Description

Optical isolation films, imaging equipment and automobiles

[0001] This invention claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on December 30, 2022, with application number 202223560020.3 and application name “Optical Isolation Film, Imaging Device and Automobile”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The present application relates to the technical field of optical elements, and in particular to an optical isolation film, an imaging device, and an automobile. Background Art

[0003] Head-up displays (HUDs) project information such as current speed and navigation onto an optoelectronic display device on the windshield, creating an image in front of the glass. This allows the driver to see navigation and speed information without turning or looking down. However, existing HUDs suffer from high sunlight energy transmission and high surface light reflection. This causes sunlight to converge and form a focal point, causing component overheating, failure, or burnout, as well as glare and ghosting, impacting the driving experience.

[0004] Summary of the Invention

[0005] The purpose of the present application is to provide an optical isolation film, an imaging device and an automobile to solve the problems of high sunlight energy transmittance and high surface light reflection in the HUD device in the above-mentioned prior art.

[0006] In a first aspect, the present application provides an optical isolation film, comprising:

[0007] at least one substrate layer;

[0008] The adhesive layer is attached to the base material layer, and a light absorbing layer is provided in the adhesive layer. The light absorbing layer is used to absorb light with a wavelength of 200 to 2500 nm.

[0009] In the present application, the adhesive layer can not only realize the bonding function and can be reliably combined with the substrate layer, but also absorb the corresponding type of light through the light absorption layer in the adhesive layer to realize the regulation of light transmittance, so that the optical isolation film can effectively reduce the white spots, heat accumulation, glare, ghosting and other problems caused by sunlight backflow in the optical path system. In addition, the light absorption layer can be set in the adhesive layer, so that the adhesive layer can have the bonding function while also having the light regulation function, thereby eliminating the need to set an additional absorption layer, which is conducive to reducing the overall thickness of the optical isolation film. For imaging devices using this optical isolation film, it can also reduce the need for precise matching of internal components and have a high degree of assembly freedom.

[0010] In one possible design, the light absorbing layer includes at least one of an ultraviolet light absorbing layer, an infrared light absorbing layer, a blue light absorbing layer, a green light absorbing layer, and a red light absorbing layer.

[0011] Among them, when the adhesive layer is actually manufactured, corresponding absorbents can be added to the adhesive layer material according to the type of light that needs to be mainly absorbed, so that a corresponding absorption layer for absorbing light of a specific wavelength is formed in the adhesive layer, thereby achieving absorption of light within a specific wavelength range and allowing light of other wavelengths to pass through, thereby realizing light regulation.

[0012] In one possible design, the substrate layer comprises two layers, namely a first substrate layer and a second substrate layer, and the adhesive layer is disposed between the first and second substrate layers. Placing the adhesive layer between the first and second substrate layers allows the adhesive layer to be protected by the two substrate layers.

[0013] In one possible design, a low-refractive coating is provided on the side of the second substrate layer away from the adhesive layer, with a refractive index of 1.40 to 1.50. The low-refractive coating can achieve low reflectivity requirements, reducing the reflectivity to as low as 1.0% to 5.0% on both sides of the optical isolation film, thereby eliminating ghosting, glare, and stray light issues.

[0014] In one possible design, a transition layer is provided between the low-refractive index coating and the second substrate layer. This transition layer can enhance the adhesion of the low-refractive index coating, allowing it to adhere reliably to the substrate layer, and also improve the substrate layer's abrasion resistance, hardness, weather resistance, and chemical resistance.

[0015] In a possible design, a high-refractive coating is provided on one side of the low-refractive coating, and the refractive index of the high-refractive coating is greater than 1.60.

[0016] The high-refractive index coating can be applied first to the substrate layer, followed by a low-refractive index coating, with the high-refractive index coating positioned between the low-refractive index coating and the substrate layer. Alternatively, the low-refractive index coating can be applied first to the substrate layer, followed by a high-refractive index coating, with the low-refractive index coating positioned between the high-refractive index coating and the substrate layer. Thus, by combining the high-refractive index coating and the low-refractive index coating, the optical isolation film can achieve a double-sided reflectivity of less than 1.0%, specifically 0.5% to 1.0%.

[0017] In a possible design, the thickness of the low-refractive coating and the high-refractive coating is 90-110 nm, which is conducive to the thinning of the optical isolation film.

[0018] In a possible design, an ink layer is provided between the adhesive layer and the substrate layer, and the ink layer is located at a circumferential edge of the substrate layer.

