[0006] Patent document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2015-76775.
[0007] Patent document 2: Japanese Patent No. 7166895. Summary of the invention
[0008] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0009] However, in the fishing reels such as those disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, it is required to suppress the size increase of the reel even if a communication unit such as an antenna that can improve communication efficiency is provided, and there is still room for improvement in this regard.
[0010] The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fishing reel that can be provided with a communication unit such as an antenna that can improve communication efficiency while suppressing an increase in the size of the reel.
[0011] Means used to solve problems
[0012] (1) A fishing reel according to the present invention, in accordance with aspect 1, is characterized in that it comprises: a reel body; a handle disposed in a first portion of the reel body; a storage unit disposed in the reel body and storing setting information; a communication unit disposed in a second portion different from the first portion and capable of communicating with an external electronic device; and a control unit that enables the communication unit to communicate with the electronic device and updates the setting information in the storage unit when the communication unit and the electronic device enter an area capable of short-range wireless communication.
[0013] According to method 1 of a fishing reel of the present invention, by bringing an electronic device such as a smartphone close to a second portion (a portion different from the first portion) in which a communication portion such as an antenna is installed in the reel body of the fishing reel, short-range wireless communication can be performed between the storage portion and the electronic device via the communication portion, power supply can be received, and setting information stored in the storage portion can be updated.
[0014] (2) According to aspect 2 of the present invention, in the fishing reel of aspect 1, it is preferable that the second portion is provided on a gripping side portion opposite to the first portion, and the communication portion is provided on the gripping side portion.
[0015] In this case, the communication unit is disposed on the second portion of the grip side portion that is not on the handle side. Therefore, it is easy to bring the electronic device close to the communication unit disposed on the grip side portion, thereby enabling more reliable short-range wireless communication.
[0016] (3) According to aspect 3 of the present invention, in the fishing reel of aspect 1 or aspect 2, it is preferable that the communication unit is configured in an annular shape and is provided around a spool shaft supported by the reel body.
[0017] In this case, for example, the communication unit can be arranged using the space around the spool shaft of the circuit board. That is, since the communication unit can be arranged on the circuit board, the thickness dimension of the cord reel in the left-right direction can be reduced.
[0018] In this case, since the communication unit can be arranged at a position avoiding the spool shaft support unit such as the bearing, reliable communication can be performed while minimizing the protrusion of the reel body to the grip side.
[0019] (4) A fourth aspect of the present invention may be characterized in that, in the fishing reel of the first or second aspect, the communication unit is formed in an annular shape and is provided around a rotation axis of a uniform winding device that reciprocates the fishing line guide unit.
[0020] In this case, since the space on the extension line of the drive shaft of the uniform winding device is used, the gripping property is not hindered. In addition, a communication unit including a small coil antenna with an increased number of circular turns can be arranged.
[0021] (5) A fifth aspect of the present invention may be characterized in that, in the fishing reel according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the communication unit is an antenna substrate for forming a pattern coil.
[0022] In this case, it is possible to easily form an antenna substrate having a pattern coil, which is formed by printing, for example, a conductive coating on the substrate. Therefore, there is an advantage that the antenna substrate can be stacked on the circuit substrate, and the shape of the antenna formed by the pattern coil can be set to a desired shape. Moreover, in this case, the space efficiency of the communication unit arranged in the reel body can be improved.
[0023] (6) A sixth aspect of the present invention may be characterized in that, in the fishing reel of the fifth aspect, the antenna substrate is a multi-layer antenna substrate having a plurality of layers of patterned coils formed thereon.
[0024] In this case, by providing a multi-layer antenna substrate, the inductance value can be increased and the communication efficiency can be improved.
[0025] (7) A seventh aspect of the present invention may be characterized in that, in the fishing reel according to any one of aspects 1 to 4, the communication unit is an air-core coil including an enameled wire.
