Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to an endoscope system for inspecting and treating organs, and in particular to an endoscope system with analysis and treatment functions for inspecting and treating organs and other body structures. Background Art
[0002] Urinary tract stones are common and frequently occurring diseases. They have been recorded as early as in ancient times. Chinese medicine calls them "stone stranguria" or "sand stranguria". This disease is closely related to the environment, systemic diseases and other diseases of the urinary system, and the mechanism of stone formation has not been fully elucidated. With the improvement of people's living standards and changes in dietary structure, the incidence of upper urinary tract stones has increased significantly, while that of lower urinary tract stones has decreased. Bladder and urethral stones belong to lower urinary tract stones, most of which are caused by secondary factors. Primary bladder stones are rare and are generally more common in children. This is related to malnutrition and low-protein diet after weaning. Secondary bladder stones are more common in elderly men. Common causes include upper urinary tract stones discharged into the bladder, lower urinary tract obstruction causing urine retention, infection, foreign bodies, etc. Urethral stones are rare. Most of them are caused by stones from the kidneys and bladder passing through the urethra or embedded in the urethra. There are also a few primary urethral stones that occur in urethral stenosis, foreign bodies or diverticula that open into the urethra.
[0003] The use of endoscopes in the medical field usually involves inserting a slender insertion part (tube) into the patient's body, which can directly observe the patient's internal organs and expand the surgical field of view. The outstanding features of using endoscopes are that the surgical incisions are generally small, and the incision scars are not obvious, the postoperative reactions are mild, the bleeding, bruising and swelling time can be greatly reduced, and the postoperative recovery is much faster than traditional surgery. [0031] The following is a description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application, including various details of the embodiments of the present application to facilitate understanding, which should be considered as merely exemplary. Therefore, it should be recognized by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes and modifications can be made to the embodiments described herein without departing from the scope and spirit of the present application. Similarly, for clarity and conciseness, the description of well-known functions and structures is omitted in the following description.
[0032] In this specification, the endoscope system refers to a medical endoscope system, which is a comprehensive device with an image sensor, an optical lens, a light source, and a mechanical device. It can enter the stomach through the mouth, enter the body through other natural channels, or enter the human body through a small incision during surgery. The endoscopic image display system combines the endoscope, display system, and computer workstation into one. The endoscopic image is input into the computer for digital processing through the signal of the imaging system, and the image is displayed in real time. The image can be frozen, collected, stored, and built-in professional medical vocabulary to facilitate the preparation of cases and quickly produce illustrated inspection reports.
[0033] In this specification, infrared light, also known as infrared radiation, is an electromagnetic wave with a wavelength between visible light and microwaves, ranging from 0.76 to 1000 microns in the infrared band, and is invisible light with a lower frequency than red light. Modern physics calls it black body radiation, and medical infrared can be divided into two categories, namely near infrared and far infrared. Infrared has a thermal effect, which can cause most molecules to resonate and convert light energy into molecular internal energy.
[0034] In this manual, laser refers to light emitted by atoms under stimulation, hence the name "laser". When the electrons in the atoms absorb energy and transition from a low energy level to a high energy level, and then fall back from a high energy level to a low energy level, the released energy is released in the form of photons.
[0035] In this manual, CCD chip is a charge-coupled device image sensor CCD chip, which is made of a highly sensitive semiconductor material and can convert light into electric charge, which is converted into digital signals through an analog-to-digital converter chip. The digital signals are compressed and stored in the flash memory or built-in hard disk card inside the camera, so that the data can be easily transmitted to the computer; when the CCD surface is exposed to light, each photosensitive unit will reflect the charge on the component, and the signals generated by all photosensitive units are added together to form a complete picture. CMOS chip is a relatively low-cost photosensitive element in the field of digital imaging.
