Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This application relates to the field of inflatable products, and more particularly to an inflatable product including an internal tensioning structure. Background Art
[0002] With advancements in materials and technology, and increasing societal demands, people are increasingly using various portable devices in diverse settings, such as moving devices from indoor to outdoor use. Inflatable products, as a prime example, are widely used in leisure, entertainment, and sports due to their lightweight nature and ease of packaging and storage.
[0003] Based on the stress design of the internal structure, most inflatable products achieve a preset final shape after inflation under the combined action of internal air pressure and internal tension. For example, the inflation chamber of an inflatable product is equipped with a tensioning member, which is connected to the inner wall of the inflation chamber, so that the inflatable product takes on the desired shape after inflation.
[0004] As the variety of inflatable products increases, people's demands for their use are also rising. Some inflatable products require high air pressure in their inflation chambers to meet usage requirements. Therefore, the connection between the tensioning component and the inner wall of the inflation chamber must be highly reliable, and the tensioning component itself should also have high tensile strength.
[0005] In existing technologies, inflatable products are often assembled from various sheet materials using high-frequency welding. Therefore, the surface materials and internal tensioning components of these products generally use sheet-like elastic chemical materials that can be high-frequency welded. PVC, as a widely used chemical material, has been applied to the vast majority of inflatable products. However, under high internal pressure, due to the creep behavior of the material, the sheet-like internal tensioning components made of PVC will deform when the inflatable product is subjected to high internal pressure (especially at high ambient temperatures). This causes deformation of the inflatable product's shape, affecting its usability. Furthermore, after the product is discarded, PVC is difficult to degrade, putting pressure on the natural environment.
[0006] In existing technologies, technicians sometimes use laminated structural materials as internal tensioning components. For example, a layer of fabric is placed between two layers of PVC film and laminated to create a laminated material. This alters the creep characteristics of the internal tensioning component made of the laminated material, improving the product's resistance to deformation. However, this process still results in some deformation after the product is inflated, and requires more PVC material, increasing material costs. Furthermore, the increased PVC material leads to greater environmental degradation pressure after the product is discarded.
[0007] Technicians are looking to use more environmentally friendly materials to manufacture internal tensioning components, such as multiple parallel threads or fabrics to form the internal tensioning component, which is then securely attached to the inner wall of the inflatable product. For example, US2022 / 0117405A1 discloses an internal tensioning component using a spiral structure for an inflatable mattress. See [link to relevant documentation]. Figure 1 The air mattress 10 includes an upper wall 11, a lower wall 12, side walls 13, and multiple internal tensioning members 20 connecting the upper wall 11 and the lower wall 12. The upper wall 11, lower wall 12, and side walls 13 form an inflation cavity. The internal tensioning members 20 include multiple parallel lines 23 and multiple fixing strips 21 and 22. The multiple internal tensioning members 20 restrict the shape of the air mattress 10 after inflation, allowing the user to use the mattress comfortably. However, this technical solution requires manufacturers to first produce the internal tensioning members and then fix them to the upper wall 11 and lower wall 12 of the air mattress. This means that manufacturers need to perform two separate production processes, limiting production efficiency.
[0008] Those skilled in the art are dedicated to developing an inflatable product technology that improves production efficiency while maintaining the tensile strength of the internal tension structure of the inflatable product, reduces production costs, and minimizes the use of non-degradable materials, thereby improving the natural environment. Summary of the Invention
[0009] The purpose of this application is to overcome the shortcomings of existing technologies, such as complex product structure and low production efficiency, and to provide an inflatable product using an internal tensioning structure.

The inflatable chamber defines a first direction parallel to the first inflatable wall and a second direction perpendicular to the first inflatable wall. The inflatable product further comprises: a plurality of parallel lines extending generally along the first direction; a plurality of first fixing strips intersecting the plurality of parallel lines and fixing the plurality of parallel lines to the first inflatable wall; and a plurality of second fixing strips intersecting the plurality of parallel lines and fixing the plurality of parallel lines to the second inflatable wall.
[0011] Preferably, the plurality of parallel lines are clamped and fixed between the first fixing strip and the first inflatable wall; the plurality of parallel lines are clamped and fixed between the second fixing strip and the second inflatable wall.
[0012] Preferably, the plurality of first fixing strips include a plurality of pairs of first fixing strips, and the plurality of second fixing strips include a plurality of pairs of second fixing strips, wherein the plurality of pairs of first fixing strips and the plurality of pairs of second fixing strips alternately fix the plurality of parallel lines to the first inflatable wall and the second inflatable wall.
