Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly to an air handling unit. Background Art
[0002] With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, various air conditioning devices have become one of the indispensable electrical appliances in people's daily lives. Various air conditioning devices can help people achieve an adaptable temperature and humidity when the environmental temperature and humidity are too high or too low. Currently, the air conditioning devices mainly include various types of air conditioners and fans. Among them, the central air conditioning system is favored for its comprehensive control ability, high energy efficiency, and low noise.
[0003] The central air conditioning system has excellent overall control ability. It can cover a large area and ensure that the temperature and humidity in the entire space are maintained within a comfortable range. Compared with traditional split air conditioners, the central air conditioning can provide a more uniform and stable temperature distribution, making the environment in the entire building more comfortable. The central air conditioning system is usually more energy-efficient. Through centralized control and optimized design, it can more effectively adjust the temperature and reduce energy waste. The central air conditioning system equipped with intelligent control functions can also adjust the operation mode according to actual needs, maximizing energy utilization efficiency and reducing energy consumption costs. In addition, the central air conditioning system usually has a lower noise level. Compared with the indoor and outdoor units of split air conditioners being distributed in different positions and possibly generating noise, the main components of the central air conditioning are usually concentrated in one position, reducing the noise sources and providing a quieter indoor environment.
[0004] As the terminal equipment of the central air conditioning system, the air handling unit can realize functions such as air filtration, cooling, sterilization, air supply, and humidification, and is a very important part of the central air conditioning system. However, the current air handling unit is often difficult to maintain. Generally, for a larger air handling unit, the functional sections that need to be frequently maintained often have inspection doors, and the inspection doors are relatively convenient to open, but the maintenance space is limited, and larger components are not suitable for maintenance. Smaller air handling units often have inspection panels, and the inspection panels are relatively laborious to disassemble. All the bolts on them need to be removed before each maintenance, and all the bolts need to be tightened again after the maintenance.
[0005] Moreover, whether it is an inspection door or an inspection panel, it cannot take into account each functional section. When some functional sections need to be maintained, it is often necessary to disassemble some structures of the inspection section for maintenance, causing many inconveniences to after-sales work. In addition, whether it is an inspection door or an inspection panel, its structure is different from the normal unit panel structure, the standardization degree is low, and it is easy to make mistakes. [0026] Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the internal structure of an air handling unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. Detailed implementation manners
[0027] This embodiment provides an air handling unit. By providing a detachable movable panel, the convenience of maintaining the internal equipment of the air handling unit can be improved, the burden on after-sales personnel can be reduced, and the maintenance efficiency can be effectively improved. Figure 1 FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of an air handling unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of the frame structure 110 of the air handling unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of the internal structure of the air handling unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. Figure 1 and Figure 2 8, the air handling unit 100 of this embodiment generally may include: a frame structure 110 and at least one movable panel.
[0028] Among them, the overall shape of the frame structure 110 is a cuboid. Specifically, the frame structure 110 may have six faces, and each face may have four edges. The lengths of the two opposite edges of each face are the same, and the lengths of the two adjacent edges may be the same or different. At least one movable panel is detachably disposed on the face of the frame structure 110 so as to maintain the equipment inside the air handling unit 100 after being removed.
[0029] That is to say, the air handling unit 100 includes at least one movable panel. By removing this movable panel, the convenience of maintaining the internal equipment of the air handling unit 100 can be improved, the burden on after-sales personnel can be reduced, and the maintenance efficiency can be effectively improved. In a preferred embodiment, the air handling unit 100 may include multiple movable panels, so that the corresponding movable panel can be removed according to the specific position of the equipment to be maintained inside the air handling unit 100, further improving the flexibility of maintenance.
[0030] As shown in FIGS. Figure 1 and Figure 2 8, grooves 111 are provided on the edges of the face of the frame structure 110 provided with the movable panel, and the movable panel is disposed in the grooves 111. And, fasteners 112 are provided on the edges of the face of the frame structure 110 provided with the movable panel, configured to fix the movable panel to the frame structure 110. The cooperative setting of the grooves 111 and the fasteners 112 enables the movable panel to be tightly fixed to the frame structure 110. It should be emphasized that the fasteners 112 are provided on the edges of the frame structure 110. When removing the movable panel, it is not necessary to completely remove the fasteners 112, only need to loosen or turn to a certain position, simplifying the difficulty and tediousness of the maintenance process.
