effect of the double-horn air guide with gradually changing curvature is still better than the curved double-horn air guide with fixed arc curvature, and the cold air guiding effect is still relatively ideal.

[0336] Referring to Figure 19 , in another embodiment, the inner wall of the dual-horn-shaped deflector can be a frustum, meaning that the inner walls of the first and second horns 231, 232 are formed into a straight line along the central axis 202 of the deflector. A dual-horn-shaped deflector formed of two symmetrical frustum-shaped single horns is called a frustum-shaped dual-horn deflector. This deflector's cold air diversion effect is not as good as a dual-horn deflector with a gradual curvature, but is superior to a single-horn deflector.

[0337] Referring to Figure 20 , in another embodiment, the deflector may be a double-flared circular-arc deflector. The inner wall of the double-flared circular-arc deflector may be an arc-shaped surface with the same curvature. Specifically, the inner walls of the first and second flares 231, 232 are arc-shaped along the cross-sectional line on the deflector's central axis 202. The double-flared circular-arc deflector is not as effective in guiding cold air as a double-flared circular-arc deflector with a gradually varying curvature, but is superior to a double-flared circular-cone surface deflector.

[0338] A single-flared air guide can also refer to the structure of a double-flared air guide with a gradual curvature to form a single-flared air guide with a gradual curvature. Referring to Figure 21, the arc variation pattern of the cross-section of the single-flared air guide with a gradual curvature along the central axis is the same as that of the double-flared air guide with a gradual curvature, and will not be repeated here. The inner wall of the single-flared air guide with a gradual curvature can also be supplemented with guide warps 213 and guide wefts 214. It has been demonstrated that the single-flared air guide with a gradual curvature is more effective in guiding cold air than the curved single-flared air guide.

[0339] Example 5

[0340] As the fifth embodiment of the present application, the device for dispelling cold air includes a mobile component, a flow guide, an energy source and a control module. The flow guide and the energy source are arranged on the mobile component, and the flow guide is arranged between the energy source and the user to be dispelled cold. The control module drives the mobile component to drive the energy source and the flow guide to move a first preset distance away from the user to be dispelled cold.

[0341] The guide member adopts the double-horn body guide member in the above embodiment, which can be a circular table double-horn body guide member, or an arc double-horn body guide member or a double-horn body guide member with gradually varying curvature.

[0342] In this embodiment, the energy source is an wormwood product. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, wormwood is a purely yang plant, which is opposite to the coldness of the human body. It can lead the cold out of the body through the attraction of yin and yang. Therefore, wormwood products made of wormwood are ideal energy sources. In this embodiment, by providing a double-horn flow guide between the wormwood product and the human body, it can not only enhance the connection between the cold air and the wormwood product, but also avoid the interruption of the trend of leading out the cold air during the movement of the cold-removing equipment; it can also lead out deeper cold air and improve the effect of removing the cold air. Of course, moxa sticks can also be used in conjunction with single-horn flow guides or other types of flow guides.

[0343] Furthermore, the moxa product may be a moxa stick, and the cross-section of the moxa stick may be square, circular, or polygonal. Furthermore, when the moxa stick is fixed to the movable assembly, the cross-section (combustion surface) of the moxa stick is directly opposite the large mouth of the first horn. At this time, the horizontal projection of the moxa stick overlaps with the horizontal projection of the large mouth of the first horn. This allows the smoke generated by the burning moxa stick to be within the range covered by the large mouth of the first horn, easily establishing a stable connection with the cold air.

[0344] Specifically, to achieve optimal cold-dispelling effects, this embodiment utilizes moxa sticks with diameters of 2-4 cm. Since the diameter of the moxa stick determines its combustion area, which is determined by its ability to establish a connection with the body's cold energy, a larger stick is not necessarily better. A larger diameter will result in excessive combustion, creating a noticeable pressure on the cold energy, which in turn reduces its attraction and hinders its removal. Furthermore, the diameter of the moxa stick should not be too small, as this will prevent it from easily establishing a connection with the cold energy. Generally speaking, the function of the moxa stick is to draw out the cold energy, rather than relying on its own energy to dispel it. Therefore, as long as it can establish a connection with the cold energy, the size of the moxa stick should not be too large. Moxa sticks with a diameter of 2-3 cm have been found to be suitable; specifically, a 3 cm diameter can be used.

[0345] After selecting a moxa stick with a diameter of 2cm-4cm, the length of the stick must also be considered. If the stick is too short, the treatment session will be too short, resulting in ineffective results. If the stick is too long, the entire stick may not be used up in one session. If it burns all at once, the user will not be able to endure the treatment for a long time, and some users with weaker constitutions may find it difficult to tolerate the prolonged cold. If only a portion of the stick is used in one treatment, the next session will either require replacing the stick, resulting in waste, or continue using the unburned stick. However, there's no way to determine if the remaining stick will last the entire treatment, and the stick left exposed can easily become damp, affecting its effectiveness. Controlling the length of the stick to ensure a burning time of 10-40 minutes has proven to be optimal.

[0346] It should be noted that since the energy source in the embodiment of the present application uses moxa products, in order to improve the effect of removing cold air, this embodiment has made corresponding adjustments to the size of the guide parts and the design of the control module based on the moxa products, so that the therapeutic effect of the cold-removing equipment is better.

[0347] Specifically, the diameters of the large openings of the first and second horns range from 150mm to 270mm. When moxa products are burned, the yang energy rapidly dissipates with the heat. Therefore, the large opening of the first horn needs to be larger to contain the cold air, otherwise it will be difficult for the cold air to connect with the moxa product after it exits the guide. It has been verified that the maximum cross-sectional diameter of the large opening of the first horn is within the range of 150mm to 270mm, which can basically cover the range of the yang energy diffusion when the moxa product is burned.

[0348] Secondly, the diameters of the small-mouthed ends of the first and second horns are both 15mm-28mm. The ratio between the large and small ends of the first horn should be within an appropriate range. If the ratio is too large, the minimum cross-sectional diameter of the small end will be too small, allowing cold air to easily stagnate there, hindering its connection with the moxa product. If the ratio is too small, the minimum cross-sectional diameter of the small end will be too large, hindering the extraction of deep-seated cold air. It has been verified that a minimum cross-sectional diameter of the small end within the range of 15mm-28mm ensures a smooth cold-guiding process and facilitates the extraction of deep-seated cold air.

[0349] Furthermore, the distance between the wide ends of the first and second speakers is 80mm-150mm. The distance between the two ends of the deflector should be appropriate. If the distance is too short, there will be insufficient guiding space, resulting in poor cold air guidance. If the distance is too long, cold air will easily stagnate within the deflector, hindering its continued removal. Experience has shown that a distance between 80mm-150mm provides better guidance and reduces residual cold air.

[0350] The distance between the moxa product and the first speaker should be 10-30 cm. If the moxa product is too close to the guide, more heat will be transferred to the small opening, suppressing the cold air and hindering its expulsion. If the distance is too far, the cold air will have difficulty connecting with the moxa product. It has been shown that keeping the moxa product 10-15 cm away from the guide works best.

[0351] Finally, as for the control module, the control module includes:

[0352] The start module is used to start the power supply of the cold-removing air device and put it into standby mode; the first stop module, after receiving the start instruction from the operator or remote to start the cold-removing air device to perform the physiotherapy action, stays for 10-30 seconds and issues a move instruction;

[0353] The mobile module is used to control the mobile component to move 70cm-120cm at a constant speed of 3-5mm / s after receiving the movement command; and send a stop command after reaching the predetermined position;

[0354] The second stop module is used to delay 10-20 seconds after receiving the stop command and issue a reset command;

[0355] The reset module is used to control the moving component to return to the initial position after receiving the reset instruction.

