[0017] [Description of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure]

[0018] First, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below.

[0019] (1) The wiring module of the present invention is installed on a battery stack formed by stacking a plurality of storage elements having electrode terminals, the wiring module comprising: an electric wire; and a protector in the shape of a groove extending in a first direction and comprising a wire storage portion for storing the electric wire, the wire storage portion comprising: a bottom wall; a pair of side walls rising from two side edges of the bottom wall and facing each other in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; and at least one locking piece extending from one of the pair of side walls toward the other of the pair of side walls and preventing the electric wire from falling out of the wire storage portion, the locking piece comprising a base end portion connected to one of the pair of side walls and a terminal end portion arranged on the side of the other of the pair of side walls, the dimension of the base end portion in the first direction being larger than the dimension of the wire storage portion in the second direction.

[0020] According to such a configuration, since the base end portion is elongated in the first direction, it is easy to lock the electric wire with the locking piece.

[0021] (2) Preferably, the maximum dimension of the locking piece in the second direction is larger than half of the dimension of the wire housing portion in the second direction.

[0022] According to such a structure, the locking piece is elongated in the second direction, so it is easier to lock the electric wire with the locking piece.

[0023] (3) Preferably, a dimension of the locking piece in the first direction decreases from the base end portion toward the tip end portion.

[0024] According to such a configuration, the work of housing the electric wires in the electric wire housing portion becomes easy.

[0025] (4) Preferably, a minimum dimension between the terminal portion and the other of the pair of side walls is smaller than an outer diameter of the electric wire.

[0026] According to such a configuration, it is possible to suppress the electric wires from falling out of the electric wire housing portion.

[0027] (5) Preferably, the other of the pair of side walls includes an opposing end portion opposing the terminal portion and a recessed portion recessed toward the bottom wall from the opposing end portion.

[0028] According to such a configuration, the recessed portion is provided, thereby facilitating the work of housing the electric wires in the electric wire housing portion.

[0029] (6) Preferably, the wire housing portion includes a plurality of the locking pieces, the pair of side walls includes a first side wall and a second side wall, and the plurality of locking pieces include a first locking piece extending from the first side wall and a second locking piece extending from the second side wall.

[0030] According to such a configuration, by providing the first locking piece extending from the first side wall and the second locking piece extending from the second side wall, it is possible to further suppress the electric wire from coming out of the electric wire housing portion.

[0031] (7) Preferably, the first locking pieces and the second locking pieces are arranged alternately in the first direction.

[0032] According to such a configuration, since the first locking pieces and the second locking pieces are arranged alternately, it is possible to further suppress the electric wires from coming out of the electric wire housing portion.

[0033] [Details of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure]

[0034] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described. The present disclosure is not limited to these examples, but is indicated by the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.

[0035] <Implementation Method>

[0036] Reference Figures 1 to 5The embodiment of the present disclosure is described. The power storage module 10 having the wiring module 20 of the present embodiment is mounted on a vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle, and is used as a driving source of the vehicle. In the following description, for a plurality of identical components, sometimes only a part of the components are marked with reference numerals, and the reference numerals of other components are omitted. In the following description, the direction indicated by the arrow line X is described as the front, the direction indicated by the arrow line Y is described as the left, and the direction indicated by the arrow line Z is described as the top. In the present embodiment, the left-right direction is an example of the first direction, and the up-down direction is an example of the second direction.

[0037] [Battery stack]

[0038] The power storage module 10 includes Figure 4 The battery stack 11L shown in FIG. Figure 1 The wiring module 20 is shown mounted on the battery stack 11L.

[0039] [Laminated batteries, electrode leads]

[0040] like Figure 4 As shown, the battery stack 11L is formed by stacking a plurality of laminated batteries 11 (an example of a storage element) in a stacking direction (left-right direction) (18 in this embodiment). Figure 4 In FIG. 1 , only the front side portion of the battery stack 11L is shown. Figure 5 As shown, the laminated battery 11 is long in the front-to-back direction and flat in the left-to-right direction. A storage element (not shown) is stored inside the laminated battery 11. A pair of electrode leads 12 (an example of electrode terminals) are arranged on both sides of the laminated battery 11 in the front-to-back direction, protruding in opposite directions. The pair of electrode leads 12 are plate-shaped and have opposite polarities.

