Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a beauty instrument. Background Art
[0002] In the past, beauty instruments for massaging the face and the like were known. For example, the beauty instrument described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2012-120553 has a cylindrical roller that contacts the face. A slender rod-shaped heating portion is provided on the inner side of the roller. One end of the heating portion is held at the front end of the gripping portion by a bearing portion and a heat insulating material. In addition, Japanese Patent Publication No. 2012-120553 also describes that a bag-shaped non-woven fabric containing a heating material including iron powder and an oxidant promoter or a packaging sheet containing a liquid heat storage material or heat-insulating material is installed on the inner side of the roller. In this document, it is described that, with such a structure, heat can be evenly transferred to the skin of the face without using electricity.
[0003] In the beauty device as described above, as a component for heating the roller, a bag-shaped nonwoven fabric containing a heat-generating material including iron powder and an oxidant promoter or a sealing sheet containing a liquid heat storage material or heat-retaining material is used. In addition, in the beauty device as described above, as a component for holding the heating part, a bearing part and a heat insulating material are used. Therefore, the number of components is large. Summary of the invention
[0004] An object of the present invention is to provide a beauty instrument capable of reducing the number of parts.
[0005] The beauty instrument of the present invention comprises an application part to be attached to the skin, the application part having a heat source for supplying cold energy or hot energy and a heat storage member for storing the cold energy or hot energy, and the heat storage member holds the heat source.
[0006] According to the present invention, the heat storage member also serves as a member for holding a heat source. Therefore, the number of components can be reduced compared to the case where the heat storage member and the member for holding a heat source are provided separately. [0023] Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown below.
[0024] (1) The beauty instrument of the present invention has an application part attached to the skin, the application part has a heat source for supplying cold energy or heat energy, and a heat storage component for storing the cold energy or heat energy, and the heat storage component holds the heat source. According to such a structure, the heat storage component also serves as a component for holding the heat source. Therefore, in this structure, the number of components can be reduced compared with the case where the heat storage component and the component for holding the heat source are separately provided.
[0025] (2) Based on the beauty instrument described in (1) above, it can also be configured as follows: the heat storage component has conductivity and is in contact with at least one of the pair of electrodes of the heat source. According to such a structure, the heat storage component also serves as an electric conduction component. Therefore, compared with the case where the heat storage component and the electric conduction component are separately provided, the number of components can be reduced. In addition, the heat of the heat source can be effectively transferred to the heat storage component.
[0026] (3) Based on the beauty instrument described in (1) or (2) above, the treatment part may have an insulating portion between the surface of the treatment part and the heat storage component. According to such a structure, the current path is insulated from the surface of the treatment part. Therefore, there is no need to provide a gap between the heat storage component and the surface of the treatment part. Therefore, heat can be effectively transferred to the surface of the treatment part.
[0027] (4) In the beauty instrument described in any one of (1) to (3) above, the treatment section may include two heat storage components, and the two heat storage components may hold the heat source in a state where the heat source is sandwiched therebetween. With such a structure, cold energy or heat energy can be effectively stored.
[0028] (5) In the beauty device described in any one of (1) to (4), the heat storage member may be in contact with the heat source surface. According to such a structure, cold energy or heat energy is substantially uniformly stored in the heat storage member.
[0029] (6) Based on the beauty instrument described in any one of (1) to (5) above, the treatment part may be configured to rotate around a rotation axis, and the heat storage component is arranged radially inside a portion of the surface of the treatment part having a cross section perpendicular to the rotation axis and having a maximum diameter. Here, the portion of the surface of the treatment part having a cross section perpendicular to the rotation axis having a maximum diameter is the portion of the treatment part that is most likely to come into contact with the skin. By arranging the heat storage component inside this portion, heat can be effectively transferred to the skin.

The front cover 33 and the rear cover 34 are fixed to the base member 29 by fixing members M1.