[0356] It has been verified that a 10-30 second pause after receiving the start command allows the moxa product and the cold air to establish a relatively stable connection, while the cold air is still being drawn out. At this point, the moxa product and the guide member are then controlled to move in the direction of the cold air's outflow, preventing the connection from being interrupted and enhancing the outflow trend. It has been verified that within the range where the movement module controls the moving assembly to move at a constant speed of 3-5 mm / s, the connection between the cold air and the moxa product is not easily interrupted during movement, allowing the cold air to be continuously drawn out. It has been verified that at a constant speed of 3-5 mm / s, the moving assembly moves 70-120 cm, allowing the cold air to be continuously drawn out during movement; and the outflow trend is maintained even after the moxa product has finished moving. It has been verified that within the 10-20 second pause after the second stop module controls the moving assembly's movement, the connection between the cold air and the moxa product tends to stabilize, allowing the cold air and the product to establish a natural, stable connection. The addition of a reset module eliminates the need to adjust the cold air removal device and allows for direct use in the next cycle, resulting in higher efficiency.

[0357] When moxa products are selected as the energy source, the embodiment of the present application can better stimulate the attraction of moxa products to cold air, increase the utilization rate of moxa products, and improve the use effect of the cold-removing equipment by adaptively adjusting the size of the guide member and the setting parameters of the control module.

[0358] Optionally, the control module further includes a voice module for issuing a voice reminder after receiving a reset instruction to remind the user to end the physical therapy.

[0359] When the moxa products and guide pieces reach the end position, users and operators may not be able to see it in time. By adding a voice module, timely reminders can be provided to help users and operators know the specific stages of the treatment.

[0360] Optionally, the cold-dispelling device is provided with a button (not shown in the figure), which is connected to the starting module and is used to issue a start treatment, and one-button control of the mobile component to start, run, reset and end. One-button start, convenient operation.

[0361] The mobile components in the embodiments of the present application are specifically designed as follows:

[0362] As shown in Figure 22, as an implementation method of the mobile component, the mobile component adopts a four-wheeled cart solution, and the mobile component specifically includes a frame 111, wheels 112, a motor 113, a conveyor belt 114, a rotating wheel 115, a lifting gallows 116 and an installation platform 117.

[0363] Wheels 112 are fixed to the vehicle frame 111, and motors 113 drive the wheels via a transmission belt 114. A control module 150, mounted on the vehicle frame 111, controls the direction, speed, and duration of the motor 113 and is comprised of discrete electrical components. A lifting gallows 116 is fixed to the vehicle frame 111 at its bottom end, with a mounting platform 117 fixed to its top. A rotating wheel 115 is fixed to the front end of the vehicle frame 111 and connected to the bottom end of the lifting gallows 116 via a screw rod, controlling the ascent and descent of the mounting platform 117. A moxa stick holder 118 and a flow guide bracket 119 are fixed to the mounting platform 117. The moxa product 1301 is fixed to the moxa stick holder 118, and the flow guide 200 is fixed to the flow guide bracket 119. In this embodiment, the four-wheeled cart can be controlled to move on the ground to avoid manual transportation; moreover, the moxa product 1301 and the guide member 200 can be controlled to move up and down by the lifting gallows 116, so that the guide member 200 can be aligned with the treatment parts at different heights on the user's body, thereby improving the applicability of the cold-removing equipment.

[0364] As shown in Figure 23, as another embodiment of the mobile component, the mobile component adopts a ground rail solution, and the mobile component specifically includes a ground rail 120, a mobile chassis 121, a motor (not shown in the figure), a tripod 122 and an installation platform 117.

[0365] A ground track 120 is laid on the ground, and a mobile chassis 121 is placed on the ground track 120. The mobile chassis 121 is driven by a motor to move on the ground track 120. A control module 150 is installed on the mobile chassis 121 to control the motor. A liftable tripod 122 is installed on the mobile chassis 121, and a mounting platform 117 is mounted on the liftable tripod 122. The mounting platform 117 is used to fix the moxa stick holder 118 and the diversion bracket 119. The moxa product 1301 is fixed to the moxa stick holder 118, and the dual-horn diversion member 230 is fixed to the diversion bracket 119.

[0366] In this embodiment, since the ground rail 120 has high requirements for slow speed and anti-shake, the moving component adopts the ground rail solution, which can make the moxa product 1301 and the double-horn body guide member 230 very stable during the movement process, and can also maintain stable slow movement, which is beneficial to ensure the continuous and stable connection between the moxa product 1301 and the cold air during the movement.

[0367] As shown in FIG. 24 , as another embodiment of the mobile component, the mobile component adopts a mobile three-wheeled frame solution, and the mobile component specifically includes a bracket 123 , a trolley 124 and a crossbar 125 .

[0368] The trolley 124 utilizes a tricycle chassis, and the bracket 123 is a liftable tripod. The tricycle chassis moves directly on the ground. A crossbar 125 is positioned above the liftable tripod, and includes three clamps 1251. The clamps 1251 are positioned at adjustable positions on the crossbar 125. The first clamp 1251 secures the crossbar 125 to the liftable tripod; the second clamp 1251 secures the moxa stick holder 118, and the third clamp 1251 secures the flow guide bracket 119. The moxa product 1301 is secured to the moxa stick holder 118, and the dual-horn flow guide 230 is secured to the flow guide bracket 119.

[0369] The tricycle chassis consists of a main drive wheel assembly and two driven wheel assemblies. The driving wheel in the main drive wheel assembly is driven by a stepper motor, and the control module and lithium battery are integrated into the main drive wheel assembly. The crossbar is located directly above the main drive wheel assembly and is arranged in the direction of travel of the main drive wheel assembly. The moxa cone holder and diversion bracket are fixed to the end away from the main drive wheel assembly.

[0370] By adopting the technical solution of this embodiment, the mobile assembly takes up little space, making it easy to carry and store. Furthermore, no additional tracks are required, significantly reducing costs. Although floor flatness is not as good as that of floor rails, cold-removing equipment is generally used indoors, where the ground is relatively flat, and the stability during movement is generally sufficient.

[0371] As shown in FIG26 , as another embodiment of the moving component, the moving component adopts a sliding rod solution, and the moving component specifically includes a sliding rod component 126 , a support frame 127 , a shell structure 128 , a mounting platform 117 and a motor 113 .

[0372] In this embodiment, the sliding rod assembly 126 includes two sliding rods 1261. Two parallel sliding rods 1261 are used as tracks. The two sliding rods 1261 are suspended in the air by a support frame 127 to form a track. The mounting platform 117 is placed on the track. The moxa stick fixing seat 118 and the guide bracket 119 are fixed to the mounting platform 117 and move on the track with the mounting platform 117.

[0373] The motor 113, drive circuit, and housing structure 128 are all fixed to the slide assembly 126. The motor 113 drives the moxa stick holder 118 and the flow guide bracket 119 to move on the slide assembly 1261. The control module is used to control the motor 113. The housing structure 128 includes a controller housing, a limit switch housing, and a support frame. The controller housings are located at both ends of the slide assembly, respectively securing one end of the slide assembly 126. The motor 113 and motor-related components of the control module are integrated into the controller housing. The limit switch in the control module, used to detect the initial position of the moxa product 1301 and the dual-horn flow guide 230, is fixed to the limit switch housing.

[0374] The support frame 127 includes a first support frame 1271 and a second support frame 1272. The first support frame 1271 is fixed to the bottom of the controller box; the second support frame 1272 is fixed to the bottom of the limit switch box. The first support frame 1271 and the second support frame 1272 are in contact with the ground to support the weight of the entire product and keep the moxa product and the guide piece at an appropriate height to facilitate user treatment.

[0375] The technical solution of this embodiment does not take up ground space and is lighter than the ground rail method. Through track positioning, the movement trajectory of the moxa products and guide members can be precisely defined, eliminating the risk of interference with other objects. After resetting, no manual adjustment is required, making it easy to use.

[0376] In the slide bar solution, this embodiment also provides a specific design of a slide bar assembly. The slide bar assembly 126 includes a slide bar 1261, a slide bar fixing block 1262, a mounting platform 117, a belt 1263, a belt driving shaft 1264, and a belt driven shaft 1265. There are two slide bars 1261, which can be made of carbon fiber to reduce product weight. The slide bar fixing blocks 1262 include a first slide bar fixing block and a second slide bar fixing block, located at each end of the slide bar 1261, respectively, for securing the slide bar. The mounting platform 117 is fixed between the two slide bars 1261 and can move on the slide bars 1261.