[0031] In a specific embodiment, the four edges on the surface of the frame structure 110 provided with the movable panel are all provided with grooves 111, and the depths of the grooves 111 are the same, so that the movable panel can be more stably arranged in the grooves 111. At least one group of opposite edges on the surface of the frame structure 110 provided with the movable panel is provided with fasteners 112, so that the movable panel and the frame structure 110 can be fixed more tightly.
[0032] In a preferred embodiment, the fastener 112 is a butterfly bolt. When the butterfly bolt is screwed to the first position, the movable panel is tightly fixed to the frame structure 110; when the butterfly bolt is screwed to the second position, the movable panel can be removed. The butterfly bolt is very convenient for manual tightening operation, and the butterfly structure of its head can increase the lateral force surface, making manual tightening more efficient.
[0033] in Figure 1 and Figure 2 The position of the butterfly bolt shown is the first position, and the butterfly structure of the butterfly bolt head can press the movable panel, and cooperate with the groove 111 to fix the movable panel to the frame structure 110. The second position is not shown in the figure. Specifically, the second position can be that the butterfly structure of the butterfly bolt head is loosened 90° from the first position, and the butterfly structure is completely located above the groove 111. When all the butterfly bolts on one surface of the frame structure 110 are in the second position, the movable panel of this surface can be easily taken out.
[0034] Furthermore, after the inspection is completed and the movable panel is put back into the groove 111, the butterfly bolt can be screwed from the second position to the first position, and the butterfly structure at the head of the butterfly bolt only needs to be tightened 90° from the second position. When all the butterfly bolts on one surface of the frame structure 110 are in the first position, the movable panel on this surface is tightly fixed to the frame structure 110. During the entire process of disassembling and installing the movable panel, the butterfly bolt does not need to be completely screwed out and removed and then reinstalled and tightened, which simplifies the inspection process and avoids the problem of small parts such as butterfly bolts being easily lost.
[0035] In a preferred embodiment, at least one movable panel may include: a top panel 121, a left side panel 127, a right side panel 122, a front panel 123 and a rear panel. The air-conditioning box 100 may also include: a bottom plate, which is integrally formed with the frame structure 110. In other words, except for the bottom plate on the bottom surface of the air-conditioning box 100, the other surfaces can be set as movable panels. This is because there is generally no need to disassemble the bottom plate, and the internal equipment of the air-conditioning box 100 can be inspected and repaired by disassembling the other surfaces. The integral formation of the bottom plate and the frame structure 110 can also improve the overall stability of the air-conditioning box 100. Figure 1 and Figure 3The top plate 121, the right side plate 122, the left side plate 127, and the front panel 123 are shown. The rear panel and the bottom plate are not shown in the figure due to the viewing angle.
[0036] In another specific embodiment, at least one movable panel may include: the top plate 121, the left side plate 127, the right side plate 122, the front panel 123, the rear panel, and the bottom plate. That is to say, in this embodiment, the six faces of the air conditioner box 100 can all be set as movable panels. If there is a special need to perform maintenance from the bottom of the air conditioner box 100, the bottom plate of the air conditioner box 100 in this embodiment can be removed for maintenance.
[0037] In a preferred embodiment, as Figure 1 and Figure 2 shown, vertical beams 113 can be provided on both the front and rear of the frame structure 110. And, two front panels 123 and two rear panels are provided side by side on the left and right. It should be noted that the specific position of the vertical beam 113 can be set according to the actual situation. Figure 1 and Figure 2 The vertical beam 113 shown is located at the middle position of the front and rear of the frame structure 110. In this way, after the front panel 123 on the left is removed, the equipment on the left side inside the air conditioner box 100 can be maintained; after the front panel 123 on the right is removed, the equipment on the right side inside the air conditioner box 100 can be maintained. In some other embodiments, it can be set in other ways according to the specific setting of the equipment inside the air conditioner box 100. For example, the vertical beam 113 can be biased to the left or right.