[0040] The base member 29 is made of resin. Specifically, the base member 29 is made of ABS resin. The power supply unit 13, the lighting device 32, and various electrical components are fixed to the rear side of the base member 29. A groove 36 is formed on the periphery of the rear side of the base member 29. The groove 36 is provided for the packing 37 to be inserted. The packing 37 is waterproof between the rear cover 34 and the base member 29.
[0041] The handle portion 11 includes a first conducting portion 38, a second conducting portion 39, and a third conducting portion 41. The second conducting portion 39 is a conducting path from the second contact portion 15 to the conducting member 19 described later in the conducting path for a heat source described later. The third conducting portion 41 is a conducting path from the first contact portion 14 and the second contact portion 15 to the lighting device 32 in the conducting path for lighting described later. The first conducting portion 38, the second conducting portion 39, and the third conducting portion 41 each include a conductive metal plate or a wire or the like.
[0042] The lighting device 32 includes a light source 42 such as an LED. The light source 42 emits light to notify that the beauty device 10 installed on the pedestal 100 is powered on. The light source 42 passes through the rear cover 34 and is covered by the transmissive portion 43. The lighting device 32 and the rear cover 34 are waterproofed by an O-ring 44. The terminal portion of the third power supply portion 41 is electrically connected to the lighting device 32.
[0043] The rear cover 34 covers the first power supply unit 38, the second power supply unit 39, the third power supply unit 41, the lighting device 32, and various electrical components fixed to the base member 29. The rear cover 34 is made of ABS resin. A transmission unit 43 for transmitting light from the light source 42 is embedded in the rear cover 34. The transmission unit 43 is made of transparent acrylic resin. Figure 1As shown, the transmission portion 43 extends long in the up-down direction at the left-right center of the beauty device 10 .
[0044] The front cover 33 is made of ABS resin. In the front cover 33, the transmission part 43 is embedded in the same manner as the rear cover 34 (see Figure 4 The transmissive portion 43 is made of transparent acrylic resin. The transmissive portion 43 extends long in the vertical direction at the left-right center of the beauty device 10. The transmissive portion 43 of the front cover 33 is connected to the transmissive portion 43 of the rear cover 34, thereby improving the appearance design of the beauty device 10.
[0045] like Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , the upper end of the handle 11 is formed into a left-right branched shape and has a pair of extensions 16. The treatment section 12 is connected to each extension 16. Figure 8 As shown, the treatment part 12 is a rotating body rotating around the rotation axis S. The angle α formed by the rotation axes S of the two treatment parts 12 is preferably in the range of 50 degrees to 110 degrees, and more preferably in the range of 65 degrees to 80 degrees (see Figure 1 ).
[0046] like Fig. 9 As shown, an inner cylinder portion 17 and an outer cylinder portion 18 are provided at the front end of each extension portion 16. The inner cylinder portion 17 is provided on the base member 29. The outer cylinder portion 18 is provided on the cover member 31. The inner cylinder portion 17 is cylindrical. The axis of the inner cylinder portion 17 coincides with the rotation axis S of the treatment portion 12. The treatment portion 12 is rotatable relative to the inner cylinder portion 17.
[0047] like Figure 8 As shown, a conducting member 19 constituting a conductive path for a heat source described later is arranged inside the inner cylinder 17. The treatment part 12 is arranged outside the inner cylinder 17. By separately arranging the conducting member 19 and the treatment part 12 inside and outside the inner cylinder 17, it is possible to suppress sliding of the conducting member 19 and the treatment part 12. The outer cylinder 18 covers the surface of the base end side of the treatment part 12.
[0048] like Fig.10 As shown in FIG. 1 , the conducting member 19 includes an insulating holder 21, a first conductive member 22, and a second conductive member 23. The insulating holder 21 has a flange portion 24. Figure 8 As shown, the flange portion 24 is sandwiched between the distal end side core portion 46 and the proximal end side core portion 47 of the treatment section 12. Thus, the conducting member 19 is fixed to the treatment section 12.