[0377] The belt driving shaft 1264 is positioned in the middle of the first slide bar fixed block; the belt driven shaft 1265 is positioned in the middle of the second slide bar fixed block; the belt 1263 is positioned between the two slide bars 1261, wrapping around the belt driving shaft 1264 and the belt driven shaft 1265 to form a loop. Both ends of the belt 1263 are fixed to the bottom of the mounting platform 117. The output shaft of the motor 113 is connected to the belt driving shaft 1265. When the motor 113 rotates in the reverse direction, it drives the belt driving shaft 1264 to rotate counterclockwise, thereby driving the belt 1263 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction. The belt 1263 drives the mounting platform 117 away from the human body. Conversely, when the motor 113 rotates in the forward direction, the belt 1263 drives the mounting platform 117 to move closer to the human body (reset).

[0378] In this embodiment, the motor 113 may be a 42 stepper motor, and the output shaft of the 42 stepper motor A is connected to the belt main transmission shaft 1264 through a transfer shaft.

[0379] In this embodiment, the control module includes a stepper motor control drive circuit, a switching power supply, a limit switch, a start button, a power button, a power indicator light, and a voice prompter. The switching power supply supplies power to the stepper motor control drive circuit; the stepper motor control drive circuit controls and drives the 42 stepper motors; the limit switch is connected to the stepper motor control drive circuit to define the starting and ending positions of the 42 stepper motors; the start button is connected to the stepper motor control drive circuit to start the 42 stepper motors; the power button is connected to the switching power supply and the stepper motor control drive circuit to control the power on / off of the stepper motor control drive circuit; the power indicator light is connected to the stepper motor control drive circuit to display the power on / off status of the stepper motor control drive circuit. The voice prompter is used to provide voice reminders when the moxa stick or other energy source reaches the end position and resets to the initial position.

[0380] Moreover, the stepper motor control drive circuit includes a speed adjustment potentiometer, which is used to adjust the moving speed and mode of the cold-removing device. For example, press the button once to enter the mode adjustment, and change the mode each time you press it; and under normal circumstances, the speed is adjusted by rotating the button.

[0381] The voice prompter supports four independent voice channels, each with its own customizable voice. It features two limit switches, both triggered by negative voltage, which control the two voice outputs, one for the end position and the other for the start position. Of course, other methods can also be used to trigger the voice prompter to provide additional information.

[0382] The embodiment of the present application further provides a specific moxa stick holder, which can be used in the mobile assembly or other mobile assemblies in the above-mentioned various embodiments.

[0383] As an optional manner, the moxa stick fixing seat is detachably connected to the moving assembly.

[0384] Because the burning time of moxa sticks cannot be precisely controlled, it's not always possible to burn out exactly when the stick is finished. Therefore, moxa sticks are typically left longer to ensure they burn longer than the time it takes to move them. If the stick is still burning after it's moved, extinguishing it would waste material. Leaving it on the device would increase the device's usage time, requiring other users to wait longer and reducing device efficiency.

[0385] The inventors discovered that after the moxa stick stops moving, the cold air still maintains contact with the body, and continued use for a period of time can help improve the therapeutic effect. Further research found that after the moxa stick stops moving and remains for a period of time, the cold air and the moxa stick can establish a natural and stable connection. In this case, the cold air and the moxa stick can directly connect without the need for a deflector, achieving better results than using a deflector.

[0386] Therefore, the fixed structure of the moxa stick is made into a structure that can be easily disassembled. After the moxa stick stops moving, it stays for a period of time and then is removed. In this way, the cold air and the human body can bypass the guide piece and directly establish a stable connection.

[0387] Specifically, as shown in Figure 26, the moxa stick fixing seat 118 includes a tray 1181 and a support platform 1182. The tray 1181 is detachably connected to the movable assembly 110. The support platform 1182 is arranged on the tray 1181, and the orthographic projection of the tray 1181 on the ground covers the orthographic projection of the support platform 1182 on the ground; a fixing groove 1183 is provided on the support platform 1182, and the opening of the fixing groove 1183 faces the moxa stick, and the opening area of the fixing groove 1183 is larger than the bottom area of the fixing groove 1183, and the moxa product (moxa stick) 1301 is arranged in the fixing groove 1183.

[0388] Regardless of whether the moxa stick fixing seat 118 is disassembled or not, the moxa stick and the support platform 1182 are above the tray 1181, preventing the ash produced by the burning moxa stick from falling on the ground or equipment; moreover, since the moxa stick is supported and fixed by the fixing groove 1183 in the support platform 1182, even if the moxa stick collapses during the burning process, it will gather at the bottom of the fixing groove 1183 and will not disperse. In this way, when the tray 1181 is moved, the burning moxa can be reduced from falling and injuring the user, making it safer to use; the fixing groove 1183 is larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, so that after the moxa stick collapses during burning, the burning part will be squeezed to the middle, preventing the moxa stick from tilting, so that the burning surface is always facing the trumpet mouth.

[0389] The fixing groove 1183 is preferably a V-shaped groove, which is located in the middle of the tray 1181. The moxa stick is fixed on the V-shaped groove, and the burning surface of the moxa stick faces the small end of the double-horn body guide member 230.

[0390] Tray 1181 can be constructed from a stainless steel disc, with support platform 1182 welded directly to it. This eliminates the risk of support platform 1182 falling off or being lost. Furthermore, ash from burning moxa sticks prevents them from entering the contact surface between support platform 1182 and tray 1181, making them difficult to clean. Once tray 1181 and support platform 1182 are designed, the moxa sticks naturally align with the small opening of the guide member, eliminating manual alignment and facilitating operation.

[0391] Furthermore, a mesh cover (not shown in the figure) can be added above the tray to buckle the moxa sticks on the tray through the mesh cover to prevent people from touching the moxa sticks, thereby improving safety.

[0392] Moreover, a protrusion is welded on the tray corresponding to the notch of the mesh cover. The protrusion cooperates with the notch of the mesh cover to limit the mesh cover and prevent it from sliding in the tray.

[0393] The embodiment of the present application further provides a specific flow-guiding bracket, which can be used in the mobile components or other mobile components in the above-mentioned various embodiments.

[0394] Specifically, as shown in FIG27 , the deflector bracket 119 includes a support column 1195 and a fixing seat 1196. The bottom of the support column 1195 is fixed to the movable assembly by screws, clamping, welding, or the like. The fixing seat 1196 is disposed on the top of the support column 1195, and the fixing seat 1196 and the support column 1195 can be an integrally formed structure. A notch 1191 is provided on the end of the fixing seat 1196 facing away from the support column 1195. The inner wall of the notch 1191 mates with the outer wall of the deflector 200. The notch 1191 extends through the fixing seat 1196 along the central axis of the dual-flared deflector 230, and the notch 1191 forms a chamfered surface at the intersection of the two sides of the fixing seat 1196. The small end region corresponding to the channel in the dual-flared deflector 230 is fixed in the notch 1191.

[0395] Since the channel inside the double-horn body flow guide 230 is a double-horn symmetrical structure, the outer wall of the double-horn body flow guide 230 is also a curved surface. The small mouth end area of the corresponding channel in the double-horn body flow guide 230 is fixed at the slot 1191 of the flow guide bracket 119, and the edges on both sides of the slot 1191 are chamfered inclined surfaces, which fit the outer wall of the double-horn body flow guide 230. Under the guidance of the four outward-inclined chamfered inclined surfaces on both sides of the slot 1191, even if the double-horn body flow guide 230 is deformed, it can be guaranteed that there are four contact points between the double-horn body flow guide 230 and the slot 1191, so that the double-horn body flow guide 230 can be stably stuck on the slot 1191.

