The physical examination service processing method comprises the steps of obtaining physical examination service demand information submitted by a client through an online system; wherein the physical examination service demand information comprises a physical examination type needing to be carried out, the number of physical examination people and a budget amount; determining a target physical examination item according to the physical examination service demand information, and generating a corresponding price list according to the target physical examination item; feeding back the quotation list to the customer, and receiving feedback opinions of the customer on the quotation list; if the feedback suggestion is quotation agreement, generating a contract draft according to the target physical examination item and the quotation sheet, and sending the contract draft to the client and the business personnel for signing; and receiving and storing the contract file signed by the client and the business personnel.