[0026] In this case, since the communication unit including the air-core coil is arranged on the existing circuit board in a simple structure, the communication unit can be easily assembled. This is particularly effective when there is space in the height direction (left-right direction) on the circuit board.
[0027] (8) Aspect 8 of the present invention may be characterized in that, in the fishing reel according to any one of aspects 1 to 7, a shield portion is disposed between the communication portion and the storage portion.
[0028] In this case, the electrical influence of the storage unit on the communication unit can be suppressed to a small level, and the inductance value can be adjusted to increase.
[0029] Effects of the Invention
[0030] According to the fishing reel of the present invention, it is possible to provide a communication unit such as an antenna that can improve communication efficiency while suppressing an increase in size of the reel. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0041] Hereinafter, embodiments of the fishing reel of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that in the drawings, the scale of each component may be appropriately changed as necessary in order to make each component a size that can be visually confirmed.
[0042] (First Embodiment)
[0043] like Figure 1 As shown, the fishing reel of the present embodiment is applicable to a dual-bearing reel 100 .
[0044] Here, in the following description, when expressing "front and back", "left and right", "up and down", Figure 1 The directions shown are used as a reference. That is, in the front-rear direction Y, the releasing direction of the fishing line is set to the "front side Y1", and the winding direction is set to the "rear side Y2". In addition, in the left-right direction X, the "right side X1" is the first part side of the present invention and is the side where the handle 2 is arranged in this embodiment, and the "left side X2" is a part different from the first part, that is, the second part side of the present invention. Figure 1 and Figure 2 In Chinese, the front, back, left and right directions are opposite.
[0045] It should be noted that, in the description, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and duplicate descriptions are omitted.
[0046] The double-bearing reel 100 includes a reel body 1, a handle 2, a spool 5, and a brake unit 3 for electrically braking the spool 5 (see Figure 2 ).
[0047] like Figure 1As shown, the double-bearing reel 100 has a reel body 1 having a right side plate 1A and a left side plate 1B. The right side plate 1A and the left side plate 1B are formed by covering the left and right frames 11 (11A, 11B) with side covers 12A and 12B, respectively. A reel bracket 13 (see FIG. 1 ) is integrally formed on the reel body 1. Figure 2 ), the reel bracket 13 is located between the right side plate 1A and the left side plate 1B and is mounted on a fishing rod (not shown). In the present embodiment, the handle 2 for rotating the reel 5 is provided on the right side plate 1A. In the present embodiment, the outer surface of the left side plate 1B is referred to as the grip side portion 1a.
[0048] The spool shaft 5A is rotatably supported between the right frame 11A and the left frame 11B via a bearing. The spool 5 around which the fishing line is wound is integrally fixed to the spool shaft 5A. Furthermore, a thumb pad 14 on which a finger can be placed is provided between the right plate 1A and the left plate 1B on the upper side relative to the spool 5.
[0049] The frame 11 includes: a right side plate 1A, which is arranged on the handle 2 side (equivalent to the "first part" in the technical solution); a left side plate 1B, which is arranged on the side opposite to the right side plate 1A (equivalent to the "second part" in the technical solution); and a plurality of connecting parts 15, which connect the right side plate 1A and the left side plate 1B. The left side plate 1B has a circular opening 11a through which the reel 5 can pass. A shaft support part 53 is provided around the opening 11a, and the shaft support part 53 can be attached to and detached from the left side plate 1B of the frame 11.
[0050] The thumb pad 14 is formed to protrude outward from upper portions of the pair of left and right side plates 1A, 1B.
[0051] A rotation transmission mechanism, a drag mechanism, and a clutch control mechanism (not shown) for transmitting the rotation of the handle 2 to the spool 5 are provided between the right side plate 1A and the first side cover 12A.
[0052] The handle 2 is rotatably supported by the reel body 1. The spool 5 is rotatably disposed on the reel body 1 between the right side plate 1A and the left side plate 1B.