[0049] like Figure 8 As shown, the insulating retainer 21 penetrates the inner cylinder 17 in the axial direction. The insulating retainer 21 has three claws 25 (see also Fig.10). The claw portion 25 is hooked on the receiving portion 35 of the handle portion 11. The receiving portion 35 is provided on the base member 29. Thus, the conducting member 19 is fixed to the handle portion 11. The conducting member 19 connects the treatment portion 12 to the handle portion 11. An insertion hole 26 is formed in the insulating holder 21 for inserting the conductive shaft member 59 fixed to the front end side core portion 46. The insertion hole 26 is formed to extend axially from the front end side of the insulating holder 21 toward the base end side.
[0050] like Fig.10 As shown, the first conductive component 22 and the second conductive component 23 are both formed of conductive plates. The first conductive component 22 and the second conductive component 23 can be formed, for example, of a phosphor bronze plate with a nickel plating layer applied on the surface. The first conductive component 22 and the second conductive component 23 are fixed to the side of the insulating holder 21 (see Fig.11 ). The first conductive component 22 and the second conductive component 23 are insulated by the insulating holder 21.
[0051] The first conductive member 22 and the second conductive member 23 have distal end connecting portions 27A and 27B and proximal end connecting portions 28A and 28B, respectively. Figure 8 As shown, the front end side connection parts 27A and 27B protrude to the insertion hole 26 of the insulating holder 21. The front end side connection parts 27A and 27B are electrically connected to the conductive shaft member 59. The position of the front end side connection part 27A of the first conductive member 22 and the position of the front end side connection part 27B of the second conductive member 23 are offset in the extending direction of the rotation axis S.
[0052] The proximal end side connecting portions 28A and 28B are both arranged on the lower end side of the insulating holder 21 (see Fig.14 The proximal end connecting portion 28A provided in the first conductive member 22 is electrically connected to the first conductive portion 38. The proximal end connecting portion 28B provided in the second conductive member 23 is electrically connected to the second conductive portion 39.
[0053] like Fig.12 and Fig.13 As shown, the treatment part 12 includes a shell part 45, a front end side core part 46 and a base end side core part 47. The outer shape of the shell part 45 is roughly spherical. The shell part 45 is a hollow body. The shell part 45 includes a surface part 49 and an insulating part 51. The interval L between the two treatment parts 12 is preferably in the range of 8 mm to 15 mm, and more preferably 10 mm. The interval L between the two treatment parts 12 refers to the shortest distance between the parts with the largest diameter of the treatment part 12 (refer to Figure 1 ).
[0054] The surface portion 49 has a base portion 52 and a metal portion 53. The base portion 52 is made of resin. Specifically, as the material of the base portion 52, ABS resin is preferably used. The metal portion 53 is a plating layer (for example, chrome plating) applied to the entire surface of the base portion 52. The inner surface of the surface portion 49 has a sealing surface 54. The sealing surface 54 is formed along the opening of the base end side of the surface portion 49.
[0055] The insulating portion 51 is formed into a substantially spherical shape along the inner surface of the surface portion 49. The insulating portion 51 is made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin. The insulating portion 51 is insert-molded inside the base portion 52. The insulating portion 51 may be made of, for example, PC (polycarbonate) resin. The insulating portion 51 covers substantially the entire inner surface of the surface portion 49 except for the sealing surface 54 (see FIG. Fig.14 ).
[0056] The insulating portion 51 has a core fixing portion 55 for fixing the base end side core portion 47. The core fixing portion 55 is a recess formed on the inner surface of the insulating portion 51. The locking portion 87 of the base end side core portion 47 is hooked into the recess (see Figure 8 The three core fixing portions 55 are provided along the circumferential direction around the rotation axis S. The insulating portion 51 has a member fixing portion 56 for fixing a heat storage member 58 described later. The fixing member M2 is fastened to the member fixing portion 56 .