[0396] Furthermore, the end of the slot 1191 facing the dual-horn flow guide 230 is made into an outwardly inclined slope to cater to the shape of the outer wall of the dual-horn flow guide 230, which can increase the contact area between the slot 1191 and the dual-horn flow guide 230 and improve the fixing strength.

[0397] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 28, the air guide bracket 119 also includes a fixing cover 1192, which is arranged on the above-mentioned slot, and the inner wall of the fixing cover 1192 is fitted with the outer wall of the double-horn air guide 230. The two ends of the fixing cover 1192 are fixed to the two side positions of the fixing seat 1196 by screws, and the lower half of the small mouth end area corresponding to the channel in the double-horn air guide 230 is stuck to the slot for positioning; the upper half of the small mouth end area corresponding to the channel in the double-horn air guide 230 is buckled and locked by the fixing cover 1192.

[0398] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 29, a cover 1193 is added to cover the dual-horn flow guide 230. Specifically, cover 1193 is a sealed rectangular frame formed from aluminum alloy sheet metal. The bottom of the flow guide bracket 119 is fixed to the center of the cover 1193. The front and rear ends of cover 1193 are each provided with multiple air holes 1194, the area of which is consistent with the large opening of the flow guide 200. The top of cover 1193 is a lid. After the dual-horn flow guide 230 is installed inside cover 1193, the lid is closed and secured with rivets. Adding cover 1193 can improve dust prevention and reduce dust adhesion to the flow guide 200, which may affect the therapeutic effect.

[0399] Air holes 1194 are arranged in multiple concentric circles, aligning their shape with the large opening of the dual-speaker air guide 230. This provides more uniform airflow than a rectangular arrangement. Too large air holes 1194 can easily let in dust, while too small can compromise ventilation. A 1.5-2mm diameter was chosen, ultimately resulting in a 1.8mm diameter.

[0400] Furthermore, after adding cover 1193, the two large openings of the dual-flared flow guide 230 should be as close as possible to the front and rear ends of the cover to improve air intake. Considering the large tolerances in sheet metal processing, a spacing of 5 mm can be used. The front end of cover 1193 faces the human body, while the rear end faces the burning surface of the moxa stick. The distance between the rear end and the burning surface of the moxa stick can be set at 12 cm.

[0401] Correspondingly, as shown in FIG30 , the embodiment of the present application further discloses a method for using a device for dispelling cold air, which is used for the device for dispelling cold air as described above. The method for using the device for dispelling cold air comprises the following steps:

[0402] SA1: The distance between the energy source of the cold-removing device and the user to be cold-removed is set to the preset alignment distance;

[0403] SA2: Control the mobile component to wait for a first preset time;

[0404] SA3: controlling the moving assembly to drive the energy source and the flow guide to move simultaneously a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be de-chilled;

[0405] SA4: controlling the moving assembly to cause the energy source and the flow guide to stay for a second preset time;

[0406] SA5: Remove the moxa product from the moving component.

[0407] Among them, in step SA2, the first preset time is 10-30s; in step SA3, the first preset distance is 70cm-120cm; in step SA4, the second preset time is 10-20s. It has been verified that within the interval of the second preset time, the connection between the cold air and the moxa product tends to be stable, and the cold air and the moxa product can establish a natural and stable connection. At this time, there is no need to use a guide component, and the cold air and the moxa product can be directly connected. The connection between the cold air and the moxa product will not be interrupted, and the cold air can still be drawn out of the body. Therefore, the moxa product can be removed, and the user can move to another place to continue physical therapy, and the cold-removing equipment can be emptied for other users to use, thereby improving the utilization efficiency of the equipment. Of course, it is also feasible to keep the moxa product still and remove the guide component. At this time, the connection between the cold air and the moxa product will not be interrupted.

[0408] It should be noted that when the device is started, the moxa product remains in a ignited state, that is, before step SA1, the moxa product is ignited, and in step SA5, the ignited moxa product is removed. After step SA5, the user to dispel the cold has direct contact with the burning moxa product; when the moxa product is extinguished or burned out, the entire therapy process ends.

[0409] Of course, during the treatment process, moxa products can be used directly without being ignited, but the stage of establishing connection will take longer, that is, the first preset time is greater than 30s.

[0410] Furthermore, when the cold-removing device is combined with the "one-button start + automatic round trip + voice reminder" functional module, when using the product, press the button to start the product, then the moxa product and the guide piece move away from the human body, and stop moving after reaching the end position; stay for a preset time, and issue a voice reminder to remind the user to end the therapy; the moxa product and the guide piece move towards the human body, and stop moving after returning to the initial position.

[0411] After adopting the above design, it only needs one button to start, which is convenient to operate; after the end, the user and operator can be reminded by language to end the physical treatment in time, and there is no need to pay attention to the position of the moxa product during the physical treatment.

[0412] Example 6

[0413] As the sixth embodiment of the present application, the device for dispelling cold air includes a mobile component, a flow guide, an energy source and a control module. The flow guide and the energy source are arranged on the mobile component, and the flow guide is arranged between the energy source and the user to be dispelled cold. The control module drives the mobile component to drive the energy source and the flow guide to move a first preset distance away from the user to be dispelled cold.

[0414] The guide member adopts the double-horn body guide member of the above embodiment, which can be a conical double-horn body guide member, a curved double-horn body guide member, or a double-horn body guide member with gradually varying curvature.

[0415] In this embodiment, the energy source is essential oil.

[0416] Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that essential oils share many similarities with aromatic herbs. Aromatic herbs can dredge meridians and channels, opening the orifices and penetrating the bones. The volatile aroma of these herbs directly affects the nose, mouth, skin, and meridian points, circulating through the qi and blood channels throughout the body. This aroma helps regulate the body's yin and yang balance, invigorating vital energy and resisting external pathogens. The Shennong Bencao Jing states: "Fragrance represents the righteousness of qi, and abundant righteousness dispels evil and wards off evil." Most aromatic herbs are pungent in flavor. The Huangdi Neijing states: "pungent, sweet, and bland are yang, while sour, bitter, and salty are yin." The Suwen: Storing Qi and the Way of Time states: "pungent dispersing, sour astringing, sweet soothing, bitter firming, and salty softening." Pungent herbs have both activating and dispersing properties, promoting qi and blood circulation, dispersing external pathogens, dispersing internal cold, and dispersing internal stagnation. Once an essential oil enters the body, it attracts and connects with cold qi, and its pungent and aromatic properties dissipate the cold, dispersing it from the body. Likewise, when the essential oil is away from the human body, the connection with the cold air continues, steadily and continuously expelling the cold air from the body.

[0417] Because essential oils have no open flames, smoke, or direct contact with the human body, they generally have no side effects, unless they affect individuals with allergies. Therefore, essential oils can replace moxa sticks as an energy source to draw out the body's chill. Compared to moxa sticks, essential oils enter the body through natural diffusion, creating a more uniform and natural connection with the chill, creating a more stable connection. This allows the essential oil to draw out more chill as it moves. Of course, moxa essential oil can also be used with single-flared deflectors or other types of deflectors.

[0418] It should be noted that since the energy source in the embodiment of the present application uses essential oil, in order to improve the effect of removing cold air, this embodiment has made corresponding adjustments to the size of the guide member and the design of the control module based on the essential oil, so that the therapeutic effect of the cold-removing equipment is better.

[0419] Specifically, the diameters of the large mouth ends of the first horn and the large mouth ends of the second horn are 120mm-180mm, the diameters of the small mouth ends of the first horn and the small mouth ends of the second horn are both 11mm-18mm, and the distance between the large mouth ends of the first horn and the large mouth ends of the second horn is 75mm-114mm.

[0420] Because essential oils naturally evaporate and connect with the cold air, releasing it slowly, the deflector doesn't need to be large to cover the area where the essential oil evaporates. Therefore, compared to the previous embodiment, the deflector for essential oils is slightly smaller than that for moxa products, resulting in a smaller opening. Deflectors within this size range have been proven to be able to cover a wide range of naturally volatile essential oils.