[0053] The spool 5 includes a winding portion 51 capable of winding a fishing line, and a cylindrical portion 52 integrally formed with the winding portion 51 and fixed to the spool shaft 5A. The spool shaft 5A is connected to the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 52 in a manner that allows for integral rotation. One end 5a of the spool shaft 5A is rotatably supported by a shaft support portion 53 described later via a bearing 54. The other end 5b of the spool shaft 5A is rotatably supported by the first side cover 12A via a bearing not shown.
[0054] The shaft support portion 53 rotatably supports one end 5a of the spool shaft 5A of the spool 5. A bearing 54 is provided at the center of the shaft support portion 53 to rotatably support one end 5a of the spool shaft 5A.
[0055] The brake unit 3 includes a second side cover 12B having a shaft support portion 53. The brake unit 3 includes a brake portion 30, a circuit board 31, adjustment mechanisms 32A and 32B for adjusting the braking force of the brake portion 30, a cover member 33, and a magnetic flux shielding member 34.
[0056] The braking part 30 has: a braking magnet 35, which is configured to be able to rotate integrally with the reel 5; and a plurality of coils 36, which are arranged in a cylindrical shape on the outer peripheral side of the braking magnet 35 with a predetermined gap, and are connected in series. The coil 36 is an example of a conductor. The braking magnet 35 is mounted on the reel shaft 5A in a manner that allows it to rotate integrally with the reel shaft 5A. In this embodiment, the braking magnet 35 is fixed to the reel shaft 5A by bonding. The braking magnet 35 is a cylindrical magnet. The plurality of coils 36 are mounted on the circuit substrate 31. Both ends of the plurality of coils 36 connected in series are electrically connected to the circuit substrate 31. In this embodiment, four coils 36 are provided. Each coil 36 is formed by bending in a circular arc shape, and the plurality of coils 36 are formed into a roughly cylindrical shape as a whole.
[0057] like Figure 3 As shown, the circuit substrate 31 is formed into a disk shape having a through hole 31c. The circuit substrate 31 is mounted on the outer peripheral side of the shaft support portion 53 on the surface opposite to the winding drum 5. The circuit substrate 31 has a first surface (front surface 31a) on which the coil 36 is mounted and a second surface (back surface 31b) opposite to the front surface 31a. The circuit substrate 31 is formed into a disk shape having a through hole 31c. The circuit substrate 31 is mounted on the outer peripheral side of the shaft support portion 53 on the surface opposite to the winding drum 5. Figure 2 The bolt member 37 shown is fixed to the left side cover 12B together with the shaft support portion 53 , the cover member 33 , and the magnetic flux shielding member 34 .
[0058] The cover member 33 is a stepped cylindrical member made of synthetic resin and is provided to insulate the circuit board 31 , the coil 36 , and the power components mounted on the circuit board 31 .
[0059] The magnetic flux shielding member 34 is, for example, a member made of an iron plate. At least a portion of the magnetic flux shielding member 34 is provided on the front surface 31a of the circuit board 31. The magnetic flux shielding member 34 is provided to shield the magnetic flux of the brake magnet 35.
[0060] Figure 4 It is a partially exploded perspective view of the communication mechanism 40 . Figure 5 yes Figure 4 A top view of an antenna substrate 43 of a communication mechanism 40 is shown.
[0061] like Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, a communication mechanism 40 is provided on the second side plate 1B side (grip side 1a side) inside the reel body 1. The communication mechanism 40 is used to communicate with the Figure 1 The communication mechanism 40 is provided with: a storage unit 42A, which is provided on the reel body 1 and stores setting information; an antenna unit 41 (equivalent to the "communication unit" in the technical solution), which is provided on the left side plate 1B and can communicate with the terminal device 70; and a control unit 42B, which enables the antenna unit 41 to communicate with the terminal device 70 and updates the setting information of the storage unit 42A when the antenna unit 41 and the terminal device 70 enter an area where short-range wireless communication is possible.
[0062] The communication mechanism 40 uses short-distance wireless communication such as NFC (Near Field Communication).