[0038] The reason for providing several vertical beams 113 on the front and rear of the frame structure 110 and correspondingly providing two front panels 123 and two rear panels is that the front and rear of the air conditioner box 100 are the positions that most often need to be opened for maintenance. Subdividing the front and rear of the air conditioner box 100 into two areas can facilitate the subsequent maintenance of the internal equipment. For the internal equipment that needs to be maintained, removing the corresponding front panel 123 or rear panel will not affect the normal shielding function of other panels. And, the front panels 123 and rear panels divided into two parts have smaller areas and weights, and are easier to complete the operation of taking and placing, further reducing the maintenance difficulty.
[0039] As mentioned above, fasteners 112 are provided on the edges of the surface of the frame structure 110 provided with movable panels, configured to fix the movable panels to the frame structure 110. Preferably, at least one set of opposite edges of the surface of the frame structure 110 provided with movable panels are provided with fasteners 112, so as to ensure that the movable panels are fixed more tightly to the frame structure 110.
[0040] In a specific embodiment, as Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, when at least one movable panel includes: a top plate 121, a left side plate 127, a right side plate 122, a front panel 123 and a rear panel, and the bottom plate is integrally formed with the frame structure 110, two relatively short edges on the top surface of the frame structure 110 can each be provided with two fasteners 112, and the two fasteners 112 on each edge can be respectively close to both ends of this edge. And two relatively long edges on the top surface of the frame structure 110 can each be provided with one fastener 112, and the one fastener 112 on each edge can be located at the middle position of this edge. Such a setting can make the pressure on the top plate 121 more uniform, and further ensure the tightness of the fixation between the top plate 121 and the frame structure 110.
[0041] The lengths of the two groups of edges on the left side and the right side of the frame structure 110 are relatively close. Two fasteners 112 can be respectively provided on a pair of vertical edges, and the two fasteners 112 on each edge can be respectively close to both ends of this edge. And no fasteners 112 need to be provided on a pair of horizontal edges on the left side and the right side of the frame structure 110, because the fasteners 112 on the pair of vertical edges are already sufficient to ensure the tightness of the fixation between the left side plate 127, the right side plate 122 and the frame structure 110.
[0042] As Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, vertical beams 113 are provided on both the front and the rear of the frame structure 110, and when both the front panel 123 and the rear panel are provided with two pieces arranged side by side left and right, two relatively short edges on the front and the rear of the frame structure 110 can each be provided with two fasteners 112, and the two fasteners 112 on each edge can be respectively close to both ends of this edge. And no fasteners 112 need to be provided on two relatively long edges on the front and the rear of the frame structure 110.
[0043] It should be emphasized that fasteners 112 can be correspondingly provided on the vertical beams 113 on the front and the rear of the frame structure 110. For example, for the two fasteners 112 on the left front edge of the frame structure 110, two fasteners 112 can be provided on the left side of the vertical beam 113; for the two fasteners 112 on the right front edge of the frame structure 110, two fasteners 112 can be provided on the right side of the vertical beam 113. And the two fasteners 112 on each side of the vertical beam 113 can also be respectively close to the upper and lower ends of the vertical beam 113.
[0044] It should be noted that the number and position of the fasteners 112 on each edge of each surface of the above-mentioned frame structure 110 are only examples, and are not intended to limit the present invention. In some other embodiments, the number and position of the fasteners 112 on each edge of each surface of the frame structure 110 can also be set to other situations according to actual needs. However, it is necessary to ensure that for the surface of the frame structure 110 provided with the movable panel, the fasteners 112 on the edges of this surface can fix the movable panel to the frame structure 110.
[0045] As Figure 3 shown, the left side plate 127 and the right side plate 122 can be respectively provided with an air inlet 125 and an air outlet 126 for air to enter and flow out. For example, an air inlet 125 can be provided on the left side plate 127 for air to enter, and an air outlet 126 can be provided on the right side plate 122 for air to flow out. Or, an air inlet 125 can also be provided on the right side plate 122 for air to enter, and an air outlet 126 can be provided on the left side plate 127 for air to flow out. Figure 3 The situation where the left side plate 127 is provided with an air inlet 125 and the right side plate 122 is provided with an air outlet 126 is shown.