[0421] Furthermore, the distance between the essential oil and the first horn is 10-50 cm. The closer the essential oil is to the dual-horn deflector, the easier it is for cold air to enter. However, if the distance is too close, the dual-horn deflector can easily become blocked, reducing the deflection effect. It has been proven that a distance of 10-50 cm between the essential oil and the large opening of the first horn is most effective in deflecting cold air.

[0422] For the design of the mobile component in the embodiment of the present application, please refer to the previous embodiment for details and will not be elaborated here.

[0423] It should be noted that, since essential oil is liquid, the embodiment of the present application provides a structure on the mobile component to contain the essential oil.

[0424] As one embodiment, as shown in FIG31 , the device for removing cold air includes an essential oil bottle 140, which is mounted on the movable assembly 110. The movable assembly 110 controls the essential oil bottle 140 to move away from the user to be removed cold air. The essential oil 1302 is contained in the essential oil bottle 140. In this embodiment, a bottle of essential oil can be used for a long time, which is convenient and does not require frequent refilling of essential oil.

[0425] As a specific example, as shown in Figures 32 and 33, Figure 32 is a schematic diagram of an essential oil bottle 140 in a normal state, and Figure 32 is a schematic diagram of an explosion of the essential oil bottle 140. The essential oil bottle 140 includes a bottle body 141, a bottle cap 142, and a push rod motor 143. The bottle body 141 and the bottle cap 142 are correspondingly connected. The push rod motor 143 is connected to the bottle cap 142 to control the opening or closing of the bottle cap 142. In this solution, the bottle cap 142 is controlled by the push rod motor 143, and the essential oil 1302 does not evaporate to the outside when not in use, thereby reducing the amount of essential oil used and lowering costs.

[0426] Specifically, the moving assembly 110 is provided with an essential oil holder 160 for fixing the essential oil bottle 140; the push rod motor 143 includes a push rod body 1431 and a telescopic rod 1432. The push rod body 1431 is fixed to the essential oil holder 160. One end of the telescopic rod 1432 is connected to the push rod body 1431, and the other end is fixed to the bottle cap 142. There are two telescopic control wires on the push rod body 1431. The two telescopic control wires are positive and negative and are electrically connected to the power supply. The positive connection pushes the telescopic rod outward, controlling the bottle cap 142 to cover the bottle body 141; the negative connection retracts the telescopic rod 1432 into the push rod body 1431, controlling the bottle cap 142 to open. After the telescopic rod 1432 is in place, the push rod motor 143 will automatically stop. Therefore, it is only necessary to control the direction of the power supply. No additional position detection is required, and the control method is simple.

[0427] Furthermore, the opening of the essential oil bottle 140 is lower than the central axis of the dual-flared flow guide 230, and further, can be lower than the throat of the dual-flared flow guide or the small openings of the first and second flares. Because essential oil tends to rise as it evaporates, the opening of the essential oil bottle 140, when placed below the central axis of the dual-flared flow guide 230, allows the volatile essential oil to fully cover the central area of the dual-flared flow guide 230, allowing it to fully contact the cold air and enhance the attraction of the essential oil 1302 to the cold air.

[0428] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 34, the essential oil bottle 140 also includes a first diffuser 144. One end of the first diffuser 144 is inserted into the bottle body 141 to contact the essential oil 1302, and the other end of the first diffuser 144 extends outside the bottle body 141. In this embodiment, the essential oil 1302 in the bottle evaporates naturally, with a small amount of evaporation and a limited diffusion range. The addition of the first diffuser 144 increases the volatility of the essential oil 1302 and allows it to evaporate over a wider range, making it easier for cold air to connect with the essential oil 1302.

[0429] At this point, the top of the first diffuser 144 is lower than the center axis of the dual-flared flow guide 230. Since the essential oil 1302 evaporates upward from the top of the first diffuser 144, setting the height of the essential oil evaporation surface lower than the center axis of the flow guide 200 allows the evaporated essential oil 302 to fully cover the small opening area of the corresponding channel in the dual-flared flow guide 230, enhancing the essential oil's attraction to cold air.

[0430] Specifically, the first fragrance diffuser 144 includes a volatilizer stick, which is widely used in the field of aromatherapy, has good volatilization effect, and is relatively low in cost.

[0431] Furthermore, the bottle cap 142 is increased with a ball head 145 having a hollow hole, and the ball head 145 wraps the portion of the volatilizing stick exposed outside the bottle cap 142 to control volatility; in this solution, the volatilizing stick is wrapped with the ball head 145, and the size and number of the diffusion holes on the outer wall of the ball head 145 can be used to control the amount of essential oil 1302 diffused into the external environment.

[0432] If the essential oil bottle 140 is directly opened and exposed to the air, dust, microorganisms, etc. in the air can easily enter the essential oil bottle 140 and cause the essential oil to deteriorate. Therefore, adding a ball head at the bottle mouth can reduce the entry of debris and extend the service life of the essential oil.

[0433] Furthermore, although the use of a volatilizing stick can prevent external debris and microorganisms from entering the essential oil bottle and allow the essential oil to reach the bottle opening for better dissemination, the essential oil 1302 evaporates very quickly after using the volatilizing stick. Therefore, the ball head 145 is used to wrap the ball head 145. The size and number of the diffusion holes on the outer wall of the ball head 145 can be used to control the amount of essential oil diffused into the external environment.

[0434] For fixing the essential oil bottle 140 , the bottle cap 142 and the push rod motor 143 may be integrated together to facilitate assembly and overhaul and maintenance.

[0435] As another embodiment, as shown in Figure 35, the cold-removing device also includes an oil storage tank 147, a drip nozzle 148 and a second fragrance diffusion component 149. The oil storage tank 147 and the second fragrance diffusion component 149 are respectively connected to the moving component 110. The moving component 110 controls the oil storage tank 147 and the second fragrance diffusion component 149 to move away from the user to be cold-removed. The oil storage tank 147 is arranged above the second fragrance diffusion component 149, that is, on the side away from the moving component 110; the drip nozzle 148 is arranged between the oil storage tank 147 and the second fragrance diffusion component 149, and is connected to the oil storage tank 147; the oil storage tank 147 stores essential oil 1302, and the drip nozzle 148 is connected to the oil storage tank 47 to drip the essential oil 1302 in the oil storage tank 47 onto the second fragrance diffusion component 149.

[0436] At this point, the top of the second fragrance diffuser 149 is lower than the center axis of the dual-flared flow guide 230. Since the essential oil 1302 evaporates from the surface of the second fragrance diffuser 149 after landing on it, setting the height of the essential oil evaporation surface lower than the center axis of the dual-flared flow guide 230 allows the evaporated essential oil to fully cover the small opening area of the corresponding channel in the dual-flared flow guide 230, enhancing the essential oil's attraction to cold air.

[0437] In this embodiment, the second fragrance diffuser 149 directly exposes the essential oil completely to the air, thereby increasing the volatility of the essential oil and establishing a connection with the cold air more quickly.

[0438] The second diffuser 149 can be made of wood, stone (such as crystal or volcanic rock), or other materials that can aid in the volatilization of the essential oil. Alternatively, a combination of materials can be used. For example, crystal gravel can be placed in a sandalwood sachet, essential oil can be dripped into the sachet, and the sachet can be capped. The sachet itself has small holes that allow the essential oil to evaporate. The essential oil and crystal gravel mixed in the sachet slow down the volatilization process, reducing the amount of essential oil used and saving costs.

[0439] Furthermore, as shown in FIG36 , as a specific example, the movable assembly 110 in the cold-dispelling air device 100 adopts a sliding rod solution, and the cold-dispelling air device 100 further includes a sealing cover 170. The essential oil bottle 140 and the double-horn flow guide 230 are both arranged on the mounting platform 117. The sealing cover 170 covers the essential oil bottle 140 and the double-horn flow guide 230, and the sealing cover 170 is also fixed on the mounting platform 117. A through hole 171 is provided on the sealing cover 170 corresponding to the first horn mouth and the direction of the user. In this solution, if the essential oil bottle is directly opened and exposed to the air, dust, microorganisms, etc. in the air can easily enter the essential oil bottle, causing the essential oil to deteriorate. Therefore, a sealing cover is added to the bottle mouth to reduce the entry of debris and extend the service life of the essential oil.