[0063] The terminal device 70 is a terminal used by a fisherman, that is, a user. The terminal device 70 may be, for example, a smart phone, a tablet terminal, or the like.
[0064] like Figure 4 As shown, the above-mentioned circuit substrate 31 includes a pair of circuit substrates 31A and 31B. The antenna unit 41 functions as a wireless communication antenna and is stacked in a manner sandwiched between the pair of circuit substrates 31A and 31B. The antenna unit 41 includes an antenna substrate 43 (43A, 43B), and the antenna substrate 43 (43A, 43B) is composed of a plurality of layers (here, 2 layers) forming a pattern coil 432. The antenna substrate 43 is a multi-layer antenna substrate on which a plurality of layers of pattern coils 432 are formed. That is, the antenna substrate 43 includes: a substrate body 431, which is in a thin plate shape and contains resin, etc.; and a pattern coil 432, which is printed on one side of the substrate body 431 (front side 43a).
[0065] It should be noted that the connection between the pattern coils 432 of the multilayer antenna substrate 43 or the connection between the pattern coils 432 and, for example, a tag IC provided on the antenna substrate 43 can be performed using a B to B (Board to Board) method or a pin method.
[0066] The antenna substrates 43A and 43B are each annularly configured and provided around the spool shaft 5A supported by the reel body 1 when viewed from the left and right direction. The substrate body 431 has a through hole having substantially the same diameter as the circuit substrate 31 and is coaxially stacked with the circuit substrates 31A and 31B.
[0067] The pattern coil 432 is an antenna element formed by printing a conductive material on the front surface 43 a of the antenna substrate 43 .
[0068] Thus, the antenna substrate 43 is disposed near the inner surface 12a of the left side cover 12B of the left side plate 1B. Figure 1 As shown, by bringing the terminal device 70 close to or in contact with the left side plate 1B, the distance between the terminal device 70 and the antenna unit 41 becomes a distance at which information communication can be performed, so that the two can perform information communication.
[0069] In addition, if Figure 4 As shown, a shielding sheet 46 (shielding portion) having radio wave shielding properties is attached to the antenna substrates 43A and 43B. Here, radio wave shielding properties refer to a portion with relatively low radio wave penetration relative to a portion having radio wave penetration properties. The shielding sheet 46 is arranged between the antenna substrate 43 and the circuit substrate 31. The shielding sheet 46 and the substrate body 431 of the antenna substrate 43 are substantially the same shape in a plan view and are formed in a circular ring shape.
[0070] The circuit board 31 of the communication mechanism 40 is equipped with a storage unit 42A and a control unit 42. The storage unit 42A includes, for example, a semiconductor memory, and stores programs and data for operation or calculation results of the control unit 42B.
[0071] The control unit 42B may include a transmission unit, for example. In this case, the control unit 42B can output the transmission data from the transmission unit to an output unit (not shown) provided in the reel body 1. The output unit is, for example, a display function unit such as a liquid crystal display that can be visually recognized by the angler, or a component such as a speaker that presents images, sounds, vibrations, etc. to the user of the dual-bearing reel 100.
[0072] Next, the operation of the dual-bearing reel 100 configured in this manner will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0073] The dual-bearing reel 100 of the present embodiment comprises: a reel body 1; a handle 2, which is arranged in the first part of the reel body 1; a storage unit 42A, which is arranged in the reel body 1 and stores setting information; an antenna unit 41, which is arranged in a second part different from the first part and can communicate with an external terminal device 70; and a control unit 42B, which enables the antenna unit 41 to communicate with the electronic device and update the setting information of the storage unit 42A when the antenna unit 41 and the terminal device 70 enter an area where short-range wireless communication is possible.
[0074] In the dual-bearing reel 100 of the present embodiment, by bringing a terminal device 70 such as a smartphone close to the left side plate 1B (the portion where the handle 2 is not provided) in which the antenna portion 41 is installed in the reel body 1 of the dual-bearing reel 100, short-range wireless communication is performed between the storage unit and the electronic device via the antenna portion 41, power supply can be received, and setting information stored in the storage unit can be updated.