[0046] It should be noted that as shown in 1, the right side plate 122 has no air outlet 126. In a specific embodiment, an air outlet 126 can be provided at the central position of the right side plate 122. And an air inlet 125 can be provided at the central position of the left side plate 127. In another embodiment, the left side plate 127 can also be directly removed, and the left side of the frame structure 110 can be directly used as the air inlet 125; the right side plate 122 can be removed, and the right side of the frame structure 110 can be directly used as the air outlet 126. Or the right side plate 122 can be directly removed, and the right side of the frame structure 110 can be directly used as the air inlet 125; the left side plate 127 can be removed, and the left side of the frame structure 110 can be directly used as the air outlet 126. Such a setting can make the areas of the air inlet 125 and the air outlet 126 larger, and the air volume flowing in and out is also larger. However, it may also cause unstable air supply due to excessive air flow. Therefore, the solution of providing an air inlet 125 and an air outlet 126 on the left side plate 127 and the right side plate 122 respectively can be preferably selected.
[0047] As Figure 3As shown in the figure, inside the air handling unit 100, there are successively arranged, from the air inlet 125 to the air outlet 126: a filter 131, a surface cooler 132, and a fan 134. Below the surface cooler 132, there is a water receiving tray 133. According to the above arrangement, the inside of the air handling unit 100 can be successively divided into an air inlet section, a filtering section, a surface cooling section, and a fan 134 section from the air inlet 125 to the air outlet 126. Among them, the filter 131 can filter the air entering the inside of the air handling unit 100 through the air inlet 125, removing dust and impurities, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the subsequent air output, protecting the health of users, and enhancing the user experience.
[0048] As a heat exchanger, the surface cooler 132 mainly consists of a surface cooler 132 tube bundle and heat dissipation aluminum fins. The surface cooler 132 occupies an important position in the refrigeration system. Its main functions are cooling and dehumidification. By cooling and dehumidifying the air, the air can reach specific temperature and humidity requirements. The working principle of the surface cooler 132 is based on the heat exchange principle. It reduces the temperature and humidity of the air by circulating cooling water. The cooling water flows in the surface cooler 132 tube bundle, and the air exchanges heat with the tube bundle through the fins, transferring the heat to the cooling water, thereby cooling and dehumidifying the air. The surface cooler 132 is usually used in combination with other air treatment equipment such as heaters and humidifiers to meet various complex air treatment requirements.
[0049] The advantages of the surface cooler 132 include high efficiency, compactness, easy maintenance and operation. It can adapt to different environmental and climatic conditions and is widely used in commercial, industrial, civil and other fields. For example, in a central air conditioning system, the surface cooler 132 can be used to process indoor air to meet people's requirements for comfort and health. In short, the surface cooler 132 can realize the cooling and dehumidification treatment of air, providing a comfortable and healthy environment for people's life and work.
[0050] Since condensate will form on the surface of the surface cooler 132, a water receiving tray 133 is provided below the surface cooler 132, which can receive the condensate formed on the surface of the surface cooler 132, prevent the condensate from flowing into other areas and affecting the normal operation of other equipment, and also prevent the condensate from flowing out of the air handling unit 100 and causing dripping, effectively protecting the user experience.
[0051] The fan 134 can send the air processed by the surface cooler 132 out through the air outlet 126. As an important part of the central air conditioning system, the fan 134 can evenly distribute the air to each room through the ventilation duct, adjust the indoor temperature and humidity, and improve the indoor air quality. Common types of fans 134 in the central air conditioning system can include centrifugal fans 134, axial fans 134, and mixed-flow fans 134.