[0019] Among them, the ink layer can be set on the substrate layer through the silk screen printing process, and can be encapsulated between the substrate layers through the adhesive layer, which can isolate the influence of the environment such as air, water vapor, clean water, etc., to avoid problems such as hydrolysis, oxidation, powdering, cracking, and falling off of the ink layer, and meet the requirements of the ink layer being resistant to high temperature and high humidity and long-term light aging.

[0020] In a possible design, a surface coating is provided on the surface of the substrate layer.

[0021] Among them, the surface coating is a hard coating with hydrophobic properties, and is added with nano-inorganic microbeads and anti-UV additives. It can achieve high water drop angle, high wear resistance, and light aging resistance, meeting the daily needs of wiping and cleaning the interior of the car and chemical resistance.

[0022] In a possible design, the thickness of the adhesive layer is 40 to 60 μm, so that the overall thickness of the optical isolation film can be smaller, reaching 0.5 to 0.6 mm, which is conducive to achieving thinning of the optical isolation film.

[0023] In a possible design, the thickness of the substrate layer is 0.1 to 0.8 mm, which is conducive to the thin design of the optical isolation film.

[0024] In a possible design, the substrate layer is one or more of a polycarbonate material layer, a PC and PMMA blended material layer, a polymethyl methacrylate material layer, or a polyethylene terephthalate material layer.

[0025] In a possible design, the transition layer is an acrylic resin coating, thereby improving the adhesion of the low-refractive coating and ensuring reliable bonding between the low-refractive coating and the substrate layer.

[0026] The second aspect of the present application further provides an imaging device, which includes the optical isolation film provided in the first aspect of the present application. The imaging device including the optical isolation film has the same technical effects as the optical isolation film, which will not be described in detail here.

[0027] The third aspect of the present application further provides a car, which includes the imaging device provided in the second aspect of the present application.

[0028] It should be understood that the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are merely illustrative and are not restrictive of the present application. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0039] In order to better understand the technical solution of this application, the following embodiments of this application are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain this application and are not intended to limit this application.

[0040] In the description of this application, unless otherwise specified or limited, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be understood as indicating or implying relative importance; unless otherwise specified or explained, the term "plurality" refers to two or more; the terms "connected" and "fixed" should be understood in a broad sense. For example, "connected" can mean a fixed connection, a detachable connection, an integral connection, or an electrical connection; it can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium. For those skilled in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in this application can be understood according to the specific circumstances.

[0041] The Head Up Display (HUD) device can project information such as the current speed and navigation onto the photoelectric display device on the windshield, forming an image in front of the glass, so that the driver can see the navigation and speed information without turning or lowering his head. However, for existing HUD devices, when sunlight backflows into the scene, the sunlight will form a focus after passing through the translucent surface of the HUD device, causing internal components to heat up, malfunction or burn, and the concentrated sunlight will cause white spots, affecting the visual experience. In addition, sunlight will also have a high light reflection on the outer surface or inner surface of the translucent surface of the HUD device. For example, when the light reflection on the outer surface of the translucent surface is too high, it will cause severe glare; when the light reflection on the inner surface of the translucent surface is too high, light straying will occur, resulting in ghosting. Whether the outer surface or the inner surface of the translucent surface of the HUD device has too high light reflection, it is easy to cause visual fatigue and dizziness, affecting the experience.

[0042] The present application provides an optical isolation film that can be applied to an imaging device, which can be used in an automobile. Specifically, the imaging device can be a display or projection imaging device, and the specific application scenario may be a scenario that requires anti-sun backflow, anti-glare, or imaging ghosting. The display imaging device includes but is not limited to an in-vehicle head-up display device, and in-vehicle display devices for the main driver's seat, the front passenger seat, and the rear seat. The projection imaging device can be, but is not limited to, a projector, or can also be applied to locations such as the windshield, the window, and the rear window.

[0043] FIG1 is a schematic diagram of an optical isolation film provided in an embodiment of the present application applied to an in-vehicle head-up display device 800. Referring to FIG1 , in this embodiment, the application of the optical isolation film 500 in the in-vehicle head-up display device is taken as an example for description.

[0044] Figure 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an optical isolation film provided by an embodiment of the present application. Referring to Figure 2, the optical isolation film includes at least one substrate layer 1 and an adhesive layer 2. The adhesive layer 2 is attached to the substrate layer 1. A light absorption layer (not shown in the figure) is provided in the adhesive layer 2. The light absorption layer is used to absorb light with a wavelength of 200 to 2500 nm.