[0013] Preferably, the spacing between the two first fixing bars in one pair of the plurality of first fixing bars is equal to the spacing between the two first fixing bars in an adjacent pair of first fixing bars; the spacing between the two second fixing bars in one pair of the plurality of second fixing bars is equal to the spacing between the two second fixing bars in an adjacent pair of second fixing bars.
[0014] Preferably, the line segment of one of the multiple parallel lines between one of the multiple pairs of first fixing strips on the first inflatable wall and the corresponding second fixing strip on the second inflatable wall in the second direction is perpendicular to both the first and second inflatable walls. This solution optimizes the stress distribution of the internal tensioning structure of the inflatable product and simplifies the manufacturing process.
[0015] Preferably, the distance between two first fixing bars in one pair of the plurality of pairs of first fixing bars on the first inflatable wall is greater than the distance between two adjacent second fixing bars on the corresponding second inflatable wall in the second direction.
[0016] Preferably, the spacing between two of the pairs of second fixing strips on the second inflatable wall is greater than the spacing between two adjacent first fixing strips on the corresponding first inflatable wall in the second direction.
[0017] Preferably, the plurality of first fixing strips and second fixing strips alternately fix the plurality of parallel lines to the first inflatable wall and the second inflatable wall.
[0018] Preferably, the length of one of the multiple parallel lines is equal to the length of the line segment between one of the multiple first fixing strips and the two second fixing strips on the corresponding second inflatable wall. This solution optimizes the stress distribution of the internal tensioning structure of the inflatable product and simplifies the manufacturing process.
[0019] Preferably, the length of the line segment of one of the plurality of parallel lines between one of the plurality of first fixing strips and the two second fixing strips on the corresponding second inflatable wall is not equal.

[0021] According to a second aspect of this application, an inflatable product is disclosed, comprising a first inflatable wall and a second inflatable wall disposed opposite to the first inflatable wall. The first and second inflatable walls define an inflatable chamber after the inflatable product is inflated. The inflatable chamber defines a first direction parallel to the first inflatable wall and a second direction perpendicular to the first inflatable wall. The inflatable product further comprises: a plurality of parallel lines extending generally along the first direction; a plurality of first fixing strips intersecting the plurality of parallel lines and fixing the plurality of parallel lines to the first inflatable wall; a plurality of second fixing strips intersecting the plurality of parallel lines and fixing the plurality of parallel lines to the second inflatable wall; the plurality of first fixing strips and the plurality of second fixing strips spanning the overall width of the plurality of parallel lines.
[0022] Preferably, the plurality of first fixing strips includes a plurality of pairs of first fixing strips, and the plurality of second fixing strips includes a plurality of pairs of second fixing strips, wherein the plurality of pairs of first fixing strips and the plurality of pairs of second fixing strips alternately clamp the plurality of parallel lines to the first inflatable wall and the second inflatable wall.
[0023] Preferably, when the inflatable product is inflated, the segment of one of the multiple parallel lines between the first and second inflatable walls is perpendicular to both walls. This design optimizes the stress distribution on the internal tensioning structure of the inflatable product and simplifies the manufacturing process.

[0063] In the description of this application, the "inflatable product" includes at least one inflatable chamber for inflation. When the pressure of the gas (e.g., air) in the inflatable chamber reaches a desired value, the inflatable product is in an inflated state and maintains a certain shape. When the gas in the inflatable chamber of the inflatable product is expelled, the inflatable product is in a deflated state, and the volume of the inflatable product is greatly reduced compared to when it is inflated, thereby facilitating the storage of the inflatable product.
[0064] In this specification, the terms “first,” “second,” and “third” are not used to specify the order of events or the number of components, unless otherwise stated.
[0065] Figure 2 and Figure 3 A schematic structure of an inflatable mattress is shown according to one embodiment of this application. The inflatable mattress 100 includes an upper wall 110 (also referred to as a first inflatable wall), a lower wall 120 (also referred to as a second inflatable wall), side walls 130, and an internal tensioning structure 140 connecting the upper wall 110 and the lower wall 120. In the inflated state, the upper wall 110 and the lower wall 120 are arranged substantially parallel to each other and form an inflatable chamber of the inflatable mattress with the side wall 130. An upper side tensioning member 112 connects the upper wall 110 and the side wall 130; a lower side tensioning member 122 connects the lower wall 120 and the side wall 130 to optimize the shape of the inflated mattress.