[0440] Furthermore, the sealing cover 170 is made of an opaque material, and the outside world cannot see the inside of the sealing cover 170, thereby improving the aesthetic effect of the cold-removing device 100. Moreover, through holes 171 can be provided on each side of the sealing cover 170 to further improve air circulation.

[0441] Furthermore, the embodiments of the present application may also be combined with one-button start, voice prompts, and counting functions.

[0442] Specifically, because users and operators may not be able to immediately see when the essential oil and the guide have reached their initial and final positions, a reminder component can be added to provide timely alerts. Reminders primarily include audio and visual reminders. Visual reminders are less necessary because the positions of the essential oil and the guide can be objectively and intuitively seen, so adding voice reminders is more important. Therefore, a voice prompter can be added.

[0443] When the essential oil and the guide piece reach the end position, they need to stay for a while to enhance the therapeutic effect; therefore, the voice signal line corresponding to the voice prompter cannot be directly connected to the end stroke switch; the end signal line output by the end stroke switch needs to be transmitted to the PLC controller, and the PLC controller will trigger the voice prompt after a delay.

[0444] During product use, there are situations where it's necessary to record the number of times a product is used. For example, for a specific area, the relationship between the number of treatments and the effectiveness needs to be recorded. Another example is when a product is used in a beauty salon, moxibustion clinic, or other service facility, where the number of treatments needs to be recorded for statistical purposes. Therefore, adding an additional counter can facilitate product use.

[0445] Correspondingly, as shown in FIG37 , the embodiment of the present application further discloses a method for using a device for dispelling cold air, which is used for the device for dispelling cold air as described above. The method for using the device for dispelling cold air comprises the following steps:

[0446] SB1: The distance between the energy source of the cold-removing device and the user to be cold-removed is set to a preset alignment distance;

[0447] SB2: Open the cap of the essential oil bottle;

[0448] SB3: controlling the moving component to wait for a first preset time;

[0449] SB4: controlling the moving assembly to drive the energy source and the guide member to move simultaneously a first preset distance in a direction away from the user to be de-chilled;

[0450] SB5: controlling the moving assembly to cause the energy source and the flow guide to stay for a second preset time;

[0451] SB6: Close the cap of the essential oil bottle.

[0452] Among them, SB1 and SB2 can be carried out simultaneously, or SB1 or SB2 can be carried out first; in addition, before starting the device, the user can apply volatile liquid on the human body to remove the cold. The volatile liquid is helpful to quickly draw out the cold and assist the cold to establish a connection with the essential oil faster.

[0453] In step SB3, the first preset time is 15-30s. It has been verified that within this range, the essential oil and the cold air can establish a relatively stable connection. At the same time, the cold air is still in the state of being drawn out. At this time, the essential oil and the guide piece are started to move, and move along the trend of the cold air being drawn out. The connection is not easily interrupted, which can enhance the trend of drawing out the cold air.

[0454] In step SB4, the essential oil and guide move at a speed range of 2-5 mm / s, and the first preset distance is 60-100 cm. It has been verified that within this range, the cooling air can be continuously drawn out while the essential oil moves, and the cooling air continues to be drawn out even after the essential oil has moved.

[0455] In step SB5, the second preset time is no longer than 1 minute. After the essential oil stops moving, the cold air will continue to be drawn out for a period of time. This period of time allows the body to continue to stay, further enhancing the effect of drawing out the cold air. After this time, the cold air and the essential oil reach equilibrium, and the effect of drawing out the cold air is less pronounced, so further stay is unnecessary. Experience has shown that when the second dwell time is controlled within 1 minute, the trend of drawing out the cold air is more pronounced, but after 1 minute, there is a noticeable attenuation, specifically between 10-20 seconds.

[0456] Moreover, when using the cold-removing equipment, it can also be combined with a one-button start-up to reduce manual operations and improve work efficiency; it can also be combined with a voice prompter to prompt when the essential oil and the guide piece reach the initial position and the end position, or to issue a reminder when resetting; it can also be combined with a counter to facilitate counting and statistics for the operator.

[0457] Example 7

[0458] This application also discloses a flow guide for use in a device that dispels cold air. The flow guide is open at both ends and hollow inside to form a channel. The flow guide is used to dispel cold air from the human body and can be used in conjunction with the aforementioned energy source to guide the cold air emitted from the human body to the energy source. It can also be used in conjunction with a volatile liquid, which can be applied to the user of the cold-dispelling device to remove the cold air from the body. The double-horn flow guide can then be aimed at the user with one of its large openings to continuously guide the cold air away, increasing the diffusion space for the cold air and enhancing the effect of drawing the cold air out.

[0459] Specifically, the flow guide member may be a double-horn flow guide member with gradually varying curvature (see FIG11 ), or may be a flow guide member with other structural forms mentioned above, which will not be described in detail here.

[0460] The applicant recruited multiple volunteers to conduct experiments on the cold-removing equipment and methods of use in the above embodiments. Six cases are selected below to illustrate the therapeutic effects of the technical solution of this application.

[0461] Case 1: An elderly woman presented with complaints of right shoulder pain and limited mobility for over five months, which worsened over the past month. Five months prior, the patient experienced right shoulder pain and difficulty moving without apparent cause. Initially, she ignored the pain, which worsened over the past month. She attempted home therapy with an infrared therapy device and functional exercises, but saw no significant improvement. She subsequently sought rehabilitation therapy. Symptoms included right shoulder pain and soreness, aggravated by cold weather, milder during the day and worse at night, and limited lifting. Her appetite and sleep were normal, and her bowel movements were normal. Physical examination revealed stiffness in the deltoid muscle, tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (+), tenderness at the subacromial bursa (+), and tenderness at the coracoid process (+). With 105° of elevation, 70° of abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation of the hand, palpation of the lumbar sacrum was achieved. The VAS score was 4, and the Constant-Murley score was 77 (see Table 1). The Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis was shoulder arthritis (Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). The Western Medicine diagnosis was right shoulder periarthritis. Physical therapy was administered three times a week, with a course of twelve sessions.

[0462] For the patient in Case 1, the cold-dispelling device of Example 1 was selected, and moxa cones were used as the energy source, without the guide element. The specific method of using the cold-dispelling device includes:

[0463] The distance between the energy source and the part to be de-cold-treated is set at 10 cm. After a 60-second pause, the control module starts to control the moving assembly to move the energy source at a speed of 2 mm / s and a distance of 80 cm. After reaching the designated position, it pauses for 60 seconds and controls the moving assembly to drive the energy source fixed structure back to its initial position.

[0464] After six sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain was alleviated, and shoulder range of motion was significantly improved. Physical examination revealed less stiffness in the deltoid muscle, negative tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon, positive tenderness at the subacromial bursa, and positive tenderness at the coracoid process. The patient's lower back (L3 spinous process) was palpated with the dorsum of the hand during 130° elevation, 95° abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation. The VAS score was 3, and the Constant-Murley score was 83 (Table 2).

[0465] After twelve sessions of physical therapy, the patient's daily life was largely unaffected, and pain had largely resolved, with only mild pain occurring with excessive exertion or stretching. The range of shoulder motion was essentially normal. Physical examination revealed tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (-), tenderness at the subacromial bursa (-), and tenderness at the coracoid process (±). The T12 spinous process was palpated with the dorsum of the hand during 170° elevation, 160° abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation. The VAS score was 1, and the Constant-Murley score was 93 (see Table 3).