[0045] The substrate layer 1 and adhesive layer 2 are laminated and bonded to form an integrated optical film having a relatively low thickness of 0.3 to 1 mm. The optical isolation film can be applied integrally to the light-transmitting surface of a HUD device, or to other light-transmitting surfaces requiring protection against sunlight backflow, glare, or ghosting, such as automobile windshields and windows. Alternatively, it can be applied to the light-transmitting surface of a display or projection device. For ease of explanation, this embodiment uses a HUD device as an example.

[0046] In this embodiment, the light absorbing layer in the adhesive layer 2 can selectively absorb light with a wavelength in the range of 200 to 2500 nm. The light in this wavelength range can be infrared light, ultraviolet light, blue light, filtered light, red light, etc. The light absorbing layer can absorb one or more of these lights.

[0047] Therefore, the adhesive layer 2 can not only realize the bonding function and can be reliably combined with the substrate layer 1, but also absorb the corresponding type of light through the light absorption layer in the adhesive layer 2 to realize the regulation of light transmittance, so that the optical isolation film can effectively reduce the white spots, heat accumulation, glare, ghosting and other problems caused by sunlight backflow in the optical path system, and can meet the requirements of a good experience. In addition, the light absorption layer can be set in the adhesive layer 2, so that the adhesive layer 2 can have the bonding function while also having the light regulation function, thereby eliminating the need for an additional absorption layer, which is conducive to reducing the overall thickness of the optical isolation film. For imaging devices using this optical isolation film, it can also reduce the need for precise matching of internal components and increase the degree of freedom of assembly.

[0048] Optionally, the light-absorbing layer may include at least one of an ultraviolet light-absorbing layer, an infrared light-absorbing layer, a blue light-absorbing layer, a green light-absorbing layer, and a red light-absorbing layer. The ultraviolet light-absorbing layer can absorb ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 200-400 nm, the infrared light-absorbing layer can absorb infrared light with a wavelength of 700-2500 nm, the blue light-absorbing layer can absorb blue light with a wavelength of 400-480 nm, the green light-absorbing layer can absorb green light with a wavelength of 480-580 nm, and the red light-absorbing layer can absorb red light with a wavelength of 580-700 nm. During the actual manufacture of the adhesive layer 2, a corresponding absorbent can be added to the adhesive layer 2 material according to the type of light to be primarily absorbed, forming an absorption layer in the adhesive layer 2 that absorbs light of a specific wavelength. This allows absorption of light within a specific wavelength range while allowing light of other wavelengths to pass through, thereby achieving light control. For example, the light absorption layer may include only an infrared light absorption layer to absorb infrared light with a wavelength of 700 to 2500 nm, while allowing blue light with a wavelength of 400 to 480 nm to pass normally through the light-transmitting surface of the HUD device; for another example, the light absorption layer may include an infrared absorption layer, an ultraviolet absorption layer and a blue light absorption layer to absorb infrared light with a wavelength of 700 to 2500 nm, ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 200 to 400 nm, and blue light with a wavelength of 400 to 480 nm, while allowing green light with a wavelength of 480 to 580 nm and red light with a wavelength of 580 to 700 nm to pass normally through the light-transmitting surface of the HUD device.

[0049] Specifically, the adhesive material in adhesive layer 2 can be optically clear adhesive (OCA) or liquid optical clear resin (OCR). OCR adhesive is colorless and transparent after curing, with a light transmittance exceeding 98%, low curing shrinkage, and resistance to yellowing. OCA adhesive offers high cleanliness, high light transmittance, and low haze, while also exhibiting strong adhesion, ensuring a reliable bond between adhesive layer 2 and substrate layer 1.

[0050] In addition, the infrared light absorbing layer can use infrared light absorbing additives, such as cyanine dyes, phthalocyanines, quinone compounds, azo dyes, metal complexes, etc. These materials can reduce the transmittance of infrared light. Specifically, one of them can be used, or a combination of several of them can be used for processing. By adjusting the ratio of infrared light absorber to glue, the transmittance of infrared light can be adjusted, and the infrared light transmittance can be adjusted within the range of 0.1% to 95%. Among them, different materials have different light absorption capabilities. For example, the various materials used to manufacture the infrared light absorbing layer have different absorption capabilities for infrared light, and their transmittance capabilities for other types of light are also different. By configuring different materials, the transmittance of different types of light can be regulated, thereby reducing problems such as white spots, heat accumulation, glare, and ghosting caused by sunlight backflow.