[0041] like Figure 4 As shown, a joint 13 for electrically connecting four electrode leads 12 of laminated batteries 11 arranged continuously in the left-right direction is provided in the battery stack 11L. That is, the four electrode leads 12 are bent to the left or right at a substantially right angle and overlapped, and are joined by laser welding, thereby forming a joint 13. The electrode lead 12 constituting the joint 13 is set as a connecting electrode lead 12A. The two connecting electrode leads 12A arranged on the right and the two connecting electrode leads 12A arranged on the left of the four connecting electrode leads 12A have opposite polarities. For example, the two connecting electrode leads 12A on the right are set as positive electrodes, and the two connecting electrode leads 12A on the left are set as negative electrodes. Therefore, in the battery stack 11L, the joint 13 connects the two laminated batteries 11 connected in parallel in series. The battery stack 11L has four joints 13 at the front. In addition, although not shown, the battery stack 11L also has four joints 13 at the rear.

[0042] The battery stack 11L has an output portion 14 at the left end portion of the front portion. In addition, although not shown, the battery stack 11L also has an output portion 14 at the right end portion of the rear portion. The output portion 14 is formed by joining two electrode leads 12 that do not constitute the joining portion 13 among the electrode leads 12. The electrode lead 12 constituting the output portion 14 is set as an output electrode lead 12B. The two output electrode leads 12B constituting one output portion 14 have the same polarity as each other. The output portion 14 constitutes the positive electrode or negative electrode of the entire battery stack 11L. That is, for example, when the output portion 14 at the front is the total positive electrode of the battery stack 11L, the output portion 14 at the rear is the total negative electrode of the battery stack 11L.

[0043] [Wiring module]

[0044] like Figure 1 As shown in the figure, the wiring module 20 of this embodiment includes a terminal 30 connected to the connection electrode lead 12A, a bus bar 40 connected to the output electrode lead 12B, an electric wire 45 connected to the terminal 30, and a protector 50 for holding the terminal 30, the bus bar 40 and the electric wire 45. Hereinafter, the structure of the wiring module 20 arranged on the front side of the power storage module 10 will be described in detail. Although not shown in the figure, the wiring module 20 arranged on the rear side of the power storage module 10 is configured in the same manner as the wiring module 20 arranged on the front side of the power storage module 10.

[0045] The bus bar 40 is in a plate shape and is formed by processing a conductive metal plate. Figure 1 As shown, the bus bar 40 includes a first portion 40A extending in the vertical direction and a second portion 40B connected to the upper end of the first portion 40A. The first portion 40A is flat in the front-to-back direction. The second portion 40B extends rightward from the upper end of the first portion 40A and is flat in the vertical direction. The bus bar 40 is held by the bus bar holding portion 53 of the protector 50 and is connected to the output electrode lead 12B at the center of the first portion 40A in the vertical direction. A bus bar side connection portion 41 is provided at the right end of the second portion 40B.

[0046] Although not shown, the bus bar side connection portion 41 has a through hole for inserting a bolt. An external connection terminal (not shown) is overlapped on the bus bar side connection portion 41 and is fastened to the bus bar side connection portion 41 by a bolt. Thus, the bus bar side connection portion 41 is electrically connected to the external connection terminal. The external connection terminal is used to connect an external device (not shown) to the power storage module 10.

[0047] The terminal 30 is provided by processing a conductive metal plate. Figure 1As shown, the terminal 30 includes a main body 31, a connection portion 32 extending to the right from the main body 31, and a wire connection portion 34 extending upward from the main body 31. The main body 31 is accommodated and held in the terminal accommodation portion 54 of the protector 50. The connection portion 32 is formed in a manner of being connected to the joint 13 or a part of the connection electrode lead 12A constituting the joint 13 by surface contact. That is, the terminal 30 is not a member for connecting adjacent connection electrode leads 12A, but a member for connecting the pre-connected connection electrode lead 12A (joint portion 13) and the wire 45. The wire connection portion 34 has a fastening piece crimped to the wire 45.