[0472] Case 2 is a middle-aged man who presented with complaints of right shoulder pain and limited mobility for over two months. Two months prior, the patient developed right shoulder pain and limited mobility after catching a cold. Self-massage and a shoulder massager improved slightly, but symptoms persisted, leading to physical rehabilitation. Symptoms included right shoulder pain with limited mobility in all directions, aggravated by cold and relieved by warmth. The pain affected sleep, but bowel movements were normal. Physical examination revealed stiffness, widespread tenderness and weakness in the deltoid muscle, widespread tenderness in the supraspinatus muscle, tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (+), tenderness in the subacromial bursa (+), and tenderness in the coracoid process (+). With 120° elevation, 120° abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation of the hand, palpation of the lumbar spine (L3 spinous process) was achieved. The VAS score was 6, and the Constant-Murley score was 68 (see Table 4). The Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis was shoulder arthritis (Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). The Western Medicine diagnosis was right shoulder periarthritis. Physical therapy is performed three times a week, with twelve sessions constituting a course of treatment.

[0473] In this case, moxa cones are used as the energy source and curved single-flared guides are used as the guides. Specific methods of using the cold-dispelling device include:

[0474] Aim the wide end of the deflector's channel toward the user to be detoxified, maintaining a distance of 15 cm between the deflector and the user, and 15 cm between the deflector and the moxa stick. After a 30-second pause, the control module begins controlling the moving assembly to move the moxa stick and deflector at a speed of 5 mm / s and a distance of 150 cm. Upon reaching the designated position, the deflector pauses for 15 seconds, then controls the moving assembly to return the moxa stick fixture to its initial position.

[0475] After six sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain was significantly alleviated, without affecting sleep. The range of motion of the shoulder joint also improved compared to before, with abduction essentially normal, while elevation and dorsiflexion remained slightly limited. Physical examination revealed less stiffness in the deltoid muscle, no tenderness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, and slightly decreased muscle strength. There was tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (±), tenderness in the subacromial bursa (±), and tenderness in the coracoid process (±). With 140° elevation, 160° abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation of the hand, the patient was able to touch the lumbar spine (L3 spinous process). The VAS score was 3, and the Constant-Murley score was 82 (see Table 5).

[0476] After twelve sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain disappeared, and her daily life was completely unaffected. Her shoulder range of motion had essentially returned to normal, and her deltoid muscle strength remained normal. Physical examination revealed no significant stiffness in the deltoid muscle, no tenderness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, and normal muscle strength. Tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon was negative, as was tenderness at the subacromial bursa and coracoid process. The T12 spinous process was palpated with the dorsum of the hand during 170° of elevation, 170° of abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation. The VAS score was 0, and the Constant-Murley score was 98 (see Table 6).

[0482]

[0483] Case 3 is a middle-aged man who presented with a chief complaint of right shoulder pain and limited mobility for over six months. Six months prior, the patient developed right shoulder pain and limited mobility without apparent cause. He had previously received acupuncture, massage, and other physical therapy at a local clinic, but with no significant improvement, and subsequently sought rehabilitation therapy. Symptoms included right shoulder pain, severe pain with even the slightest movement, inability to lift heavy objects, significant limitation of shoulder range of motion in all directions, and inability to comb his hair with his right hand, which impacted his daily life and recreation. Frequent warm compresses were required for relief, and the pain affected his sleep. His bowel movements were normal. Physical examination revealed stiffness and atrophy of the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, decreased strength, stiffness in the biceps brachii, tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (+), tenderness at the subacromial bursa (+), and tenderness at the coracoid process (+). He could not raise his hand overhead with 95° of elevation and 70° of abduction. He could not reach his buttocks with the back of his hand extended and internally rotated. His VAS score was 7, and his Constant-Murley score was 50 (see Table 7). Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis: Shoulder Bi (Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). Western medicine diagnosis: right shoulder periarthritis. Physical therapy was performed using the product in the embodiment of the present application, three times a week, with twelve sessions as a course of treatment.

[0484] In this case, moxa cones are used as the energy source, and the flow guide is a double-horn flow guide with a gradual curvature. The specific usage of the cold-dispelling device includes:

[0485] Align the wide end of the deflector's channel with the user to be detoxified, maintaining a distance of 15 cm between the deflector and the user, and 15 cm between the deflector and the moxa stick. After a 30-second pause, the control module begins controlling the moving assembly to move the moxa stick and deflector at a speed of 5 mm / s and a distance of 120 cm. Upon reaching the designated position, the deflector pauses for 15 seconds, then controls the moving assembly to return the moxa stick fixture to its initial position.

[0486] After six sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain was significantly alleviated, requiring no frequent hot compresses, and she was able to sleep normally. Her shoulder range of motion had significantly improved, and she was now able to meet most daily needs. Physical examination revealed less stiffness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, though atrophy and weakness persisted. Biceps stiffness was less severe than before, with tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps tendon (+), tenderness at the subacromial bursa (+), and tenderness at the coracoid process (+). With 130° of elevation, 110° of abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation of the hand, palpation of the lumbosacral region was achieved. The VAS score was 3, and the Constant-Murley score was 72 (see Table 8).

[0487] After twelve sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain disappeared, and the range of motion of the shoulder joint returned to normal, with only slight limitation in dorsiflexion and posterior rotation. Physical examination revealed no significant stiffness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, with atrophy improved compared to before. Muscle strength was normal. There was no significant stiffness in the biceps brachii. Tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon was negative, as was tenderness at the subacromial bursa and coracoid process. With 170° of elevation and 170° of abduction, and with dorsiflexion and internal rotation, the patient's back (L3 spinous process) was palpated by the dorsum of the hand. The VAS score was 0, and the Constant-Murley score was 96 (see Table 9).

[0493]

[0494] Case 4, an elderly woman, presented with chief complaints of left shoulder pain and limited mobility for over four months. Four months prior, the patient developed left shoulder pain and difficulty moving without apparent cause. She had self-applied localized heat compresses and plasters, but saw no significant improvement, leading to rehabilitation therapy. Symptoms: Left shoulder pain, aggravated by cold weather, slightly improved with heat compresses, milder during the day and worse at night, with limited lifting. She had good appetite and sleep, and normal bowel movements. Physical examination revealed stiffness in the deltoid muscle, tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (+), tenderness at the subacromial bursa (+), and tenderness at the coracoid process (+). With 110° of elevation and 100° of abduction, and with the dorsum of the hand extended and internally rotated, palpation of the lumbosacral region was achieved. The VAS score was 4, and the Constant-Murley score was 79 (see Table 10). Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis: Shoulder Bi (Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). Western Medicine diagnosis: Left shoulder periarthritis. Physical therapy was administered three times a week, with a course of twelve sessions.

[0495] In this case, essential oils are used as the energy source, and no guide element is used. Specific methods for using the cold-removing device include:

[0496] The distance between the energy source and the part to be de-cold-treated is set at 8 cm. After 60 seconds, the control module starts to control the moving assembly to move the energy source at a speed of 1 mm / s and a moving distance of 100 cm. After reaching the designated position, it stays for 50 seconds and controls the moving assembly to drive the energy source fixed structure back to its initial position.

[0497] After six sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain was significantly reduced, with only mild pain after exposure to wind and cold. The range of motion of the shoulder joint was significantly improved. Physical examination revealed less stiffness in the deltoid muscle, tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (-), tenderness in the subacromial bursa (-), and tenderness in the coracoid process (-). With 130° of elevation and 130° of abduction, and with the back of the hand extended and internally rotated, the patient was able to touch the lumbar spinous process (L3). The VAS score was 1, and the Constant-Murley score was 85 (see Table 11).

[0498] After twelve sessions of physical therapy, the patient's daily activities were largely unaffected, pain resolved, and the range of motion of the shoulder joint was essentially normal. Physical examination revealed tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (-), tenderness at the subacromial bursa (-), and tenderness at the coracoid process (-). The T12 spinous process was palpated with the dorsum of the hand during 170° elevation, 170° abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation. The VAS score was 0, and the Constant-Murley score was 98 (see Table 12).