[0075] In addition, in this embodiment, since the antenna part 41 is arranged on the gripping side not on the handle 2 side, namely the left side plate 1B, it is easy to bring the terminal device 70 close to the antenna part 41 arranged on the gripping side, thereby enabling more reliable short-range wireless communication.
[0076] In the present embodiment, the antenna portion 41 is configured in an annular shape and is provided around the spool shaft 5A supported by the reel body 1 .
[0077] Thus, as shown in this embodiment, the antenna unit 41 can be arranged using the space around the spool shaft 5A of the circuit board 31. That is, since the antenna unit 41 can be arranged on the circuit board 31, the thickness dimension of the dual-bearing reel 100 in the left-right direction can be reduced.
[0078] In this case, the antenna unit 41 can be arranged at a position avoiding the spool shaft support portion such as a bearing, and reliable communication can be performed while suppressing the protruding dimension to the grip side to a minimum.
[0079] In addition, in the present embodiment, the antenna portion 41 is an antenna substrate 43 on which a pattern coil 432 is formed, so the pattern coil 432 can be easily formed by, for example, printing a conductive paint on the substrate body 431. Therefore, there is an advantage that the antenna substrate 43 can be stacked on the circuit substrate 31, and the shape of the antenna formed by the pattern coil 432 can be made into a desired shape. In addition, in this case, the space efficiency of the antenna portion 41 arranged in the reel body 1 can be improved.
[0080] In addition, in the present embodiment, since the antenna substrate 43 is a multi-layer antenna substrate on which the multi-layer pattern coil 432 is formed, the inductance value can be increased.
[0081] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the shielding sheet 46 is disposed between the antenna section 41 and the storage section 42A.
[0082] Therefore, the influence of the storage unit 42A on the antenna unit 41 can be suppressed to be small, and the inductance value can be adjusted to be increased.
[0083] The dual-bearing reel 100 of the present embodiment configured as described above can provide the antenna unit 41 that can improve communication efficiency while suppressing an increase in the size of the reel.
[0084] Next, another embodiment of the fishing reel of the present invention will be described. It should be noted that the same reference numerals are given to components having the same functions as those of the first embodiment, and their descriptions are redundant, so detailed descriptions are omitted.
[0085] (Second Embodiment)
[0086] Figure 6 It is a perspective view showing the structure of a communication mechanism 40A of a dual-bearing reel 100A according to the second embodiment.
[0087] like Figure 6 As shown, the communication mechanism 40A of the second embodiment is configured such that an air-core coil 45 (communication unit) formed by winding an enameled wire multiple times is arranged on the front surface 31 a of the left side plate 1B side of the circuit board 31 .
[0088] The air-core coil 45 is wound into a ring shape along the circular through hole 31c on the front surface 31a of the circuit substrate 31. The air-core coil 45 is configured not to extend in the inner diameter direction of the through hole 31c of the circuit substrate 31. The cross-sectional diameter of the entire air-core coil 45 is, for example, 1.7 mm to 2.0 mm, and the number of turns wound into a ring shape is set to about 15 turns.
[0089] It should be noted that the winding method of the enameled wire in the air-core coil 45 can be a proper method such as normal winding or α winding.
[0090] Figure 7 It means in Figure 6 The communication mechanism 40A shown in FIG. 1 is provided with a shielding sheet 46 in an exploded perspective view. Figure 7 As shown, in the communication mechanism 40A of the present embodiment, a shield sheet 46 (shielding portion) is disposed between the air-core coil 45 and the storage portion 42A.
[0091] In the second embodiment, the air-core coil 45 can be easily assembled due to the simple structure of arranging the air-core coil 45 on the existing circuit board 31. This is an effective structure when there is space in the height direction (left-right direction) on the circuit board 31.
[0092] (First Modification)
[0093] Figure 8 It is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of a communication mechanism 40B according to a first modification.