[0048] [electric wire]

[0049] One end of the electric wire 45 is connected to the terminal 30. Figure 1 Although the illustration is omitted, the other end of the wire 45 is connected to an external ECU (Electronic Control Unit) or the like via a connector or the like. The ECU is equipped with a microcomputer, components, etc., and is a well-known structure having functions for detecting the voltage, current, temperature, etc. of each laminated battery 11, and controlling the charge and discharge of each laminated battery 11. That is, the wire 45 of this embodiment is a so-called voltage detection wire. The wire 45 is arranged inside the wire storage portion 60 and the branch wiring portion 55 of the protector 50.

[0050] [Protector]

[0051] The protector 50 is made of insulating synthetic resin and is in the shape of a plate. Figure 1 As shown, the protector 50 includes a protector body 51 positioned relative to the battery stack 11L. In the central part of the protector body 51 in the vertical direction, electrode storage recesses 52 are arranged in parallel in the left-right direction. The electrode storage recesses 52 are formed through the front-to-back direction and are rectangular in shape that is long in the vertical direction. The electrode storage recesses 52 are composed of a connection electrode storage recess 52A that receives the joint 13 and the connection electrode lead 12A, and an output electrode storage recess 52B that receives the output electrode lead 12B and the output portion 14.

[0052] The bus bar holding portion 53 for holding the bus bar 40 is provided on the upper and lower sides of the output electrode storage recess 52B. A bolt fastening portion 53A for bolt-fastening the bus bar 40 is provided on the right side of the upper bus bar holding portion 53. A terminal storage portion 54 for storing a part of the terminal 30 is provided on the oblique lower left side of the connection electrode storage recess 52A.

[0053] On the right side of the connecting electrode storage recess 52A, a branch wiring portion 55 is formed recessed from the protector body 51 to the rear. The branch wiring portion 55 is in the shape of a groove extending in the up-down direction. The branch wiring portion 55 includes: a groove bottom wall 55A; a pair of groove side walls 55B extending forward from two side edges in the left-right direction of the groove bottom wall 55A; and a pair of locking claws 55C extending from the terminal ends of the pair of groove side walls 55B in a manner relative to and close to each other. The branch wiring portion 55 is connected to the terminal storage portion 54 at the bottom. The branch wiring portion 55 is connected to the wire storage portion 60 at the top. The pair of locking claws 55C press the wire 45 from the top to prevent the wire 45 from falling off from the branch wiring portion 55 to the outside.

[0054] [Wire storage]

[0055] On the upper side of the protector 50, the wire storage portion 60 is formed to be recessed backward from the protector body 51. The wire storage portion 60 is in the shape of a groove extending in the left-right direction. Figure 3 As shown, the wire storage portion 60 includes a bottom wall 61, a pair of side walls 62 extending forward from both side edges in the vertical direction of the bottom wall 61, and a plurality of locking pieces 63 extending from the end portions of the side walls 62. The pair of side walls 62 are opposite to each other in the vertical direction. The upper side wall 62 of the pair of side walls 62 is set as a first side wall 62A, and the lower side wall 62 is set as a second side wall 62B.

[0056] [Card Plate]

[0057] When viewed from the opening direction (front) of the wire storage portion 60, the locking piece 63 is formed into a roughly isosceles triangle. Among the plurality of locking pieces 63, the locking piece 63 extending from the first side wall 62A is set as the first locking piece 63A, and the locking piece 63 extending from the second side wall 62B is set as the second locking piece 63B. The first locking piece 63A extends downward from the first side wall 62A toward the second side wall 62B. The second locking piece 63B extends upward from the second side wall 62B toward the first side wall 62A. That is, the locking piece 63 extends from one of the pair of side walls 62 toward the other of the pair of side walls 62. Figure 1 As shown, the locking piece 63 is arranged so as to cover the electric wires 45 in the electric wire housing portion 60 from the front, thereby preventing the electric wires 45 from coming out of the electric wire housing portion 60 .