[0051] Specifically, the red light absorbing layer can utilize a red light absorbing agent, such as a quinoline ring compound, to reduce red light transmittance. By adjusting the ratio of the red light absorbing agent to the adhesive, the red light transmittance can be adjusted within a range of 10% to 90%. The green light absorbing layer can utilize a green light absorbing agent, such as a dipyrromethene compound, to reduce green light transmittance. By adjusting the ratio of the green light absorbing agent to the adhesive, the green light transmittance can be adjusted within a range of 10% to 90%. The blue light absorbing layer can utilize a blue light absorbing agent, such as o-oxonaphthalene, to reduce blue light transmittance. By adjusting the ratio of the blue light absorbing agent to the adhesive, the red light transmittance can be adjusted within a range of 10% to 90%. The ultraviolet light absorbing layer can utilize an ultraviolet light absorbing agent, such as one or a combination of phenyl ketone, salicylate, and benzotriazole, to reduce ultraviolet light transmittance. By adjusting the ratio of the ultraviolet light absorbing agent to the adhesive, the ultraviolet light transmittance can be adjusted within a range of 0.1% to 95%.

[0052] In addition, the adhesive layer 2 can be mixed with materials of a single type of light absorption layer or materials of different types of light absorption layers, so that the color gamut, color appearance, haze and other indicators can be flexibly adjusted, and the reflectivity of the film can be effectively reduced.

[0053] Optionally, the material of substrate layer 1 can have low retardation, uniform retardation, or isotropy to achieve polarized imaging. Specifically, substrate layer 1 can be a polycarbonate (PC) material layer, a PC and PMMA blend layer, a polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) material layer, or a polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) material layer, or a composite layer thereof. Of course, substrate layer 1 can also be other polymer materials with low retardation, uniform retardation, or isotropy, enabling substrate layer 1 to achieve the properties of polarized imaging, high temperature resistance, high transmittance, and low warpage.

[0054] As a specific implementation method, Figure 3 is a structural schematic diagram of an optical isolation film provided by another embodiment of the present application. Referring to Figure 3, the substrate layer 1 is provided with two layers. For the sake of convenience of explanation, the two substrate layers can be defined in this embodiment as a first substrate layer 11 and a second substrate layer 12, and the adhesive layer 2 is provided between the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12.

[0055] The first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12 can be made of the same material, and both can be PC films with low or uniform retardation, to ensure polarized imaging, high temperature resistance, high transmittance, and low warpage. Furthermore, the adhesive layer 2 is positioned between the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12, providing protection for the adhesive layer 2.

[0056] In addition, in some other embodiments, the adhesive layer 2 can also be arranged on the outside of the first substrate layer 11 or the second substrate layer 12, rather than being arranged between the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12, and the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12 can be connected by ordinary adhesive.

[0057] As a specific implementation, Figure 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an optical isolation film 500 provided in another embodiment of the present application. Referring to Figure 4 , a low-refractive coating 3 is provided on the side of the second substrate layer 12 away from the adhesive layer 2. The refractive index of the low-refractive coating 3 is 1.40 to 1.50. The provision of the low-refractive coating 3 achieves the required low reflectivity, reducing the reflectivity to as low as 1.0% to 5.0% on both sides of the optical isolation film 500, thereby addressing issues such as ghosting, glare, and stray light.

[0058] In this embodiment, the "first" and "second" in the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12 are only for the convenience of explaining that the substrate layer includes two layers, and do not indicate the order. That is to say, when the optical isolation film 500 is actually manufactured, the low-refractive coating 3 can be arranged on the first substrate layer 11 or the second substrate layer 12.

[0059] The thickness of each substrate layer can be 0.1-0.8 mm, which is conducive to the thin design of the optical isolation film 500. The substrate layer can be a roll or a plate. When the substrate thickness is less than 0.375 mm, it can meet the requirements of the roll production process and the coating process of the low-refractive coating 3.

[0060] In addition, the low-refractive coating 3 needs to be coated on the substrate layer, but there will be problems with unreliable coating of the low-refractive coating 3 on the substrate layer, and the problem of local separation of the low-refractive coating 3 from the substrate layer is prone to occur. For this reason, Figure 5 is a structural schematic diagram of an optical isolation film 500 provided by another embodiment of the present application. Referring to Figure 5, in this embodiment, a transition layer 5 can be provided between the low-refractive coating 3 and the second substrate layer 12. On the one hand, it can increase the adhesion of the low-refractive index coating so that the low-refractive coating 3 can be reliably adhered to the substrate layer. On the other hand, it can also improve the wear resistance, hardness, weather resistance, and chemical resistance of the substrate layer.