[0052] Among them, the outlet direction of the centrifugal fan 134 is perpendicular to the inlet direction. This type of fan 134 has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, and high pressure, and is suitable for occasions with relatively large pipeline resistance. The centrifugal fan 134 has a wide range of applications, including commercial and industrial buildings, hospitals, stadiums, etc. The inlet and outlet directions of the axial flow fan 134 are on the same straight line. This type of ventilator 134 has the advantages of large air volume, low operating noise, small volume, and low pressure, and is suitable for occasions with a large air flow volume. The axial flow fan 134 also has a wide range of applications, suitable for large commercial buildings, airports, subway stations, etc. The mixed flow fan 134 is a combination of the centrifugal and axial flow fans 134, and has comprehensive advantages such as stable operation, low noise, large air volume, and high pressure, and is suitable for occasions with medium pipeline resistance. The application range of the mixed flow fan 134 is also very wide, suitable for industrial workshops, shopping malls, office buildings, etc.
[0053] For the specific type selection of the fan 134, the following can be considered: Select a suitable fan 134 model and specification according to the site requirements; Select a suitable filter 131 according to the requirements of air flow calculation, dust treatment, etc.; Select an appropriate working mode of the fan 134 according to the operating time and ambient temperature of the equipment; Select a suitable cleaning method and equipment layout according to the maintenance requirements.
[0054] In short, the types of fans 134 in the central air conditioning system mainly include centrifugal, axial flow, and mixed flow. When selecting a fan 134, it is necessary to combine the site requirements, air flow calculation, filter 131, operating mode of the equipment, and maintenance requirements, etc. to select a suitable fan 134 to ensure the normal operation of the central air conditioning system and the provision of a comfortable environment.
[0055] In addition, as Figure 3 shown, an electric control box 135 can also be provided inside the air handling unit 100. In a specific embodiment, the electric control box 135 can be provided between the surface cooler 132 and the fan 134 and can be close to the fan 134. Relevant electrical components can be provided inside the electric control box 135, configured to control the relevant equipment of the central air conditioning system. The electric control box 135 can include a box body, and the electrical components are arranged inside the box body, so as to avoid being affected by the relatively humid external air and improve the working reliability.
[0056] In a preferred embodiment, a handle 124 is provided on each movable panel for the user to hold. The provision of the handle 124 facilitates the user to hold and remove or install the movable panel. The position of the handle 124 on each movable panel can be located at the center of the movable panel, so that it is more convenient and labor-saving for the user to hold the handle 124 to pick up and place the movable panel. Among them, the user can refer to the personnel in the environment where the air handling unit 100 is located or the after-sales personnel.
[0057] Each movable panel of the air handling unit 100 can be independently disassembled and assembled without affecting the stability of other structures, and can effectively improve the standardization level to ensure the smooth completion of the maintenance process. As mentioned above, by providing multiple movable panels, for example, in addition to the bottom panel, the top panel 121, the left panel 127, the right panel 122, the front panel 123, and the rear panel are all provided as movable panels, the corresponding movable panel can be disassembled according to the specific position of the equipment to be maintained within the air handling unit 100, further improving the flexibility of maintenance. According to the location of the equipment to be maintained inside the air handling unit 100, the corresponding movable panel is removed, further reducing the difficulty and improving the maintenance efficiency.
[0058] For example, referring to Figures 1 to 3 , the positions of the filter 131 and the surface cooler 132 inside the air handling unit 100 can correspond to the front panel 123 on the left side, and the surface cooler 132 can be located near the vertical beam 113. The positions of the electric control box 135 and the fan 134 can correspond to the front panel 123 on the right side. When it is inconvenient to maintain the equipment by removing a single movable panel, multiple panels can also be removed according to the actual situation. For example, when the surface cooler 132 needs to be maintained, the front panel 123 on the left side and the top panel 121 can be removed, so that the maintenance space is larger and more convenient for personnel to operate.
[0059] In summary, the air handling unit 100 of this embodiment includes: a frame structure 110, which is generally rectangular in shape; and at least one movable panel, which is detachably arranged on the surface of the frame structure 110 so as to maintain the equipment inside the air handling unit 100 after removal. By providing a detachable movable panel, the convenience of maintaining the equipment inside the air handling unit 100 can be improved, the burden on after-sales personnel can be reduced, and the maintenance efficiency can be effectively improved.