[0058] [Base end, terminal end]

[0059] like Figure 3As shown, the locking piece 63 extending from one of the pair of side walls 62 includes a base end portion 64 connected to one of the pair of side walls 62 and a terminal portion 65 which is an end portion on the other side of the pair of side walls 62. Specifically, the base end portion 64 of the first locking piece 63A is the upper portion of the first locking piece 63A, and the terminal portion 65 of the first locking piece 63A is the lower end portion of the first locking piece 63A. The base end portion 64 of the second locking piece 63B is the lower portion of the second locking piece 63B, and the terminal portion 65 of the second locking piece 63B is the upper end portion of the second locking piece 63B.

[0060] [Opposite end]

[0061] The terminal end 65 of the locking piece 63 extending from one of the pair of side walls 62 faces an opposite end 66 of the other of the pair of side walls 62, which is arranged at a position closest to the terminal end 65. The opposite end 66 is arranged at the terminal end of the side wall 62, that is, at the end in the opening direction of the wire storage portion 60. Figure 2 As shown, the dimension L4 between the terminal portion 65 and the opposite end portion 66 (i.e., the minimum dimension between the terminal portion 65 and the side wall 62 opposite thereto) is set smaller than the outer diameter D1 of the electric wire 45. As a result, the electric wire 45 is unlikely to fall out of the electric wire storage portion 60. When the electric wire 45 is stored in the electric wire storage portion 60, for example, the interval between the terminal portion 65 and the opposite end portion 66 is enlarged by bending the locking piece 63 in the front-back direction or bending the side wall 62 in the up-down direction. As a result, the electric wire 45 can be passed between the terminal portion 65 and the opposite end portion 66 and introduced into the electric wire storage portion 60.

[0062] like Figure 1 As shown, the dimension L1 of the base end portion 64 in the left-right direction is larger than the dimension L2 of the wire storage portion 60 in the up-down direction. In addition, the maximum dimension L3 of the locking piece 63 in the up-down direction (in the embodiment, the dimension from the base end portion 64 to the terminal end portion 65 in the up-down direction) is larger than half of the dimension L2 in the up-down direction of the wire storage portion 60. By forming the locking piece 63 with such a dimension setting, the dimension of the locking piece 63 relative to the wire storage portion 60 is increased, and it is easy to suppress the wire 45 from coming out of the wire storage portion 60.

[0063] The locking piece 63 is formed so that the width in the left-right direction becomes narrower as it approaches the terminal portion 65 from the base end portion 64. In other words, the left-right dimension of the locking piece 63 becomes smaller as it approaches the terminal portion 65 from the base end portion 64. As a result, the area between the terminal portion 65 and the opposite end portion 66 becomes smaller in the left-right direction, so that the work of storing the electric wire 45 in the electric wire storage portion 60 becomes easier.

[0064] like Figure 3As shown, the wire storage portion 60 includes a first locking piece 63A and a second locking piece 63B extending in opposite directions. Thus, even if the wire 45 is disposed in the wire storage portion 60 close to any one of the pair of side walls 62, it is easy to prevent the wire 45 from falling out of the wire storage portion 60 (see Figure 1 ). In addition, in the wire storage portion 60 , the first locking pieces 63A and the second locking pieces 63B are arranged alternately in the left-right direction, so that it is easier to suppress the wires 45 from falling out of the wire storage portion 60 .

[0065] In addition, the width of the locking piece 63 becomes narrower in the left-right direction as it approaches the terminal portion 65 from the base end portion 64, and the first locking piece 63A and the second locking piece 63B are alternately arranged in the left-right direction, so that the interval between adjacent locking pieces 63 can be set to be smaller. As a result, it is easy to reduce the portion of the wire storage portion 60 that opens forward. Therefore, it is easier to prevent the wire 45 from slipping out of the wire storage portion 60.

[0066] [concave]

[0067] like Figure 3 As shown, in the side wall 62, recessed portions 67 are formed on both sides of the opposite end portion 66, which are recessed toward the bottom wall 61 side (rear side). By providing the recessed portions 67, when the electric wires 45 are stored in the electric wire storage portion 60, even if the locking piece 63 is not greatly bent, it is easy for the electric wires 45 to pass between the terminal portion 65 and the opposite end portion 66.