[0057] The front end side core part 46 is arranged inside the shell part 45. The front end side core part 46 has a heat source 57, a heat storage component 58, a conductive shaft component 59 and a pressing component 48. The conductive shaft component 59 has a first conductive shaft part 61, a second conductive shaft part 62 and an insulating shaft part 63. The first conductive shaft part 61 is in the shape of a rod. The first conductive shaft part 61 can be made of metal, such as stainless steel. The second conductive shaft part 62 is in the shape of a cylinder. The second conductive shaft part 62 can be made of metal, such as stainless steel. The insulating shaft part 63 is arranged between the first conductive shaft part 61 and the second conductive shaft part 62. The insulating shaft part 63 insulates the first conductive shaft part 61 and the second conductive shaft part 62. The insulating shaft part 63 can be made of a synthetic resin with heat resistance, such as PC (polycarbonate) resin. The insulating shaft part 63 is in the shape of a cylinder. The first conductive shaft part 61 is arranged inside the insulating shaft part 63. The second conductive shaft part 62 is arranged outside the insulating shaft part 63. Both axial ends of the first conductive shaft portion 61 protrude from the insulating shaft portion 63 (see Fig.14 ). The insulating shaft portion 63 is longer than the second conductive shaft portion 62.
[0058] The heat source 57 supplies heat energy. The heat source 57 generates heat by the flow of current through itself, and heats the heat storage component 58. The heat source 57 is formed in a thin circular plate shape. Both sides of the heat source 57 are circular flat surfaces. The first electrode 64 and the second electrode 65 are respectively provided on both sides of the heat source 57. The heat source 57 has a through hole 88 for the conductive shaft component 59 to pass through in the axial direction. The inner surface of the through hole 88 is in contact with the insulating shaft portion 63 in the conductive shaft component 59. As a result, the heat source 57 and the first conductive shaft portion 61 are insulated from each other.
[0059] The heat source 57 is designed to make the surface temperature of the treatment part 12 38 degrees to 45 degrees. The surface temperature of the treatment part 12 is preferably 42 degrees. The heat source 57 reaches the desired temperature in a short time from the start of power-on. The heat source 57 is a PTC heater. As the heat source 57, a PTC heater is used, so it is possible to expect a temperature rise in a short time. The heat source 57 is arranged and held in a recessed portion 89 described later of the heat storage component 58.
[0060] The heat storage member 58 stores the heat energy supplied by the heat source 57. The heat storage member 58 is provided to fill the space formed between the outer shell portion 45 and the base end side core portion 47. The heat storage member 58 has a heat transfer function of transferring the heat energy supplied by the heat source 57 to the surface portion 49, and a function of electrically connecting the conductive shaft member 59 and the heat source 57.
[0061] The heat storage component 58 is covered by the insulating portion 51. The insulating portion 51 has a function of keeping the heat storage component 58 warm. The insulating portion 51 can suppress a sudden temperature change of the surface portion 49 by being disposed between the heat storage component 58 and the surface portion 49. Here, when the temperature of the surface portion 49 changes suddenly, the metal portion 53 may peel off due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the metal portion 53 and the base portion 52. However, by suppressing the sudden temperature change of the surface portion 49 by the insulating portion 51, the peeling of the metal portion 53 can be suppressed. The insulating portion 51 is disposed between the heat storage component 58 and the surface portion 49, thereby insulating the surface portion 49 from the heat storage component 58. As a result, there is no need to provide a gap between the heat storage component 58 and the surface of the treatment portion 12. Therefore, heat can be effectively transferred to the surface of the treatment portion 12.
[0062] The heat storage member 58 includes a first heat storage member 66 and a second heat storage member 67. The first heat storage member 66 and the second heat storage member 67 hold the heat source 57 in a state where the heat source 57 is sandwiched therebetween (see Fig.14 ). The first heat storage component 66 and the second heat storage component 67 are conductive. The first heat storage component 66 and the second heat storage component 67 can be made of metal, such as aluminum. The first heat storage component 66 and the second heat storage component 67 are separated from each other.