[0066] The internal tensioning structure 140 includes multiple parallel lines 144. These multiple parallel lines 144 generally run along the length of the air mattress 100. Figure 2 Extending in the direction shown in the X direction, the length direction of the inflatable mattress 100 can also be referred to as the first direction. These multiple parallel lines 144 are equally spaced and are parallel or approximately parallel in space. Multiple parallel upper fixing strips 142 are perpendicular to the multiple parallel lines 144, contacting the parallel lines 144 from bottom to top and fixed to the upper wall 110 by welding, forming a weld 148. Thus, the parallel lines 144 are fixedly arranged at intervals between the upper fixing strips 142 and the upper wall 110. Multiple parallel lower fixing strips 146 are perpendicular to the multiple parallel lines 144, contacting the parallel lines 144 from top to bottom and fixed to the lower wall 120, also forming a weld 148. Thus, the parallel lines 144 are fixedly arranged at intervals between the lower fixing strips 146 and the lower wall 120. The length A2 of each upper fixing strip 142 (e.g., ...) Figure 4 (as shown) and the length A3 of the lower fixing strip 146 (as shown) Figure 4 As shown) are all greater than multiple parallel lines 144 in the width direction of the air mattress 100 ( Figure 4 The arrangement width A1 on the Y direction (as shown in the figure) is (e.g.) Figure 4(As shown), so that each parallel line 144 is fixed. The width direction of the air mattress 100 can also be referred to as the second direction.
[0067] Those skilled in the art will understand that, in other alternative embodiments, the plurality of parallel lines 144 may be arranged along the width direction of the air mattress 100 as needed for the product. Figure 2 (as shown in the Y direction) or diagonal direction ( Figure 2 (As shown in the V-direction) The parallel lines 144 extend in a direction that forms a set angle with the length or width of the air mattress 100. That is, the parallel lines 144 generally extend along the length, width, or diagonal of the air mattress 100, or extend in a direction that forms a set angle with the length or width of the air mattress 100.
[0068] Alternatively, the above-mentioned multiple parallel lines 144 may be spaced unequally apart. For example, the intervals between any two adjacent parallel lines 144 may be unequal, or the intervals between some two adjacent parallel lines 144 may be equal, while the intervals between some two adjacent parallel lines 144 may be unequal.
[0069] Alternatively, the length of one upper fixing strip 142 and the corresponding length of the lower fixing strip 146 in the vertical direction can be greater than the width of a portion of the multiple parallel lines 144 arranged in the width direction of the air mattress 100, rather than the width of all the parallel lines 144 arranged. This depends on whether the designer has specific restrictions on the product shape.
[0070] In addition, the multiple lines in the internal tensioning structure 140 may include multiple non-parallel lines in certain sections (e.g., between a pair of upper fixing bars 142 or a pair of lower fixing bars).
[0071] Alternatively, adjacent upper fixing strips 142 among the multiple upper fixing strips 142 may not be parallel. For example, any two adjacent upper fixing strips 142 may not be parallel, or some two adjacent upper fixing strips 142 may be parallel, while some two adjacent upper fixing strips 142 may not be parallel. Adjacent lower fixing strips 146 among the multiple lower fixing strips 146 may also not be parallel. For example, any two adjacent lower fixing strips 146 may not be parallel, or some two adjacent upper fixing strips 146 may be parallel, while some two adjacent upper fixing strips 146 may not be parallel.
[0072] In this embodiment, both the upper fixing strip 142 and the lower fixing strip 146 are straight strips. However, in other embodiments, the upper fixing strip 142 and the lower fixing strip 146 may also be other shapes, such as wavy shapes.
[0073] In this embodiment, the multiple upper fixing strips 142 include multiple pairs of upper fixing strips 300; the multiple lower fixing strips 146 include multiple pairs of lower fixing strips 301. The multiple pairs of upper fixing strips 300 and multiple pairs of lower fixing strips 301 alternately fix the parallel lines 144 to the upper wall 110 and the lower wall 120. Thus, when the air mattress is inflated, the segment of the multiple parallel lines 144 between the upper fixing strip 142 of the upper wall 110 and the corresponding lower fixing strip 146 of the lower wall 120 bears the tension from the corresponding positions of the upper wall 110 and the lower wall 120, thereby making the distance between the upper wall 110 and the lower wall 120 reach a preset length, so that the air mattress forms a predetermined height after inflation.
[0074] Optionally, multiple pairs of lower fixing strips 301 are provided with a single lower fixing strip (not shown) on both sides of the mattress along its length. These two lower fixing strips are respectively connected to the beginning and end of each parallel line 144. This can further prevent the line 144 from being pulled out from between the fixing strip and the upper wall (or lower wall) due to excessive tension.
