A roll-type MABR aeration reactor

Abstract

The application provides a roll type MABR aeration reactor, relates to the technical field of aeration reactors, and comprises a reaction tank, the upper end of the reaction tank is provided with a sealing seat, the sealing seat is internally provided with a sealing upper cover, and the inside of the reaction tank is provided with a lower water storage groove; when the connecting main rod is rotated, the cooperating shaft is rotated under the insertion butt joint of the butt joint groove and the butt joint chuck, the middle water flow is discharged downward by utilizing the flow guide helical blade, the water flow is diffused to the lower water storage groove under the guidance of the second auxiliary blade, then the water flow outside the lower water storage groove is discharged upward by utilizing the circulating blade, so that the water flow is used for washing and cleaning the MABR reaction membrane from bottom to top, then the water flow is guided to the connecting main rod under the assistance of the first auxiliary blade to realize circulation, and the MABR reaction membrane can be periodically self-cleaned through the above structure, so that the problem that the subsequent aeration reaction effect is reduced due to too much impurities accumulated on the surface of the MABR reaction membrane is avoided.