[0063] The first heat storage member 66 is disk-shaped as a whole. The surface of the first heat storage member 66 is curved into a dome shape so as to follow the inner surface of the insulating portion 51 (see Fig.14 ). The surface of the first heat storage member 66 is in contact with the insulating portion 51. The first heat storage member 66 includes a first contact surface 68 arranged along the heat source 57. The first contact surface 68 is a circular flat surface. The first contact surface 68 is in surface contact with the first electrode 64 of the heat source 57.
[0064] The first heat storage member 66 has a connection portion 69 connected to the first conductive shaft portion 61. The connection portion 69 of the first heat storage member 66 connected to the first conductive shaft portion 61 is a through hole that penetrates the first heat storage member 66 along the rotation axis S. The front end portion of the first conductive shaft portion 61 is inserted into the connection portion 69 connected to the first conductive shaft portion 61. Thus, the first heat storage member 66 and the first conductive shaft portion 61 are electrically connected to each other.
[0065] The second heat storage member 67 includes a flat plate portion 71 and a peripheral wall portion 72. The flat plate portion 71 is circular in plan view. The flat plate portion 71 includes a second contact surface 73 disposed along the heat source 57 (see Fig.14 ). The second contact surface 73 is a circular flat surface. The second contact surface 73 is in surface contact with the second electrode 65 of the heat source 57. The second heat storage component 67 is arranged on the radial inner side of the portion of the surface of the treatment part 12 having the largest diameter in the cross section orthogonal to the rotation axis S. By arranging the heat storage component 58 at this position, heat can be transferred to the skin more effectively.
[0066] The flat plate portion 71 has a connection portion 74 connected to the second conductive shaft portion 62. The connection portion 74 connected to the second conductive shaft portion 62 is a through hole that penetrates the flat plate portion 71 along the rotation axis S. The second conductive shaft portion 62 is pressed into and fixed to the connection portion 74 connected to the second conductive shaft portion 62. Thus, the second heat storage member 67 and the second conductive shaft portion 62 are electrically connected to each other.
[0067] The peripheral wall portion 72 surrounds the entire periphery of the flat plate portion 71. The surface of the peripheral wall portion 72 is curved along the inner surface of the insulating portion 51 and is in contact with the insulating portion 51. The peripheral wall portion 72 includes a distal peripheral wall 75 and a proximal peripheral wall 76 (see Fig.14 ). The front end side peripheral wall 75 surrounds the periphery of the heat source 57. Thus, the heat radiated from the heat source 57 can be efficiently transferred to the heat storage member 58. The base end side peripheral wall 76 surrounds the front end portion of the base end side core portion 47. The base end side peripheral wall 76 has an escape portion 77 for arranging the outer protrusion 81 described later.
[0068] The recessed portion 89 is formed in the center of the heat storage member 58. The recessed portion 89 is formed by the flat plate portion 71 and the front end side peripheral wall 75. The recessed portion 89 is recessed from the front end of the front end side peripheral wall 75 to the base end side. The bottom surface of the recessed portion 89 is the second contact surface 73. The heat source 57 and the first heat storage member 66 are accommodated in the recessed portion 89.
[0069] like Fig.12 As shown, the pressing member 48 is formed of a metal plate. The pressing member 48 is formed of, for example, a phosphor bronze plate with nickel plating applied on the surface. The pressing member 48 has an annular portion 78, an inner protrusion 79, and an outer protrusion 81. The shape of the annular portion 78 is circular.
[0070] The inner protrusion 79 protrudes from the annular portion 78 toward the inner circumference. The inner protrusion 79 is cantilever-shaped and elastically deformable in the extending direction of the rotation axis S. The inner protrusion 79 elastically presses the second heat storage member 67 toward the heat source 57 (see Fig.14 ). Thus, the second heat storage member 67 can be brought into close contact with the heat source 57. Therefore, the heat of the heat source 57 can be efficiently transferred to the second heat storage member 67. In addition, by bringing the second heat storage member 67 into close contact with the heat source 57, it is possible to prevent the second heat storage member 67 and the heat source 57 from deviating from a predetermined position when the beauty device 10 is used or dropped.