[0075] Figure 4 According to one embodiment of this application, an internal tensioning structure 140 of an air mattress is shown. In this embodiment, a plurality of parallel upper fixing strips 142 are spaced substantially equally; a plurality of parallel lower fixing strips 146 are spaced substantially equally. The plurality of upper fixing strips 142 include a plurality of pairs of upper fixing strips 300; the plurality of lower fixing strips 146 include a plurality of pairs of lower fixing strips 301. The plurality of pairs of upper fixing strips 300 and the plurality of pairs of lower fixing strips 301 alternately fix the parallel lines 144 to the upper wall 110 and the lower wall 120. Multiple parallel lines 144 form multiple line segments 141 between each pair of upper fixing bars 300, and the upper wall 110 and multiple upper fixing bars 142 together clamp the multiple line segments 141; multiple parallel lines 144 form multiple line segments 143 between each pair of lower fixing bars 301, and the lower wall 120 and multiple lower fixing bars 146 together clamp the multiple line segments 143; multiple parallel lines 144 form multiple line segments 145 between an upper fixing bar 142 and a vertically corresponding lower fixing bar 146.
[0076] Multiple upper fixing strips 142 and multiple lower fixing strips 146 are in the vertical direction ( Figure 4 As shown in the Z-direction, multiple line segments 145 form a corresponding relationship. That is, the two ends of the vertical line segment 145 correspond to an upper fixed strip 142 and a lower fixed strip 146, respectively.
[0077] Multiple parallel lines 144 have equal length segments 145 between an upper fixing strip 142 and a corresponding lower fixing strip 146. Segments 141 of the multiple parallel lines 144 between each pair of upper fixing strips 300 are perpendicular to the upper fixing strip 142; segments 143 of the multiple parallel lines 144 between each pair of lower fixing strips 301 are perpendicular to the lower fixing strip 146; segments 145 of the multiple parallel lines 144 between an upper fixing strip 142 and a corresponding lower fixing strip 146 are perpendicular to both the upper fixing strip 142 and the lower fixing strip 146. Segments 141 and 143 of the multiple parallel lines 144 between adjacent pairs of upper fixing strips 300 and adjacent pairs of lower fixing strips 301 are of the same length. Those skilled in the art will understand that in other embodiments, segments 145 of the multiple parallel lines 144 between an upper fixing strip 142 and a corresponding lower fixing strip 146 can be of different lengths to allow the outer wall of the inflatable product to exhibit various curved surfaces according to the product design.
[0078] Understandably, these multiple parallel lines 144 can be considered as a continuous sheet of material. The upper and lower fixing strips alternately fix this sheet of material to the upper wall 110 and the lower wall 120. In this way, the portion of the sheet of material between an upper fixing strip and a corresponding lower fixing strip performs the function of limiting the distance between the upper and lower walls.
[0079] For the purpose of clear explanation, Figures 2 to 4 The parallel lines behind the 3D image have been hidden, and only the lines that are easy for the reader to see are shown, so as to avoid too many lines affecting the reader's understanding.
[0080] Figure 5 A cross-sectional view of an inflatable mattress is shown according to one embodiment of this application. In this embodiment, multiple upper fixing strips are equally spaced (e.g., B1 = B2). Multiple lower fixing strips are equally spaced (e.g., B3 = B4). Each pair of upper fixing strips 302 includes fixing strip 151 and fixing strip 152, and each pair of lower fixing strips 303 includes fixing strip 155 and fixing strip 156. The multiple pairs of upper fixing strips 302 and multiple pairs of lower fixing strips 303 alternately fix a continuous line 154 to the upper inflatable wall 110 and the lower inflatable wall 120. The line 154 forms multiple line segments 154a between each pair of upper fixing strips 302, and multiple line segments 154b between each pair of lower fixing strips 303.
[0081] The length of line segment 154a of line 154 between fixing bars 151 and 152 in a pair of upper fixing bars 302 is equal to the length of line segment 154b between fixing bars 155 and 156 in a pair of lower fixing bars 303 (e.g., B2 = B3). The length of line segment 154a of line 154 between fixing bars 151 and 152 in a pair of upper fixing bars 302 is equal to the distance between the two corresponding lower fixing bars in the vertical direction (e.g., B2 = B4). In other words, the adjacent upper fixing bars 151 and 152 are equal to the vertically corresponding adjacent lower fixing bars 155 and 156 in the pair of upper fixing bars 302. Figure 5 The cross-sectional view shown has four vertices forming a rectangle.
[0082] Figure 6 A cross-sectional view of an inflatable mattress is shown according to another embodiment of this application. In this embodiment, each pair of upper fixing bars 304 includes fixing bars 161 and 162, and each pair of lower fixing bars 305 includes fixing bars 165 and 166. Multiple pairs of upper fixing bars 304 and multiple pairs of lower fixing bars 305 alternately secure a continuous line 164 to the upper inflatable wall 110 and the lower inflatable wall 120.