[0094] Figure 8The communication mechanism 40B of the first modified example shown has a structure in which an air-core coil 47 (communication unit) made of enameled wire is wound around a thin bobbin 48. That is, the thin bobbin 48 including the air-core coil 47 is fixed to the front surface 31a of the circuit board 31.
[0095] In the communication mechanism 40B of the first modified example, by providing a notch, for example, in the circuit substrate 31, and positioning the winding start and winding end of the air-core coil 47 in the notch, the distance between the air-core coil 47 and the circuit substrate 31 can be kept constant. Therefore, the inductance value can be maintained constant, and the communication state of the communication mechanism 40B can be stabilized.
[0096] (Second Modification)
[0097] Fig. 9 It is a perspective view showing the structure of a communication mechanism 40C according to a second modification.
[0098] Fig. 9 The communication mechanism 40C of the second modified example shown is not an antenna extending in a circular shape all around the front surface 31a of the circuit board 31, but a small coil 49 (communication unit) with an increased number of turns is arranged in a portion of the circumference.
[0099] In the communication mechanism 40C of the second variation, since the area on the front surface 31 a of the circuit board 31 where the small coil 49 is arranged can be reduced, it is an effective structure when there is space in the height direction (left-right direction) on the circuit board 31 .
[0100] (Third Modification)
[0101] Fig.10 This is a cross-sectional view when the structure of a communication mechanism 40D according to a third modified example is viewed from the right side.
[0102] exist Fig.10 In the third variant shown, on the gripping side portion 1a (left side plate 1B) of the electric dual-bearing reel 100B (fishing reel) which is opposite to the handle 2, an antenna portion 41 (communication portion) of a communication mechanism 40D may be provided around the rotating shaft 81 of the uniform winding device 80 that reciprocates the fishing line guide portion and may be configured in a circular ring shape.
[0103] The uniform winding device 80 includes a fishing line guide 82 through which the fishing line S is inserted. The fishing line guide 82 is configured to reciprocate left and right by rotating the handle 2, and has the following function: the fishing line S is evenly wound around the spool 5 as the fishing line S is wound. The fishing line guide 82 is configured to be rotatably supported by the right side plate 1A and the left side plate 1B (see FIG. 1 ) via a bearing (not shown). Figure 1) and is driven reciprocatingly left and right by a rotationally driven drive shaft, namely a rotating shaft 81.
[0104] The antenna unit 41 is provided inside the left side plate 1B. The antenna unit 41 is formed of a circular antenna substrate 43 as in the first embodiment. The antenna substrate 43 has a substrate body 431 and a pattern coil 432 printed in a circular shape on the front surface 43a of the substrate body 431 along the through hole 43c.
[0105] In this case of the third variation, since the space on the extension line of the rotating shaft 81 of the uniform winding device 80 is used, the gripping property is not hindered.
[0106] The communication unit disposed around the rotating shaft 81 of the uniform winding device 80 is not limited to the antenna substrate 43 having the annular pattern coil 432 printed thereon as described above. For example, a communication unit including a small coil antenna having an increased number of annular turns may be configured.
[0107] The above describes the embodiments of the fishing reel of the present invention, but these embodiments are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The embodiments can be implemented in various other ways, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, the embodiments include, for example, a method that can be easily thought of by a person skilled in the art, a substantially identical method, and a method within an equivalent scope.
[0108] For example, the position of the communication unit such as the antenna unit 41 in the reel body 1 is not limited to the position of the left side plate 1B which is opposite to the handle 2 provided on the right side plate 1A as described above. In other words, the position of providing the communication unit may be the inner layer of the substrate, one side of the substrate, between the substrate and the housing (side plates 1A, 1B of the reel body 1), the housing itself, or the outside of the housing.
[0109] It should be noted that the shapes, sizes and other structures of the reel body 1, the spool 5, the handle 2, the brake unit 3 and the like may be changed as appropriate.