[0071] The outer protrusion 81 protrudes toward the outer circumference from the annular portion 78. A through hole for passing the fixing member M2 is formed in the outer protrusion 81. The outer protrusion 81 is embedded in the escape portion 77 and is arranged to overlap with the member fixing portion 56 of the insulating portion 51. By fixing the outer protrusion 81 and the member fixing portion 56 with the fixing member M2, the housing portion 45 and the front end side core portion 46 are integrated.
[0072] The proximal core portion 47 is a proximal portion of the treatment portion 12. Fig.14 As shown, the base end core 47 has a tube insertion hole 82 for inserting the inner tube 17. The base end core 47 is rotatable relative to the inner tube 17. The outer surface of the base end core 47 is in contact with the inner surface of the outer shell 45.
[0073] like Fig.13 As shown, the base end side core portion 47 includes a roller base 83 , a pair of resin rings 84 , a packing 85 , and an O-ring 86 .
[0074] The roller base 83 can be made of synthetic resin, such as polyacetal resin (POM). The roller base 83 is annular. The roller base 83 has a locking portion 87 with the outer shell 45. The locking portion 87 protrudes from the roller base 83 to the front end side. The locking portion 87 is provided at three locations on the outer periphery of the roller base 83. The front end portion of the locking portion 87 is hooked on the core fixing portion 55 of the outer shell 45. As a result, the base end side core portion 47 and the outer shell 45 are integrated (refer to Figure 8 and Fig.12 ).
[0075] The pair of resin rings 84 may be made of synthetic resin, such as polyacetal resin (POM). The pair of resin rings 84 are embedded and fixed inside the roller base 83. The resin rings 84 and the roller base 83 have a rotation stop 91. The rotation stop 91 prevents the resin rings 84 from rotating relative to the roller base 83. One of the pair of resin rings 84 is arranged on the front end side of the roller base 83, and the other is arranged on the base end side (see Fig.14 ). The resin ring 84 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion 17 .
[0076] A Y packing or a V packing can be used as the packing 85. The packing 85 is fitted and fixed inside the roller base 83. The packing 85 is provided in the middle portion of the roller base 83 in the axial direction and is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion 17.
[0077] The O-ring 86 may be made of a synthetic resin, such as acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer (NBR). The O-ring 86 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the roller base 83 (see Fig.14 The O-ring 86 is in close contact with the sealing surface 54 of the outer shell 45 , thereby preventing water from entering between the roller base 83 and the outer shell 45 .
[0078] like Figure 6 As shown, the conducting portion 13 includes a heat source conductive path that electrically connects the first contact portion 14 and the second contact portion 15 to the first electrode 64 and the second electrode 65 of the heat source 57, and a lighting conductive path that electrically connects the first contact portion 14 and the second contact portion 15 to the lighting device 32. The conducting portion 13 includes the first contact portion 14 and the second contact portion 15. The lighting conductive path includes a third conducting portion 41.
[0079] The heat source conductive path has two conductive paths. One conductive path electrically connects the first contact portion 14 to the first electrode 64. The other conductive path electrically connects the second contact portion 15 to the second electrode 65. One conductive path includes a first conductive portion 38, a first conductive member 22, a first conductive shaft portion 61, and a first heat storage member 66. The other conductive path includes a second conductive portion 39, a second conductive member 23, a second conductive shaft portion 62, and a second heat storage member 67.