[0083] The distance C1 between the upper fixing bars 161 and 162 of each pair of upper fixing bars 304 is greater than the distance C2 between the pair of upper fixing bars 304 and the adjacent pair of upper fixing bars 304. The distance C3 between the fixing bars 165 and 166 of each pair of lower fixing bars 305 is greater than the distance C4 between the pair of lower fixing bars 305 and the adjacent pair of lower fixing bars 305. Thus, the line segment 164a of line 164 between an upper fixing bar and its vertically corresponding lower fixing bar is no longer perpendicular to the upper wall 110 and the lower wall 120, but forms an angle. In other words, the adjacent upper fixing bars 161 and 162 are perpendicular to the vertically corresponding adjacent lower fixing bars 165 and 166. Figure 6 The cross-sectional view shown has four vertices forming a trapezoid.
[0084] Figure 7A cross-sectional view of an inflatable mattress is shown according to another embodiment of this application. In this embodiment, the spacing between any two adjacent upper fixing bars 172 is equal (e.g., D1 = D2), and the spacing between any two adjacent lower fixing bars 176 is equal (e.g., D3 = D4). The upper fixing bars 172 and lower fixing bars 176 alternately fix a continuous line 174 to the upper inflatable wall 110 and the lower inflatable wall 120. The line 174 of the upper inflatable wall 110 has equal lengths of line segments 174a and 174b between the upper fixing bar 172 and the corresponding two adjacent lower fixing bars 176 of the lower inflatable wall 120. In other words, the upper fixing bar 172 and the corresponding two adjacent lower fixing bars 176 form the three vertices of an isosceles triangle. In this embodiment, the pressure from the line 174 on both sides of each upper fixing bar 172 or lower fixing bar 176 is symmetrical.
[0085] Figure 8 A cross-sectional view of an inflatable mattress is shown according to another embodiment of this application. In this embodiment, the spacing between any two adjacent upper fixing bars 182 is equal (e.g., E1 = E2), and the spacing between any two adjacent lower fixing bars 186 is equal (e.g., E3 = E4). The upper fixing bars 182 and lower fixing bars 186 alternately fix a continuous line 184 to the upper inflatable wall 110 and the lower inflatable wall 120. The lengths of line segments 186a and 186b of the line 184 between the upper fixing bar 182 and its corresponding two lower fixing bars 186 are unequal. In other words, the upper fixing bar 182 and the corresponding two lower fixing bars 186 form the three vertices of an isosceles triangle. In this embodiment, the pressure of the line 184 on both ends of each upper fixing bar 182 or lower fixing bar 186 is asymmetrical.
[0086] Figure 9 According to another embodiment of this application, an internal tensioning structure 140 of an air mattress is shown. In this embodiment, the plurality of upper fixing bars 142 include a plurality of pairs of upper fixing bars 308, and the plurality of lower fixing bars 146 include a plurality of pairs of lower fixing bars 309. Optionally, the spacing between the two upper fixing bars 142 in each pair of upper fixing bars 308 is equal, for example, the length of these spacings is all set to F1 (e.g., Figure 9 (As shown); the spacing between the two lower fixing bars 146 in each pair of lower fixing bars 309 is also equal, for example, the length of these spacings is all set to F2 (as shown). Figure 9(As shown). Each of the multiple parallel lines 144 has a segment 144a between an upper fixing bar 142 and a vertically corresponding lower fixing bar 146, and each segment 144a is set to the same length. Each of the multiple parallel lines 144 has multiple segments 144b between each pair of upper fixing bars 308, each segment 144b not perpendicular to the upper fixing bar 142, but forming an angle with the upper fixing bar 142. Each of the multiple parallel lines 144 has multiple segments 144c between each pair of lower fixing bars 309, each segment 144c not perpendicular to the lower fixing bar 146, but forming an angle with the lower fixing bar 146. Thus, when the fixing bars of an inflatable product are irregularly arranged in the upper or lower wall, this embodiment can, to a certain extent, meet the special requirements of the inflatable product for the internal tensioning structure.
[0087] In summary, the upper fixing strip 142 may be perpendicular to or not perpendicular to the plurality of parallel line segments 144b and / or 144c; the lower fixing strip 146 may be perpendicular to or not perpendicular to the plurality of parallel line segments 144b and / or 144c. In other words, the upper fixing strip 142 and the lower fixing strip 146 intersect the plurality of parallel lines 144 at any angle. Optionally, the lengths of the line segments 144b between a pair of upper fixing strips 308 and the line segments 144c between a pair of lower fixing strips 309 of the plurality of parallel lines 144 are the same.