[0061] Optionally, the transition layer 5 may be an acrylic resin coating, which can improve the adhesion of the low-refractive coating 3 and ensure reliable bonding between the low-refractive coating 3 and the substrate layer. Of course, the material of the transition layer 5 may also be other materials that can improve the adhesion of the low-refractive coating 3, and this embodiment does not limit this.

[0062] As a specific implementation method, Figure 6 is a structural schematic diagram of an optical isolation film 500 provided in another embodiment of the present application. Referring to Figure 6, a high-refractive coating 4 is provided on one side of the low-refractive coating 3, and the refractive index of the high-refractive coating 4 is greater than 1.60.

[0063] The high-refractive index coating 4 can be first applied to the substrate layer, and then the low-refractive index coating 3 can be applied on the high-refractive index coating 4, with the high-refractive index coating 4 positioned between the low-refractive index coating 3 and the substrate layer. Alternatively, the low-refractive index coating 3 can be first applied to the substrate layer, and then the high-refractive index coating 4 can be applied on the low-refractive index coating 3, with the low-refractive index coating 3 positioned between the high-refractive index coating 4 and the substrate layer. Thus, by combining the high-refractive index coating and the low-refractive index coating, the optical isolation film 500 can achieve a double-sided reflectivity of less than 1.0%, specifically 0.5% to 1.0%.

[0064] Of course, referring to FIG. 6 , a transition layer 5 may also be provided between the high-refractive coating 4 and the second substrate layer 12 to enhance the adhesion of the high-refractive coating 4 and ensure reliable bonding between the high-refractive coating 4 and the substrate layer.

[0065] As a specific implementation, the thickness of the low-refractive coating 3 and the high-refractive coating 4 is 90-110 nm, specifically 90 nm, 100 nm or 110 nm, which is conducive to thinning the optical isolation film 500 .

[0066] In addition, the thickness of the adhesive layer 2 can be 40 to 60 μm. Specifically, the thickness of the adhesive layer 2 can be 40 μm, 50 μm or 60 μm, and combined with the thickness of the substrate layer of 0.1 to 0.8 mm, the optical isolation film 500 can be made smaller as a whole, reaching 0.5 to 0.6 mm, which is conducive to achieving the thinning of the optical isolation film 500.

[0067] As a specific implementation, an ink layer 6 is disposed between the adhesive layer 2 and the substrate layer, and the ink layer 6 is located at the circumferential edge of the substrate layer. The ink layer 6 can be applied to the substrate layer using a silk-screen process and can be encapsulated between the substrate layers by the adhesive layer 2. This isolates the ink layer from environmental influences such as air, moisture, and clean water, preventing issues such as hydrolysis, oxidation, pulverization, cracking, and shedding of the ink layer 6. Furthermore, the ink layer 6 meets the requirements for high temperature, high humidity, and long-term light aging resistance.

[0068] As a specific implementation, FIG7 is a schematic structural diagram of an optical isolation film 500 provided in another embodiment of the present application. Referring to FIG7 , the surface of the substrate layer may be provided with a surface coating 7. This surface coating 7 is a hard coating with hydrophobic properties, and is added with nano-inorganic microbeads and anti-UV additives. It can achieve high water drop angle, high wear resistance, and light aging resistance, meeting the daily cleaning and chemical resistance requirements of vehicle interiors.

[0069] For example, referring to FIG. 7 , the optical isolation film 500 can be manufactured by the following steps in actual manufacturing:

[0070] Step S1: Select a roll PC film as the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12. The thickness of each substrate layer can be 0.25 mm.

[0071] Step S2 : coating a hydrophobic surface coating 7 on one side of the first substrate layer 11 .

[0072] Step S3: screen-printing an ink layer 6 on the other side of the first substrate layer 11. Since the edge of the first substrate layer 11 usually has adhesive backing, the ink layer 6 can cover the appearance of the adhesive backing to achieve appearance modification.

[0073] Step S4: coating a transition layer 5 on one side surface of the second substrate layer 12. The transition layer 5 may be made of acrylic resin material.

[0074] Step S5: coating a low-refractive coating 3 on the transition layer 5. The thickness of the low-refractive coating 3 may be 100 nm.

[0075] Step S6: preparing an adhesive film, and doping the adhesive film with absorbers of infrared light, visible light, and ultraviolet light.

[0076] Step S7 : coating the adhesive film on the side of the second substrate layer 12 facing away from the transition layer 5 to form an adhesive layer 2 . The thickness of the adhesive layer 2 may be 50 μm.

