A chip test task determination method, device and storage medium

Abstract

The embodiments of this specification provide a chip test task determination method, device and storage medium, which are automatically executed on a third-party chip evaluation platform, and the method includes: obtaining corporate qualifications, test reports and product information from the manufacturer of the chip to be evaluated; after the corporate qualifications pass the test, determining the standard tasks based on the product information and the preset car manufacturer standard database, the standard tasks are used to indicate the test tasks that must be completed for the corresponding type of chip; determining whether the test report matches the standard tasks; and when the test report does not match the standard tasks, using the standard tasks as the test tasks. The technical solution provided by this application solves the problem that the chip test results and test items of the chip factory may not be recognized by the car manufacturer due to the information gap in the existing technology. The technical solution of this application can improve the efficiency of chip evaluation.