[0088] Those skilled in the art will understand that, in other embodiments, multiple parallel lines 144 are defined between an upper fixing strip 142 and a corresponding lower fixing strip 146. The multiple line segments 144a may have different lengths so that the outer wall of the inflatable product presents a different curved surface according to the product design.
[0089] Figures 10 to 12 A schematic structure of an inflatable water tank is shown according to one embodiment of this application. In this embodiment, the inflatable water tank 200 includes an outer wall 210, an inner wall 220, an upper wall 230, and a lower wall 240. The upper wall 230 is annular, and its inner and outer edges are high-frequency welded to the upper ends of the inner wall 220 and the outer wall 210, respectively. The lower wall 240 is circular, and its outer edge is high-frequency welded to the lower end of the outer wall 210, while its inner annular position is high-frequency welded to the lower end of the inner wall 220. Thus, the outer wall 210, the inner wall 220, the upper wall 230, and the lower wall 240 form the cavity of the inflatable water tank.
[0090] The internal tensioning structure 250 includes multiple spatially parallel lines 254. These parallel lines 254 generally run along the circumference of the inflatable pool 200. Figure 10Extending in the direction of R (as shown in the middle). These multiple parallel lines 254 are equally spaced and are parallel or approximately parallel in space. Multiple parallel outer fixing strips 252 are arranged perpendicularly to the multiple parallel lines 254, contacting the parallel lines 254 from the inside out and fixing them to the outer wall 210 by high-frequency welding to form welds 258. In this way, the parallel lines 254 are fixedly arranged between the outer fixing strips 252 and the outer wall 210 at intervals. Multiple parallel inner fixing strips 256 are arranged perpendicularly to the multiple parallel lines 254, contacting the parallel lines 254 from the outside in and fixing them to the inner wall 220 by high-frequency welding to form welds 258. In this way, the parallel lines 254 are also fixedly arranged between the inner fixing strips 256 and the inner wall 220 at intervals. The length of each outer fixing strip 252 and inner fixing strip 256 is greater than the arrangement height of the multiple parallel lines 254 in the height direction of the inflatable water tank 200 (i.e., the height of the internal tensioning structure 250) to ensure that each parallel line 254 is fixed.
[0091] In this embodiment, multiple outer fixing strips and multiple inner fixing strips alternately fix the parallel lines 254 to the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220. Thus, when the inflatable pool is inflated, the portion of the multiple parallel lines 254 between an outer fixing strip 252 and a corresponding inner fixing strip 256 bears the tension between corresponding positions on the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220, thereby achieving a preset distance between the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220, and forming the inflatable pool into a predetermined shape.
[0092] Figure 13 According to one embodiment of this application, an internal tensioning structure 250 of an inflatable water tank is shown. In this embodiment, multiple outer fixing strips 252 are configured as multiple pairs of outer fixing strips 306; multiple inner fixing strips 256 are configured as multiple pairs of inner fixing strips 307. The multiple pairs of outer fixing strips 306 are spaced approximately equally (e.g., M1 = M2) along the circumference of the water tank. Figure 13 As shown in the R direction, multiple pairs of inner fixing strips 307 are arranged at position 210 on the outer wall. These strips are spaced approximately equally (e.g., M3 = M4) and arranged along the circumference of the pool at position 220. Multiple outer fixing strips 252 and multiple inner fixing strips 256 are arranged in the radial direction of the circular pool (as shown in the R direction). Figure 13 A corresponding relationship is formed on the U-direction (as shown). Multiple external fixing strips 306 and multiple internal fixing strips 307 alternately fix the parallel line 254 to the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220.
[0093] Multiple parallel lines 254 form multiple line segments 251 between each pair of outer fixing strips 306; multiple parallel lines 254 form multiple line segments 253 between each pair of inner fixing strips 307; multiple parallel lines 254 form multiple line segments 255 between an outer fixing strip 252 and a radially corresponding inner fixing strip 256. That is, the two ends of the multiple line segments 255 in the radial direction correspond to an inner fixing strip 256 and an outer fixing strip 252, respectively.
[0094] Multiple parallel lines 254 have equal lengths in segment 255 between an outer fixing strip 252 and a corresponding inner fixing strip 256. Segment 251 of the multiple parallel lines 254 between each pair of outer fixing strips 306 is perpendicular to the outer fixing strip 252; segment 253 of the multiple parallel lines 254 between each pair of inner fixing strips 307 is perpendicular to the inner fixing strip 256; segment 255 of the multiple parallel lines 254 between an outer fixing strip 252 and a corresponding inner fixing strip 256 is perpendicular to both the outer fixing strip 252 and the inner fixing strip 256. Those skilled in the art will understand that in other embodiments, the segment 255 of the multiple parallel lines 254 between an outer fixing strip 252 and a radially corresponding inner fixing strip 256 can be of different lengths to allow the outer wall of the inflatable product to exhibit various curved surfaces according to the product design.
