Abstract

The invention discloses automatic three-face tool bit grinding equipment, and belongs to the field of grinding equipment. The automatic three-face tool bit grinding equipment comprises a grinding assembly, a feeding assembly and a discharging assembly; the feeding assembly and the discharging assembly are arranged on the two sides of the grinding assembly correspondingly. The feeding assembly is used for conveying the tool bits into the grinding assembly one by one for grinding; the discharging assembly is used for storing the polished tool bits in a centralized mode. The grinding assembly comprises a rack and a mounting frame arranged on the top of the rack. The multiple sections of guide rails and the chain type pushing mechanism are arranged on the mounting frame; three grinding mechanisms are arranged on one side of the mounting frame, penetrate through the mounting frame and are opposite to the guide rails. According to the automatic three-face tool bit grinding equipment, through cooperative operation of all the assemblies, full-process automatic operation of tool bits from automatic feeding and precise overturning to efficient grinding and automatic discharging is achieved, and the grinding efficiency and quality stability of the tool bits are remarkably improved.