[0068] The second side wall 62B has a connecting portion 68 recessed toward the bottom wall 61 (rear side). The connecting portion 68 connects the branch wiring portion 55 and the wire storage portion 60. Through the connecting portion 68, the plurality of wires 45 in the wire storage portion 60 are branched to the branch wiring portions 55 and routed.

[0069] [Effects of the Embodiments]

[0070] According to the embodiment, the following actions and effects are achieved.

[0071] The wiring module 20 involved in the embodiment is installed in the battery stack 11L, and the battery stack 11L is formed by stacking a plurality of storage elements (laminated batteries 11) having electrode terminals (electrode leads 12). The wiring module 20 includes: an electric wire 45; and a protector 50, which is in a groove shape extending in a first direction (left-right direction) and includes a wire storage portion 60 for storing the electric wire 45. The wire storage portion 60 includes: a bottom wall 61; a pair of side walls 62, which stand up from both side edges of the bottom wall 61 and And they are opposite in a second direction (up and down direction) orthogonal to the first direction; and at least one locking piece 63 extends from one of the pair of side walls 62 toward the other of the pair of side walls 62, and prevents the wire 45 from escaping from the wire storage portion 60, the locking piece 63 has a base end portion 64 connected to one of the pair of side walls 62 and a terminal portion 65 arranged on the other side of the pair of side walls 62, and the dimension L1 of the base end portion 64 in the first direction is larger than the dimension L2 of the wire storage portion 60 in the second direction.

[0072] According to such a configuration, since the base end portion 64 is elongated in the first direction, it is easy to lock the electric wire 45 with the locking piece 63 .

[0073] In the embodiment, the maximum dimension L3 of the locking piece 63 in the second direction is larger than half of the dimension L2 of the wire housing portion 60 in the second direction.

[0074] According to such a structure, the locking piece 63 is elongated in the second direction, so it is easier to lock the electric wire 45 with the locking piece 63 .

[0075] In the embodiment, the dimension of the locking piece 63 in the first direction decreases from the base end portion 64 to the distal end portion 65 .

[0076] According to such a configuration, the work of housing the electric wires 45 in the electric wire housing portion 60 becomes easy.

[0077] In the embodiment, the minimum dimension L4 between the terminal portion 65 and the other of the pair of side walls 62 is smaller than the outer diameter D1 of the electric wire 45 .

[0078] According to such a configuration, it is possible to suppress the electric wires 45 from falling out of the electric wire housing portion 60 .

[0079] In the embodiment, the other of the pair of side walls 62 includes an opposing end portion 66 opposing the terminal portion 65 and a recessed portion 67 recessed toward the bottom wall 61 from the opposing end portion 66 .

[0080] According to such a configuration, by providing the recessed portion 67 , the work of housing the electric wires 45 in the electric wire housing portion 60 becomes easy.

[0081] In the embodiment, the wire storage portion 60 includes a plurality of locking pieces 63, the pair of side walls 62 is composed of a first side wall 62A and a second side wall 62B, and the plurality of locking pieces 63 include a first locking piece 63A extending from the first side wall 62A and a second locking piece 63B extending from the second side wall 62B.

[0082] According to such a configuration, by providing the first locking piece 63A extending from the first side wall 62A and the second locking piece 63B extending from the second side wall 62B, it is possible to further suppress the electric wires 45 from coming out of the electric wire housing portion 60 .

[0083] In the embodiment, the first locking pieces 63A and the second locking pieces 63B are alternately arranged in the first direction.

[0084] According to such a configuration, since the first locking pieces 63A and the second locking pieces 63B are alternately arranged, it is possible to further suppress the electric wires 45 from coming out of the electric wire housing portion 60 .

[0085] <Other Implementation Methods>

[0086] (1) In the above embodiment, the locking piece 63 is a substantially isosceles triangle when viewed from the direction of the opening of the wire storage portion 60, but the shape is not limited thereto. The shape of the locking piece when viewed from the direction of the opening of the wire storage portion may be a triangle other than an isosceles triangle, a quadrilateral, a semicircle, a semi-ellipse, etc.