[0095] Figure 14 and Figure 15 According to one embodiment of this application, a top view of an inflatable pool is shown. In this embodiment, multiple outer fixing strips are equally spaced (e.g., N1 = N2) and arranged circumferentially on an outer wall 210. Multiple inner fixing strips are equally spaced (e.g., N3 = N4) and arranged circumferentially on an inner wall 220. Each pair of outer fixing strips 306 includes fixing strips 251 and 252, and each pair of inner fixing strips 307 includes fixing strips 255 and 256. Multiple outer fixing strips 306 and multiple pairs of inner fixing strips 307 alternately fix a continuous line 254 to the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220. Thus, after inflation, the line segment 254a of the line 254 between an outer fixing strip and an inner fixing strip is perpendicular to the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220. The length of the line segment 254b between 251 and 252 of a pair of outer fixing strips 306 is slightly greater than the length of the line segment 254c between a pair of inner fixing strips 255 and 256. Adjacent outer fixing strips 251 and 252 form radially corresponding adjacent inner fixing strips 255 and 256 Figure 15 The four vertices of the trapezoid shown in the cross-sectional view.
[0096] Figure 16 and Figure 17According to another embodiment of this application, a top view of an inflatable pool is shown. In this embodiment, the internal tensioning structure 260 includes a wire 264. Multiple outer fixing strips 310 are circumferentially disposed on the outer wall 210. Multiple pairs of inner fixing strips 311 are circumferentially disposed on the inner wall 220. Each outer fixing strip 310 includes a fixing strip 261 and a fixing strip 262, and each pair of inner fixing strips 311 includes a fixing strip 265 and a fixing strip 266. The multiple outer fixing strips 310 and the multiple pairs of inner fixing strips 311 alternately fix a continuous wire 264 to the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220. The spacing G1 between the fixing strips 261 and 262 in one pair of outer fixing strips 310 is equal to the spacing G2 between two adjacent pairs of inner fixing strips 311. Thus, after inflation, the wire 264 extending from both ends of the fixing strips 261 and 262 in one pair of outer fixing strips 310 is parallel.
[0097] Figure 18 and Figure 19 According to another embodiment of this application, a top view of an inflatable pool is shown. In this embodiment, the internal tensioning structure 270 includes a wire 274. Multiple outer fixing strips 312 are circumferentially disposed on the outer wall 210. Multiple pairs of inner fixing strips 313 are circumferentially disposed on the inner wall 220. Each pair of outer fixing strips 312 includes fixing strips 271 and 272, and each pair of inner fixing strips 313 includes fixing strips 275 and 276. The multiple outer fixing strips 312 and multiple pairs of inner fixing strips 313 alternately fix a continuous wire 274 to the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220. The spacing H1 between the fixing strips 271 and 272 included in a pair of outer fixing strips 312 is smaller than the spacing H2 between two adjacent pairs of outer fixing strips 312. The spacing H4 between the fixing strips 275 and 276 included in a pair of inner fixing strips 313 is smaller than the spacing H3 between two adjacent pairs of inner fixing strips 313. Thus, after inflation, line segment 274a of line 274 between an outer fixing strip and a corresponding inner fixing strip forms an angle with the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220. Adjacent outer fixing strips 271 and 272 form radially corresponding adjacent inner fixing strips 275 and 276. Figure 19 The four vertices of the trapezoid shown in the cross-sectional view.
[0098] Figure 20 and Figure 21According to one embodiment of this application, a top view of an inflatable pool is shown. In this embodiment, the internal tensioning structure 280 includes a wire 284. Multiple outer fixing strips 282 are equally spaced (e.g., J3 = J4) and arranged circumferentially on the outer wall 210. Multiple inner fixing strips 286 are equally spaced (e.g., J1 = J2) and arranged circumferentially on the inner wall 220. The multiple outer fixing strips 282 and the multiple inner fixing strips 286 alternately fix a continuous wire 284 to the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220. Thus, after inflation, the wire 284 has two segments 284a and 284b of equal length between one outer fixing strip 282 and two corresponding inner fixing strips 286. In other words, one outer fixing strip 282 and two corresponding inner fixing strips 286 form... Figure 21 The cross-sectional view shows the three vertices of an isosceles triangle. This embodiment is a more efficient method for manufacturing products, and the force on both sides of each fixing bar is symmetrical, improving the yield rate of inflatable products.