[0080] Next, an example of using the beauty instrument 10 is described. First, the user sets the beauty instrument 10 on the stand 100 and heats the treatment part 12. Specifically, the user inserts the cable extending from the power supply into the cable connection part 104 of the stand 100. Next, the user operates the switch 105 to turn on the power supply of the stand 100. Then, electricity flows from the first power supply part 102 and the second power supply part 103 of the stand 100 to the power supply part 13 of the beauty instrument 10. As a result, the heat source 57 generates heat and the light source 42 emits light. Due to the heat generated by the heat source 57, the heat storage component 58 is heated and evenly transfers heat to the inner side of substantially the entire area of the surface of the treatment part 12 that is in contact with the skin. The surface temperature of the treatment part 12 rises, and after a predetermined time, it reaches a temperature suitable for massage. For example, the surface temperature of the treatment part 12 preferably reaches approximately 40 degrees in approximately 3 minutes.
[0081] Furthermore, the pedestal 100 may be configured to automatically shut off the power supply when the power supply state is maintained for a predetermined time even when the surface temperature of the treatment part 12 reaches a predetermined temperature. For example, the pedestal 100 may be configured to shut off the power supply when the power supply state is maintained for 6 minutes.
[0082] Next, the user holds the handle 11 of the beauty instrument 10, removes the beauty instrument 10 from the stand 100, and places the treatment part 12 on the skin of the arm or face. The user feels the appropriate degree of hot or cold at the moment the treatment part 12 is placed on the skin. The user rolls the treatment part 12 against the skin. The user's skin is pulled up by the two treatment parts 12. During this period, the surface temperature of the treatment part 12 is maintained at an appropriate temperature by the heat storage component 58. Since the heat source 57 itself also rotates, it can effectively transfer heat to the treatment part of the skin. The user can effectively massage the skin while heating it at an appropriate temperature.
[0083] After finishing the massage, the user places the beauty device 10 on the stand 100. When the user is not using the beauty device 10, the user can place the beauty device 10 on the stand 100 while turning off the power of the stand 100.
[0084] Next, the functions and effects of the embodiment constructed as described above will be described. The beauty device 10 includes an application portion 12 that is attached to the skin. The application portion 12 includes a heat source 57 and a heat storage component 58. The heat source 57 supplies thermal energy. The heat storage component 58 stores thermal energy. The heat storage component 58 holds the heat source 57. According to this structure, the heat storage component 58 also serves as a component for holding the heat source 57. Therefore, compared with the case where the heat storage component 58 and the component for holding the heat source 57 are separately provided, the number of components can be reduced.
[0085] The heat storage component 58 is conductive and is in contact with both the first electrode 64 and the second electrode 65 of the heat source 57. According to this structure, the heat storage component 58 also serves as the power supply unit 13. Therefore, compared with the case where the heat storage component 58 and the power supply component are separately provided, the number of components can be reduced. In addition, the heat of the heat source 57 can be effectively transferred to the heat storage component 58.
[0086] The treatment part 12 has an insulating portion 51 between the surface of the treatment part 12 and the heat storage member 58. According to this structure, the conducting portion 13 is insulated from the surface of the treatment part 12. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a gap (air) between the heat storage member 58 and the surface of the treatment part 12. Therefore, heat can be effectively transferred to the surface of the treatment part 12.
[0087] The treatment part 12 has the 1st heat storage member 66 and the 2nd heat storage member 67. The 1st heat storage member 66 and the 2nd heat storage member 67 hold|maintain the heat source 57 in the state which sandwiched the heat source 57 therebetween. According to this structure, thermal energy can be stored efficiently.
[0088] The heat storage member 58 is in surface contact with the heat source 57. According to this structure, the thermal energy is stored in the heat storage member 58 substantially uniformly.
[0089] The treatment part 12 is configured to rotate around the rotation axis S. The heat storage member 58 is arranged radially inside the portion of the surface of the treatment part 12 where the cross section perpendicular to the rotation axis S is the largest diameter. According to this structure, the portion of the surface of the treatment part 12 where the cross section perpendicular to the rotation axis S is the largest diameter is the portion of the treatment part 12 that is most likely to come into contact with the skin. By arranging the heat storage member 58 inside this portion, heat can be effectively transferred to the skin.
