Cigarette carton packaging equipment for tobacco logistics

Abstract

The cigarette carton packaging equipment comprises a machine frame, a film guiding mechanism, a pressing and conveying mechanism, an upper cutter assembly, a lower cutter assembly, an output table and film placing rolling shafts, a cigarette carton staying space is formed in the machine frame, and the film placing rolling shafts are arranged on the two side edges of the cigarette carton staying space respectively. The packaging films of the film rolls on the film placing rolling shafts on the two sides are connected together and stretch across the upper portion of the carton cigarette staying space, the film guiding mechanism can lift and lower the packaging films, the output table is arranged on one side edge of the carton cigarette staying space, and the pressing and conveying mechanism is used for pressing and conveying carton cigarettes wrapped with the packaging films in the carton cigarette staying space to the output table towards one side. The upper cutter assembly is arranged on the pressing and conveying mechanism, the lower cutter assembly is arranged at the input end of the output table, when the pressing and conveying mechanism completes pushing of the cigarette carton to the output table, the upper cutter assembly and the lower cutter assembly are aligned up and down, and welding and cutting-off of a packaging film are achieved through the upper cutter assembly and the lower cutter assembly. By means of the cigarette carton packaging machine, carton cigarettes can be more compactly packaged.