[0099] Figure 22 and Figure 23 According to another embodiment of this application, a top view of an inflatable pool is shown. In this embodiment, the internal tensioning structure 290 includes a wire 294. Multiple outer fixing strips 314 are circumferentially disposed on the outer wall 210. Multiple inner fixing strips 296 are circumferentially evenly disposed on the inner wall 220. Each outer fixing strip 314 includes a fixing strip 291 and a fixing strip 292. The multiple outer fixing strips 314 and the multiple inner fixing strips 296 alternately fix a continuous wire 294 to the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220. One inner fixing strip 296 independently corresponds to one pair of outer fixing strips 314 291 and 292. In other words, one inner fixing strip 296 forms a radially corresponding pair of two outer fixing strips 291 and 292. Figure 23 The cross-sectional view shows the three vertices of an isosceles triangle. In this embodiment, after the inflatable product is inflated, the inner and outer fixing strips experience different forces; that is, the inner fixing strip experiences symmetrical forces from left to right, while the outer fixing strip experiences asymmetrical forces from left to right.
[0100] Figure 24A schematic structure of an inflatable water tank is shown according to another embodiment of this application. In this embodiment, multiple outer fixing strips 315 and multiple pairs of inner fixing strips 316 are set at the same interval. Multiple parallel lines 254 are set to the same length for line segments 254j between an outer fixing strip 252 and a corresponding inner fixing strip 256. Multiple outer fixing strips 315 and multiple pairs of inner fixing strips 316 form an angle with the vertical direction. Multiple parallel lines 254 form an inclined angle with the outer fixing strip 252 for line segments 254h between each pair of outer fixing strips 315; multiple parallel lines 254 form an inclined angle with the inner fixing strip 256 for line segments 254i between each pair of inner fixing strips 316. In this way, the weld 258 formed by the inner and outer fixing strips with the outer wall 210 and the inner wall 220 forms an inclined angle with the vertical direction, which allows the inflatable water tank to present different appearances.
[0101] The multiple parallel lines 254 have the same length in the multiple segments 254h between a pair of outer fixing strips 315, and the multiple segments 254i of the multiple parallel lines 254 between a pair of inner fixing strips 316 are all of the same length. Those skilled in the art will understand that in other embodiments, the segments 254j of the multiple parallel lines 254 between an outer fixing strip and a corresponding inner fixing strip can be of different lengths, so that the outer wall of the inflatable product presents various different curved surfaces according to the product design.
[0102] In all the above embodiments, the fixing strip (upper fixing strip, lower fixing strip, inner fixing strip, or outer fixing strip) can be made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), and the upper and lower walls (or inner and outer walls) of the inflatable product are also made of PVC. The fixing strip is fixedly connected to the upper and lower walls (or inner and outer walls) of the inflatable product by high-frequency welding. The wire can be made of polyester. Understandably, the fixing strip and the upper and lower walls (or inner and outer walls) can also be made of other suitable materials, such as TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane), PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), polyurethane (PU), nylon, and suitable composite materials, or any other elastic material suitable for manufacturing inflatable products. Optionally, the fixing strip and one or more of the upper and lower walls (or inner and outer walls) may have an adhesive layer that enhances its tensile strength. This adhesive layer or interlayer may, for example, include threads, fibers, or a mesh structure. The threads are made of a wound tensile-resistant material, such as cotton fibers, linen fibers, silk fibers, nylon fibers, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc. The fixing strip can be glued, welded, or any other reliable fixing method to the upper and lower walls (or inner and outer walls).
[0103] In summary, the spacing, parallelism, and length equality of the above-mentioned fixing strips (upper fixing strip, lower fixing strip, inner fixing strip, or outer fixing strip), line segments (e.g., line segments 144c, 254j, etc.), and lines (144, 254, etc.) are not limited. In practical applications, they can be set according to actual product requirements. For example, multiple fixing strips can be parallel or non-parallel, the spacing between any two adjacent fixing strips can be equal or unequal, multiple lines can be parallel or non-parallel, and the spacing between any two adjacent lines can be equal or unequal.
[0104] This application thus satisfactorily describes the internal tensioning structures of several inflatable products. These embodiments all reduce the use of non-degradable materials, improve production efficiency, and reduce product weight.
[0105] Technicians will understand that the technical solution for this inflatable product can be applied to almost all inflatable products. For example, the inflatable base for stand-up paddleboards, inflatable castles, or inflatable boats.
[0106] The exemplary embodiments disclosed in this application can be replaced, combined or modified in various ways. Without departing from the essence of this application, all such variations still belong to the concept of this application and fall within the protection scope defined by the claims of this application.