[0077] In step S8, the first substrate layer 11 and the second substrate layer 12 are welded and fixed via the adhesive layer 2 to form the optical isolation film 500, as shown in FIG7. The thickness of the optical isolation film 500 manufactured by the above method can reach 0.56 mm, making the optical isolation film 500 light and thin.

[0078] By incorporating a light-absorbing layer into the adhesive layer 2, the light transmittance can be adjusted. For example, the transmittance for light with a wavelength of 780-1600 nm can reach 46.6%, for light with a wavelength of 580-680 nm can reach 63.2%, for light with a wavelength of 480-580 nm can reach 60.7%, for light with a wavelength of 420-480 nm can reach 57.6%, for light with a wavelength of 300-380 nm can reach 0.05%, and for light with a wavelength of 420-680 nm can reach 2.7%.

[0079] The optical isolation film 500 provided in this embodiment can achieve full-band controllable absorption. 50% of the light intensity incident on the optical isolation film 500 can be converted into the expected intensity of infrared light, ultraviolet light and visible light. In the case of sunlight backflow, the light and heat concentration intensity can be reduced to 40%.

[0080] Furthermore, compared to conventional solutions that only include a PC film without an optical isolation film 500, the optical isolation film 500 in this embodiment can reduce the intensity of light and heat concentration by 80%. Compared to conventional solutions that use a polarizing film, the optical isolation film 500 in this embodiment can reduce the intensity of light and heat concentration by 33%. Thus, the optical isolation film 500 provided in this embodiment can reduce thermal effects and effectively alleviate the problem of heat concentration.

[0081] In a specific embodiment, referring to FIG1 , the imaging device is a vehicle-mounted head-up display device 800, or HUD device, which is installed in a vehicle and capable of imaging in front of the vehicle's windshield 400. FIG8 is a schematic diagram of the optical path of the imaging device provided by this application when used in a vehicle. Referring to FIG1 and FIG8 , the HUD device includes a first reflector 100, a second reflector 200, a diffuser 300, and a housing. The housing has a light-transmitting surface, and the optical isolation film 500 can be installed on the light-transmitting surface of the housing. Sunlight can sequentially pass through the windshield 400 and the optical isolation film 500 and enter the first reflector 100, wherein a light path a is formed between the windshield 400 and the optical isolation film 500, and a light path b is formed between the optical isolation film 500 and the first reflector 100; then the light reflected by the first reflector 100 enters the second reflector 200 and forms a light path c between the first reflector 100 and the second reflector 200; then the light reflected by the second reflector 200 enters the diffuser 300 and forms a light path d between the second reflector 200 and the diffuser 300; then the light passes through the diffuser 300 and enters the diffuser 300. The scattered light is incident on the second reflector 200 and forms an optical path e between the diffuser 300 and the second reflector 200; the light reflected by the second reflector 200 is incident on the first reflector 100 and forms an optical path f between the second reflector 200 and the first reflector 100; the light reflected by the first reflector 100 passes through the optical isolation film 500 and is incident on the windshield 400, and forms an optical path g between the first reflector 100 and the optical isolation film 500, and forms an optical path h between the optical isolation film 500 and the windshield 400; the light is then reflected by the windshield 400 and is incident on the eye 600.

[0082] Referring to Figure 8 , the majority of the light passing through the diffuser 300 is diffused, leaving only a small portion of the light re-entering the second reflector 200 and then reflecting off the first reflector 100 and windshield 400 before entering the eye 600. The light reflected from the first reflector 100 onto the windshield 400 forms white spots 700 on the windshield 400. However, if only a PC film is used on the HUD device, or a polarizing film is added thereto, the reduction in light intensity is very limited. In this embodiment, however, light transmittance can be regulated by an optical isolation film 500. The optical isolation film 500 absorbs light of corresponding wavelengths in optical path a, reducing the light intensity of optical path b by nearly 50% relative to the light intensity of optical path a after passing through the optical isolation film 500. This effectively reduces light intensity and alleviates the white spot phenomenon. Compared with the solution of only setting a PC film on the HUD device, this embodiment can achieve a 250% weakening of the white spot effect caused by sunlight backflow, and compared with the solution of using a polarizing film, this embodiment can achieve a 70% weakening of the white spot effect caused by sunlight backflow, thereby effectively reducing the white spot phenomenon.

Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that various modifications and variations are possible. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, or improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present application shall be included within the scope of protection of the present application.