[0504]

[0505] Case 5: An elderly woman presented with chief complaints of right shoulder pain and limited mobility for over four months. Four months prior, the patient developed right shoulder pain and limited mobility without apparent cause. She had previously used various physical therapy devices, including infrared lamps (specifics unknown), without significant improvement, leading to rehabilitation therapy. Symptoms: Right shoulder pain that disrupted sleep and was significantly aggravated by exposure to cold. The range of motion of the shoulder was significantly limited, impacting daily life. Bowel movements were normal. Physical examination revealed stiffness, widespread tenderness, and weakness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles. Tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (+), tenderness at the subacromial bursa (+), and tenderness at the coracoid process (+). With 90° elevation, 110° abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation of the hand, palpation of the lumbosacral region was achieved. The VAS score was 6, and the Constant-Murley score was 64 (see Table 13). Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis: Shoulder Bi (Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). Western Medicine diagnosis: Periarthritis of the shoulder. Physical therapy was administered three times a week, with a course of twelve sessions.

[0506] In this case, essential oils are used as the energy source, and the guide piece is a double-flared guide piece with a gradual curvature. Specific methods of using the cold-dispelling device include:

[0507] Align the wide end of the channel of the guide with the user to be detoxified, maintaining a distance of 15 cm between the guide and the user, and 15 cm between the guide and the essential oil. After a 30-second pause, the control module begins controlling the moving assembly to move the moxa stick and guide at a speed of 4 mm / s and a distance of 100 cm. Upon reaching the designated position, the module pauses for 15 seconds, then controls the moving assembly to return the essential oil fixture to its initial position.

[0508] After six sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain was significantly reduced, with no impact on sleep. Pain only occurred after external force, pressure, or exposure to cold, and shoulder range of motion was also improved. Physical examination revealed less stiffness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, with no significant tenderness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles. Muscle strength remained slightly weak, with tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon (-), tenderness in the subacromial bursa (±), and tenderness in the coracoid process (±). With 130° elevation, 150° abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation of the hand, the patient was able to touch the lower back (L3 spinous process). The VAS score was 2, and the Constant-Murley score was 80 (see Table 14).

[0509] After twelve sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain disappeared, and her daily life was completely unaffected. Her shoulder range of motion had essentially returned to normal, and her muscle strength remained normal. Physical examination revealed no significant stiffness or tenderness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, with normal muscle strength. The VAS score was 0, and the Constant-Murley score was 98 (see Table 15).

[0515]

[0516] Case 6 is a middle-aged man who presented with complaints of left shoulder pain and limited mobility for over 12 months. Twelve months prior, the patient experienced shoulder pain and limited mobility without apparent cause. He had previously received various treatments (unspecified), including acupuncture, massage, topical plasters, and a medium- and low-frequency physiotherapy device. However, his symptoms persisted, leading him to seek rehabilitation therapy. Symptoms: The patient experienced left shoulder pain, inability to bear force, severe pain with mild pressure, and sleep disturbances. His shoulder range of motion was severely limited, but his bowel movements were normal. Physical examination revealed stiffness and atrophy of the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, decreased strength, stiffness at the pectoralis major insertion, tenderness at the biceps brachii tendon insertion (+), tenderness at the subacromial bursa (+), and tenderness at the coracoid process (+). He was able to raise his hand to 80°, abduct it to 70°, and internally rotate his hand to touch his buttocks. The VAS score was 8, and the Constant-Murley score was 48 (see Table 16). The Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis was shoulder arthritis (Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome). The Western Medicine diagnosis was right shoulder periarthritis. Physical therapy is performed using the product in the examples of the present application, three times a week, with twelve times constituting a course of treatment.

[0517] In this case, essential oils are used as the energy source, and the guide piece is a double-flared guide piece with a gradual curvature. Specific methods of using the cold-dispelling device include:

[0518] Apply a decoction agent, such as alcohol, to the area to be de-cold-treated. Align the wide end of the deflector's channel with the user, maintaining a distance of 15 cm between the deflector and the user, and 15 cm between the deflector and the essential oil. After a 10-second pause, the control module begins controlling the moving assembly to move the essential oil and deflector, at a speed of 4 mm / s and a distance of 100 cm. Upon reaching the designated position, the assembly pauses for 15 seconds, then controls the moving assembly to return the essential oil fixture to its initial position.

[0519] After six sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain was significantly alleviated, and general activities were pain-free. She was able to sleep normally, and her shoulder range of motion had significantly improved. Physical examination revealed less stiffness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, though atrophy and weakness persisted. Stiffness at the insertion of the pectoralis major muscle was less severe than before. Tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon was (±), tenderness at the subacromial bursa was (+), and tenderness at the coracoid process was (+). With 110° of elevation, 120° of abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation of the hand, palpation of the lumbosacral region was achieved. The VAS score was 3, and the Constant-Murley score was 74 (see Table 17).

[0520] After twelve sessions of physical therapy, the patient's pain disappeared, and the range of motion of the shoulder joint returned to normal. Physical examination revealed no significant stiffness in the deltoid and supraspinatus muscles, with atrophy improved and strength normal. There was no significant stiffness in the pectoralis major muscle. Tenderness at the origin of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon was negative, as was tenderness at the subacromial bursa and coracoid process. The T12 spinous process was palpated with the dorsum of the hand during 180° elevation, 170° abduction, and dorsiflexion and internal rotation. The VAS score was 0, and the Constant-Murley score was 96 (see Table 18).

[0526]

[0527] Based on the above six cases, we can know that:

[0528] Among them, the comparison of the three devices in the Ai Clause is that, except for the different devices used, the rest of the treatment plans and treatment courses are the same. The differences include:

[0529] 1. Different levels of severity among patients: This can be seen from the patient's description of their condition, pre-treatment VAS scores, and Constant-Murley scores. Pre-treatment VAS scores for Cases 1, 2, and 3 were 4, 6, and 7, respectively. Constant-Murley scores were 77, 68, and 50, respectively. The severity of the condition gradually worsened.

[0530] 2. Different degrees of relief: From the Constant-Murley score, it can be seen that after six physical treatments, the scores of case 1 increased by 6 points and 10 points respectively, case 2 increased by 14 points and 16 points, and case 3 increased by 22 points and 24 points.

[0531] 3. Final efficacy: After physical therapy, all three cases were able to return to normal range of motion, with no impact on daily life. The pain disappeared in Cases 2 and 3 after physical therapy, while the patient in Case 1 still had mild pain.

[0532] Among them, compared with Case 2, after adding the guide piece, the waiting time between the cold air and the energy source was significantly shortened in the initial stage.

[0533] Compared with Case 2, Case 3 uses a double-horn guide with a gradual curvature. Compared with the curved single-horn guide, even when the symptoms are more serious, the disease can be basically cured after 12 physical treatments. The physical treatment effect is significantly better.

[0534] Comparison of three essential oil treatment devices: Aside from the different devices used, the rest of the treatment plans and treatment courses are the same. The differences include:

[0535] 1. Different levels of severity among patients: This can be seen from the patient's description of the condition, pre-treatment VAS scores, and Constant-Murley scores. Pre-treatment VAS scores for Cases 4, 5, and 6 were 4, 6, and 8, respectively. Constant-Murley scores were 79, 64, and 48, respectively. The severity of the condition gradually worsened.

[0536] 2. Different degrees of relief: From the Constant-Murley score, it can be seen that after six physical treatments, the scores of case 4 increased by 6 points and 13 points respectively, case 5 increased by 16 points and 18 points, and case 6 increased by 26 points and 22 points.

[0537] Among them, compared with Case 4, in Case 5, after the guide piece was added, the waiting time between the cold air and the energy source was significantly shortened in the initial stage.

[0538] Compared with Case 5, Case 6 showed that the treatment with the guiding agent applied to the area to be cleared of cold was more effective than that without the application of the guiding agent. When the symptoms were more serious, the patients were able to reach a similar state after 12 physical treatments, and the effect of the physical treatment was significantly better.

[0539] A side-by-side comparison revealed that the essential oil treatment was comparable to the moxa treatment in improving range of motion, but was superior in alleviating pain. After six treatments, pain was significantly alleviated, and pain generally did not occur without excessive stretching or exposure to cold. After twelve treatments, the pain was completely gone.
